Abstract

A device for strain-controlled fatigue tests in a high-pressure hydrogen environment, characterized in that it comprises a hydrogen filling container (1) designed as a cylindrical housing with an inner cavity; wherein a first central opening (1-1) and a second central opening (1-7) for guiding a specimen (2) are provided in the upper and lower central regions of the hydrogen filling container (1); wherein the two clamping ends of the specimen (2) are arranged at the first central opening (1-1) and the second central opening (1-7) respectively and are sealed by means of a corrugated T-shaped rubber clamping element (5) and a T-shaped rubber clamping element (12), and wherein the working section of the specimen (2) is located in the inner cavity of the hydrogen filling container (1); wherein a hydrogen filling opening (1-3) is formed at the upper region of the hydrogen filling container (1), on which an inlet valve (7) is mounted;wherein observation openings (1-4) are formed on the side surface of the hydrogen filling container (1), in which a transparent observation window pane (10) is fitted; and wherein two through-openings (1-9) for the passage of conical rubber clamping elements (14) are further formed on the side surface of the hydrogen filling container (1) in the vertical direction.
