Description

Technical field

[0001] The present invention relates to a wireless telecommunications assembly, and more particularly to a wireless telecommunications assembly based on so-called LiFi technology, making it possible to transport digital data by modulating the intensity of a light signal. State of the prior art

[0002] LiFi (Light-Fidelity) technology is known to transport digital data between a LiFi transmitter and a LiFi receiver using light as a telecommunications medium. More specifically, this LiFi technology consists of modulating the light intensity of the light emitted by the LiFi transmitter to encode digital data. By operating such modulation at very high frequencies, variations in light intensity are not perceptible to the human eye.

[0003] The LiFi transmitter typically takes the form of a light source and the LiFi receiver typically takes the form of a photoreceiver or photodetector.

[0004] Recent developments in light sources based on light-emitting diodes, or LEDs, have made it possible to create unidirectional LiFi luminaires in which the light-emitting diode source is used as a LiFi transmitter to transfer information to a LiFi receiver located in the lighting area of the LED source. These LiFi luminaires have many consumer applications such as geolocation in indoor spaces and / or the transfer of information to a user located in the lighting area. A disadvantage of unidirectional LiFi luminaires is that they do not allow data to be transferred from the LiFi receiver to the LiFi transmitter. In particular, it is not possible for a user located in the lighting area of such a LiFi luminaire to browse the internet.

[0005] We also know communication sets based on LiFi technology and bidirectional which associate with the LiFi transmitter an infrared receiver on the one hand, and which associate with the LiFi receiver an infrared source on the other hand. These bidirectional sets make it possible to transfer digital data in an ascending and descending manner, that is to say from the user's device to the photodetector associated with the light source, then from the light source to the user's device, thus allowing a user located in the lighting zone of the LiFi transmitter to browse the internet for example by sending requests to a server via the wireless telecommunication set. The disadvantage of the known bidirectional LiFi sets is that they are not compact: in particular, the infrared source is located on a module separate from said LiFi transmitter. The implementation of such bidirectional LiFi systems is therefore more tedious and the manufacturing costs are also higher.

[0006] Light-emitting diode lamps are also known which allow communication by visible light (“Visible Light Communication”) as described in the documents “EnLighting: An Indoor Visible Light Communication System Based on Networked Light Bulbs” and “Visible Light Communication Systems for Passenger In-Flight Data Networking”.

[0007] A luminaire is also known as described in document US2014 / 0270793 which illustrates the preamble of claim 1.

[0008] The present invention aims to address at least a large part of the above problems and to further lead to other advantages.

[0009] Another object of the invention is to propose a novel wireless telecommunications assembly to solve at least one of these problems.

[0010] Another object of the present invention is to make such a wireless telecommunications assembly more compact.

[0011] Another object of the invention is to facilitate the installation of such a wireless telecommunications assembly. Statement of the invention

[0012] According to a first aspect of the invention, at least one of the aforementioned objectives is achieved with a wireless telecommunications assembly comprising (i) an illumination device for emitting at least one light ray intended to illuminate a surface, (ii) a mounting bracket arranged to support the illumination device and to be able to be fixed to a ceiling, (iii) control electronics for controlling the illumination device using at least one control signal, (iv) a LiFi module for modulating the at least one control signal of the control electronics according to at least one network communication protocol and (v) a photodetector for receiving at least one light signal, the control electronics, the LiFi module and the photodetector being mounted on said mounting bracket, said mounting bracket having a shape delimiting a light emission window, the photodetector being arranged at the periphery of the emission window.

[0013] The lighting device is arranged to be able to illuminate a surface located substantially opposite said lighting device and may comprise for this purpose one or more light sources. When the wireless telecommunications assembly is mounted on a ceiling or a false ceiling, the illuminated surface is located between said ceiling or false ceiling and a floor on the one hand, in particular directly above the area in which the lighting device is fixed to the ceiling, and inside a lighting cone defined by the light rays emitted by the lighting device on the other hand.

[0014] The surface thus illuminated by the wireless telecommunications assembly according to the first aspect of the invention thus defines an area within which a transfer of digital data is made possible by the modulation of the intensity of the light rays emitted by the light source(s) and according to the principle of LiFi technology. The use of such a light source modulated according to the principle of LiFi technology makes it possible to establish a so-called downlink telecommunication within the surface illuminated by the light source(s).

[0015] Additionally, the invention according to its first aspect is arranged to establish a bidirectional network communication thanks to the photodetector mounted on the mounting support of the wireless telecommunications assembly. The photodetector thus makes it possible to detect an optical signal, called ascending, which would be emitted by another light source in the direction of said photodetector and according to the same principle of modulation of the light intensity. The other light source is not part of the invention according to its first aspect.

[0016] Preferably, the assembly is capable of operating a theoretical LiFi wireless communication rate greater than ten megabits per second, preferably forty megabits per second.

[0017] In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the mounting bracket comprises an opening located directly above the photodetector. For example, the mounting bracket having a shape delimiting a light emission window, the photodetector is arranged on the periphery of the window. The photodetector is thus visible on the illuminating face of the mounting bracket.

[0018] The wireless telecommunications assembly according to the first aspect of the invention is mounted and / or fixed integrally to the ceiling or false ceiling, as a whole and in a single mounting and / or fixing operation, thanks to the fixing support on which all of the aforementioned components are attached. Indeed, since all the components of the wireless telecommunications assembly according to the first aspect of the invention are mounted on the fixing support, then it is sufficient to manipulate and mount and / or fix said fixing support to mount and / or fix the entire wireless telecommunications assembly. The operations prior to such an installation, such as for example drilling an opening in the ceiling or false ceiling to house said wireless telecommunications assembly, are thus reduced. The installation or dismantling of the wireless telecommunications assembly according to the first aspect of the invention is thus facilitated because an operator carrying out these operations can then more easily grasp said wireless telecommunications assembly to introduce it into its housing.

[0019] The wireless telecommunications assembly according to the first aspect of the invention may in particular be mounted and / or fixed in a removable manner on the ceiling or false ceiling by means of the fixing support in order to facilitate its installation and disassembly. The previously described advantage of mounting and / or fixing all of the components in one operation applies in this case to the maintenance operations of the components.

[0020] Optionally, the wireless telecommunications assembly according to the first aspect of the invention can be mounted on any other wall, in particular partitions.

[0021] Finally, the wireless telecommunications assembly according to the first aspect of the invention takes the form of a compact system integrating both a lighting function, thanks to the lighting device, and a wireless telecommunications function thanks to the LiFi module associated with the lighting device. Generally speaking, all the components necessary for the operation of such a wireless telecommunications assembly, and in particular the light source(s), the control electronics, the LiFi module and the photodetector, are mounted on its fixing support. The mounting of these components can be done by any known means, in particular by riveting, by screwing, by welding and / or by gluing.

[0022] According to the invention in accordance with its first aspect, the wireless telecommunications assembly takes the form of a compact LiFi luminaire whose light source(s) are configured to transport digital data coded according to the light intensity of the light rays emitted by said light sources, and according to a particular communication protocol established by the LiFi module. The LiFi luminaire integrates within a single mounting support all the components necessary for its operation and for controlling the light source(s) according to the LiFi protocol.

[0023] Preferably, the wireless telecommunications assembly in accordance with the first aspect of the invention may alternatively or additionally comprise at least one of the first improvements below, possibly taken in combination: the mounting bracket is generally cylindrical in shape in order to facilitate its at least partial insertion into the ceiling or false ceiling on which the wireless telecommunications assembly according to the first aspect of the invention is mounted; the mounting bracket is delimited by an outer peripheral edge of circular shape in order to facilitate its at least partial insertion into the ceiling or false ceiling on which the wireless telecommunications assembly according to the first aspect of the invention is mounted; the lighting device, the control electronics, the LiFi module and the photodetector are all contained within an outer peripheral edge of the mounting bracket in order to facilitate the mounting of the wireless telecommunications assembly according to the first aspect of the invention in a recessed opening made on the ceiling or false ceiling. More particularly, this particular configuration of the wireless telecommunications assembly according to the first aspect of the invention makes it possible to insert the elements of said wireless telecommunications assembly inside the embedding opening without risk of tearing or collision with the contours of said embedding opening. Preferably, a non-zero peripheral margin remains between each element of the wireless telecommunications assembly according to the first aspect of the invention and an outer lateral edge of the fixing support in order to be able to produce a shoulder of the peripheral margin on the ceiling or false ceiling; the outer peripheral edge of the fixing support may have a width or a diameter substantially equal to 350 mm in order to be easily grasped by an operator; whatever this dimension, it is advantageous to provide according to a characteristic of the invention that, taken in the plane of the fixing support,a distance between the photodetector and the illumination device is less than or equal to 200 mm in order to improve, or even maximize, the overlap of the coverage areas of said illumination device and said photodetector and to facilitate the bidirectional operation of the LiFi network; the fixing support comprises a cover plate fixed on an opposite side of the fixing support relative to the LiFi module, said cover plate taking the form of a disc with a diameter greater than the lateral dimension of said fixing support. Generally speaking, the cover plate makes it possible to cover the recessed opening and to prevent particles or dust from passing through the recessed opening when the wireless telecommunications assembly according to the first aspect of the invention is mounted on the ceiling or false ceiling. The lateral dimensions of the cover plate are preferably greater than the lateral dimensions of the recessed opening and the lateral dimensions of the fixing support. According to a first variant, the cover plate is made of a single material with the fixing support. According to a second variant, the cover plate is attached to the fixing support and fixed by any fixing means. The cover plate has any shape, for example polygonal. The cover plate can be made of one or more materials. Preferably, the cover plate is formed at least in part of a plastic and / or metallic material; the wireless telecommunications assembly comprises a connection element for at least one electrical cable, said connection element being mounted on the fixing support. The connection element comprises at least one male or female receiver arranged to be able to collaborate with a male or female end of the at least one corresponding electrical cable in order to establish an electrical connection between said at least one corresponding electrical cable and the wireless telecommunications assembly. The at least one electrical cable may be of the type of an electrical power cable connected to an electrical network of an electrical installation. Alternatively or additionally, the at least one electrical cable may also be of the type of a network cable arranged to transport digital data from or to the wireless telecommunications assembly. This advantageous configuration thus makes it possible to connect said wireless telecommunications assembly to a larger computer network, and in particular to establish a connection to the Internet. Alternatively or additionally, the connection element may comprise at least one male or female optical receiver arranged to be able to collaborate with a male or female end of a corresponding optical fiber in order to establish an optical coupling between said corresponding optical fiber and the wireless telecommunications assembly and to allow the transfer of digital data; the connection element is located at the periphery of the fixing support and oriented radially and towards the outside of said fixing support in order to facilitate the connection of the electrical cable(s) and / or the optical fiber. Indeed, this advantageous configuration makes it possible, when the wireless telecommunications assembly is partially inserted into the recess opening, to facilitate the handling of the electrical cables present in the ceiling or false ceiling,as well as their connection to said wireless telecommunications assembly via said connection element which is then favorably oriented in the direction of said electrical cables; alternatively to the previous configuration, the connection element is located at the periphery of the fixing support and oriented substantially tangentially relative to said fixing support. In other words, one dimension of the connection element is oriented substantially perpendicularly relative to a radius of the fixing support passing through the center of said fixing support and through a point of said connection element, so as to present an opening through which the electrical connection cable(s) are connected in a direction substantially perpendicular to said radius thus defined. This advantageous configuration allows, when the wireless telecommunications assembly is partially inserted into the embedding opening,to facilitate the handling of the electrical cables present in the ceiling or false ceiling, as well as their connection to said wireless telecommunications assembly via said connection element which is then favorably oriented in the direction of said electrical cables, so that the at least one electrical cable is connected at said connection element in a direction substantially perpendicular to said radius thus defined; the fixing support comprises at least two mounting tabs located at the periphery of the fixing support, said mounting tabs collectively making it possible to fix said wireless telecommunications assembly to the ceiling or false ceiling. The mounting tabs thus make it possible to maintain the wireless telecommunications assembly in a predefined configuration in the recess opening. According to one embodiment, the mounting tabs are arranged to be able to extend laterally beyond the recess opening in order to bear on a rear face of the ceiling or false ceiling, or of an element connected to said ceiling or false ceiling; at least one of the mounting tabs is an articulated mounting tab to be movable between a folded configuration, making it possible to participate in the fixing of the radiocommunication assembly, and an extended configuration, making it possible to facilitate the insertion of the wireless telecommunications assembly into the recess opening of the ceiling or false ceiling. The mounting tab is configured with position return means tending to return the mounting tab to the folded configuration. During the mounting of the wireless telecommunications assembly in the recess opening, the at least one mounting tab is forced into the extended position until the wireless telecommunications assembly is inserted into the recess opening without hindrance. When the wireless telecommunications assembly is at least partially inserted into the recess opening, at least a portion of the articulated mounting tabs is elastically returned to the folded position in order to play its role of supporting said wireless telecommunications assembly, by collaborating with the ceiling, the false ceiling or the element linked to one of them; the articulated mounting tab comprises on the one hand a fixed portion formed of a rigid frame mounted on the fixing support, said rigid frame comprising a first and a second lateral upright, a first lateral bearing located on the first lateral upright and extending towards the second lateral upright and a second lateral bearing located on the second lateral upright and extending towards the first lateral upright, and on the other hand a part movable in rotation around the first and second lateral spans and formed of a torsion spring supported by the first lateral span and the second lateral span, said torsion spring extending between the first and second lateral upright, and a mounting loop coupled to the torsion spring. Advantageously, the first and second lateral spans of the frame are aligned. Preferably, they are coaxial, collectively defining a single axis of rotation around which the torsion spring is held. Preferably again, the first and second lateral spans of the frame have identical cross-sections. The torsion spring is arranged to allow the articulated mounting tab to take several configurations between the folded configuration and the extended configuration defined previously. Additionally, the torsion spring is arranged to exert a force on the ceiling, the false ceiling or the element linked to one of them when the corresponding mounting tab is configured in its extended configuration. More particularly, in this extended configuration, the torsion spring exerts a force which opposes the return of said articulated mounting tab to its folded configuration. In other words, the torsion spring is arranged to exert a force making it possible to maintain - at least partially - the wireless telecommunications assembly on the ceiling, the false ceiling or the element linked to one of them; the length of the first lateral span of the articulated mounting tab is less than the length of the second lateral span of said articulated mounting tab in order to facilitate the insertion of the torsion spring on the first and second lateral spans, in particular by reducing the effort required by the user to compress the spring,in a context of mounting and / or fixing an assembly carrying a plurality of components and therefore heavy which involves significant dimensioning of the spring; the length of the second lateral span of the articulated mounting tab is at least twice the length of the first lateral span of said articulated mounting tab; the length of the second lateral span of the articulated mounting tab is equal to three times the length of the first lateral span of said articulated mounting tab; two ends of the torsion spring of at least one articulated mounting tab are connected together and form, when joined, a loop, also called a mounting loop, which extends projecting relative to the torsion spring and radially outwardly of said wireless telecommunications assembly. When the mounting tab is configured in its extended configuration, the mounting loop preferably extends so as to collaborate with the rear face of the ceiling, the false ceiling or the element linked to one of them to at least partially support the wireless telecommunications assembly. According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the extended configuration of the articulated mounting tab corresponds to an extension of the mounting loop radially outside the fixing support, and preferably still beyond the recess opening made in the ceiling or the false ceiling; at least one articulated mounting tab comprises a shock absorber located at an opposite end of the mounting loop with respect to the torsion spring in order to absorb shocks,in particular during the operation of mounting the wireless telecommunications assembly on the ceiling or false ceiling; the damper is brought to rest against the rear face of the ceiling in the extended configuration of the articulated mounting bracket; the damper of the articulated mounting bracket is made of a deformable material, such as for example a plastic material, an elastomer, a rubber; at least one of the mounting brackets is a stationary mounting bracket which extends radially outwards from the fixing support, said stationary mounting bracket forming a pivot for fixing said wireless telecommunications assembly in the ceiling. This advantageous configuration makes it easier to mount the wireless telecommunications assembly in the recess opening,by allowing support to be applied to one of the edges of said recessed opening before continuing its insertion and in particular the articulated mounting tabs. Optionally, the stationary mounting tab comprises adjustment means for adjusting the height of the stationary mounting tab relative to the fixing support. It is thus possible to adjust the mounting of the wireless telecommunications assembly to the dimensions of the ceiling or false ceiling - and more particularly their thickness; the stationary mounting tab and the at least two mounting tabs are radially distributed regularly around the fixing support. For example, in the case where the wireless telecommunications assembly comprises a stationary mounting tab and two articulated mounting tabs, then said mounting tabs can be distributed at 120°. Alternatively, the stationary mounting bracket may be located near the heaviest elements of the wireless telecommunications assembly, the articulated mounting brackets being distributed symmetrically around a radius passing through said stationary mounting bracket and the center of the mounting bracket. This advantageous configuration thus takes into account the distribution of masses on the surface of the mounting bracket, and makes it possible to limit the effects of tilting of the wireless telecommunications assembly when it is mounted on the ceiling or false ceiling; the lighting device comprises a light source of the light-emitting diode, or LED, type. According to a preferred embodiment, the lighting device comprises a plurality of light-emitting diode, or LED, type sources, all the sources being distributed over at least one substantially circular and concentric contour, each light source being angularly regularly spaced. By way of non-limiting example, such a wireless telecommunications assembly may comprise twelve light-emitting diodes distributed along a first circular contour formed by eight light-emitting diodes angularly spaced 45° from each other, and a second circular contour concentric with the first circular contour and formed by four light-emitting diodes angularly spaced 90° from each other, the second contour being located inside the first contour; the lighting device advantageously comprises electronic components making it possible to carry out at least one voltage / current conversion in order to polarize the light sources, and more particularly the electroluminescent sources. This configuration makes it possible to locate the lighting device - and in particular the electronic components - near a heat sink making it possible to dissipate the calories produced by the electronic components and / or the light sources during their operation in order to allow their operation in optimal conditions; the light sources of the lighting device can be controlled collectively or selectively, depending on the intended uses, by the control electronics and / or the LiFi module. By way of non-limiting examples, all the light sources can be controlled in order to modulate the emission of the light rays according to the LiFi network protocol. Alternatively, a first part of the light sources of a LiFi source can be controlled in order to modulate the emission of the light rays according to the LiFi network protocol, and a second part of the light sources of said LiFi source can be controlled in a conventional manner, i.e. without modulation of the intensity of the emitted light rays. Thus, the second part of the light sources of the LiFi source contributes to illuminating a surface according to lighting of constant intensity and / or unmodulated, while the first part of the light sources illuminates said surface according to lighting whose intensity is modulated so as to allow a transfer of digital data; the control electronics and the LiFi module are distinct, i.e. they comprise printed circuit boards and electronic components different from each other, in order to facilitate the maintenance of the wireless telecommunications assembly in the event of breakdowns or failure of electronic components of the control electronics and / or the LiFi module. Indeed,it is thus possible to repair or even replace the control electronics or the LiFi module without impacting the LiFi module or the control electronics respectively. Furthermore, this advantageous configuration makes it possible to better spatially distribute the various electronic components and thus better control the heat dissipation of the control electronics and the LiFi module. Alternatively, the control electronics and the LiFi module can be integrated within the same electronic component in order to reduce the overall size on the mounting bracket. In particular, such an electronic component could take an annular shape in order to be integrated on the mounting bracket peripherally to the central opening through which the light rays are emitted by the light source and in order to better distribute the weight of said electronic card on said mounting bracket. In such a case, the electronic component could advantageously be of the ASIC type in order to program on said electronic component both the electronic functions relating to the control of the light sources and the modulation of said light sources according to the LiFi network communication protocol. according to a particular embodiment, the wireless telecommunications assembly in accordance with the first aspect of the invention comprises only two electronic cards: the first is dedicated to the operation of the lighting device, the second is an electronic card grouping the functions and at least part of the components of the LiFi module, the control electronics and the control electronics of the photodetector; the control electronics is configured to modulate the light intensity of the lighting device according to the network communication protocol. In other words,at least one control signal is generated by the control electronics to control the light source(s). The at least one control signal is thus modulated so as to control the light intensity of the light sources, and more particularly according to the network protocol. This may be a modulation of the electrical intensity of the control signal or a voltage modulation. The LiFi module collaborates with the control electronics to generate the at least one control signal, the LiFi module communicating to the control electronics the information necessary to encode the digital data which must be transferred by the wireless telecommunications assembly. Preferably, all the light sources of the wireless telecommunication assembly are collectively controlled by the control electronics in order to modulate the light intensity of the light rays they emit according to the network protocol; the wireless telecommunication assembly comprises photodetector control electronics, said photodetector control electronics being separate from the control electronics and / or the LiFi module in order to facilitate maintenance of the wireless telecommunication assembly in the event of breakdowns or failure of electronic components of the control electronics and / or the LiFi module and / or the photodetector control electronics; the photodetector is of the photodiode type; power electronic components of the control electronics and / or the LiFi module electronic components are arranged on a respective printed circuit board,by being located on faces oriented opposite the lighting device in order to facilitate the general cooling of the wireless telecommunications assembly and to preferentially direct towards a direction opposite the lighting device the calories produced and dissipated by said electronic components during their operation, for example by Joule effect; the electronic components of the LiFi module and / or the power electronic components of the control electronics are arranged on a respective printed circuit board, by being located on faces oriented radially towards the outside of the fixing support in order to facilitate the general cooling of the wireless telecommunications assembly and to preferentially direct towards the outside of said wireless telecommunications assembly the calories produced and dissipated by said electronic components during their operation, for example by Joule effect.

[0024] According to a second aspect of the invention, the use of the wireless telecommunications assembly according to the first aspect of the invention or any of its improvements is proposed for illuminating at least part of a room. It is thus possible to simultaneously illuminate the room and allow an exchange of digital data via said wireless telecommunications assembly without the additional addition of another wireless telecommunications assembly specifically dedicated to this purpose. The wireless telecommunications assembly according to the first aspect of the invention thus makes it possible to reduce the electromagnetic pollution linked to known wireless telecommunications networks such as WIFI by pooling both the lighting and wireless network functions within a single compact wireless telecommunications assembly.

[0029] In the figures, elements common to several figures retain the same reference. Detailed description of the invention

[0030] A wireless telecommunications assembly 100 according to the first aspect of the invention will now be described, in particular with reference to FIGURES 1 , 2 And 3 .

[0031] In summary, such a wireless telecommunications assembly 100 comprises: an illumination device 150 for emitting at least one light ray intended to illuminate a surface; a reflector, or collector, 170 for orienting the light rays emitted by the illumination device 150 in a predefined direction; a collar 180 for radially calibrating the extent of the light rays emitted by the illumination device 150; a heat sink 130 for dissipating the calories produced by the illumination device 150 during its operation; control electronics 196 for controlling the illumination device 150 using at least one control signal; a LiFi module 194 for modulating the at least one control signal of the control electronics 196 according to at least one network communication protocol, in order to conform the light emitted by the illumination device and transmit information coded by the flicker frequency, invisible to the naked eye, of this light emission;a photodetector 192 for receiving at least one light signal emitted outside the wireless telecommunications assembly, for example by a mobile communications terminal; mounting tabs 120, 220 making it possible to securely mount, and preferably in a non-permanent and reproducible manner, the wireless telecommunications assembly 100 on a ceiling or a false ceiling not shown in the; FIGURES 1 , 2 And 3; a fixing support 110 arranged to support all the constituent elements of said wireless telecommunications assembly 100 and listed above or below, and in particular the lighting device 150, the control electronics 196, the LiFi module 194 and the photodetector 192. All the constituent elements of the wireless telecommunications assembly 100 according to the first aspect of the invention are mounted on said fixing support 110 by any known means and not shown in the FIGURES, such as for example by screwing, by welding, by soldering, by gluing or by riveting.

[0032] In reference to the FIGURES 1 , 2 And 3 , the various constituent elements of the wireless telecommunications assembly 100 in accordance with the first aspect of the invention will now be described in more detail.

[0033] The fixing support 110 has a cylindrical shape of negligible thickness compared to its lateral dimensions. In the example illustrated in the FIGURES 1 à 3 , the fixing support comprises a fixing plate 118 fixedly attached to a cover plate 119. The fixing plate 118 is fixed to the cover plate 119 using any known fixing means, and in particular by riveting or by screwing, and preferably still by gluing, welding or brazing.

[0034] The fixing plate 118 makes it possible to mount all the constituent elements of the wireless telecommunications assembly 100 within a restricted space which allows easy embedding of said telecommunications assembly within a embedding opening 950 made in a ceiling 900 or a false ceiling 930, as visible by way of example in the FIGURE 6 .

[0035] The fixing plate 118 is delimited by an outer peripheral edge 112. The outer peripheral edge 112 of the fixing plate 118 delimits a space inside which all the constituent elements of the wireless telecommunications assembly 100 are integrated in order to allow its embedding in the embedding opening 950 visible on the FIGURE 6 Radially inwardly, the fixing plate 118 is delimited by an inner edge 114. This results, in the illustrated example, in an annular shape of the fixing plate 118.

[0036] In a general, but not exclusive manner, all the constituent elements of the wireless telecommunications assembly 100 according to the first aspect of the invention are fixed on the fixing support 110, each constituent element of the wireless telecommunications assembly 100 extending laterally inside the space delimited by the outer peripheral edge 112 and the inner edge 114 of the fixing plate 118. More particularly, the outer peripheral edge 112 of the fixing plate 118 defines a directrix curve of a cylinder extending along a generatrix perpendicular to the surface of said fixing plate 118 and the volume formed by this cylinder defines the volume inside which all the constituent elements of the wireless telecommunications assembly 100 must be located to allow easy embedding of said wireless telecommunications assembly 100 in the embedding opening 950.This is indeed an objective sought by the present invention in accordance with its first aspect.

[0037] Optionally, at least one constituent element of the wireless telecommunications assembly 100 has lateral dimensions and / or an implantation on the surface of the fixing plate 118 which cause it to protrude beyond the outer peripheral edge 112 and / or below the inner edge 114 of the fixing plate 118, since it is configured so as not to hinder the mounting in the ceiling or false ceiling, in particular in that it can be articulated to take a temporary position in the volume formed by the cylinder of the fixing support during insertion into the ceiling or false ceiling.

[0038] Laterally, the general shape of the fixing support 118 can be any. Preferably, the general shape of the fixing support 118 is circular or polygonal. In other words, the outer peripheral edge 112 of the fixing plate is preferably circular or polygonal.

[0039] The cover plate 119 makes it possible to close the recess opening 950 when the wireless telecommunications assembly is mounted in the ceiling 900 or the false ceiling 930. For this purpose, the external lateral dimensions of the cover plate 119 are greater than the external radial dimensions of the fixing plate 118.

[0040] The cover plate 119 is delimited by an outer peripheral contour 115. The outer peripheral contour 115 of the cover plate 119 and the outer peripheral edge 112 of the fixing plate 118 collectively delimit a rim 119 which forms a shoulder against the ceiling 900 or the false ceiling 930 radially outside the embedding opening 950 when the telecommunications assembly 100 is mounted in said ceiling 900 or false ceiling 930. Radially inwardly, the cover plate 119 is delimited by an inner contour 113 which also defines an opening through which the light rays emitted by the illumination device 150 propagate.

[0041] Laterally, the general shape of the cover plate 119 can be any. Preferably, the general shape of the cover plate 119 is circular or polygonal. In other words, the outer peripheral edge 112 of the cover plate 119 is preferably circular or polygonal.

[0042] Alternatively, the fixing plate 118 and the cover plate 119 may be made from one material so as to form the fixing support monolithically.

[0043] The mounting bracket is at least partly formed of a metallic and / or plastic material.

[0044] The collar 180 acts as a radial shutter for the light rays emitted by the lighting device 150. In the example illustrated in the FIGURE 1 , the direction curve 181 of the collar 180 has a circular shape whose diameter is between the diameter of the inner contour 113 of the cover plate 119 and the inner edge 114 of the fixing plate 118.

[0045] Optionally, the direction curve 181 of the collar 180 may take a polygonal shape.

[0046] Alternatively, and in particular in order to form an asymmetrical illumination cone to adapt the latter, for example, to the shape of a room in which the wireless telecommunications assembly 100 is installed, the directing curve 181 of the collar 180 can take an asymmetrical shape.

[0047] The collar 180 is mounted concentrically on the fixing support 110. More particularly, it bears on the inner radial extension portion of the cover plate 119 which extends between the inner contour 113 of the cover plate 119 and the inner edge 114 of the fixing plate 118. During the assembly of the wireless telecommunications assembly 100 according to the first aspect of the invention, the collar is simply placed on the fixing support 110, and it is then possible to index it angularly by rotating it relative to the fixing support 110. It is not directly fixed to the fixing support 110 at the time of its assembly on said fixing support 110, but it is secured to other elements of the wireless telecommunications assembly 100 as will be described later.

[0048] According to a first variant embodiment illustrated on the FIGURE 1 , the collar 180 further comprises at least one thread 182 sized to cooperate with a fixing screw passing through a fixing bracket 185 located angularly opposite said thread 182. In this case, the fixing brackets 185 are located radially outside the collar 180 and they are integral with the fixing support 110.

[0049] According to a second variant embodiment not shown, the collar 180 further comprises at least one opening, each allowing a fixing screw to pass through it, collaborating with a fixing bracket located angularly opposite said opening 183. In this case, the fixing brackets 185 are located radially inside the collar 180 and they are integral with the fixing support 110.

[0050] The fixing brackets 185 may be made in one piece with the cover plate 119 or the fixing plate 118, or may be added and fixed to the cover plate 119 or the fixing plate 118 by any means.

[0051] The reflector 170 bears against the collar 180. At its upper end, and preferably at its optical focus, the lighting device 150 is fixed integrally to said reflector 170. The reflector and the lighting device 150 will be described later in more detail, in particular with reference to the FIGURE 4 .

[0052] The 100 wireless telecommunications set illustrated in FIGURE 1 also comprises a casing 160 of cylindrical shape and which extends radially around the reflector 170 and vertically beyond said reflector 170. The casing 160 is formed by a thin cylindrical sheet 161. Preferably, the casing is formed from a metallic material. The sheet 161 forming the casing 160 can alternatively be solid or perforated. In particular, the sheet 161 forming the casing 160 can take the form of a grid.

[0053] The casing 160 rests on the fixing support 110. Radially, the casing 160 is located outside the collar 180. During the assembly of the wireless telecommunications assembly 100 according to the first aspect of the invention, the casing 160 is simply placed on the fixing support 110, and it is then possible to index it angularly by rotating it relative to the fixing support 110. The casing 160 is not directly fixed to the fixing support 110 but it is secured to other elements of the wireless telecommunications assembly 100 as will be described later.

[0054] For this purpose, the casing comprises oblong openings 162, 163, 164 which allow a screw to be passed through in order to fix the casing 160. More particularly, the casing 160 comprises four oblong openings distributed in two groups of two oblong openings, each group being located on a diametrically opposite zone of said casing 160. As visible on the FIGURE 1 , for each group of oblong openings, a first oblong opening 162 is located on a first vertical end of the casing 160, for example the upper end, and a second oblong opening 163 is located on a second vertical end of the casing 160, for example the lower end of said casing 160. The first and second oblong openings 162, 163 are preferably aligned vertically.

[0055] Each oblong opening 161-164 opens onto the corresponding end of the casing 160, so as to form an opening which is not completely closed.

[0056] The wireless telecommunications assembly 100 according to the first aspect of the invention and described in the FIGURES 1 à 3 furthermore comprises a fixing bracket 140 which makes it possible to assemble said wireless telecommunications assembly 100 on the fixing support 110.

[0057] The fixing bracket 140 is preferably formed from at least one metallic material.

[0058] The fixing bracket 140 comprises an upper plate 141 and at least two lateral uprights 142, 143 extending projecting from said upper plate.

[0059] The upper plate 141 of the fixing bracket 140 comprises a central opening 148 delimited by an inner contour 147. The dimensions and shape of the inner contour 147 are such that the lighting device 150, and at least its electronic substrate 151, can be housed in the central opening 148, preferably without contact. Preferably, the shape of the central opening 148 corresponds to the lateral shape of the lighting device 150, and more particularly that of its electronic substrate 151.

[0060] Generally speaking, the shape of the outer contour 149 of the upper plate 141 of the fixing bracket 140 corresponds to the shape of a section of the casing 160. Thus, in the case where the casing 160 takes the shape of a cylinder whose directrix curve is circular, then the outer contour 149 of the upper plate 141 is circular with a diameter substantially equal to that of the directrix curve of the casing 160.

[0061] Generally, the lateral dimensions and shape of the upper plate 141 of the fixing bracket 140 are such that they extend the lateral dimensions and shape of the casing 160.

[0062] The top plate 141 of the mounting bracket 140 also includes holes for the insertion of mounting screws intended to secure the heat sink 130 which will be described later.

[0063] The at least two lateral uprights 142, 143 of the fixing bracket 140 make it possible to span the casing 160 and to provide, at their free end, opposite the upper plate 141, support against the fixing support 110. Thus, the vertical dimensions of each lateral upright 142, 143 are substantially equal to the sum of the vertical dimensions of the collar 180, the deflector 170 and the lighting device 150. By vertical dimension, we mean the dimension of these components along the axis perpendicular to the plane of the fixing support 110 when they are assembled.

[0064] Each lateral upright 142, 143 takes the form of a rectangular tab. According to a first variant, the lateral uprights 142, 143 and the upper plate 141 of the fixing bracket 140 are made of one piece, so that said fixing bracket 140 is monolithic. According to a second variant, the lateral uprights 142, 143 are attached to the upper plate 141 and fixed to it by any means, preferably by welding or brazing.

[0065] Each lateral upright 142, 143 further comprises circular openings 144, 145, 146 arranged to collaborate with at least a portion of the oblong openings 162-164 of the casing 160. More particularly, each lateral upright 142, 143 comprises at least one circular opening 144-146 allowing a fixing screw to pass through in order to collaborate with the casing 160, the collar 180 and the fixing bracket 185 in order to assemble the wireless telecommunications assembly according to the first aspect of the invention.

[0066] In practice, only the circular opening 144-146 collaborating with the oblong opening 162-164 which in turn collaborates with the corresponding fixing bracket 185 is necessary to assemble the wireless telecommunications assembly according to the first aspect of the invention. However, as visible on the FIGURE 1 , a first circular opening 144 is located at a first vertical end of the side post 142, 143, for example the upper end, and a second circular opening 145, 146 is located on a second vertical end of the side post 142, 143, for example the lower end. The first and second circular openings 144, 145 are preferably aligned vertically.

[0067] The heat sink 130 makes it possible to dissipate the calories produced by the lighting device 150 during its operation. The lateral dimensions and the general shape of the heat sink 130 correspond to those of the casing 160. Thus, in the exemplary embodiment illustrated in FIGURES 1-3 , the heat sink 130 takes the general shape of a cylinder of circular section, the diameter of which is substantially equal to the diameter of the casing 160.

[0068] The heat sink 130 is advantageously formed at least in part from a heat-conducting material in order to better extract the calories produced near the lighting device 150. Preferably, the heat sink 130 is metallic. More preferably, the heat sink 130 is formed from aluminum, an aluminum alloy and / or comprises copper.

[0069] The heat sink 130 comprises a base 132 which is fixed to the lighting device 150, and preferably to its electronic substrate 151 in order to improve the thermal exchanges, and which is further fixed to the upper plate 141 of the fixing bracket 140. On the opposite face of the base 132 relative to the lighting device 150, the heat sink 130 comprises a forest of cylinders 131 which extend projecting relative to the base 132. The cylinders 131 make it possible to increase the exchange surface between the heat sink 130 and the ambient air, thus improving the efficiency of said heat exchanger 130 by promoting the thermal exchanges between the cylinders 131 and the ambient air. It is understood that this embodiment of the heat sink with fins is a non-limiting example, and that the heat sink 130 could comprise, for example, ribs spaced from each other in place of these cylinders.

[0070] The wireless telecommunications assembly 100 includes a safety tether 133 secured to the mounting bracket 140 or to the heat sink 130 and for retaining the wireless telecommunications assembly 100 when said wireless telecommunications assembly 100 is mounted to the ceiling.

[0071] The wireless telecommunications assembly 100 also comprises a LiFi module 194 and control electronics 196 which collectively make it possible to control the lighting device 150 according to a network protocol in order to modulate the intensity of the light rays emitted by said light source 150 according to the digital data to be transmitted by the light rays emitted by the lighting device in a downward direction, that is to say in the direction of a user placed in the emission field of the light rays of the telecommunications assembly according to the invention.

[0072] The control electronics 196 makes it possible to generate a control signal as a function of the digital data transmitted and encoded by the LiFi module 194. The control signal is modulated in voltage and / or current in order to modify the electrical polarization state of the lighting device 150, ultimately making it possible to modulate the intensity of the lighting produced.

[0073] The LiFi module 194 and the control electronics 196 respectively comprise a printed circuit board and electronic components fixed on this electronic board.

[0074] In order to facilitate possible maintenance operations, the control electronics 196 and the LiFi module 194 are arranged on two independent electronic supports, or printed circuit boards.

[0075] The control electronics 196 and the LiFi module 194 are housed in a housing 210 which is fixed securely to the mounting support 110. The housing 210 is closed by a cover 230. The housing 210 and / or the cover 230 are preferably metallic in order to promote thermal exchanges. As can be seen in particular on the figure 1 , the sheet metal forming the cover 230 can be perforated to allow passage for transmission cables arranged between at least the control electronics 196 and the lighting device.

[0076] In the example embodiment illustrated on the FIGURES 1 à 3 , the control electronics 196 and the LiFi module 194 are housed vertically in the housing 210, that is to say that their respective electronic card is arranged perpendicular to the plane defined by the surface of the fixing support 110. Alternatively, the control electronics 196 and the LiFi module 194 could be housed horizontally, that is to say substantially parallel to the surface of the fixing support 110. In this case, the shape of the electronic cards forming the control electronics 196 and the LiFi module 194 could for example be annular in shape in order to integrate more easily on said fixing support 110.

[0077] In the case where the control electronics 196 and the LiFi module 194 are housed vertically, it may be provided that the power electronic components of the control electronics and / or the electronic components of the LiFi module are arranged opposite the center of the mounting bracket, and in particular opposite the lighting device. In other words, it may be provided to arrange the arrangement of the electronic components most sensitive to heat, or those releasing the most heat, on a single side of the corresponding electronic card, and to orient the printed circuit card so that these components are located on a side oriented opposite the lighting device, or towards the outside of the mounting bracket. It is thus sought to facilitate the general cooling of the wireless telecommunications assembly.

[0078] Furthermore, in order to promote the cooling of the control electronics 196 and the LiFi module 194 or to limit their heating during their operation, heat sinks in the form of thermally conductive plates 195, 197, 198 may be thermally coupled to certain electronic components of the control electronics 196 and the LiFi module 194. By way of non-limiting example, the plates 195, 197, 198 may be fixed integrally to said electronic components to be cooled, by gluing, in particular via a thermal glue or by welding or brazing.

[0079] The 100 wireless telecommunications set illustrated in FIGURES 1 à 3 also includes a photodetector 192 for detecting a light signal carrying digital data in an upward direction, i.e. emitted from an electronic device of a user and directed towards the wireless telecommunications assembly 100 and for example to a computer network external to said wireless telecommunications assembly 100. The photodetector 192 is mounted on its electronic support card 190.

[0080] The photodetector 192 and its electronic support card 190 are housed inside a cover 240 and fixed securely to the fixing support 110. In order to allow the photodetector 192 to detect a light signal coming from below the wireless telecommunications assembly 100, the fixing support 110 preferably comprises an opening 191 located directly above the photodetector 192. The opening 191 is closed by a window 246 held on the fixing support by a frame 245. The frame is fixed securely to the fixing support 110 by any fixing means, and preferably by gluing.

[0081] The control electronics 196 and the LiFi module 194 are electrically connected to each other, and the control electronics 196 is electrically connected to the illumination device 150.

[0082] As visible on the FIGURE 2 , the control electronics 196 and / or the LiFi module 194 are electrically connected to a larger electrical system and / or a computer network via a connection element 300 which here takes the form of a connector 310 in order to route both the electrical power supply cables for powering the lighting device 150, the control electronics 196 and the LiFi module 194 and the photodetector 192 associated with its electronics 190 on the one hand, and the network cable(s) for interfacing the wireless telecommunications assembly with an external computer network, and for example the internet. The connection element 300 is electrically connected to the control electronics 196 and / or the LiFi module 194 via an electrical connection cable 320.

[0083] In order to facilitate its installation on the ceiling 900 or the false ceiling 930, the wireless telecommunications assembly 100 comprises mounting tabs 120, 220 which will be described later. The mounting tabs may be of the articulated or stationary type. Generally, the wireless telecommunications assembly 100 comprises at least two mounting tabs 120, 220 distributed around the periphery of the mounting bracket 110. In the example illustrated in FIGURE 1 , three mounting tabs 120, 220 are angularly regularly spaced around the mounting bracket 110, an angle of approximately 120° separating two adjacent mounting tabs 120, 220. In the example illustrated in FIGURE 2 , two articulated mounting legs 120 are located diametrically opposite relative to the fixing support 110, and the stationary mounting leg, not visible on the figure 2 , is placed at 90° relative to said articulated mounting legs 120.

[0084] There FIGURE 4 illustrates a light source 150 associated with a reflector 170 as implemented in the telecommunications assembly illustrated in FIGURES 1 à 3 . To facilitate understanding, the reflector 170 is shown in transparency.

[0085] The lighting device 150 comprises an electronic substrate 151 formed for example by an electronic card on the surface of which electronic components 153 are mounted and electrically connected to each other by electronic tracks (not shown) in order to control the state of electrical polarization of the light sources 155.

[0086] The electronic substrate 151 comprises a connector 152 making it possible to interface the lighting device 150 with the control electronics 196 in order to transport the at least one control signal between said control electronics 196 and the lighting device 150.

[0087] The light sources are preferably located at the focus of the reflector 170.

[0088] In the example embodiment illustrated on the FIGURE 4 , the lighting device 150 comprises several light sources 155, and in particular it comprises twelve. More particularly, the twelve light sources 155 are distributed according to a first circular contour formed by eight light sources 155 angularly spaced approximately 45° from each other, and according to a second circular contour, concentric to the first circular contour and formed by four light sources angularly spaced approximately 90° from each other, the second contour being located inside the first contour.

[0089] Advantageously, the light sources 155 of the lighting device 150 are of the light-emitting diode (LED) type.

[0090] The light sources 155 are preferably designed to emit radiation visible to the human eye, i.e. between approximately 380 nm and 780 nm in order to enable lighting of the room in which the wireless telecommunications assembly 100 is installed.

[0091] The reflector 170 is formed by an upper part 171 of generally conical shape and the most closed part of which is located on the side of the lighting device 150, the most open part of the reflector 170 being located at the other end relative to said light source 150.

[0092] In the example illustrated on the FIGURE 4 , the direction curve of the cone 171 is circular. Depending on the desired shape of the illumination cone of the illumination device 150, the direction curve may take another shape. In particular, it may be asymmetrical or completely irregular in order to adapt the shape of the illumination cone of the illumination device 150 according to the geometry of the room in which the wireless telecommunications assembly 100 is installed and / or the presence of other wireless telecommunications elements 100 located nearby.

[0093] At its open end, the cone 171 extends substantially perpendicularly by a circular ring 172 allowing the reflector to be placed in abutment against the collar 180 and for example against a shoulder not shown here formed inside the latter.

[0094] At its upper end, the reflector 170 comprises means for fixing the lighting device 150, and more particularly the electronic substrate 151. By way of non-limiting example, the electronic substrate 151 can be screwed into the reflector 170; alternatively, the reflector 170 can comprise lugs which fit into openings made on the electronic substrate 151; alternatively, the electronic substrate 151 can be glued onto the reflector 170.

[0095] The reflector is preferably made of a metallic and / or plastic material, the interior walls of the reflector 170 being reflective by nature, or by the addition of a reflective coating, in order to improve the lighting capabilities of the lighting device 150.

[0096] As previously described, the wireless telecommunications assembly 100 is installed on the ceiling 900 or the false ceiling 930 via at least two mounting brackets 120, 220. The mounting brackets 120, 220 may be of the type of a stationary mounting bracket 220 and / or of the type of an articulated mounting bracket 120.

[0097] In reference to the FIGURES 1 And 3 , a stationary mounting bracket 220 will now be described. Generally, a stationary mounting bracket 220 is a mounting bracket that remains fixed and / or immobile relative to the mounting bracket 110 during mounting of the wireless telecommunications assembly 100 on the ceiling 900 or the false ceiling 930.

[0098] For this purpose, the stationary mounting bracket 220 takes the form of an L-shaped bracket, formed by a vertical extension upright 221 and a radial extension upright 222 located at one end of said vertical extension upright 221, for example its lower end. The stationary mounting bracket 220 is preferably obtained by folding a sheet metal.

[0099] The stationary mounting bracket 220 is preferably metallic.

[0100] In the example embodiment illustrated in FIGURES 1 And 3, the stationary mounting lug 220 is fixedly attached to an external face 211 of the cover 210, that is to say a face oriented radially towards the outside of the fixing support 110. The stationary mounting lug 220 is fixed by means of a fixing screw 224 passing through it and collaborating with a threaded bore made on the rear face 211. In order to allow an adjustment of its position relative to the cover, and therefore relative to the surface of the fixing support, the vertical extension upright 221 of the stationary mounting lug 220 may comprise an oblong opening 223 of vertical orientation, the position being fixed by tightening the fixing screw 224.

[0101] In reference to the FIGURES 5A, 5B et 5C , an exemplary embodiment of an articulated mounting bracket 120 will now be described. Such an articulated mounting bracket comprises a rigid frame 500, and a movable part formed mainly by a torsion spring 600.

[0102] The rigid L-shaped frame 500 is formed by a horizontal extension span 510 and a vertical extension span 520 extending substantially perpendicularly the horizontal extension span. The rigid frame 500 is arranged to be fixed integrally to the fixing support 110, in particular by welding, brazing or riveting at its horizontal extension span 510. The rigid frame can advantageously be obtained by folding a sheet metal. The rigid frame 500 is preferably metallic.

[0103] More particularly, the vertical extension span 520 of the rigid frame 500 comprises an opening 530 at least delimited laterally by a first 522 and a second 524 lateral upright, each lateral upright carrying a lateral span extending towards the other lateral upright.

[0104] A first lateral bearing surface 523 located on the first lateral upright 522 extends towards the second lateral upright 524 and a second lateral bearing surface 521 located on the second lateral upright 524 and extending towards the first lateral upright 522.

[0105] The torsion spring 600 comprises a helical spring, a first end of which forms a support tab 601 and the second end of which is extended perpendicular to the axis of the spring to form a mounting loop 610. In the exemplary embodiment illustrated in the FIGURES 5A-5C , the mounting loop 610 comprises two arms 612, 614 which join at their opposite end to form a housing for receiving a shock absorber 700, as will be described below. A first arm 612 is formed directly in line with the second end of the coil spring and the second arm 614 is folded towards the first end of the spring, having a tab folded inside the spring, substantially parallel to the axis of the spring.

[0106] The torsion spring 600 is housed in the opening 530 and is collectively supported by the first lateral bearing 523 and the second lateral bearing 521, said torsion spring 600 extending between the first 522 and the second lateral upright 524 by being inserted around the lateral bearings. The mounting loop 610 of the torsion spring 600 is thus rotatably movable around the first 523 and second 521 lateral bearings.

[0107] As seen on the FIGURE 5a , the length of the first lateral span 523 is less than the length of the second lateral span 521. In particular, the length of the second lateral span 521 may be at least twice the length of the first lateral span, and for example be equal to three times the length of the first lateral span. This difference in length of the lateral spans, it being understood that the addition of the lengths of the lateral spans must be sufficiently large so that the spring does not escape under stress, makes it easier to thread the spring, that is to say to allow mounting of the spring in the rigid frame which requires less compression force for the user. This is particularly advantageous in the present invention since the springs of the fixing lugs allow the fixing support to be held in position in the ceiling or false ceiling, and this fixing support is made heavier by the presence of all the components embedded on the fixing support according to the first aspect of the invention, which implies significant dimensioning of the springs.

[0108] The torsion spring 600 is initially threaded around the second lateral bearing surface 521, by making the tab at the end of the second arm 614 of the spring bear against this second lateral bearing surface 521. The torsion spring is threaded along an axis inclined relative to the main direction of elongation of the second lateral bearing surface, due to the presence of the rigid frame, and in particular of the first lateral bearing surface 523 located on the first lateral upright 522. It is then appropriate to compress the helical spring, in the direction of depression towards the second lateral upright 524 to allow the second end of the helical spring to pass through the opening provided between the two lateral bearing surfaces 521, 523 and position the helical spring parallel to the axis of elongation of the lateral bearing surfaces. The effort required to compress the spring is then less since the length of the second lateral bearing surface is short. We understand that the compression stroke of the spring is of the order of a few percent (%) whereas it could be close to 50% if the lateral spans were of equivalent length.

[0109] The mounting of the spring on the rigid frame is carried out so that the torsion spring is arranged in alignment with the lateral bearing surfaces in the opening 530 and the mounting loop 610 extends on one side of the rigid L-shaped frame 500, and more particularly towards the outside of the fixing support 110.

[0110] A shock absorber 700 is disposed in the mounting loop 610, opposite the torsion spring 600, to reduce shock during installation of the wireless telecommunications assembly 100 on the ceiling 900 or the false ceiling 930. In the example illustrated in FIGURES 1 And 5C, the shock absorber has a generally circular shape and the thickness of which is greater at its central region than at its peripheral region. Advantageously, the shock absorber 700 also comprises a circumferential groove 730 to allow the insertion of the arms 612, 614 of the mounting loop 610 around the shock absorber 700 and the fixing of this shock absorber.

[0111] There FIGURE 6 illustrates a wireless telecommunications assembly 100 according to the first aspect of the invention and as it is mounted in a false ceiling 930. The false ceiling is suspended from a ceiling 900 by means of rafters 920. A recess opening 950 is made in the false ceiling 930 in order to allow the recessing of the wireless telecommunications assembly 100. It is understood that an equivalent mounting could be made directly in the ceiling 900.

[0112] Mounting is done by an initial insertion of the stationary mounting tab 220 into the recess opening 950. The presence of the radial extension upright 222 implies an insertion at an angle, by enclosing the edge of the false ceiling by this radial extension upright 222 and the cover plate 119. When the radial extension upright 222 is resting on the rear face of the false ceiling, that is to say the face facing inside the false ceiling, the wireless telecommunications assembly is tilted around an axis of rotation passing through the point(s) of contact of this radial extension upright and the false ceiling.

[0113] In its natural position, the hinged mounting tab 120 is oriented downward, as shown in the FIGURES 1 And 5C. This configuration corresponds to a folded configuration. At this stage of the operation of installing the wireless telecommunications assembly 100 on the ceiling 900 or the false ceiling 930, the articulated mounting tab 120 is raised to assume an extended configuration in which the mounting loop is substantially parallel to the vertical extension range 520 of the rigid frame 500, so as to facilitate the insertion of said wireless telecommunications assembly 100 into the recess opening 950 and so that the mounting loop 610 is located above the bearing surface 935 formed by the rear face of said ceiling 900 or false ceiling 930. When the wireless telecommunications assembly 100 is introduced through the recess opening 950, then the articulated mounting tabs 120 can be released. The torsion spring 600 then exerts a force on the mounting loop 610 to return it to its original position, pointing towards the mounting bracket. The reaction of this force on the bearing surface 935 of the ceiling 900 or false ceiling 930 is therefore oriented upwards and thus makes it possible to oppose the fall of the wireless telecommunications assembly 100.

[0114] Once in position, the wireless telecommunications assembly 100 is thus suspended from the ceiling 900 or the false ceiling 930. The cover plate 119 extends radially beyond the recess opening 950 in order to obstruct it.

[0115] In operation, the wireless telecommunications assembly 100 according to the first aspect of the invention thus generates a cone of light 1000 delimited laterally by the extreme rays 1100. As described previously, the radial extent of the cone is predefined by the shapes and dimensions of the collar 180 and / or the reflector 170. Inside this cone of light, the modulation of the intensity of the light emitted by the illumination device 150 makes it possible to transfer digital data according to a so-called descending flow between said wireless telecommunications element 100 and a receiver 2000 capable of detecting the variations in light intensity of said light source 150, in accordance with the principles of LiFi technology.

[0116] If the receiver 2000 also comprises a LiFi phototransmitter, of the infrared diode type for example, then the latter can also communicate with the wireless telecommunications assembly 100, and more particularly with the photodetector 192, in order to transfer digital data to said wireless telecommunications assembly 100 and according to a so-called upstream flow.

[0117] The 100 wireless telecommunications system thus takes the clever form of a compact LiFi luminaire, inside which all the elements necessary for lighting a living room and all those necessary for establishing two-way network communication are brought together.

[0118] Of course, the invention is not limited to the examples which have just been described and numerous adjustments can be made to these examples without departing from the scope of the invention. In particular, the different characteristics, forms, variants and embodiments of the invention can be associated with each other in various combinations insofar as they are not incompatible or mutually exclusive. In particular, all the variants and embodiments described above can be combined with each other.
