Abstract
Description
State of the art
[0001] In the furniture sector, guide devices such as furniture hinges or flap fittings are known to be used to move a furniture part relative to a furniture body.
[0002] The guidance devices must meet different requirements; for example, the movement guidance should make the interior of the furniture body or the movable part of the furniture accessible in order to place objects in it or remove them from it.
[0003] In particular, disassembling the furniture part from the guide rails, e.g. in the case of a move or renovation where the furniture needs to be moved, is comparatively impractical with known devices.
[0004] The state of the art refers to WO 2007 / 041736 A1, EP 2559835 A1 and EP 0491990 B1, which concern flap fittings and furniture hinges. Purpose and advantages of the invention
[0005] The object of the present invention is to improve a device for moving a furniture part mounted on a furniture body, in particular with regard to a comparatively simple assembly and / or disassembly of the furniture part from the device remaining on the furniture body.
[0006] This problem is solved by the independent claim.
[0007] The dependent claims address advantageous and expedient further developments of the invention.
[0008] The invention relates to a device for moving a furniture part mounted on the body of a piece of furniture, wherein the device has guide means with which, when the device is mounted on the furniture, the furniture part can be moved from a closed position to an open position relative to the furniture body and back, wherein in the closed position the furniture part assumes a position moved towards a front side of the furniture body, wherein a guide means is designed as a hinged lever, wherein the hinged lever is detachably arranged on mounting means of the device, wherein the mounting means are provided for mounting the device on the movable furniture part, and wherein the device includes locking means to lock the hinged lever to the mounting means.
[0009] The device is designed, for example, as a pivot fitting or flap fitting for a furniture component, such as a top flap. The furniture, in particular the cabinet body, is, for example, a wall-mounted cabinet. Advantageously, the furniture component assumes a position as close as possible to the front of the cabinet body in the closed position. For example, an opening in the cabinet body is at least partially closed in the closed position. Advantageously, there is a gap, in particular a gap, between the furniture component and the cabinet body in the closed position. This gap allows, for example, the implementation of a touch-latch opening mechanism on the furniture, which can, for example, form part of the device.
[0010] The core of the invention lies in the fact that a locking element of the locking mechanism is arranged on the pivot lever in a manner that allows for exclusively linear movement. This enables secure, quick, and comparatively simple assembly or disassembly of the furniture component on the device. Advantageously, this makes assembly or disassembly of the furniture component comparatively convenient.
[0011] According to the invention, the locking means comprise a connecting element, wherein the connecting element is present on the mounting means, and wherein the connecting element can be hooked onto a further locking means on the hinge lever. This enables a comparatively simple positioning of the furniture component.
[0012] According to the invention, two connecting elements are provided. For example, the two connecting elements are arranged at a distance from each other on the mounting means. According to the invention, the insertion direction of a first connecting element differs from the insertion direction of a second connecting element. The connecting element is, for example, hook-like or hook-shaped. In the assembled state of the mounting means, the connecting element advantageously projects from a surface, in particular a surface of the furniture part.
[0013] According to the invention, the locking means have a locking element which is arranged on the joint lever.
[0014] The locking element is designed, for example, as a pin, bolt, and / or rivet. For example, the locking element is configured such that a first connecting element can be attached to the locking element, e.g., by hooking it onto it. The locking element is arranged immovably on the articulated lever, for example, in a position fixed relative to other components of the articulated lever. The locking element and the locking element are advantageously spaced apart from each other on the articulated lever. According to the invention, the device comprises two locking elements. The locking elements are advantageously spaced apart from each other on the articulated lever of the device. The distance between the locking elements is, for example, fixed.
[0015] Furthermore, it is advantageous that the locking element is designed in a slide-like form. The locking element is, for example, mounted on the pivot lever so that it can be slidably moved, and in particular, so that it can be moved linearly.
[0016] Advantageously, the locking element is designed such that, in the arranged state of the furniture part, the locking element has a direction of movement along a surface of the furniture part, in particular parallel to a surface of the furniture part, on the joint lever of the device.
[0017] It is further proposed that the articulated lever has a guide element by which the locking element is guided linearly on the articulated lever. The guide element is, for example, in the form of an elongated hole or a slot on the articulated lever. For instance, the guide element forms an opening and / or recess in the articulated lever. It is also conceivable that the guide element protrudes from the articulated lever.
[0018] The articulated lever comprises, for example, two articulated arms. In its installed state on the device, the articulated arms of the articulated lever encompass, and in particular enclose, for example, another articulated lever. It is conceivable that each articulated arm of the articulated lever has a guide element. The articulated arms are, for example, identical in design. For example, the articulated arms are mirror images of each other.
[0019] According to the invention, the locking means comprise a spring element, wherein the spring element is present on the articulated lever and wherein the spring element is arranged such that the locking element is pressed towards the locking mechanism. The spring element is, for example, designed as a spring, e.g., a torsion spring or a coil spring. The spring element advantageously presses the locking element towards a locking position. The spring element is, for example, formed in a region between the articulated arms of the articulated lever. The spring element is, for example, particularly formed entirely within the interior of the articulated lever.
[0020] Furthermore, it is advantageous that the locking element has a retaining element, wherein the retaining element extends through the guide element of the articulated lever. The retaining element is, for example, designed as a pin and / or a bolt. The spring element advantageously presses the retaining element of the locking element against a first stop of the guide element. When the locking element is abutting the first stop of the guide element, the locking element is, for example, in the locked position. The spring element advantageously engages the retaining element. For example, the spring element is connected to the retaining element.
[0021] Furthermore, it is advantageous that the retaining element has an angular contour. For example, the retaining element has a square contour. For example, the retaining element is designed as a cuboid bolt and / or pin. This makes disassembly of the furniture component or disassembly of the mounting hardware from the guides or the joint lever of the guides comparatively convenient, and in particular, simplifies and facilitates it.
[0022] It is also advantageous that the locking element has a clamp-like actuating element. For example, the actuating element is U-shaped. Advantageously, the retaining element connects the two opposing and spaced-apart sides of the U-shaped actuating element. The actuating element has, for example, one, or in particular two, comparatively rough, e.g., grooved or textured, gripping surfaces. A user can grip the actuating element relatively securely on these surfaces.
[0023] It is also advantageous that the locking element encompasses the joint lever. For example, the locking element forms one outer surface of the joint lever. The locking element is, for example, mirror-symmetrical.
[0024] In an advantageous modification of the device, the second connecting element of the mounting means couples with the locking element in the assembled state of the device. The second connecting element has a retaining contour, wherein, in the assembled state, the second connecting element with the retaining contour engages the retaining element of the locking means on at least two sides, and in particular on three sides. The retaining contour comprises a retaining surface which, in the arranged state, extends in the direction of a displacement direction of the locking element. The retaining surface is formed opposite and spaced apart from a surface of the mounting means, and the surface of the mounting means, in the arranged state, forms a surface of the furniture part. For example, the retaining surface extends parallel to a displacement direction of the locking element. For example, when the furniture component is in its installed position on the hinge lever, the locking element, in particular the retaining element, is located between the retaining surface and the surface of the furniture component. Advantageously, in the locked position, the retaining element pushes the second connecting element across the retaining surface towards the locking element, into which the connecting element is advantageously hooked. This secures the mounting elements and thus the furniture component to the hinge lever.
[0025] According to the invention, the locking means have two locking elements which are fixedly arranged on the articulated lever, wherein in the assembled state of the device the first locking element couples with the first connecting element and the second locking element with the second connecting element.
[0026] The locking elements are advantageously arranged at a distance from each other on the articulated lever. Preferably, the locking elements and the retaining element are arranged at a distance from each other on the articulated lever.
[0027] Furthermore, a piece of furniture is proposed with a device for moving a furniture part mounted on a furniture body according to one of the aforementioned designs. Description of an exemplary embodiment
[0028] Further features and advantages of the invention are explained in more detail with reference to the exemplary embodiment shown schematically in the figures.
[0029] In detail: Fig. 1 a perspective view of a piece of furniture according to the invention with a device according to the invention for moving an open part of the furniture, Fig. 2 the in Fig. 1 The enclosed area A is shown in an enlarged view, Fig. 3 is a side view of the device, wherein in Figure 3A first assembly step of mounting the device's mounting elements to the device's guide elements is shown, with parts of the device kept transparent for better understanding, Fig. 4 in enlarged view of detail B according to Figure 3 , Fig. 5 a side view of the furniture according to Figure 1 , wherein parts of the guide means of the device and the furniture are kept transparent for better understanding Fig. 6 in enlarged view Detail C according to Figure 5 , whereby in Figures 5 and 6 A further assembly step of mounting the mounting means of the device to the guide means of the device is shown, with parts of the device kept transparent for better understanding. Figures 7 and 8 show further assembly steps of the device from a side perspective in a section corresponding to Detail C. Fig. 5, wherein parts of the device are kept transparent for better understanding and Fig. 9 a perspective detail view of a locking element of locking means of the device, wherein parts of the device are kept transparent for better understanding.
[0030] Figure 1 Figure 1 shows in perspective a piece of furniture or a wall cabinet 1 according to the invention with a box-shaped furniture body 2 and a furniture part mounted thereon, which is designed as a plate-like upper flap 3, which is shown in an open position relative to the furniture body 2.
[0031] The furniture carcass 2 comprises two opposing, upright side walls 4 and 5, which are connected at the bottom to a base 6 and at the top to a top panel 7. The rear of the furniture carcass 2 is closed by a back panel 8.
[0032] To move the top flap 3 about a horizontal pivot axis relative to the furniture body 2 from the in Fig. 1In the open position shown, which moves into a closed position (not shown) towards the front of the furniture body 2, a movement device according to the invention is provided, which is designed as a top flap fitting 9. The top flap fitting 9 has a first fitting unit 10 on the side wall 4 and a second fitting unit 11 on the side wall 5, which are identical but arranged side-wise for functional purposes on the respective side walls 4 and 5.
[0033] Each fitting unit 10 and 11 comprises a base unit 12, guide means 13 with articulated levers, and mounting means in the form of mounting units, each comprising a mounting plate 15a, 15b. The base unit 12 is connected to the mounting plate 15a, 15b via several articulated levers, which are arranged as pivot arms of a pivot arm assembly 14. The mounting plate is fixedly attached to an inner side of the top flap 3, e.g., recessed in a material recess.
[0034] In Figure 3 The fitting unit 10 of the top-mounted flap fitting 9 is shown in a state not yet mounted to the upper cabinet 1. For better understanding, parts of the fitting unit 10 have been made transparent, including a side cover cap 16 and a lever arm of a hinged lever.
[0035] A first articulated lever 17 of the pivot-arm arrangement 14 advantageously comprises a first lever arm 18 and a second lever arm 19, the second lever arm 19 being shown transparent in Figures 3 to 16 for better understanding of the device. The two lever arms 18, 19 of the first articulated lever 17 are advantageously identical. It is also conceivable that the lever arms 18, 19 are mirror images of each other.
[0036] A second articulated lever 20 of the pivot-arm arrangement 14 advantageously comprises a single lever arm. The second articulated lever 20 is, for example, movably mounted between the two lever arms 18, 19 of the first articulated lever 17. The first and the second articulated levers 17, 20 are preferably movably connected to each other ( Figure 4 ).
[0037] The first articulated lever 17 comprises two locking elements, for example in the form of bolts 21, 22. The bolts 21, 22 are advantageously arranged spaced apart from each other on the articulated lever 17. For example, the bolts 21, 22 are projecting from a lever arm 18, 19.
[0038] For example, the lever arms 18, 19 are connected to each other by means of the bolts 21, 22. In particular, the lever arms 18, 19 are spaced apart from each other by the bolts 21, 22.
[0039] Furthermore, a locking element 23 is formed on the first joint lever 17, which is linearly movable on the first joint lever 17, for example by means of a guide element in the form of a guide contour 24 (see also Figure 9 The guide contour 24 is, for example, slot-like, in particular designed as a slot or as an oblong hole.
[0040] A spring element, for example in the form of a torsion spring 25, is also arranged on the first joint lever 17. The torsion spring 25 is connected, for example, to the locking element 23. The torsion spring 25 is held, for example, at a mounting point 26 on the first joint lever 17.
[0041] Two spaced-apart connecting elements 27, 28 are formed on the mounting plate 15a. The connecting elements 27, 28 project, for example, from a surface 29 of the mounting plate 15a. For example, the connecting elements 27, 28 are hook-shaped. Advantageously, in the arranged state of the mounting plate 15a, each connecting element 27, 28 engages a bolt 21, 22 on the first pivot lever 17. Figures 3 , 6 For example, during an assembly process of the mounting plate 15a, a first connecting element 27 is hooked onto the bolt 22 of the first joint lever by means of a pivoting movement ( Figure 4For example, the locking element 23 comprises a U-shaped actuating element 30, which is particularly clamp-like, and a bolt-shaped retaining element 31. The actuating element 30 advantageously comprises a first long side element 35, a second long side element 36, and a short side element 37. The two long side elements 35, 36 of the actuating element 30 are advantageously arranged opposite each other and spaced apart. For example, the short side element 37 connects the two long side elements 35, 36 to each other at a first end of the long side elements 35, 36, particularly at a first end of the actuating element 30. The three side elements 35-37 are advantageously formed in one piece. Advantageously, the retaining element 31 connects the two long side elements 35, 36 to each other at a second end of the long side elements 35, 36, particularly at a second end of the actuating element 30.For example, the retaining element 31 is mounted on the side elements 35, 36. The actuating element 30 encloses, and in particular covers, an outer surface 32 of the lever arm 18 and an outer surface 33 of the lever arm 19 in the arranged state. In particular, the actuating element 30 covers an end face 34 of the first articulated lever 17.
[0042] Advantageously, holding surfaces 40, 41 are provided on the outer sides 38, 39 of the long side elements 35, 36. The holding surfaces 40, 41 are, for example, relatively rough or slip-resistant, so that a technician can grip the actuating element 30 relatively securely. The holding surfaces 40, 41 have, for example, a structured surface, e.g., a surface with grooves or indentations (see in particular...). Figure 9 ).
[0043] The retaining element 31 advantageously extends through the guide contour 24. In the arranged state of the locking element 23 on the first joint lever 17, the locking element 23 is thus designed to be captive on the first joint lever 17.
[0044] The retaining element 31 is advantageously at least partially rod-shaped, in particular cuboid-shaped. For example, the retaining element 31 has a cuboid-shaped, in particular a square, cross-section in a cross-section, in particular transverse to a longitudinal axis of the retaining element 31. For example, the retaining element 31 has four, in particular, flat side surfaces 42 to 45, which, viewed in the plane of the side surfaces, are formed in a cross-section in a rectangle relative to each other.
[0045] In the Figures 5, 6 and 8 Parts of page element 35 are not shown for better illustration.
[0046] The following describes the assembly of the mounting plate 15a on the first joint lever 17 using the Figures 4 , 6 , and 8 explained. First, the locking element 23 is moved by a fitter in the direction of R1 against a spring force of the torsion spring 25 into an unlocked position of the locking element 23 ( Figures 4 and 9 In the unlocked position, the locking element 23, in particular with a side surface of the retaining element 31, abuts one end of the guide contour 24. This allows the first connecting element 27 of the mounting plate 15a to be engaged with the bolt 22 by a pivoting movement, so that the second connecting element 28 can be placed onto the bolt 21 ( Figure 6 , 8 ).
[0047] The technician then releases the locking element 23 and the torsion spring 25 then moves the locking element 23 in the direction of R2 into a locking position ( Figure 8In the locked position, the locking element 23, in particular with a further side surface of the retaining element 31, abuts a further end of the guide contour 24.
[0048] In the locked position, the second connecting element 28 engages the retaining element 31 with its retaining contour 46. The retaining contour 46 comprises a retaining surface 47. The retaining element 31 is advantageously in the locked position ( Figure 8 ) in facility with holding area 47.
[0049] In the arranged state of the mounting plate 15a on the first joint lever 17, a displacement direction R1, R2 is advantageously aligned parallel to the surface 29 of the mounting plate 15a. The displacement directions R1 and R2 are, for example, parallel to each other.
[0050] An unlocking process, starting from the locked position after Figure 8This is accomplished by a fitter moving the locking element 23 towards the unlocking position R1 against the spring force of the torsion spring 25. The mounting plate 15a can be released from the first pivot lever 17 from the moment in the unlocking movement of the locking element 23 at which an outer edge 48 of the second connecting element 28 can be moved past the retaining element 31 ( Figure 7 ).
[0051] Due to the cuboid shape of the retaining element 31, a comparatively small stroke, transverse to a displacement direction of the locking element 23, is necessary for disassembling the mounting plate 15a from the first articulated lever 17 compared to, for example, a round design of the retaining element 31 ( Figure 7 ), in order to move the connecting element 28 with the outer edge 48 past the retaining element 31 in such a way that the retaining element 31 is blocked and can no longer enter the locking position with the connecting element 28 according to Figure 8It can be moved back.
