Abstract
Description
[0001] The invention relates to a supporting structure having the features of the preamble of claim 1. The specified supporting structure serves to suspend at least one sound absorber from a ceiling. Furthermore, the invention relates to a system for improving the acoustics in a room, comprising at least one sound absorber and a supporting structure according to the invention for suspending the sound absorber from a ceiling.
[0002] The sound absorber can, in particular, be a plate-shaped element suspended from the ceiling in an upright or vertical position. Such a sound absorber is also called a "baffle," which is an English term meaning "baffle" or "sound screen." To improve room acoustics, several baffle elements are usually suspended from a ceiling at a distance from one another and in several rows, one behind the other and / or next to the other.
[0003] Sound absorbers of the aforementioned type are used indoors, primarily in rooms where noise is generated, requiring noise reduction measures for sound and / or health protection reasons. A primary area of application is therefore industrial construction and industrial noise protection. Furthermore, sound absorbers of the aforementioned type can be used to regulate reverberation in hall-like spaces and / or as a design element in interior architecture. Another primary area of application is therefore public buildings.
[0004] Sound absorbers can be made of various sound-absorbing materials. Common materials include glass, rock, or wood wool, as well as mineral or natural fibers. Materials that are not rigid are usually mounted in a frame. Sound absorbers made of rigid materials can also be suspended from a ceiling without a frame using a suitable supporting structure.
[0005] DE 90 06 457 U1 provides an example of a supporting structure made of T-rails for suspending baffle elements. The T-rails are attached to the ceiling with the crossbar facing downwards, allowing an angled sheet with a hole to be slid onto the crossbar. The hole accommodates a hook, which is screwed into a dowel integrated into the baffle element. Using the hook, the baffle element can be suspended from the hole in the angled sheet.
[0006] A similar support structure is known from US 10,294,664 B2. However, the angle plate connected to the T-rail is directly connected to the baffle element, eliminating the need for a hook. The angle plate is bent into a U-shape so that it can grip the baffle element at its upper edge. Furthermore, the angle plate has teeth at its free ends that can be brought into engagement with the baffle element.
[0007] A supporting structure with a T-rail is also disclosed in FR 2 386 656 A1. The baffle element is arranged in a frame and can be suspended from the T-rail by means of a longitudinal beam projecting at the end. For this purpose, the T-rail has a vertical web with slot-shaped recesses.
[0008] Further supporting structures are disclosed in DE 42 04 638 A1 and DE 10 2004 037 909 A1.
[0009] Based on the aforementioned prior art, the present invention aims to make the installation of sound absorbers of the aforementioned type safer and easier. In particular, a level of safety is to be achieved that allows the system to be used in rooms with high levels of humidity and / or dirt. Furthermore, the alignment of the sound absorbers during installation is to be simplified.
[0010] To solve the problem, the supporting structure with the features of claim 1 and the system with the features of claim 10 are proposed.
[0011] Advantageous further developments of the invention can be found in the respective subclaims. Disclosure of the invention
[0012] The proposed support structure for suspending at least one sound absorber from a ceiling comprises an elongated support profile, a suspension device connectable to the support profile, and means for connecting the sound absorber to the support profile, wherein the means comprise an angled plate. According to the invention, the angled plate has at least two legs arranged at an angle to one another, preferably at a right angle, which can be applied to two side surfaces of the sound absorber arranged at an angle in a corner region of the sound absorber and can be connected to the sound absorber in a force-fitting, form-fitting, and / or material-fitting manner.
[0013] In contrast to the prior art mentioned at the beginning, in the proposed supporting structure the angled sheet is connected directly to the sound absorber, preferably before assembly. For this purpose, the angled sheet is placed in a corner area of the sound absorber against two side surfaces of the sound absorber arranged at an angle and is connected to the sound absorber in a force-fitting, form-fitting and / or material-fitting manner. The force-fitting connection can be achieved, for example, by means of a clamping force exerted by the angled sheet on the sound absorber. To achieve a form-fitting connection, the angled sheet can have at least one projection that engages with the sound absorber. Such a projection can, for example, be a pin, stud or web formed on the angled sheet. Furthermore, the angled sheet can be screwed to the sound absorber.Alternatively or additionally, the angled sheet metal and the sound absorber can be bonded together. The angled sheet metal has the advantage of providing a comparatively large contact surface for connecting to the sound absorber, making it easy to create a force-fit, form-fit, and / or material-fit connection. At the same time, the connection's security is increased. The suspension must ensure that the sound absorbers can be permanently and securely attached to the ceiling, preventing people standing below the sound absorbers from being endangered by falling sound absorbers.
[0014] For example, a baffle ceiling can be used to improve room acoustics in an open train station concourse. In this case, the baffle ceiling is exposed to climatic changes and wind loads. The suspension must also withstand these increased demands. This means that even in the event of temperature-related length changes and / or wind loads, it must be ensured that the means connecting the sound absorber to the supporting profile remain permanently and firmly connected to the sound absorber.
[0015] According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, at least one leg of the angled sheet metal has a web for a force-fitting, form-fitting, and / or material-fitting connection to the sound absorber. The at least one web can, for example, be pressed into the sound absorber or inserted into a groove in the sound absorber to achieve a form-fitting connection. For this purpose, the web is preferably arranged at a free end of the leg. Furthermore, it is preferably aligned substantially parallel to the other leg of the angled sheet metal. The other leg can also have such a web. In this case, the angled sheet metal is designed like a clamp. The at least one web can alternatively serve to enlarge the contact surface for the angled sheet metal to rest on the sound absorber. In this case, the at least one web is preferably arranged on a side edge of the leg running perpendicular to the free end.Furthermore, it is preferably aligned substantially perpendicular to both the first and second legs of the angled sheet. If a web is arranged on the opposite side edges of each leg, these can act together as a clamp, so that a clamping force can be exerted on the sound absorber via the two webs. In this way, a force-fit connection can be achieved with the help of the opposing webs.
[0016] Advantageously, the angle plate is a stamped / bent part made from sheet metal by stamping and bending. This allows the angle plate to be manufactured easily and cost-effectively. The at least one web of the angle plate can be manufactured in the same way, eliminating the need for subsequent joining, for example, by welding.
[0017] In a further development of the invention, it is proposed that the angle plate has a tab which runs at least partially perpendicular to one of the two legs and / or is arranged in a plane with one of the two legs. With the help of the tab, the angle plate and thus the sound absorber can be connected to the supporting profile. Advantageously, the tab is also produced together with the angle plate in a punching / bending process. This means that at least one leg of the angle plate has a recess corresponding to the tab. Advantageously, the tab is arranged in a plane with one leg, i.e. the tab is connected to the angle plate in the region of the outer corner of the angle plate.
[0018] To connect the angle plate to the support profile, the bracket can have a recess for accommodating a connecting element, such as a hook. The hook can then be inserted, for example, hooked, into a suitable receptacle in the support profile.
[0019] As a further development, it is proposed that the angled sheet itself serve as a connecting element, so that the means for connecting the sound absorber to the supporting profile only comprise the angled sheet. This not only reduces the number of parts in the supporting structure but also the assembly effort, since the sound absorber can be connected directly to the supporting profile via the angled sheet.
[0020] In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the tab of the angled sheet is angled one or more times at the end. The tab itself thus forms a kind of hook, with the help of which the angled sheet and thus the sound absorber can be inserted, in particular suspended, into a suitable receptacle in the support profile. In this way, a positive connection between the angled sheet and the support profile can be achieved, which prevents the tab from slipping out.
[0021] Alternatively or additionally, it is proposed that the tab of the angled sheet metal have an undercut area. A positive fit can also be achieved via the undercut area, which secures the tab from slipping out. Preferably, the undercut area of the tab is engaged behind a wall section of the support profile after it has been inserted or suspended into the support profile's receptacle. The tab can, for example, be shaped like a hammerhead in plan view.
[0022] A further advantage resulting from the tab being directly connected to the supporting profile, eliminating the need for an additional connecting element, is that the tab can also be used to align the sound absorber with respect to the supporting profile. This is the case if, according to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the tab comes into flat contact with the supporting profile when inserted or suspended into the supporting profile. This flat contact also provides a certain degree of stiffening, which counteracts any movement of a sound absorber suspended from a ceiling in this way relative to the supporting profile.
[0023] Since each sound absorber is typically connected to a support profile at two outside corners using an angled bracket, the flat contact of the angled bracket with the respective support profile simultaneously aligns and stiffens the entire system. By suspending several sound absorbers in parallel support profiles, the sound absorbers are aligned at the same grid spacing. Furthermore, the support profiles themselves are aligned over the suspended sound absorbers, ensuring they remain permanently parallel. The system aligns itself during installation, making it easy to create a uniform grid even for large ceiling areas.
[0024] The support profile preferably has at least one recess for connection to the angled sheet, preferably for receiving a connecting means connected to the angled sheet or for receiving the tab of the angled sheet. The recess can be designed relatively simply if the connecting means is a loop or a hook, or if the tab is hook-shaped. The connecting means or the tab is then simply hooked in. If the tab has an undercut area, the recess is preferably designed such that it has a wide opening area for inserting the tab and a narrower opening area below it for receiving the narrow section of the tab. The wide section of the tab, or the "hammer head," is then engaged behind the wall of the support profile. For example, the recess may have the shape of a rectangle whose lower edge is stepped to form the narrow opening area.
[0025] As a further development, it is proposed that the recess of the support profile also have a stepped upper edge. The stepping is such that a tab is formed that protrudes into the recess. This tab must be at least slightly elastically deformable so that it can be pushed away when the tab of the angle plate is inserted into the recess. The tab of the angle plate is then lowered and inserted into the narrow opening of the recess so that the tab of the support profile, which was pushed away during insertion, can spring back to its original position. In this position, it holds the tab of the angle plate down, thus providing additional security against slipping out.
[0026] The support profile preferably has several recesses arranged in a row. An angle plate can then be inserted into each recess. The distances between the recesses then determine the spacing of the sound absorbers. To increase the spacing, an angle plate can also be inserted into only every other recess. The multiple recesses are preferably arranged at equal distances from one another, allowing the sound absorbers to be suspended in a grid-like manner.
[0027] Furthermore, it is proposed that the support profile be mirror-symmetrical in cross-section. If one long side of the support profile has recesses for accommodating angled metal sheets, the same recesses are found on the other long side. The support profile can thus be connected to angled metal sheets or the sound absorbers attached to them on both long sides.
[0028] According to the invention, the support profile has a cross-sectional profile section that forms a flat support surface for supporting one leg of the angled sheet. In the mirror-symmetrical design of the support profile, at least two such profile sections are preferably provided on opposite sides. The support of the angled sheet against the flat support surface of the support profile further stiffens the arrangement. In particular, relative movement of the sound absorber relative to the support profile is counteracted, so that the sound absorber remains optimally aligned.
[0029] According to the invention, the support profile is essentially V- or U-shaped in cross-section. Such a support profile is mirror-symmetrical in cross-section, with the mirror axis - in the assembled state - preferably running vertically. In this case, flat support surfaces for supporting angle plates are formed on both long sides. In the assembled state, the opening is preferably oriented towards the room. The opening can thus be put to further use. For example, lighting devices can be integrated into the support profile via the opening. The support profile is preferably a stamped and bent part so that the recesses provided in the support profile can be created in a single stamping process. Alternatively, the support profile can also be designed as a closed tube.
[0030] The support profile and / or the angle plate is / are preferably made of metal, in particular of a metal sheet. The use of a metal sheet enables production by a forming process, in particular a punching / bending process. The metal sheet preferably has a thickness of 0.5 mm to 3 mm. In this case, the sheet has sufficient rigidity while being lightweight. The metal sheet can in particular be a steel sheet, which is preferably protected against corrosion, for example, galvanized. The metal sheet can also be a stainless steel sheet or an aluminum sheet. The aluminum sheet is preferably anodized or painted.
[0031] The suspension device mentioned above preferably comprises a support plate with a recess for receiving the support profile. During assembly, the support plate is preferably simply pushed onto the support profile. To suspend the support profile, at least two support plates are required, each arranged at the two ends of the support profile. Depending on the length of the support profile, at least one additional support plate can be arranged further centrally to support the support profile. The recess in the support plate for receiving the support profile preferably has an inner contour that is adapted to an outer contour of the support profile. If the outer contour of the support profile deviates from a circular shape, the support profile can be secured against twisting within the recess.
[0032] Furthermore, the suspension device preferably comprises a wire rope. The wire rope is preferably connected to the support plate at one end and fastened to the ceiling at the other end. For this purpose, the wire rope preferably has a loop at at least one end. At least one recess can be formed in the support plate for connection to the wire rope.
[0033] Instead of a wire rope, the suspension device can also comprise a threaded rod with nuts, washers, and hook elements. A multi-part vernier suspension device, commonly used in drywall construction, is also suitable. This is preferably also combined with screws, nuts, and washers.
[0034] Furthermore, a system for improving the acoustics in a room is proposed, which comprises a supporting structure according to the invention and at least one sound absorber. The angled sheet of the supporting structure is placed in a corner area of the sound absorber against two side surfaces of the sound absorber arranged at an angle and is connected to the sound absorber in a force-fitting, form-fitting and / or material-fitting manner. The force-fitting connection can be achieved, for example, via a clamp connection. To achieve a form-fitting connection, a projection formed on the angled sheet, for example in the form of a mandrel, pin or web, can engage with the sound absorber. A form-fitting connection is also achieved via a screw connection. Alternatively or additionally, a material connection can be created by means of an adhesive connection.
[0035] The angled sheet metal has a comparatively large contact surface for connecting to the sound absorber, making it easier to create a force-fit, form-fit, and / or material-fit connection. At the same time, a permanent and therefore very secure connection can be created, so that people standing beneath the sound absorbers are not endangered by falling sound absorbers.
[0036] The at least one sound absorber of the system is preferably essentially plate-shaped. Furthermore, it is preferably cuboid-shaped. This means that the sound absorber has two plate surfaces that are connected circumferentially by four narrow side surfaces. The sound absorber is preferably suspended in such a way that the two plate surfaces are each vertically aligned. For this purpose, in the two upper corner areas, an angled sheet is placed against the narrow side surfaces arranged at the corner and connected to them in a force-fitting, form-fitting, and / or material-fitting manner.
[0037] The system can comprise a variety of identical or different sound absorbers. For example, sound absorbers made of different materials and / or with different dimensions can be used. However, the panel thickness and length are preferably always the same, which facilitates the arrangement of the sound absorbers in a specific grid. This means that the sound absorbers can vary, particularly in their height. Furthermore, the narrow side surface forming the lower edge can have any shape, for example, slanted or curved. This allows for interesting interior designs.
[0038] The at least one sound absorber is preferably made of a sound-absorbing material and / or has a surface structure that improves room acoustics. The sound-absorbing material can be, for example, expanded glass granulate. Panels made of expanded glass granulate have high strength and dimensional stability, so they can be used without a frame. They are also insensitive to moisture. Sintered expanded glass granulate, for example Reapor®, is preferably used as the material because of its particularly strong properties. Alternatively, the at least one sound absorber can be made of a foam plastic, such as foamed polyurethane or melamine resin. These materials also have the necessary dimensional stability to be used without a frame. In addition, all sound-absorbing materials known from the prior art are suitable, such as rock wool, wood wool, mineral or natural fibers.Sound absorbers made from these materials usually have a frame, as they are not sufficiently strong and dimensionally stable on their own.
[0039] In addition, sound absorbers made from these materials can have a lamination and / or coating on at least one surface. Instead of a frame, a basket or cage can also be used, which defines the external dimensions of the sound absorber and is filled with a sound-absorbing material.
[0040] The at least one sound absorber preferably has a thickness (d) of 10 mm to 200 mm, more preferably 10 mm to 150 mm, and particularly preferably 20 mm to 100 mm. A noise-reducing effect can be achieved even at a thickness of 10 mm. From a thickness of approximately 100 mm, the handling of the sound absorber deteriorates.
[0041] Preferred embodiments of the invention are described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. These show: Fig. 1 a side view of a sound absorber suspended by means of a supporting structure not according to the invention, Fig. 2 a perspective view of the supporting profile and the supporting plate of the supporting structure of the Fig. 1 , Fig. 3 a) a side view, b) a further side view and c) a plan view of an angle plate for a supporting structure according to the invention, which, compared to the angle plate of the Fig. 1 is modified, Fig. 4 a perspective view of the angle plate of the Fig. 3 , Fig. 5 a) a side view and b) a plan view of a third angle plate for a supporting structure according to the invention, Fig. 6 a) a side view and b) a plan view of a fourth angle plate for a supporting structure according to the invention, Fig. 7a perspective view of the angle plate of the Fig. 6 , Fig. 8 a) a first side view, b) a second side view, c) a third side view and d) a fourth side view of a fifth angle plate for a supporting structure according to the invention, Fig. 9 a) a first perspective view and b) a second perspective view of a sixth angle plate for a supporting structure according to the invention, Fig. 10 a perspective view of the angle plate of the Fig. 9 with a supporting profile of a supporting structure according to the invention, Fig. 11 a perspective view of a supporting structure according to the invention with sound absorbers, Fig. 12 another perspective view of the supporting structure of the Fig. 11 , Fig. 13 a third perspective view of the supporting structure of the Fig. 11 , Fig. 14 a perspective view of another supporting structure according to the invention, Fig. 15a perspective view of another support profile for a support structure according to the invention, Fig. 16 a) a first side view of the supporting profile of the Fig. 15 when hanging a sound absorber and b) a second side view of the support profile of the Fig. 15 with attached sound absorber. Detailed description of the drawings
[0042] Fig. 1 shows a supporting structure 1 not according to the invention for suspending a sound absorber 2 from a ceiling (not shown). Fig. 2As can be seen, the supporting structure 1 has a supporting profile 4 with an approximately V-shaped cross-section and a suspension device 5 with a supporting plate 16 having an approximately V-shaped recess 17 for receiving the supporting profile 4. For suspension from the ceiling, the supporting plate 16 has at least one opening 22 for a wire rope (not shown). Recesses 13 are formed in the supporting profile 4, which serve to accommodate means 6 for connecting the sound absorber 2 to the supporting profile 4.
[0043] The means 6 for connecting the sound absorber 2 to the support profile 4 comprise an angle plate 7, which is Fig. 1is shown. The angled sheet 7 shown has two legs 8 arranged at right angles to one another, which rest against two narrow side surfaces 9 of the sound absorber 2 arranged at an angle and are connected to the sound absorber 2 in a force-fitting and material-fitting manner. The force-fitting connection is achieved via two laterally folded webs 10 of the angled sheet 7, which grip the upper side surface 9 of the sound absorber 2 like a clamp. The material-fitting connection is achieved by gluing the angled sheet 7 to the sound absorber 2. The angled sheet 7 also has a tab 11 with a recess through which a further means 6 for connecting the sound absorber 2 to the support profile 4 is guided. The further means 6 in the present case is a hook in the manner of a snap hook, which can be hooked into the recess 13 of the support profile 4.
[0044] A preferred embodiment of a supporting structure 1 according to the invention with a modified angle plate 7 is shown in Figures 3and 4 The tab 11 of the angle plate 7 is angled several times, thus forming a hook, eliminating the need for an additional hook. The means 6 for connecting the sound absorber 2 to the support profile 4 can thus be reduced to the angle plate 7.
[0045] The angle plate 7 of the Figures 3 and 4 In contrast to the angle plate, the Fig. 1 Webs 10 for a positive connection with the sound absorber 2. The webs 10 are arranged at the free ends of the two legs 8. Grooves 23 for receiving the webs 10 can be formed in the side surfaces 9 of the sound absorber 2. As shown in particular in the Fig. 4 As can be seen, the tab 11 is made from the material of the angle plate 7, using a stamping and bending process. The upper leg 8 of the angle plate 7 accordingly has a recess 24.
[0046] The Figures 5a) and 5b) shows a second preferred embodiment of an angle plate 7. The tab 11 is not made from the material of the upper, but from the material of the lower or vertically extending leg 8 and is angled only once. The tab 11 thus also forms a hook. In addition, the vertically extending leg 8 of the angle plate 7 comes to rest against a vertically extending profile section 14 of the support profile 4, which thus forms a support surface 15 (not shown, see example Fig. 2 ). The support of the angle plate 7 on the supporting profile 4 leads to a stiffening of the entire system. Optionally, the angle plate 7 can have end or side-mounted webs 10 for a force- and / or form-fitting connection with the sound absorber 2 (see Fig. 5a )).
[0047] The Figures 6a) and 6b ) and the Fig. 7A third preferred embodiment of an angled sheet 7 can be seen. The tab 11 is not angled here, but has an undercut area 12. The shape of the tab 11 is thus hammerhead-like. When manufacturing the angled sheet in a punching / bending process, the tab can be manufactured at the same time. By inserting the tab 11 into a recess 13 of the support profile 4, the vertically extending leg 8 of the angled sheet 7 again comes into contact with the profile section 14, which forms a support surface 15. Consequently, a stiffening of the system is achieved analogously to the previously described embodiment. Optionally, webs 10 can again be provided, which are provided at the end or side of at least one leg 8 of the angled sheet 7 for a force-fitting and / or form-fitting connection to the sound absorber 2 (see Fig. 7 ).
[0048] The Figures 8a) to 8d) shows a fourth preferred embodiment of an angle plate 7. The tab 11 is also hammerhead-shaped with an undercut area 12. Furthermore, end webs 10 are provided on both legs 8 for a positive connection to the sound absorber 2.
[0049] The Figures 9a) and 9b ) shows a fifth preferred embodiment of an angle plate 7. In contrast to the embodiment of the Figures 8a) to 8d ) Here, only on the upper leg 8, lateral webs 10 are provided, which encompass the upper side surface 9 of the sound absorber 2 and in this way create a force connection with the sound absorber 2 (see Fig. 9b )). The lower or vertical leg 8 of the angle plate 7 is additionally screwed to the sound absorber 2 (see Fig. 9a )).
[0050] To the angle plate 7 of the Figures 9a) and 9b) with a support profile 4, only the tab 11 has to be inserted into the recess 13 of the support profile 4. In the case of a hammer-head-shaped tab 11, the recess 13 has a shape adapted to this. This is shown in the Fig. 10 shown as an example. The recess 13 is essentially rectangular with a stepped lower edge. The stepped lower edge forms a narrowed area that is adapted to the undercut area 12 of the tab 11, so that when the tab 11 is inserted, the hammer head engages behind the wall of the support profile 4. In this way, a positive connection is achieved between the angle plate 7 and the support profile 4.
[0051] The Figures 11 to 13 1 shows a supporting structure 1 according to the invention with a supporting profile 4 and several sound absorbers 2 connected to the supporting profile 4 via angle plates 7. The angle plates 7 are analogous to the angle plates 7 of Figures 9a) and 9b). The support profile 4 is analogous to the support profile 4 of the Fig. 10 designed. Fig. 11 clearly shows how the angle plate 7 is supported on the profile section 14 or the support surface 15 of the support profile 4. Additional sound absorbers 2 can be arranged in the same way on the opposite side of the support profile 4, so that the support profile 4 runs centrally between two rows of sound absorbers 2. The sound absorbers 2 of a row are each arranged at a distance from each other, whereby the distance is determined by the distance between the recesses 13 provided in the support profile (see Figures 12 and 13 ).
[0052] For suspending the support profile 4, the illustrated support structure 1 has support plates 16, each with a recess 17 through which the support profile 4 is passed. The support plates 16 each have at least one opening 22 at the upper edge for connection to a hook 20, to which a wire rope 18 is attached.
[0053] A further preferred embodiment of a supporting structure 1 is shown in Fig. 14shown. Here, the support profile 4 has a substantially C-shaped cross-section with vertically extending profile sections 14 arranged on both sides, which form support surfaces 15. The support plates 16 each have a recess 17, the inner contour of which is adapted to the outer contour of the support profile 4. The support plates 16 also have the same width all the way around. In the upper edge area, the support plates 16 each have an opening 22 for connection to a wire rope 18 or a loop 19 of the wire rope 18 formed at the end.
[0054] A further development of a supporting structure 1 according to the invention is shown in the Figures 15and 16a) and 16b). Using the example of a support profile 4, which has a substantially V-shaped cross-section, it is shown that the recess 13 for receiving a hammerhead-shaped tab 11 of an angle plate 7 can have not only a stepped lower edge, but also a stepped upper edge. The stepping is such that a tab 21 protruding into the recess 13 is formed. The tab 21 is resilient, i.e., elastically deformable. When inserting the tab 11 of the angle plate 7, the tab 21 of the support profile 4 is initially pushed away (see Fig. 16a)). The tab 11 of the angle plate 7 is then lowered so that it rests against the lower edge of the recess 13. This causes the tab 21 of the support profile 4 to spring back, so that the tab 11 of the angle plate 7 is held down by the tab 21 of the support profile 4. The tab 11 of the angle plate 7 is thus secured against slipping out, since in this position the hammerhead-shaped tab 11 is engaged behind the wall of the support profile 4.
