[0001] In the patent invalidity case concerning European patent 2 674 073 (DE 60 2012 029 735)

[0002] The 7th Senate (Voidance Senate) of the Federal Patent Court, based on the oral proceedings of July 13, 2023, has ruled as follows:

[0003] European patent EP 2 674 073 is hereby declared invalid in part, namely to the extent of claims 1, 2, 7 and 10, with effect for the territory of the Federal Republic of Germany.

Claims
