Description

[0001] The present invention relates to a medical conveying device for conveying a fluid guided in a hose according to claim 1. It also relates to a blood treatment device according to claim 14 or the respective preambles of the aforementioned claims.

[0002] In medical technology, hose pumps, also known as peristaltic pumps, are used to pump fluids contained within a tube. Hose pumps are a special type of positive displacement pump in which the working chamber consists of the lumen of a flexible tube. The working chamber is deformed by external mechanical means using occlusion devices (for example, occlusion rollers or pads). To generate a flow rate, the tube is occluded at one or more points (occlusion zone), and this occlusion zone is moved forward along the tube towards the pump outlet. New fluid is drawn in at the pump inlet by negative pressure, caused, among other things, by the return of the now unoccluded section of the tube to its original shape due to the tube's elasticity.

[0003] From EP 2 514 451 A1 a pump stroke segment for a blood tubing set is known.

[0004] One object of the present invention is to propose a further conveying device. In addition, a blood treatment device is to be specified.

[0005] The problem according to the invention is solved by a conveying device with the features of claim 1. It is further solved by a blood treatment device with the features of claim 14.

[0006] The conveying device according to the invention serves to convey a medical fluid guided in a hose. The fluid can be, for example, whole blood, plasma or other blood components, pharmaceuticals, substitutes, dialysate, parenteral nutrition, or another medical fluid.

[0007] The conveying device according to the invention comprises a rotor with occlusion devices and a stator. The stator can, for example, be the pump housing or a part thereof. It forms or includes a receptacle for the rotor and the hose. Thus, the stator comprises at least a stator base, a hose bed, and a space for receiving the hose, wherein the hose bed is or includes a counter bearing for the rotor's occlusion devices. The stator can be accessible or open, for example, in one direction of the rotor's axis of rotation, or it can have a closable and / or removable cover element that protects the rotor and the hose, among other things, from accidental contact. The stator further comprises an inlet and an outlet for the hose, which can, for example, be configured as a pump inlet and pump outlet. The conveying device draws in medical fluids from the inlet area and conveys them to the outlet area.

[0008] The rotor comprises at least one rotor axis (which may, for example, be designed as the geometric axis of a hub bore, or alternatively, a rotor shaft), which is arranged centrally (approximately with respect to the rotor), and at least two occlusion devices, for example, in the form of rollers. The occlusion devices, which are arranged radially to the rotor axis, serve, in the operation of the conveying device, to intermittently compress the hose against the counter bearing of the stator and to push or convey the fluids in the hose lumen towards the pump outlet. This creates a vacuum in the hose upstream of the occlusion area, which draws in further fluid to be conveyed.

[0009] The hose is alternately compressed and allowed to decompress. The rotor is not equipped with occlusion devices around its entire circumference; instead, these devices are arranged with gaps that allow for intermittent occlusion of the hose during rotation. The number of such occlusion devices can vary. For example, they can be offset by 180° from each other in rotors with two occlusion devices, by 120° in rotors with three occlusion devices, by 90° in rotors with four occlusion devices, and so on. The distance between the occlusion devices is the same in some embodiments, but not in others.

[0010] According to the invention, the rotor further comprises at least one guide element which is rotatably arranged about its longitudinal axis and is referred to herein as the axial guide element for the hose. It serves to align and / or center the hose in the hose bed of the stator.

[0011] The longitudinal axis of the axial guide element preferably runs parallel to the longitudinal axis of the rotor axis.

[0012] Since the axial guide element can rotate about its longitudinal axis according to the invention, it preferably serves to reduce frictional forces acting on the hose, generated by the rotational movement of the rotor.

[0013] The rotational movements of the axial guide element can be passive, i.e., without their own drive, arising only from the frictional forces against the hose.

[0014] In certain embodiments, the same number of axial guide elements can be provided as the rotor has occlusion devices. This allows each occlusion device to be preceded by an axial guide element when the rotor is running.

[0015] In other embodiments, the number of occlusion devices does not correspond to the number of axial guide elements. For example, two or more axial guide elements may be provided in front of each occlusion device.

[0016] The axial guide element comprises at least one middle (alternatively: central) section. This section can be rotatably arranged or mounted. The axial guide element further comprises at least one first side section projecting radially beyond the middle section, which is rotatably arranged. The first side section can project radially beyond a section of an outer edge of the rotor.

[0017] The side section and the middle section of the axial guide element accommodate the hose by limiting it from below (in a side view of the rotor with its axis of rotation upright) and on the radially inner side of the hose.

[0018] In some embodiments, side sections and middle sections can be a single, one-piece component. Alternatively, they can be multi-part or assembled into a single unit.

[0019] The blood treatment device according to the invention comprises a conveying device according to the invention. The conveying device can be a component of the blood treatment device, or can be designed as a cassette or module which is attached to the blood treatment device, for example, to or in a receptacle provided for this purpose in the blood treatment device, with, for example, a gearbox to which the rotor of the conveying device is or can be connected.

[0021] Embodiments according to the invention may have one or more of the features mentioned above or below. The features mentioned herein may be incorporated in any combination into embodiments according to the invention, provided that a person skilled in the art does not recognize a specific combination as technically impossible. The invention is defined in the appended claims.

[0022] Further embodiments according to the invention are the subject of the dependent claims and embodiments.

[0023] Whenever numerical terms are mentioned herein, the expert understands them to indicate a lower numerical limit.

[0024] Provided this does not lead to any contradiction recognizable to a person skilled in the art, a person skilled in the art will therefore always interpret the expression "ein" or "einem" as meaning "at least one" or "at least one". This understanding is encompassed by the present invention, as is the interpretation that a numerical word such as "ein" can alternatively be meant as "exactly one", wherever this is technically feasible to a person skilled in the art. Both are encompassed by the present invention and apply to all numerical words used herein.

[0025] Whenever an embodiment is mentioned herein, it refers to an exemplary embodiment according to the invention.

[0026] In case of doubt by the person skilled in the art, the terms "top" and "bottom" are to be understood as absolute or relative spatial references, which relate to the orientation of the component in question in the figures or to the orientation of the component in question during its usual use.

[0027] When a bore is mentioned here, it can alternatively be an opening or a through-hole.

[0028] In some embodiments, the conveying device according to the invention has at least one further axial guide element. In some embodiments, at least one of the axial guide elements or at least one of the occlusion devices is arranged on an optional rocker arm of the rotor.

[0029] In some embodiments, the swing arm is designed as a suspension, e.g. as a fork, with a pivot joint that connects the suspension or the fork to another section of the rotor, e.g. a hub body.

[0030] A connecting element may be provided by means of which the occlusal device is attached to the suspension, and the occlusal device may be arranged to rotate freely around this connecting element. The connecting element may form the axis of rotation of the occlusal device.

[0031] The optional hub body couples the rocker arm, and thus all parts arranged on it, to the rotor axis. In some embodiments, the hub body therefore couples, for example, all rotor components that extend radially within or from the rotor, in particular the occlusion devices and the axial guide elements, to its rotation.

[0032] In certain embodiments, the optional hub body is designed as a connecting plate, i.e., as a plate with the necessary bores, pins, or other connecting structures to connect the rotor axis to the occlusion device(s) in such a way that the movement of the rotor axis is transferred to the occlusion device(s).

[0033] In some designs, swing arms are configured as arms. They can then form rigid structures.

[0034] In some embodiments, at least one rocker arm is arranged to be spring-loaded. A slight spring action of the rocker arm(s) can, for example, be advantageous in facilitating the insertion of a hose into the rotor, or in easily adapting the rotor to different hoses.

[0035] In some embodiments, at least two axial guide elements and / or at least two occlusion devices are arranged opposite each other on a common rocker arm of the rotor.

[0036] The rotor can have one rocker arm for the occlusion device(s) and another rocker arm for the axial guide element(s).

[0037] Both the occlusion devices and the axial guide elements can be present in varying numbers. Their radial arrangement on their respective rocker arm can be at constant intervals or at varying intervals from one another.

[0038] In some embodiments, several occlusion devices and several axial guide elements of the rotor are arranged on a common rocker arm. Optionally, each occlusion device is assigned an axial guide element.

[0039] According to the invention, the occlusion devices and the axial guide elements can be present in different numbers, and they can be arranged at equal or different distances from each other in the rocker arm.

[0040] In other embodiments, the number of occlusion devices and axial guide elements is not the same. For example, two or more axial guide elements can be arranged in front of each occlusion device in the rotor.

[0041] The swing arm can have any design known to the state of the art.

[0042] In some embodiments, at least one of the axial guide elements can have at least one second side section. This side section can be conical. The geometric design of the axial guide elements serves to better guide the hose over the stator base and around the rotor, in order to minimize the lateral sliding movements of the hose during rotor rotation and thus also reduce hose wear.

[0043] In another embodiment, the axial guide element comprises a central section that is slightly hourglass-shaped.

[0044] In some embodiments, the first and / or the second side section of the axial guide element can be conical. Together they can form a double cone, with the tips of the cones facing each other and the middle section of the axial guide element being arranged between and connecting the first and the second side section.

[0045] Due to its geometric design, the double-conical axial guide element guides the hose around the rotor. In such embodiments of the invention, further guide elements serving the same purpose can advantageously be omitted.

[0046] In some embodiments, the two cone-shaped side sections are different, or distinct from each other, meaning that the double cone formed from the two cone-shaped side sections is preferably not point-symmetric about its geometric center of gravity.

[0047] In certain embodiments, the rotor includes axial guide elements which, in addition to the central section, comprise only exactly one side section, but not two side sections.

[0048] In some embodiments, the rotor may further comprise at least one lateral guide element.

[0049] Advantageously, a longitudinal axis of the lateral guide element runs perpendicular to the rotor axis and is positioned in front of or above the stator base, so that the hose is located between the stator base and the lateral guide element. The lateral guide element thus only defines the hose on the outside, i.e., towards the user. It can advantageously help to prevent the hose from slipping out of the stator base when the rotor is rotating.

[0050] In such embodiments, the axial guide elements towards the stator base can, in addition to the central section, comprise only one lateral section, which prevents contact between the hose and the stator base. The central section of the axial guide element supports and guides the hose from below (i.e., it supports the area of the hose closest to the rotor axis). The lateral guide element, in turn, prevents contact with the rotor hub body and prevents the hose from extending beyond the occlusion roller. Thus, in such embodiments, the hose is supported and guided outwards, i.e., towards the user, preferably exclusively by one or more such lateral guide elements.

[0051] In some embodiments, the lateral guide element can be rotatable about its central axis. This can serve to reduce or minimize the mechanical stress on the inserted hose when the rotor is running.

[0052] In some embodiments, optionally only the central section of the axial guide element is rotatable about its central longitudinal axis. This, too, can help to reduce the mechanical stress acting on the hose.

[0053] In some embodiments, the conveying device according to the invention is equipped with a cover element. The cover element can cover or at least partially cover the rotor and / or the hose, insofar as it is inserted into the conveying device.

[0054] In some embodiments, the cover element is arranged to remain stationary and / or non-rotatable relative to the stator when the conveying device is operating.

[0055] In other embodiments, the cover element is coupled to the rotor and is carried along by it as it rotates.

[0056] The cover element can be used to protect the rotor or the entire conveying device from dirt or moisture. Furthermore, it can, for example, prevent the user from accidentally reaching between components, at least one of which is rotating, while the rotor is spinning.

[0057] In some embodiments, the cover element optionally has or consists of at least one guide tab. The geometry of the guide tab facilitates easy and secure insertion of the hose into the stator base.

[0058] The guide tab can, for example, be designed as a recess in a section of the cover element towards the stator base. When inserting the hose, it can provide support for the section of hose that is to be placed around the rotor.

[0059] When the hose is inserted into the conveying device, it is placed in contact with the guide tab. The hose is then advanced towards the stator base. The hose slides into the desired position relative to the rotor, for example, by means of a rounded, smooth, and / or sloping surface of the guide tab, and can then be advanced further around the rotor.

[0060] The geometry of the guide tab preferably facilitates the insertion of the hose and makes it more difficult for the hose to twist and / or slip out of the space between the rotor and stator during insertion.

[0061] In other embodiments, the guide tab is integrated into the cover element and / or forms a single unit with it.

[0062] In some embodiments, the guide tab(s) and the cover element form a multi-part unit.

[0063] In some designs, the guide tab can be understood as an insertion or threading aid.

[0064] In some embodiments, at least one axial guide element and / or one lateral guide element are optionally integrated into the cover element.

[0065] In such embodiments, swing arms or similar connecting elements between the rotor and / or axial and / or lateral guide elements are no longer necessary, as the function of these connecting elements is taken over by the cover element.

[0066] In some embodiments, the cover element is designed as a hub body. It can include a connecting element for linking it to the conveyor's gearbox. It can also function as a rocker arm; for example, the cover element can be provided with pins that serve as axles for the rotating components of the conveyor. Thus, rocker arms, hubs, or similar connecting elements can be advantageously omitted in the conveyor's design, since the connecting and coupling function, which would normally be performed by the rocker arm, is handled by the cover element.

[0067] In some embodiments, the conveying device is a cassette or part thereof, prepared to be attached to a fluid handling device.

[0068] In some embodiments, the conveying device is rigidly connected to other sections of the fluid treatment device, such as its housing.

[0069] In some embodiments, the fluid treatment device is a blood treatment device.

[0070] In some embodiments, the blood treatment device is configured as a dialysis device, hemodialysis device, hemofiltration device, hemodiafiltration device, apheresis device, plasma treatment or exchange device, TPE device (total parenteral nutrition), and / or as combinations thereof.

[0071] In some embodiments, the distance between the occlusion devices and the tube bed as a counter bearing for the occlusion devices is not variable.

[0072] In some embodiments, the hose bed does not have a conical or cone-shaped support surface that rests against a complementarily shaped support surface on the housing.

[0073] In some embodiments, the distance between the occlusion devices and the tube bed cannot be adjusted by moving the tube bed relative to the housing along the support surface.

[0074] Some or all embodiments may have one, several, or all of the advantages mentioned below.

[0075] The conveying device according to the invention allows fluids to be conveyed gently and without contact with components other than the inside of the hose, as a peristaltic pump.

[0076] Furthermore, the design of the conveying device according to the invention can protect the hose from excessive stress or even damage by minimizing shear forces that occur when the occluded section of the hose shifts along its longitudinal axis. Shear stresses are not only responsible for a reduced hose service life, but also – with increasing hose wear – for a decrease in conveying capacity and pressure.

[0077] Damage to the hose that can be reduced according to the invention includes the so-called spallation of hose material particles, which can also be advantageously minimized. Such detached or splintered hose particles can contaminate the pumped fluid. In the medical field, for example, this can lead to their deposition in organs.

[0078] The conveying device according to the invention can advantageously reduce or even prevent the transverse movement of the hose (i.e., in a direction parallel to the axis of rotation of the rotating rotor) in the stator. This, in turn, indirectly reduces or minimizes abrasion on the hose due to sliding friction, thereby increasing the service life of the hose and reducing the phenomenon of spallation. This applies particularly to the occluded hose section on the vacuum side.

[0079] Furthermore, it can be advantageous that when using the conveying device according to the invention, such a favorable design of the device not only significantly increases the service life of the hose, but also allows for more constant flow rates to be maintained.

[0080] The present invention is explained below by way of example with reference to the accompanying drawing, in which the same reference numerals denote identical or similar components. [0081] Fig. 1 Figure 1 shows a schematic representation of a conventional conveying device as a pump unit with a stator 20 and a rotor 10. The hose 30 is located above the stator base 21 in the space between rotor 10 and stator 20. The rotor 10 of the Fig. 1 does not include any axial guide elements provided for in the invention.

[0082] With the rotor 10 running, transverse movements (see the opposing arrows QQ) occur in the hose 30 relative to the occlusion rollers 1 or the guide element 6. The frictional forces that occur during the rotation of the rotor act on the hose 30 in such a way that it is tensioned like a chord between the hose inlet and the occlusion roller 1 (see the hose path from point P1 to point P2).

[0083] Particularly in embodiments of the conveying device where the hose 30 does not run purely tangentially at the inlet and outlet of the pump housing (30a and 30b respectively) but is slightly kinked, such transverse movements occur under the aforementioned tension. Here, the hose 30 is cyclically tensioned with each complete revolution of the rotor 10, whereby the tensile tension decreases again as the occlusion device 1 continues to rotate in the direction of the overpressure side. Transverse movements hardly occur on the overpressure side, since the hose 30 is merely compressed there and rests against the hose bed.

[0084] In this chord-like stretched hose section, the angle between the axis of the guide surface and the hose axis is less than 90°, which, in addition to unwinding, also causes the hose to slide over the roller. This effect promotes abrasion on hose 30 in addition to the lateral movement described above.

[0085] Fig. 2a and Fig. 2b Figure 1 shows a schematic representation of an embodiment of a conveying device 100 according to the invention in a front or external view (as perceived by the user in use) with a rotor 10 rotating about a rotor axis 7 and a stationary stator 20 in which the rotor 10 can rotate. The stator 20 forms a receptacle for the rotor 10 and for a hose 30 (see Figure 1). Fig. 2 ), which is inserted into the rotor 10 from below and exits downwards from it.

[0086] The mount for rotor 10, which is in Fig. 2a and 2b The component located behind the rotor 10 is designed either as part of a housing (not shown) of a fluid treatment device or as a cassette which is attached to a rotor gearbox of the fluid treatment device (not shown).

[0087] The rotor 10 can be connected to and driven by the drive motor of the fluid treatment device (not shown) via a shaft.

[0088] In certain embodiments, the receptacle for the rotor 10 may have or be a drive shaft, and the rotor 10 is placed onto it.

[0089] A receiving section of the stator 20, or space for the hose 30, is formed by a stator base 21, from which a hose bed 22 extends as a counter bearing for the occlusion device 1. The hose 30 is inserted into the conveying device 100 such that it lies between the rotor 10 and the hose bed 22 as a counter bearing and is guided at least partially around the rotor 10, as shown in Fig. 2b shown.

[0090] The rotor 10 comprises one or more occlusion device(s) 1, which are designed, for example, as substantially cylindrical occlusion rollers and which preferably rotate about their central axis O (see Fig. 3 ) can rotate. In Fig. 2a Two occlusion devices 1 are shown as examples, positioned opposite each other and attached to a rocker arm 2. The rocker arm 2 connects the rotor axis 7 to the occlusion devices 1 and functionally couples them to the rotating movement of the rotor 10. Thus, during use of the conveying device 100, the hose 30 is cyclically pressed against the hose bed 22, which acts as a counter-bearing for the stator 20, by one or more occlusion devices 1 and is thereby occluded.

[0091] As the rotor 10 rotates, the occlusion devices 1 slide or roll along the tube 30 (in Fig. 2a (not shown). After the occlusion devices 1 disengage from the hose 30, the previously compressed section of the hose expands again due to the elasticity of the hose material. The resulting negative pressure draws in the fluid located upstream of the conveying device 100 in the hose system. The negative pressure is generated by the way the enclosed volume located upstream of the occlusion device 1 is conveyed. This also conveys the fluid along the lumen of the hose 30.

[0092] The occlusion devices 1 can compress the hose 30 to a greater or lesser degree. According to the invention, the degree of compression of the hose 30 can be optionally adjusted. For example, it can be fixed by means of an optional, preferably spring-loaded, rocker arm 2.

[0093] By means of such an optional rocker arm 2, the conveying device 100 can be adapted to the properties of the specific hose 30 used, e.g. its material properties or its cross-section.

[0094] Furthermore, the conveying device comprises 100 of the Fig. 2a and Fig. 2b further, at least one axial guide element 6 (see Fig. 3 ), here are two axial guide elements 6 as examples, of which a first side section can be seen, see Fig. 3 .

[0095] The axial guide elements 6 facilitate the embedding of the hose 30 by guiding it laterally (see Fig. 3 ) and be able to support and demarcate from below, as e.g. in Fig. 6 shown in more detail.

[0096] The rotor 10 of the Fig. 2a and Fig. 2b It is optionally located under a cover element 5, which can protect the user from accidentally touching rotor components. The cover element also optionally serves as a handle for manually threading the hose 30.

[0097] The cover element 5 optionally has or consists of two guide tabs 4. The guide tabs 4 can be designed to facilitate the threading of the hose 30 by means of their geometry (see Fig. 3 ).

[0098] The arrow labeled with reference symbol A illustrates the direction of view according to the Fig. 3 bis Fig. 5 .

[0099] Fig. 3 shows a schematic representation of only rotor 10 of the Fig. 2a and Fig. 2b looking from below in the direction of arrow A Fig. 2a .

[0100] The occlusion device 1 and the axial guide element 6 are clearly visible here, as no hose 30 has yet been inserted.

[0101] The axial guide elements 6 can have different geometric configurations. They can be made from one or more parts. They comprise at least one central section 6c and at least one first side section 6a projecting radially beyond the central section 6c. This first side section 6a also projects radially beyond a section of the outer edge of the rotor 10. The axial guide elements 6 are designed to center or align the hose 30. They are configured such that transverse sliding or shearing movements of the hose 30 are prevented or minimized when the rotor 10 is running. To further minimize the frictional forces exerted on the hose 30, the axial guide element 6 can, as in this embodiment, consist of or include passively rotating parts or rollers.

[0102] Only the first side section 6a of the axial guide element 6 is shown here, which is connected to the middle section 6c, see Fig. 3 An optional second page section 6b may be provided, see e.g. Fig. 3 It can be connected to the first side section 6a by means of the middle section 6c.

[0103] According to the invention, for example, the middle section 6c and / or the first side section 6a and / or the second side section 6b can each be rotatable about their longitudinal axis (or about a center point in the case of an embodiment with a disk-shaped first side section 6a).

[0104] Both the occlusion device 1 and the axial guide element 6 are shown here arranged on a common rocker arm 2 as an example.

[0105] The occlusion device 1 is optionally designed to be cylindrical.

[0106] The axial guide element 6 of the present embodiment is one piece, has a cylindrical central section 6c, a first side section 6a which is essentially disc-shaped, and a second side section 6b which is essentially conical.

[0107] The central section 6c, shown here as an example, also has a smaller maximum diameter than the side sections 6a and 6b. The axial guide element 6 of the Fig. 3 In use, it rotates around its central longitudinal axis L.

[0108] In some embodiments, the axial guide element 6 rotates passively, i.e., its axis or shaft is not mechanically connected to the rotor axis. Rotational movement of the axial guide element 6 about its longitudinal axis is determined solely by friction against the hose 30, without any other forces playing a role in this rotational movement of the axial guide element 6.

[0109] Each of the axial guide elements 6 can be individually attached to a specific rocker arm 2. Alternatively, the axial guide elements 6 can be attached in pairs or groups to a common rocker arm 2. Alternatively or additionally, at least one of the axial guide elements 6 can be arranged on a common rocker arm 2 with at least one of the occlusion devices 1 (see, for example, the exemplary embodiment according to the invention). Fig. 12 .

[0110] Fig. 4 shows a schematic representation of the rotor 10 during the insertion of a hose 30 into the conveying device 100 using the guide tab 4.

[0111] The guide tab 4 (generally: guide element) is designed to allow the hose 30 to be inserted easily and with only slight mechanical stress between rotor 10 and stator 20 by means of the axial guide element 6.

[0112] Fig. 5 shows the schematic representation of rotor 10 of the Fig. 4 30 with the hose already inserted.

[0113] The geometric design of the guide element 6 is exemplified here such that the hose 30 does not come into contact with the guide tab 4 when the rotor 10 is running. This is shown in Fig. 5 illustrated by a thin arrow.

[0114] Out of Fig. 5 It can be seen how the hose is guided over the middle section 6c and into contact with it, and is laterally limited by means of the first side section 6a and the second side section 6b of the axial guide element 6.

[0115] The geometry of the axial guide element 6 keeps the hose 30 centered around the rotor 10 in the stator base 21 such that the hose 30 does not come into contact with the stator base 21, the guide tab 4 and / or the cover element 5 when the rotor 10 is running.

[0116] In this way, the hose 30 inserted between occlusion devices 1 and stator 20 advantageously has only minimal lateral or axial play, i.e., the hose 30 is hardly subjected to transverse movements when the rotor is running and hardly to shear movements. The reduction in hose abrasion can have a material-protecting effect.

[0117] Fig. 6 Figure 1 shows a highly simplified sectional view of a section of the stator 20 with a section of the hose 30 inserted between the stator 20 and the rotor 10 and an axial guide element 6 in detail.

[0118] By appropriately selecting the design parameters of the axial guide element 6, the service life of the hose 30 can be significantly increased. In some embodiments, more constant flow rates can also be maintained along the hose 30.

[0119] Fig. 7 Figure 1 shows a schematic representation of the rotor 10 of the preceding figures in perspective, looking from a slanted bottom and front (outside) view of the area in which the hose 30 can be guided around the rotor 10.

[0120] The rotor 10 includes the optional cover element 5, which essentially covers the rotor 10. In the radial direction, only the rockers 2 with the occlusion devices 1 and the axial guide elements 6 project beyond the cover element 5 of the rotor 10. The axis 2c of the occlusion device 1, designed as a pivot axis, is clearly visible; it is mounted in or on the rocker 2. This axis 2c enables the occlusion device 1 to rotate about its central longitudinal axis O.

[0121] In this embodiment, the two side sections 6a and 6b of the axial guide element 6 are, by way of example, designed in a disc shape. They optionally have the same diameter. The central section 6c is cylindrical and has a significantly smaller diameter than the two side sections 6a and 6b. Both side sections 6a and 6b can optionally be conical, with the respective cone height of the side sections 6a and 6b being the same in some embodiments and different in others.

[0122] Fig. 8 Figure 1 shows a further embodiment of the conveying device, with a perspective view of the rotor 10 from a low, oblique angle and from the front. The occlusion device 1, an axial guide element 6, and a lateral guide element 3 are clearly visible.

[0123] In some embodiments, e.g. in the Fig. 8 , the axial guide element 6 has only the first side section 6a and the middle section 6c, but in particular not the second side section 6b.

[0124] The first side section 6a separates the hose 30 from the stator base 21. It has a geometric design, for example (preferably completely or substantially) disc- or cone-shaped, which is suitable to keep the hose 30 centered when the rotor 10 is running, such that no unintentional contact with the stator base 21 or with parts or areas of the rotor body (for example, the hub body 8) can occur.

[0125] Furthermore, in this embodiment, the rotor 10 has at least one lateral guide element 3 (see also Fig. 9 The lateral guide elements 3, of which in Fig. 8 Only one of the visible elements separates the hose 30 laterally from the outside of the rotor 10, that is, from the open side of the space between the rotor 10 and the stator 20, i.e., away from the stator base 21 or towards the user. Thus, they prevent the hose 30 from slipping out of the conveying device 100 when the rotor 10 is running. In conjunction with the axial guide element 6, the lateral guide elements 3 prevent any transverse sliding or shearing movements of the hose 30.

[0126] The at least one lateral guide element 3 can be designed as a cylindrical or substantially cylindrical body, or have such a body which is arranged by one of its base surfaces on an axis extending radially away from the rotor axis 7. The longitudinal axis of the lateral guide element 3 is preferably perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the rotor axis 7. The lateral guide element 3 can optionally rotate about its longitudinal axis P in order to reduce the frictional forces against the hose 30 when the rotor is running.

[0127] Fig. 9 shows rotor 10 of the Fig. 8 in a front view.

[0128] Fig. 10 shows a section of yet another embodiment of the conveying device 100 with a view of the rotor 10 from a slight perspective below.

[0129] Here, the cover element 5 forms a housing with a surface or area 5a which covers the rotor 10 towards the user and which includes the guide tabs 4, and with a lateral surface or rim 5b which optionally extends to or close to the stator base 21, and which has recesses through which the occlusion devices 1, the axis of the at least one lateral guide element 3 and / or side sections of the at least one axial guide element 6, or sections thereof, can protrude from the rotor 10.

[0130] For example, in this embodiment, the central section 6c of the axial guide element 6 is integrated into the housing. The first side section 6a of the axial guide element 6, which is designed here in a disc shape, is configured as a rotating part by way of example and can protrude clearly laterally from the cover element 5.

[0131] Fig. 11 Figure 1 shows a schematic representation of another embodiment of the conveying device 100 in a slight frontal perspective with a view of the rocker arm(s) 2.

[0132] The swing arm 2 can have any configuration known from the prior art. For example, it can be configured as a fork with a pivot joint 2a, which connects the fork to a hub body 8. It can also be configured with a spring 2b and with an axle 2c to allow the occlusion device 1 to rotate freely on the fork of the swing arm 2.

[0133] The hub body 8 couples the rocker arm 2, and thus all parts arranged on it, to the rotor 10, which is driven via a shaft of a drive motor (not shown) of the blood treatment device (not shown). In these embodiments, the hub body 8 couples, for example, all components of the rotor 10 that extend radially within the rotor 10, in particular occlusion devices 1 and axial guide elements 6, to the rotation of the rotor by means of an axis 2d.

[0134] In the illustrated embodiment of the Fig. 11 The axial guide elements 6 are not arranged on one of the swing arms 2.

[0135] The swing arm(s) 2 can have rigid structures or be slightly springy (as in the Fig. 11 and 12(as shown). A slight suspension of the rocker arm(s) can, for example, be advantageous in enabling the adaptation of the rotor 10 to different hoses, e.g. hoses with different diameters.

[0136] In principle, different configurations of the swing arms 2 in a single embodiment of the rotor 10 are also included in the present invention.

[0137] Fig. 12 Figure 1 shows a schematic representation of a further embodiment of the conveying device 100 according to the invention with a rocker arm 2 and without a cover element, viewed from the front.

[0138] The structure of the embodiment presented here also largely corresponds to the structure of the embodiment of Fig. 11 However, in each case at least one occlusion device 1 is connected to an axial guide element 6 by means of a rocker arm 2, with the rocker joint 2a serving as the axis for the axial guide element 6. Thus, at least one occlusion device 1 and at least one axial guide element 6 are present on a common rocker arm 2.

[0139] The occlusion devices 1 can also be spring-mounted by means of the oscillating springs 2b, which can facilitate the insertion of a hose 30 into the rotor 10 and / or the adaptation of the rotor 10 to different hoses, as described herein.

[0140] The above to Fig. 11 The statements made, in particular regarding the hub body 8, also apply without limitation to the statements or representations of the Fig. 12 to. Bezugszeichen
