Description
[0001] The present invention relates to an agricultural working machine with at least one working unit, at least one support chassis for depth control of the working unit, and a hydraulic working depth adjustment device for adjusting the working depth of the working unit by adjusting the height of the support chassis and working unit relative to each other, wherein at least two adjustment elements for adjusting the height of the support chassis and working unit relative to each other are provided distributed over the working width of the working unit.
[0002] In order to be able to adjust the working depth of the working units on agricultural machines during operation, or at least to be able to adjust it without getting off the tractor, hydraulic working depth adjustment devices are often used. These usually comprise hydraulic cylinders in order to be able to adjust the height of the support chassis relative to the working unit. Usually, a support chassis that follows or sometimes leads the working unit is adjusted in height relative to the machine frame. The support chassis can be mounted so that it can be pivoted in height using a linkage arrangement and the hydraulic cylinder can be supported on the one hand on the machine frame and on the other hand on the support chassis or its pivoting suspension. The hydraulic cylinder usually extends in an upright plane parallel to the direction of travel in order to be able to spread the support chassis downwards or fold it down, for example by extending the piston rod.to be able to drive in order to reduce the working depth or to raise the scanning chassis by retracting the piston rod and thus increase the working depth, cf. US 2004 / 0016556 A1, 3 434 089 A1 and DE3411161A1.
[0003] Alternatively, or in addition to adjusting the height of the outrigger chassis relative to the machine frame, the working unit itself can sometimes also be adjusted relative to the machine frame and thus relative to the outrigger chassis. Various height-adjustable mounting options for the working unit are also known, such as linear guides or pivoting link suspensions. Here, too, hydraulic cylinders can be supported on the machine frame and the working unit to adjust the working depth of the working unit.
[0004] Rollers such as packer rollers are often used as support chassis. In addition to adjusting the working depth, these can also perform other processing tasks such as compacting the soil or leveling or crumbling clods of earth. However, other support chassis types, such as tire or wheel chassis, which can also serve as road transport, or skid plates or similar, can also be used.
[0005] For machines with larger working widths, it is not easy to adjust the working depth evenly across the entire working width. Typically, for larger working widths, several adjustment elements are arranged across the working width in order to provide height and depth control at various points across the working width. Several hydraulic cylinders are arranged as described above, whereby synchronous and even adjustment of the hydraulic cylinders can be achieved through various measures, such as hydraulic flow dividers, the integration of a dividing cylinder, master-slave systems, or even swivel clips. This is not only relatively complex and increases the number of parts, but also adds weight and, in the case of swivel clips, does not allow for continuous adjustment. In addition, a collision problem also arises if the working units can be lifted together with the hydraulic adjustment device from a lowered working position into an upright transport or headland position, since the hydraulic adjustment devices usually protrude on the upper side and thus on the inside in the transport position, so that a collision problem arises with machine components arranged there, such as a seed tank.
[0006] The aforementioned problem of uniform working depth adjustment across the working width is exacerbated even further when the working machine is divided into multiple unit sections. On the one hand, this is helpful with larger working widths in order to improve ground following when driving over undulating terrain, as the separate unit sections can adapt individually to the slope or bumps in the ground. On the other hand, a division into multiple unit sections is often necessary in order to be able to comply with the permissible road transport width, for example by pivoting into an upright transport position as mentioned above. For this purpose, the working machine often has working unit wings that project out to the right and left sides, which can be pivoted around a horizontal pivot axis that is approximately parallel to the direction of travel between the lowered working position and the raised transport or headland position.
[0007] If a hydraulic adjustment device for adjusting the working depth is provided for such a multi-unit work machine, the homogenization of the adjustment is difficult or at least complex due to the large number of hydraulic cylinders.
[0008] Document DE 10 2008 024 279 B4 shows an agricultural soil tillage machine whose working unit is divided into a central section and two side wings. Two hydraulic cylinders are assigned to the central section for adjusting the working depth, and one hydraulic cylinder is assigned to each of the two side wings for adjusting the working depth. The two hydraulic cylinders that adjust the working depth of the central section are connected in series, with the hydraulic circuit for the hydraulic cylinders of the side wings being connected in parallel. Synchronization cylinders are to be used either for the two hydraulic cylinders of the central section or for the hydraulic cylinders of the side wings to even out the adjustment. However, adjusting the side wings with just one hydraulic cylinder each only works satisfactorily with relatively small working widths of the side wings. If the side wings also have larger working widths, these must also be adjusted in height at several points or using several adjustment elements distributed across the working width in order to achieve a uniform working depth setting, which then further complicates the control effort for the large number of hydraulic cylinders.
[0009] Based on this, the present invention seeks to create an improved agricultural work machine that avoids the disadvantages of the prior art and advantageously develops them further. In particular, a uniform, precise working depth adjustment should be achieved even with larger working widths without the need for complex hydraulic control measures for the various hydraulic cylinders. Nevertheless, a continuous adjustment of the working depth should be possible without dismounting the tractor, unlike, for example, the case with the known pivoting clips.
[0010] According to the invention, the stated object is achieved by an agricultural working machine according to claim 1. Preferred embodiments of the invention are the subject of the dependent claims.
[0011] It is therefore proposed to combine several adjustment points spaced apart in the direction of the working width with regard to hydraulic actuation and to have a hydraulic cylinder carry out the adjustment movement there. According to the invention, the hydraulic adjustment device has a hydraulic cylinder which is connected to the said at least two adjusting elements via a linkage for actuating the at least two adjustment elements arranged distributed in the working width direction. By actuating several adjustment elements using one hydraulic cylinder, it is possible to work with a smaller number of cylinders and still achieve a more uniform working depth adjustment. In particular, additional, complex valve technology such as dividing cylinders, flow dividers and the like can be dispensed with and still achieve synchronous working depth adjustment at several adjustment points of the working width.Compared to the swivel clips mentioned at the beginning, it is advantageous to have a stepless adjustment of the working depth without having to get off the tractor.
[0012] To achieve a space-saving, compact connection to the multiple adjustment elements distributed across the working width, the hydraulic cylinder is advantageously arranged horizontally, transversely to the direction of travel. When the work unit section and the associated part of the support chassis, to which the adjustment elements actuated by the hydraulic cylinder are assigned, are in their lowered working position, the hydraulic cylinder extends horizontally with its longitudinal and adjustment axes transversely to the direction of travel, so that the hydraulic cylinder has a minimal vertical bulk and, if the corresponding machine section can be folded out into an upright transport position, does not generate any collision problems on the inside.
[0013] In order to transform the actuating movement of the hydraulic cylinder, which extends transversely to the direction of travel in the lowered working position of the unit part, into an up and down movement of the actuating elements in the cylinder alignment mentioned, the said linkage is connected to the actuating elements via a gear stage which converts the actuating movement of the frame, lying transversely to the direction of travel, into up and down movements of the actuating elements.
[0014] The aforementioned gear stages for deflecting the rod actuating movements into matching actuating movements of the actuating elements, which can be aligned or take place essentially in mutually perpendicular planes, can fundamentally be designed in different ways, for example they can comprise pivoting levers or crank stages. In an advantageous further development of the invention, however, the aforementioned gear stage between the rod actuating element can comprise a wedge actuating surface for converting a horizontal rod actuation movement into an upright actuating element actuation. The aforementioned wedge actuating surface can be connected to the rod actuation and moved back and forth linearly by the rod actuation in order to move an adjusting element which slides or rolls on the wedge actuating surface and is fixed in the direction of movement of the wedge actuating surface but is mounted so as to be movable transversely thereto, and thus to adjust the working depth. In kinematic reversal, however, it would also be possible to provide a wedge surface on the adjustment element to be moved up and down and to allow an engagement part rigidly fixed to the rod, such as an engagement roller, to move or slide over the wedge surface when the rod is adjusted transversely to the movement axis of the adjustment element.
[0015] The aforementioned wedge-shaped surface can be designed to act on one side, since the machine weight is usually sufficient to push the working tools downward relative to the support chassis, or conversely, the ground contact forces drive the support chassis upward, so that the aforementioned wedge-shaped surface is held in engagement with the counter-engagement element. Alternatively, the wedge-shaped surface can also be designed to act on both sides, for example, in the form of a longitudinal groove and / or a guide rail, the flanks of which are designed as an "inclined plane" or wedge surface, so that the adjustment element is positively guided in opposite directions via the double-acting wedge-shaped surfaces.
[0016] In an advantageous further development of the invention, the hydraulic cylinder which actuates the plurality of adjustment elements spaced apart from one another in working width via the said linkage can be designed as a synchronous cylinder which has two piston rods projecting towards opposite sides, so that the synchronous cylinder has two annular chambers of equal size and has the same fluid or oil displacements in both adjustment directions.
[0017] The piston rods projecting toward opposite sides can each be coupled to one of the aforementioned adjusting elements, in particular via the aforementioned gear stage, for example in the form of a wedge-shaped adjusting surface, so that each piston rod can actuate a different adjusting element. In an advantageous development of the invention, the synchronous cylinder can be positioned between the two connected adjusting elements, in particular, for example, on a connecting line that connects the two adjusting elements. This allows for a particularly compact design.
[0018] The aforementioned piston rods of the synchronous cylinder can be rigidly connected to one another, so that the piston rod protruding on one side retracts when the piston rod protruding on the other side extends. For such a synchronous actuating movement of the piston rods protruding on opposite sides, the aforementioned gear stages can be designed in the same direction. In the case of the aforementioned wedge actuating surfaces, these can be inclined in the same direction.
[0019] The aforementioned linkage, via which the hydraulic cylinder is coupled to the adjusting elements, can be formed by the piston rods of the synchronous cylinder itself, so that the adjusting elements or the intermediate gear elements, for example in the form of wedge surfaces, can be attached directly to the piston rods. Alternatively, if a hydraulic cylinder with only one piston rod is used, the piston rod can still be coupled to the two spaced-apart adjusting elements. In this case, the hydraulic cylinder is not positioned between the adjusting elements to be connected, but rather so that both or all adjusting elements are on the side of one piston rod.
[0020] In principle, however, it is also possible to use a separate rod assembly from the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder to transmit the actuating movement of the hydraulic cylinder, and to connect the rod assembly to the piston rod via a coupling piece, or vice versa, to the cylinder of the hydraulic cylinder. For example, the end of the piston rod can drive a connecting piece back and forth via a joint eye. This connecting piece can be rigidly connected to the rod assembly or can also be connected to the rod assembly via a joint eye in a tension- and shear-resistant manner. For example, a separate rod assembly can comprise a connecting rod that connects the wedge adjustment surfaces of two spaced-apart adjustment elements and is additionally coupled in the manner mentioned to the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder arranged parallel to it.
[0021] The said working unit and the associated support chassis can comprise unit and chassis supports arranged parallel to each other, whereby the said hydraulic cylinder for adjusting the working depth can be arranged between the unit support and the chassis support, essentially parallel to the latter. This results in a particularly compact and protected design that protects the hydraulic cylinder from the effects of foreign objects.
[0022] The working tools of the working unit can be mounted on the unit carrier. The ground-engaging elements of the undercarriage, such as packer wheels, support wheels, or leveling plates, can be mounted on the undercarriage carrier.
[0023] Advantageously, the support chassis can be vertically articulated to the machine frame of the work machine by means of a pivoting link suspension or directly to the unit carrier, which supports the working tools of the work unit. The pivoting link suspension can be designed, for example, as a four-bar suspension, such as a parallelogram link suspension, although it is also possible to provide links positioned at an acute angle to each other and / or links of different lengths.
[0024] The adjustment elements mentioned, which can be actuated by the common hydraulic cylinder, can, in a further development of the invention, act on the control arms of the suspension of the support chassis in order to raise or lower the support chassis relative to the working unit by adjusting the height of the suspension control arms.
[0025] If the working unit is divided into several sections, for example, a central section and two side wings, the support chassis can be divided accordingly and comprise a chassis section for each of the sections. In the case of such multiple sections, each section can be assigned its own hydraulic cylinder for adjusting the working depth. This cylinder can actuate several adjustment elements per section in the manner described above, allowing the working depth of each section to be adjusted evenly.
[0026] In order to coordinate the hydraulic cylinders of different unit components, particularly to operate them synchronously with each other, in order to achieve a uniform working depth adjustment of the multiple unit components, the hydraulic cylinders can be connected to the hydraulic system in a hydraulically dependent manner, so that the adjustment of one hydraulic cylinder forces a corresponding adjustment of the other hydraulic cylinder. In particular, the two or more hydraulic cylinders can be connected to each other according to the principle of a master-slave arrangement, so that hydraulic fluid displaced from the master cylinder forces an actuating movement of the connected slave cylinder.
[0027] The agricultural working machine can be designed in particular as a soil cultivation device, for example in the form of a cultivator or a harrow, for example in the form of a tine rotary harrow, wherein the soil cultivation tools can be adjusted in working depth, for example by means of a trailing packer roller.
[0028] The invention is explained in more detail below using a preferred embodiment and the accompanying drawings. In the drawings: Fig. 1 is a plan view of an agricultural working machine according to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the working unit of which is designed as a rotary harrow with tine rotors rotating on upright axes, wherein a packer wheel roller is provided as a support chassis, which is height-adjustable relative to the working unit in order to adjust the working depth of the tine rotors, Fig. 2 is a sectional view of the agricultural working machine along the line AA in Fig. 1, which shows a section through the hydraulic working depth adjustment device, Fig. 3 a partially sectioned side view of the work machine from the preceding figures, in which the associated support chassis is cut away for a work unit part and the hydraulic working depth adjustment device can be seen from the front, Fig. 4 a perspective partial view of the work unit of the work machine according to the invention, from the preceding figures and the hydraulic working depth adjustment device in a view angle obliquely from below, wherein the connection of the piston rods of the synchronous cylinder to the two wedge-face gear stages in the area of the adjustment elements for adjusting the height of the support chassis can be seen, Fig. 5 a perspective side view of the work unit and the support chassis, obliquely from the outside, showing the control arm suspension of the support chassis on the unit carrier and the wedge-face piece in the area of the suspension, and Fig.6The hydraulic master-slave connection of the two hydraulic cylinders for adjusting the working depth of the two aggregate parts of the working machine from the previous figures. .
[0029] As the figures show, the agricultural work machine 1 can be designed as a soil cultivation implement, although in principle, it could also be designed as a grassland implement, for example, in the form of a combine harvester or a haymaking machine. Independently of this, the work machine 1 can be designed as an attachment for attachment to a tractor and have an attachment device, for example, in the form of a headstock 2, which can be connected to the tractor by means of a three-point linkage with upper and lower links.
[0030] The machine frame 3 connected to the attachment device carries at least one working unit 4 for carrying out the intended machine function, which can comprise one or more rows of working tools 5 which can be arranged next to one another transversely to the direction of travel, cf. Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 .
[0031] For example, the working machine 1 can be designed as a rotary harrow, the working unit 4 of which can have rotary tines that can be driven around upright axes as working tools 5, cf. Fig. 2 and 3 .
[0032] The working tools 5 can be suspended from an aggregate carrier 6, which can extend transversely to the direction of travel when in the working position.
[0033] A support chassis 7 can be arranged trailing the working unit 4 and can comprise, for example, a field wheel or ring tire roller 8, which not only supports the working unit 4 and adjusts its working depth, but can also perform its own soil cultivation function, for example in the form of compaction.
[0034] As the Figures 1 and 3 As can be seen, the working unit 4 and the support chassis 7 can be divided into several unit parts and chassis parts, for example into right and left side wings 9 and 10, which can be lifted from the lowered working position, which is shown in the figures, about horizontal pivot axes 11, approximately parallel to the direction of travel, by means of a lifting device, for example comprising a hydraulic cylinder (not shown), into an upright transport position in order to reduce the road transport width. Figures 2 and 3show, the aforementioned unit supports 6 can be divided accordingly and each suspended from the aforementioned pivot axes 11 by means of a support arm.
[0035] The support chassis 7 can be divided similarly to the working unit 4 and mounted on it, in particular on the aforementioned sections of the unit carrier 6, so that the support chassis 7 can be lifted together with the working unit 4 into the aforementioned transport and / or headland position.
[0036] How Fig. 5 As illustrated, the suspension 12 of the support chassis 7 can be designed to be height-adjustable relative to the working unit 4 in order to be able to change the relative height of the support chassis 7 to the working unit 4.
[0037] The suspension 12 can be designed as a pivoting link suspension, in particular having one or more pivoting links 13, 14, which can be hinged, in particular pivotably, to a chassis support 15 on the one hand and to the unit support 6 on the other. The pivot axes of the aforementioned suspension links 13, 14 can extend transversely to the direction of travel in the lowered working position.
[0038] In order to be able to adjust the height of the support chassis 7 relative to the working unit 4, a hydraulic working depth adjustment device 16 is provided, which can continuously adjust the working depth of the working unit 4 and, for this purpose, can continuously vary the height of the support chassis 7 relative to the working unit 4.
[0039] The hydraulic working depth adjustment device 16 comprises adjustment elements 17 distributed across the working width of the working unit 4. With the aforementioned subdivision of the working unit 4 and the support chassis 7 into several parts, in particular the aforementioned side wings 9 and 10, at least two adjustment elements 17 can be provided per unit part or support chassis part. The adjustment elements 17 can be arranged at a distance from one another, which can, for example, amount to at least one-third or even more than half the working width of the working unit 4 or the unit part.
[0040] The aforementioned adjustment elements 17 can advantageously be assigned to the suspension 12, in particular to its suspension links 13, 14, in order to effect the height adjustment in the region of the suspension links 13, 14.
[0041] The adjustment elements 17, which are assigned to an aggregate or support chassis part, can be actuated by a common hydraulic cylinder 18, which is coupled to the aforementioned adjustment elements 17 by a linkage 19.
[0042] As the figures show, the hydraulic cylinder 18 can extend approximately parallel to the unit carrier 6 and / or to the chassis carrier 15, wherein the hydraulic cylinder 18 can advantageously be arranged in the area between the said unit and support chassis carriers 15, cf. Fig. 1 in connection with the Figures 2 and 4 In the lowered working position of the working unit 4, the hydraulic cylinder 18 can extend horizontally transversely to the direction of travel.
[0043] Advantageously, the hydraulic cylinder 18 can be designed as a synchronous cylinder and have two piston rods 20 projecting towards opposite sides, which are adjustable in synchronism with each other relative to the cylinder of the hydraulic cylinder, that is to say in the Fig. 2 In the horizontal orientation of the hydraulic cylinder 18 shown, both can be moved either to the right or both to the left. The piston rods 20 can be attached to a common piston, so that the synchronous cylinder 2 has approximately equally sized annular chambers, by the action of which the piston rods 20 can be moved either to the left or to the right.
[0044] The piston rods 20 can form the aforementioned linkage 19. Alternatively, a linkage separate from the piston rods 20 can be provided, in which case a hydraulic cylinder with only one piston rod on one side may be sufficient, which is then coupled to the separate linkage and can move the linkage back and forth in opposite directions.
[0045] How Fig. 2 and Fig. 4show, the rod assembly 19, which, as mentioned, can be formed by the piston rods 20, can be coupled to the adjusting elements 17 via a gear stage 21 in order to transform the adjusting movement of the rod assembly 19 into an approximately perpendicular adjusting movement of the adjusting elements 17. In the lowered working position, the rod assembly 19 can be moved back and forth transversely to the direction of travel while lying down, with this horizontal adjusting movement of the rod assembly 19 being converted by the gear stages 21 into up and down movements of the adjusting elements 17.
[0046] For this purpose, the gear stages 21 can be designed in the form of movable carriages having wedge surfaces 22 that can be inclined at an acute angle relative to the direction of movement of the linkage 19 and / or the piston rods 20. In particular, the aforementioned wedge surfaces 22 can extend in an upright plane that contains the piston rods 20 and / or the linkage 19 and / or is aligned parallel thereto.
[0047] Engagement elements 23, for example in the form of engagement rollers, can engage with the aforementioned wedge surfaces 22. These engagement elements can be connected to the adjustment elements 17 or fixedly attached thereto in order to slide or roll on the respective wedge surface 22. The engagement elements 23 and the adjustment elements 17 can be guided so as to be adjustable in the upright direction in the lowered working position, but can be fixed in the horizontal direction transverse to the direction of travel, so that an adjusting movement of the wedge surfaces 22 results in an up and down movement of the engagement elements 23 and thus of the adjustment elements 17. This adjusts the height of the support chassis 7 relative to the working unit 4.
[0048] As the figures show, the hydraulic cylinder 18 can advantageously be positioned between the adjusting elements 17, in particular on a connecting line connecting the adjusting elements 17.
[0049] In the embodiment according to the drawings, one hydraulic cylinder 18 adjusts two adjustment elements 17. However, it is understood that for larger working widths, three or four adjustment elements 17 can also be adjusted by the same hydraulic cylinder 18. For this purpose, the linkage 19 or the piston rods 20 can be extended accordingly and coupled to three, four, or more wedge adjustment surfaces.
[0050] The hydraulic cylinder 18 can be attached to the unit support 6 or a bracket attached thereto in a force-transmitting manner, e.g., rigidly or rotatably, but with a linearly fixed position, so that the piston rod forces are supported on the unit support 6. Alternatively, the hydraulic cylinder 18 could also be attached to the chassis support 15 or a bracket attached thereto in a force-transmitting manner, e.g., rigidly or rotatably, but with a linearly fixed position, so that the piston rod forces are supported on the chassis support 15.
[0051] How Fig. 6As illustrated, the hydraulic cylinders 18 of the multiple unit and chassis parts in the form of the side wings 9 and 10 can be hydraulically coupled to one another in such a way that the two hydraulic cylinders 18 adjust synchronously with one another. In particular, a master-slave connection of the hydraulic cylinders 18 of the various machine parts can be provided.
