Abstract
Sleeping pillow (1) comprising a pillow (2) and a pillowcase (5) enclosing the pillow (2), characterized in that an intermediate cover (3) enclosing the pillow (1) is provided between the pillowcase (5) and the pillow (1) and a pad (8) is provided on the side of the pillowcase (5) facing a user, wherein the pad (8) and the intermediate cover (3) have cooperating magnetic coupling elements (4, 9) with which the pad (8) is held on the sleeping pillow (1).
