Description
Area of application and state of the art
[0001] The invention relates to a hob. The hob comprises a hob plate and heating devices located underneath, wherein the heating devices are arranged and secured on a flat support plate, in particular supported by the support plate.
[0002] A corresponding hob is known from EP 1335632 A2. The heating devices, in the form of induction heating coils, are attached, for example, by screwing, to different holes arranged in a specific hole pattern. Alternatively, longitudinal slots can be provided. The different holes or longitudinal slots allow for variable but precisely defined positioning of the heating devices.
[0003] WO 2015 / 049602 A1 discloses a cooktop comprising a cooktop plate and heating devices underneath, which are attached to a flat room divider element. Recesses are disclosed in the room divider element, which, viewed from above, are stepped or tapered. Stepped projections with a fastening surface are provided on the heating devices. These projections can be inserted into the recesses and then slightly rotated. This allows the fastening surfaces to grip under sections of the room divider element at the edge of the recesses. This achieves a positive fastening.
[0004] DE 102007032757 A1 discloses a hob with spring elements that are glued to the underside of a hob plate using flat fasteners. The spring elements form locking hooks. A heating device can be attached to these spring elements by locking them together, pressing the heating device against the underside of the hob plate. Task and solution
[0005] The invention is based on the object of creating a hob as mentioned above with which problems of the prior art can be solved and in particular it is possible to advantageously fasten heating devices on the support plate.
[0006] This object is achieved by a hob having the features of claim 1. Advantageous and preferred embodiments of the invention are the subject of the further claims and are explained in more detail below. Some of the features are described only for the hob or only for a method for assembling such a hob. However, they are intended to be applicable to a hob independently and independently of one another. The wording of the claims is incorporated into the description by express reference.
[0007] The hob comprises a hob plate and heating elements beneath the hob plate. It also comprises a flat support plate for the heating elements, which is flat, runs parallel to the hob plate, and has a top surface. The support plate supports the heating elements at the top, where they are held in place. This prevents them from shifting, even during transport of the hob, and their position always remains the same. The top surface of the support plate includes retaining means for each heating element. These retain the heating elements level with a degree of resistance to movement, allowing them to move by a maximum of 1 cm.
[0008] According to the invention, each heating device has at least one laterally projecting retaining tab, advantageously two retaining tabs. Each retaining tab has locking means, wherein the retaining means have counter-locking means in order to form or enter into a locking connection with the locking means of the retaining tab. Such a locking connection can advantageously be designed in such a way that it forms at least one loss protection, so that after the locking connection has been established, the retaining means cannot be lost from the retaining tab or from the heating device or, for example, fall off. For example, a heating device with locked-on retaining means can be transported separately and then connected to the carrier plate. With the locking connection, play can therefore be provided in a direction perpendicular to the carrier plate, if necessary; the locking connection does not necessarily have to have a single possible position.
[0009] The holding means are fastened to the upper side of the carrier plate and are detachably fastened, whereby such a release of the fastening in a direction perpendicular to the carrier plate is possible. The fastening is advantageously improved by adhesive bonding, but can be removed or released with sufficient force. The holding means are fastened to the carrier plate in a form-fitting manner in a direction parallel to the surface of the carrier plate, since this is actually the only possible movement for the holding means or the heating device in a fully assembled hob. The holding tab runs over the carrier plate or is located above the carrier plate, it rests against the holding means or is connected to the holding means in a snap-in manner. The connection is advantageously form-fitting and can be formed at least partially by the snap-in connection or the elements provided for this purpose. Additional elements can be provided for a form-fitting and thus stable connection.
[0010] This allows the retaining elements to be attached to the support plate, preferably in a single position or with precise positioning. By connecting the heating element via the retaining tab to the retaining elements using a snap-in connection, the hob or pre-assembly of the heating element with the retaining elements can be carried out very quickly and easily.
[0011] In one embodiment of the invention, each heating device can have exactly two retaining tabs, which are preferably evenly distributed. They are particularly preferably located opposite each other on the heating device. One or each retaining tab protrudes outward from an outer edge of the heating device, so that it is easily accessible during assembly of the hob, both with and without the retaining means snapped onto it.
[0012] According to the invention, the locking means on the retaining tabs are designed as a locking opening. They have at least one locking edge; preferably, a locking opening has two spaced-apart locking edges. These are advantageously parallel to one another. A locking hook of the retaining means can engage each locking edge. Preferably, each retaining tab has exactly one locking opening.
[0013] Advantageously, all retaining tabs are identically designed, and the same can be said for the retaining elements. This simplifies production and the provision of parts for assembly of the hob.
[0014] In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the retaining tab is flat. It can run parallel to the surface of the support plate. This allows for a simple design and does not require additional or complex height.
[0015] The retaining tab can be provided on a support or heating element support of the heating device. In this case, it can either be formed integrally onto this heating element support, particularly if this is a plastic injection-molded part. Such a heating element support can be plate-shaped. Alternatively, the retaining tab can be connected to such a heating element support by means of a type of connecting section or connecting part, so that it is not attached thereto in one piece, but can be attached or fastened. In this case, as previously explained, it can also be provided that all retaining tabs including connecting parts are identical, i.e., are present in only one type, and are then connected to the heating element supports in the same way. Such a heating element support is advantageously also made of plastic, as is known per se.
[0016] According to the invention, the retaining means are designed to have at least one latching hook projecting upwards or perpendicular to the surface of the carrier plate, which latching hook forms the counter-latching means for the latching means or latching opening on the retaining tab. Each retaining means advantageously has two latching hooks. Such a latching hook can have a latching bevel at the top at a free end and a latching effect downwards. This can be formed by a latching projection facing the carrier plate, which is formed near or on the free end of the latching hook. The height of the latching projection above the carrier plate and / or above the retaining tab can be at least twice to three times the thickness of the retaining tab. Thus, while the retaining means can be attached or snapped to the retaining tab via the snap-in connection, there is still some freedom of movement even after the snap-in connection, allowing the retaining means to be moved relative to the retaining tab and thus relative to the heating device, for example, for easier installation on the support plate. The mobility within this snap-in connection also preferably allows for a spring travel with a spring height of the heating device above the support plate.
[0017] Advantageously, two locking hooks are provided on a holding means as counter-locking means. These two locking hooks can be of identical design and protrude from the holding means at a distance from each other. The two locking hooks can be arranged back-to-back, so to speak, or arranged on a base part such that the aforementioned locking projections point in opposite directions or away from each other. They can be designed and arranged mirror-symmetrically, with such a plane of symmetry running down the middle between them.
[0018] In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, a centering projection can be formed on the holding means, which projects in a direction perpendicular to the surface of the carrier plate. This centering projection can serve to find the correct position relative to one another when attaching the holding means to the holding tab, in particular for simple and correct production of the locking connection. The centering projection can extend through an opening in the holding tab, in particular a completely bordered opening. Particularly advantageously, this can be the same locking opening that forms the locking means with the at least one previously described locking edge, preferably with the two previously mentioned locking edges. This locking opening is then relatively large in relation to the locking hooks, which, however, rest against the locking edges with their locking projections.
[0019] Advantageously, the centering projection can be arranged between two aforementioned locking hooks of a retaining means. In particular, it extends, so to speak, through the aforementioned plane of symmetry or along the aforementioned plane of symmetry. The centering projection is preferably at least as high as the locking hooks, preferably higher. This ensures that the centering projection, as the first area of the retaining means, engages through the locking opening or connects with the retaining tab when the locking connection is established. This ensures that the locking hooks are brought together correctly and as desired.
[0020] In an embodiment of the invention, the centering projection can have an elongated cross-sectional area in a sectional plane parallel to the surface of the carrier plate. It is thus elongated, advantageously with a thinner area in the middle and thicker areas at both ends of said elongated cross-section. Its distance from the locking hooks can be a few millimeters, so that the latter may reach close to the centering projection or even rest against it when establishing the locking connection.
[0021] The holding means can have a base part, which can be designed as a base plate. Such a base plate can run parallel to the surface of the carrier plate. The base part can rest on the top side of the carrier plate, in particular with its underside. It can advantageously be glued there. Bonding of the holding means or the underside of the base part to the carrier plate can be achieved either by applying a paste-like adhesive, or alternatively with a type of double-sided adhesive tape with a cover layer over the exposed adhesive layer, which is then to be glued to the carrier plate. Bonding can be achieved very easily by peeling off this cover layer.
[0022] At least one fastening projection can protrude downward from the base part and engage into a fastening opening in the support plate. Advantageously, two fastening projections are provided on each base part, with each fastening projection engaging a separate fastening opening in the support plate. These fastening projections in the fastening openings form the positive connection of the holding means to the support plate, as they prevent lateral displacement or movement.
[0023] The shape of a fastening opening can correspond to the design of the fastening projection, so that exact positioning is also achieved.
[0024] It is advantageous that no mounting protrusion protrudes downwards beyond the underside of the carrier plate. This ensures that functional units mounted there, such as power electronics and / or control components, circuit boards, or the like, are not touched or impaired by a mounting protrusion protruding beyond the underside of the carrier plate. With a carrier plate thickness between 1 mm and 5 mm, the engagement of the mounting protrusions in the mounting openings is sufficient to achieve the desired form fit.
[0025] In a preferred embodiment of the invention, a fastening projection can be elongated, resembling a type of rail. The longitudinal direction can run parallel to the surface of the carrier plate. The width of the fastening projection can remain constant, allowing simple manufacturing and potentially allowing a holding means to be attached to the carrier plate in any orientation. The longitudinal direction of an elongated fastening projection can run perpendicular to a line from a center point of the heating device to the retaining tab. If two fastening projections are provided on the holding means, both are advantageously elongated and, particularly advantageously, both are identical. This then naturally also applies to their respective fastening openings.
[0026] In a further embodiment of the invention, it can be provided that a fastening projection, which projects from the underside of the base plate or the base part, projects beyond the base part in at least one direction parallel to the surface of the carrier plate, and is therefore also visible from above. This serves as an assembly aid so that the fastening projections of the holding means can be pressed more easily into the fastening openings in the carrier plate. An elongated fastening projection advantageously projects beyond the base part at both ends, for example with a projection of 1 mm to 5 mm. This is sufficient for good visibility; if necessary, an assembly person can also grip and guide the holding means more easily by hand.
[0027] If two fastening projections are formed on the base part, they can be spaced apart. Elongated fastening projections are advantageously parallel to each other. This spacing can be between 10 mm and 40 mm. The underside of the base part can be bonded to the carrier plate at this distance, preferably using an adhesive layer described above. The underside of the base part should be as flat as possible in this area and should not have any projections. Under certain circumstances, cutouts or cutouts can be provided to facilitate production by injection molding.
[0028] The fit between the mounting holes and the mounting projections can be between 0.1 mm and 2 mm, with a maximum of 1 mm or 0.4 mm being particularly advantageous. This allows for very precise specification of the position of the retaining elements on the carrier plate, and thus also of the entire heating device.
[0029] In one embodiment of the invention, it can be provided that cutouts or depressions are formed on the underside of the base part at a transition between the fastening projections and this underside. These can be recessed in a direction perpendicular to the surface of the carrier plate. They serve to ensure that, during a punching process for the fastening openings in a metal carrier plate, protruding metal edges or burrs at the fastening openings can extend into them and thus do not rest against the underside of the base part. This could result in an inaccurate fit. The fastening openings can thus be punched out more easily and with less effort and precision. The aforementioned adhesive in the form of an adhesive layer, for example as double-sided adhesive tape with a thickness of between 0.1 mm and 2 mm, can be left out here if necessary so that said edges or burrs do not press into them.
[0030] In a further embodiment of the invention, a projection can protrude from each retaining tab, in particular from the aforementioned base part of a retaining tab, in a direction away from the heating device. Such a projection can be a maximum of 10 mm long or protrude from the retaining tab. Such a projection also makes it possible to guide the retaining tab when attaching the heating device to a carrier plate with attached retaining means. If the retaining means are already locked onto the retaining tabs and this entire assembly is then attached to a carrier plate, this is advantageously done by an assembly worker grasping the retaining means and attaching them to the carrier plate.
[0031] A carrier plate can advantageously generally be made of metal, in particular aluminum. The aforementioned fastening openings are punched out of it for the sake of simplicity, whereby advantageously only those fastening openings are punched out at the corresponding locations for a carrier plate that are necessary for attaching heating devices with retaining tabs and holding means. This advantageously avoids punching out multiple sets or arrangements of fastening openings, some or most of which are subsequently no longer required. Punching is advantageously carried out with a punching direction from the underside of the carrier plate to the top. This keeps the underside free of the aforementioned edges or burrs from the punching, and on the top side, these can be covered by the attached holding means to prevent the risk of injury, whereby the burrs can be absorbed, so to speak, by the aforementioned cutouts or recesses.
[0032] To assemble a hob according to the invention, the support plate, the heating devices, and the holding means are provided, each initially separated. Adhesives are advantageously already provided on the holding means, but are not yet activated in the sense that, for example, double-sided adhesive tape is still provided with a cover layer. In a first embodiment of the method, the holding means are first attached to a holding tab of a heating device by snapping them together. The adhesives are then applied or activated, in particular by peeling off an aforementioned cover layer. The structural units of the heating device and holding means are then fastened to the support plate by pressing the fastening projections into the fastening openings and gluing them together.
[0033] In a second embodiment of the method, the adhesive is first applied or activated to the holding means, and these holding means are then glued to the support plate. This is advantageously done for all holding means intended for a single heating device, i.e., particularly advantageously, two holding means. The heating device is then attached to the holding means by locking the retaining tabs onto the holding means, so that the heating device is secured to the support plate. This can be done successively for each heating device for the hob.
[0034] The division of the application into subheadings and individual sections does not limit the general validity of the statements made under these headings. Brief description of the drawings
[0035] Embodiments of the invention are illustrated schematically in the drawings and explained in more detail below. Detailed description of the implementation examples
[0036] In the Fig. 11 shows a simplified sectional view of a hob 11 according to the invention. It has a hob plate 12, which can be made of glass ceramic, for example. A hob housing 15, which can be made of plastic, for example, and can have an operating device 17 with operating elements, such as touch switches, and a hob control, is attached to an underside 13 of the hob plate 12. Furthermore, the hob housing 15 contains power electronics 34, which can be contained in one or two modules. Above the power electronics 34, possibly placed directly on it, a carrier plate 30 corresponding to the carrier plate according to the invention is provided, which is parallel to the hob plate. It is made of aluminum with a thickness of 2 mm, although the thickness and material can also be modified.Induction heating coils 19 are arranged on top of the support plate 30 as heating devices, which are resiliently pushed upwards by means of springs 29. The springs 29 press the induction heating coils 19 with a certain force against the underside 13 of the hob plate 12 for a defined position both with regard to a distance from the upper side of the hob plate 12, on which a pot to be heated is placed, and in a direction parallel to the hob plate 12 and support plate 30. The holding tabs 22 according to the invention are shown in a simplified manner here; with regard to the holding means, particular reference is made to the . Figs. 9, 10 and 12 referred to.
[0037] In the Fig. 2An induction heating coil 19 is shown in an oblique view from above, which partially corresponds to the prior art. The induction heating coil 19 has a round lower part 20, preferably made of plastic, on which, among other things, indicated ferrite cores and, above them, the coil windings (not shown) are arranged. The induction heating coil 19 is covered at the top by an upper part 27, which can also be made of plastic, or alternatively of heat-resistant mica. Connecting cables 28 are introduced from the rear left.
[0038] Clearly visible in Fig. 2On the right is a reinforcement area 21 on the lower part 20, which can be formed in one piece or molded on, alternatively it can be formed as a separate part and then attached to the lower part 20, for example, glued, snapped on or screwed on. The reinforcement area 21 has a considerably greater thickness than the lower part 20 itself and merges into a retaining tab 22 according to the invention, which projects outwards, parallel to the essential surface of the lower part 20 and thus also parallel to the carrier plate 30. Fig. 9 It can be seen that the underside of the retaining tab 22 extends slightly above the underside of the remaining induction heating coil 19 and thus also of the lower part 20. This will be explained in more detail below. Also shown in Fig. 2 is a retaining means 40 according to the invention, snapped onto the retaining tab 22. This will be explained in more detail below.
[0039] The Fig. 3shows the holding means 40 alone in a view obliquely from above, similar to the position shown in Fig. 2 The holding means 40 is made of plastic and has a rectangular base plate 42, for example with a thickness of 2 mm to 4 mm. From the underside of the base plate 42, as can be seen in particular from the oblique view from below according to Fig. 5 shows two fastening rails 44a and 44b, which correspond to the fastening projections according to the invention. They are, as the Fig. 9 As can be seen, they extend downwards approximately with the thickness of the base plate 42 or are of the same thickness. They run parallel to each other and have downwardly circumferential bevels for easier insertion into corresponding openings in the carrier plate 30. Furthermore, according to the plan view, they are Fig. 4 by a few millimeters in its longitudinal direction over the base plate 42, at both ends. According to the Fig. 5It can also be seen that elongated recesses 58a and 58b extend at the transition from the underside 57 of the base plate 42 to the mounting rails 44a and 44b. They can, for example, extend 0.5 mm to 1 mm deep into the underside 57 and serve to accommodate or compensate for punched edges or burrs of the openings in the carrier plate 30.
[0040] Two identical projections 45a and 45b protrude from the base plate 42 on opposite sides. These serve to simplify the handling of the holding means 40, for example, even when they are Fig. 2 are already snapped onto the induction heating coils 19 or their retaining tabs 22.
[0041] In a central area, two locking hooks 47a and 47b protrude upwards from the top of the base plate 42 or are integrally formed there. The two locking hooks 47a and 47b have locking hook stems 51a and 51b that protrude vertically upwards from the base plate 42, on which they are formed with locking hook edges 48a and 48b at the top and locking bevels 49a and 49b at the upper end. They are positioned with their backs facing each other, or the locking hook edges 48a and 48b face away from each other. They are located at the same height above the top of the base plate 42.
[0042] Exactly in the middle between the locking hooks 47a and 47b, a centering projection 54 protrudes vertically upwards from the base plate 42, which has an elongated cross-section, see also the top view of the Fig. 4This cross-section is approximately bone-shaped, so that the centering projection 54 has a kind of constriction 55 in the central area, where it is narrower. This can serve to ensure that, when establishing the locking connection, the locking hooks 47a and 47b are pressed toward each other according to the locking bevels 49a and 49b. The constriction 55 provides somewhat more space into which they can, so to speak, escape or be pressed further toward each other.
[0043] Advantageously, the two holding means 40 are Fig. 2identically designed, which are required to fasten the induction heating coil 19 to the carrier plate 30. Furthermore, they are also mirror-symmetrical in two mutually perpendicular planes of symmetry, which in turn are perpendicular to the surface of the carrier plate 30, and can therefore be rotated or snapped onto the retaining tabs 22 in any direction of rotation. The equally long fastening rails 44a and 44b always fit into the slots 31a and 31b in the carrier plate 30, see also the Fig. 11 and 12 .
[0044] The Fig. 6shows an oblique view of the retaining tab 22. It has a thickness that is significantly greater than that of the base plate 42 of the holding means 40, in particular at least twice as large. This is because it must have sufficient stability despite a large locking opening 23 therein. The locking opening 23 extends, so to speak, around the locking hooks 47a and 47b and the centering projection 54. It has opposing locking edges 24a and 24b, at which the locking hook edges 48a and 48b of the locking hooks 47a and 47b engage or overlap. This corresponds to a conventional locking connection.
[0045] Two centering guides 25a and 25b project upwards over the retaining tab 22, so to speak, in a direction transverse to this, between which the centering projection 54 is guided with its thicker ends. This is evident from the Figs. 7 and 8clearly visible. A distance of 0.5 mm to 3 mm can be provided between the centering links 25a and 25b and the centering projection 54. Thus, a certain amount of play is provided between the retaining tab 22 and the retaining means 40 when they are Figs. 7 and 8 are locked together or locked together. This is clearly visible from the Figs. 7 and 8 From the Fig. 8 It can also be seen that the centering projection 54 is as high as the locking hooks 47a and 47b. However, it could also be higher, for example, to first engage the locking opening 23 and thus center the two parts together when establishing the locking connection, before the locking connection begins or before the locking bevels 49a and 49b engage or rest against the bottom of the retaining tab 22, where conventional bevels are advantageously provided.
[0046] An alternative design of a retaining tab is shown in Fig. 13with the retaining tab 22' there. This retaining tab 22' is significantly thinner, in particular even somewhat thinner than the base plate 42 of the holding means 40. It protrudes from a reinforcement area 21', which has the same relatively small thickness. It has no centering slot or the like, but merely a locking opening 23' formed in the surface of the retaining tab 22'. There, too, the locking edges are formed by the edges of the locking opening 23' and the top side of the retaining tab 22', whereby only the locking edge 24'a for the locking hook 47a is visible here. Here, too, a distance can be seen between the locking hooks 47a and 47b as well as the centering projection 54 and the edge of the locking opening 23', which distance can be approximately as large as described above.
[0047] In the Fig. 9 is in a view similar to the sectional view of the Fig. 1It can be seen how the holding means 40 is snapped onto the induction heating coil 19 or its holding tab 22 from below, far enough that the snap-in connection is just established. This is why the holding means 40 projects so far downwards beyond the holding tab 22. Springs 29, which are designed as helical springs, protrude from the underside of the induction heating coil 19, for example 0.5 cm to 1 cm or even up to 2 cm downwards. The dashed line shows the carrier plate 30 in a position if the fastening rails 44 of the holding means 40 were pressed into corresponding slots and the holding means 40 were glued in place. It can then be seen that in this relative position between the holding tab 22 and the holding means 40, the springs 29 would already have to be slightly pressed in. This means that some force is required during assembly, but this is easy for an assembly person to apply.
[0048] In the comparative presentation of the Fig. 10The induction heating coil 19 is pressed as far as possible against the carrier plate 30, meaning the springs 29 are compressed to their maximum extent. They are advantageously arranged in spring receptacles that are slightly recessed into the underside of the induction heating coil 19 or into the lower part 20, so that they no longer protrude downwards beyond the underside of the lower part 20 while maintaining the spring effect.
[0049] From the comparison of the Figs. 9 and 10 It can also be seen that the holding means 40 now fully rests against the underside of the retaining tab 22 and the locking hooks 47a and 47b extend to the top of the centering links 25a and 25b. Fig. 10can represent the installed state in the maximum compressed position. However, in the installed state in the finished hob 11, a distance of 0.5 mm to 5 mm is advantageously provided between the underside of the retaining tab 22 and the top side of the base plate 42 of the retaining means 40, so that the springs 29 can be active. However, this is variable.
[0050] In the Fig. 11is shown again in detail how the holding means 40 with the two fastening rails 44a and 44b is inserted into corresponding slots 31a and 31b in the carrier plate 30 as fastening openings. An adhesive bond is created with an adhesive layer 59 applied to the underside 57 of the base plate 42, for example formed by double-sided adhesive tape with a certain thickness of 0.5 mm to 3 mm. Here it can also be seen that a circumferential fit between the fastening rails 44 and the slots 31 is approximately 0.5 mm, so that the positioning can have a corresponding inaccuracy. This is sufficient, however, and at the same time compensates for a certain manufacturing tolerance, and the fastening or insertion and gluing of the holding means 40 to the carrier plate 30 is simplified.
[0051] The Fig. 12 again shows starting from the Fig. 7, how the induction heating coil 19 is latched onto the holding means 40 by means of the holding tab 22, wherein the holding means 40 is correspondingly Fig. 11 is inserted and glued to the carrier plate 30. The bonding is achieved by means of the adhesive layer 59, which prevents the holding means 40 from lifting off the carrier plate 30. This adhesive layer 59 also essentially prevents any lateral displacement of the holding means 40 in the surface parallel to the carrier plate 30, so that the positive connection between the fastening rails 44 and the slots 31 is generally not absolutely necessary. This thus serves to guide and precisely position the holding means 40 when fastening to the carrier plate 30 and in the event of the occurrence of large forces that exceed the adhesive effect of the adhesive layers 59 or could tear them off, so to speak.
[0052] From the figures, it is easy to imagine how the assembly process can proceed according to one of the two alternatives. In the first alternative, a holding means 40 is first snapped onto one holding tab 22 and then onto the other holding tab 22 of the induction heating coil 19, advantageously manually. The adhesive layer 59 on the holding means 40 is still covered or, so to speak, deactivated, in particular provided with a conventional release film. The induction heating coil 19 is then brought to the carrier plate 30, although this may also involve transport over a longer time and a greater distance. Shortly before attachment to the carrier plate 30, the adhesive layer 59 is activated, in particular by peeling off the cover film, and then the induction heating coil 19 is placed on the carrier plate 30 approximately in the desired position.Due to the arrangement of the adhesive layer 59 between the protruding fastening rails 44, it cannot yet come into contact with the carrier plate 30. Only when a holding means 40 with its fastening rails 44 engages or is moved into the corresponding slots 31 in the carrier plate 30 does the adhesive layer 59 come into contact with the upper side of the carrier plate 30 and effect the bonding. The other holding means 40 on the other retaining tab 22 of the induction heating coil 19 can also already be approximately in its intended position, so that it can then be pressed into the designated slots 31 with the fastening rails 44 in exactly the same way and thus bonded.
[0053] In the second alternative, the two holding means 40 are first attached and bonded to a carrier plate 30 by activating the adhesive layer 59. The induction heating coil 19 can then be directly attached or latched thereto using the holding tabs 22, or alternatively, transport can be carried out over a longer period of time and a greater distance. An induction heating coil 19 with the holding tabs 22 is then brought up to the holding means 40, and then the latching is established either simultaneously or first latched to one holding tab 22 and then to the other holding tab 22.
[0054] This makes installation simple and error-free for both options. Once assembled, the cooktop 11 is usable and robust.
