Abstract
Description
[0001] One aspect of the invention relates to a shelf assembly. The shelf assembly is designed in particular for installation in a household refrigeration appliance. The shelf assembly has a first shelf and a separate second shelf. The shelf assembly further comprises a support frame. The first shelf and the second shelf are arranged on this support frame. The support frame has a guide. By means of this guide, at least one of the shelves is displaceably mounted relative to the support frame and to the other shelf. The support frame is designed to be open in the circumferential direction. A further aspect of the invention relates to a household refrigeration appliance with such a shelf assembly.
[0002] In known designs of such shelf assemblies, the support frames, which are not completely closed on the periphery, are the component for direct placement, particularly on the inner container of a household refrigeration appliance. Various options are known in this context for attaching such a support frame to the walls of the inner container. For example, the ribs are formed on the inner container, with the support frame being slid over these ribs. It is also possible for this support frame to be attached to recesses in the rear wall of a household refrigeration appliance by hooking it into them.
[0003] Support frames are known in which the individual components are made of plastic. In this context, the U-shape of such a support frame can be formed in one piece from plastic. Such one-piece plastic designs tend to be limited in their rigidity. Furthermore, they also give a visually less stable impression.
[0004] Furthermore, multi-part designs of such a support frame are also known. In this context, embodiments are also known that feature a U-shaped base frame made entirely of metal. However, such designs are relatively heavy. High material costs are associated with them. Furthermore, they require considerable assembly effort. It is also possible for additional components to be screwed onto such a metal base frame. This increases the number of components, and the screwing increases the assembly effort.
[0005] A storage shelf arrangement is known from US 9 103 582 B2. This arrangement has two glass plates, each surrounded by a frame. The two plates can be moved relative to one another in the depth direction of the arrangement. The arrangement also has a frame by which these two plates are held. The frame, with its lateral legs, extends only over the length of the rear plate. In a use position, the front plate protrudes forward beyond the lateral legs. In this respect, the front plate projects freely at the front. As a result, this front plate is subject to considerable stress in the use position. Large leverage forces act on the mechanical connection between this front plate and the frame. Furthermore, this known embodiment of the arrangement provides for retaining clips to be part of this supporting frame. These retaining clips, however, are arranged so that they are almost completely exposed. This can result in functional impairments. Furthermore, the attachment and support to the remaining components of the supporting frame are limited. The overall mechanical stability of the supporting frame is thus reduced.
[0006] US 5,813,741 discloses a shelf assembly with a pair of lateral support brackets and a support member connecting the two support brackets. US 2017 / 0234604 A1 discloses a shelf that is suspended from a horizontal strut, wherein the horizontal strut is arranged on the rear wall of a shelf.
[0007] It is an object of the present invention to provide a storage plate arrangement in which a support frame of the storage plate arrangement which is not completely closed on the circumference is improved.
[0008] This object is achieved by a storage plate arrangement according to claim 1.
[0009] One aspect of the invention relates to a shelf assembly. The shelf assembly is designed in particular for installation in a household refrigeration appliance. The shelf assembly has a first shelf and a separate second shelf. The shelf assembly further comprises a support frame. The first shelf and the second shelf are arranged on this support frame. The support frame has a guide. By means of this guide, at least one of the shelves is displaceably mounted relative to the support frame and the other shelf. The support frame is open in the circumferential direction.
[0010] The support frame, with its open shape, has a first side leg and an opposite and separate second side leg. The support frame has a connecting leg separate from the side legs. The connecting leg is a metal profile rail.
[0011] This support frame design provides a very stable central part, namely the connecting leg. The side legs can be attached directly and securely to it. The connecting leg supports the side legs and also absorbs leverage forces more effectively. It exhibits high torsional rigidity. This also improves attachment to other components. Furthermore, it also improves the support of the storage panels. Here, too, the rigidity of this central part enables a more clamp-free and smoother movement of at least one shelf. In addition to the advantages mentioned above, this material design of the connecting leg also enables the individual design of the visual appearance of the shelf arrangement.Especially with a metal design, combined with a profile rail, relatively thin walls can be achieved while still maintaining greater stability and rigidity. This connecting leg, to which the cantilevered side legs are attached at the ends, enables them to be arranged horizontally as accurately as possible.
[0012] In particular, the open support frame is designed on three sides. In particular, it is U-shaped. In particular, the side legs are made of plastic.
[0013] In one embodiment, the profile rail is manufactured in one piece. This saves assembly effort. Furthermore, the one-piece construction also allows the profile area of this central rail to be produced with great precision and accuracy. Last but not least, this one-piece design provides particularly advantageous mechanical stability.
[0014] In one embodiment, the profile rail is a roll-formed profile. Such a roll-formed profile is relatively easy to manufacture, especially when made of metal. This roll-forming process is also advantageous for more complex profile shapes. From a flat metal plate, such as a sheet metal plate, the more complex profile part in the form of the profile rail can then be produced by this roll-forming process. In particular, the one-piece design is very advantageous and enables precise shape. Therefore, a roll-formed profile as a profile rail represents a particularly advantageous embodiment.
[0015] In one embodiment, the profile rail is made of stainless steel. This embodiment is particularly advantageous for use of the shelf assembly in a wide variety of ambient conditions, such as those found in a household refrigeration appliance. Since significant temperature and / or humidity differences may occur in such environments, such a stainless steel design also achieves high corrosion resistance.
[0016] In one embodiment, this profile rail is straight. This means that it has a linear longitudinal axis.
[0017] In particular, the connecting leg is designed as a profiled beam or board. This means that it has a length that is greater, in particular several times greater, than the height and depth.
[0018] By designing the connecting leg as a profile rail, custom profile shapes can be created. This increases the stability of the rail itself and also allows for improved attachment of the side legs to it.
[0019] According to the invention, the profile rail has a first, upper hollow chamber. The upper hollow chamber is to be understood in this regard with regard to the vertical direction of the storage panel arrangement. This first, upper hollow chamber is formed onto an upper edge of a front panel of the profile rail, in particular by roll forming. This front panel is thus also a component of the profile rail. Viewed in the depth direction of the storage panel arrangement, this front panel is thus arranged in front of the hollow chamber. The front panel thus essentially forms a front visible component of the connecting leg. This first, upper hollow chamber is formed behind it. In particular, a front side of the front panel is flat. This enables particularly simple yet precisely positioned fastening of a side leg.
[0020] According to the invention, the profile rail has a second, lower hollow chamber that is different from and spaced from the first, upper hollow chamber. This second, lower hollow chamber is formed, in particular, on a lower edge of the front panel of the profile rail, in particular by roll forming. The two hollow chambers extend rearward from the front panel in the depth direction of the storage panel arrangement. In particular, an upper boundary wall of the first, upper hollow chamber is arranged flush with the upper edge of the front panel. In particular, a lower boundary wall of the second, lower hollow chamber is arranged flush with the lower edge of the front panel.
[0021] In one embodiment, the two hollow chambers are located entirely behind the front panel. This means that, viewed vertically, they do not protrude above or below the front panel. This results in a compact profile rail design.
[0022] In one embodiment, both hollow chambers extend uninterrupted across the entire length of the front panel. This improves the advantages in terms of stabilization and the possibility of coupling with other components of the storage panel arrangement.
[0023] In one exemplary embodiment, at least one of the hollow chambers is designed to be multi-sided, in particular bounded on at least three sides, in particular bounded on four sides, in cross-section perpendicular to a longitudinal axis of the profile rail. In one exemplary embodiment, at least one hollow chamber is designed to be open in such a cross-section. In particular, this cross-sectional geometry of a hollow chamber is thus formed with four sides, but this cross-sectional contour is not completely closed in the circumferential direction. This not only achieves high stability, but also enables a certain deformation elasticity of the cross-sectional geometry of the hollow chamber. The then freely projecting leg, which forms one side of this four-sided geometry, can then also spring to a certain extent. This also makes it possible to achieve improved fastening of the shelf arrangement to a household refrigeration appliance component.Manufacturing tolerances can then be compensated for more effectively through this design.
[0024] In particular, both hollow chambers are designed accordingly in this regard.
[0025] In one embodiment, the first, upper hollow chamber is designed with a smaller depth than the lower hollow chamber, viewed in the depth direction of the storage panel arrangement. On the one hand, the stiffness of the profile rail is particularly advantageously increased by the deeper lower, second hollow chamber. However, the hollow chambers can also have the same depth.
[0026] According to the invention, the profile rail has an open design at a first end, viewed in the direction of its longitudinal axis. This open end is designed as an insertion holder for an additional holding part of the storage panel arrangement. In addition to or instead of this, the profile rail is designed to be open at a second end, viewed in the direction of this longitudinal axis. In one embodiment, this open end is designed as an insertion holder for an additional holding part of the storage panel arrangement. These open ends are thus intended to serve as coupling points for these holding parts. This is a further very advantageous embodiment. This is because a storage panel arrangement can thus be constructed from several separate components. Such a modular concept is particularly advantageous for creating variants of a storage panel arrangement. This allows, for example, a central component in the form of a profile rail to be provided as an identical component for different variants. The retaining parts can then be individually designed. This can depend on where the storage panel assembly is to be housed or attached. Furthermore, such a design also makes it easier to individually exchange or replace the individual parts of such a storage panel assembly. In particular, variants of the storage panel assembly can also be formed by identical retaining parts but, for example, connecting legs of different lengths.
[0027] This also allows for different side legs to be used, both in terms of the length of these side legs and / or in terms of the guide and support of the shelves.
[0028] This design is also particularly advantageous in that material differences can be made between the profile rail and the retaining parts. The retaining parts can be one-piece components. They can be made of plastic, for example. In particular, they can be injection-molded components, for example.
[0029] A retaining part can be arranged at a rear end of a side leg. The retaining part can be formed integrally with the side leg.
[0030] The open ends of the connecting limb can be designed to function as insertion brackets for inserting the retaining parts. However, they can also be intended, for example, for snapping such retaining parts together.
[0031] In one embodiment, these insertion brackets are formed by the laterally open hollow chambers at the ends of the profile rail. These hollow chambers thus exhibit multifunctionality. Therefore, no additional separate elements are required to enable this type of mounting.
[0032] In one embodiment, a holding part has two engagement pins. These are designed, in particular, for positive, particularly non-positive, insertion into the hollow chambers of the profile rail. In particular, the engagement pins are hollow.
[0033] A further aspect of the invention relates to a household appliance component. In particular, this is a household refrigeration appliance component. In particular, such a household refrigeration appliance component is a door for a household refrigeration appliance. This household refrigeration appliance component has a shelf arrangement according to the above-mentioned aspect or an advantageous embodiment thereof.
[0034] In particular, by designing only the connecting leg of the support frame as a roll-formed metal profile, for example, made of stainless steel, aluminum, or steel, this shelf arrangement can be improved. The modularity of these side legs, which are primarily made of plastic and contain the retaining components, further supports this flexible system.
[0035] The terms "top", "bottom", "front", "rear", "horizontal", "vertical", "depth direction", "width direction", "height direction" indicate the positions and orientations given during proper use and proper positioning of the shelf arrangement or the household refrigeration appliance.

[0037] In the figures, identical or functionally identical elements are provided with the same reference symbols.
[0038] In Fig. 1 A simplified representation of a household refrigeration appliance 1 is shown. The household refrigeration appliance 1 is designed for storing and preserving food. The household refrigeration appliance 1 can, for example, be a refrigerator or a freezer or a refrigerator-freezer combination appliance. The household refrigeration appliance 1 has a housing 2. In one embodiment, the housing 2 has an outer housing 3. The housing 2 also has an inner container 4. The inner container 4 is accommodated in the outer housing 3. The inner container 4 is separate from the outer housing 3.
[0039] In one exemplary embodiment, the household refrigeration appliance 1 has at least one storage compartment 5 for food. Several separate storage compartments can also be provided. In one exemplary embodiment, the storage compartment 5 can be a refrigeration compartment. The storage compartment 5 is delimited by the walls of the inner container 4.
[0040] In one embodiment, a thermally insulating material is arranged in a space 6 between the outer housing 3 and the inner container 4.
[0041] In one embodiment, the household refrigeration appliance 1 has a door 7. In this embodiment, the door 7 is movably mounted on the housing 2. In one embodiment, the door 7 is pivotable about an axis A oriented in the vertical direction (y-direction). The receiving space 5 can be closed at the front with the door 7.
[0042] In Fig. 1 In addition, an embodiment of a storage plate arrangement 8 is shown in a schematic representation. The storage plate arrangement 8 is in Fig. 1 shown in its final position in the receiving space 5. The storage plate arrangement 8 can be removed from the receiving space 5 without causing any damage. As can be seen, the storage plate arrangement 8 extends across the entire width of the receiving space 5. This width is measured in the width direction (x-direction) of the household refrigeration appliance 1.
[0043] In one embodiment, the shelf assembly 8 extends over at least 50 percent of the depth of the receiving space 5. The depth is measured in the depth direction (z-direction) of the household refrigeration appliance 1. In one embodiment, this shelf assembly 8 extends over at least 60 percent, in particular at least 70 percent, in particular at least 80 percent, in particular at least 90 percent of this depth of the receiving space 5.
[0044] In one embodiment, it can be provided that the storage plate arrangement 8 can be arranged at different discrete heights in the receiving space 5.
[0045] The shelf assembly 8 can be used as a compartment divider or shelf. In one embodiment, the shelf assembly 8 also serves to store stored goods. Such stored goods include foodstuffs such as beverages or meals.
[0046] In Fig. 2 1 shows a perspective view of an exemplary embodiment of a storage plate arrangement 8. The storage plate arrangement 8 has a first storage plate 9. The first storage plate 9 has a base plate 10. The base plate 10 can be made of glass, for example. However, it can also be made of plastic, for example. The base plate 10 is square in the exemplary embodiment. In particular, it is rectangular. The first storage plate 9 has a rear edge profile 11 in the exemplary embodiment. The designation relating to the rear edge profile 11 refers to the position on the first support plate 9 relative to other components of the first storage plate 9, viewed in the depth direction. This rear edge profile 11 is a straight strip. In particular, it is C-shaped or U-shaped in cross-section. In one exemplary embodiment, the edge profile 11 is designed without interruption. In one embodiment, the rear edge profile 11 extends across the entire width of the base plate 10. This width is measured in the width direction. In one embodiment, the rear edge profile 11 is a separate component from the base plate 10.
[0047] In one embodiment, the first storage plate 10 has a front edge profile 12. The front edge profile 12 is designed as a straight strip. It can be U-shaped or C-shaped in cross-section. In one embodiment, the front edge profile 12, like the rear edge profile 11, is designed as a separate component to the base plate 10. In one embodiment, the rear edge profile 10 can be attached to the base plate 10. In one embodiment, the front edge profile 12 can be attached to the base plate 10. In one embodiment, the rear edge profile 11 can be formed in one piece from plastic. However, it can also be formed, for example, from metal. In one embodiment, the front edge profile 12 can be formed in one piece from plastic. It can also be formed from metal.
[0048] In one exemplary embodiment, this storage plate arrangement 8 has a second storage plate 13. In one exemplary embodiment, the second storage plate 13 is formed separately from the first storage plate 9. In one exemplary embodiment, the second storage plate 13 has a base plate 14. The base plate 14 is made of glass, for example. However, it can also be made of plastic. Like the base plate 10, the base plate 14 can also be transparent, at least in some areas, in one exemplary embodiment.
[0049] In one embodiment, the second storage plate 13 can have a front edge profile 15. In one embodiment, the front edge profile 15 is separate from the base plate 14. In one embodiment, the front edge profile 15 extends across the entire width of the base plate 14. The front edge profile 15 can have a C-shaped or U-shaped cross-section. In one embodiment, the front edge profile 15 is arranged on a front edge of the base plate 14. It can be attached thereto.
[0050] In one exemplary embodiment, the storage plate arrangement 8 has a support frame 16. The support frame 16 is separate from the first storage plate 9 and separate from the second storage plate 13. The support frame 16 is open in the circumferential direction and thus along its longitudinal extent. The circumferential direction is in the plane of the storage plate arrangement 8. In one exemplary embodiment, the support frame is only U-shaped on three sides. In one exemplary embodiment, it has a first side leg 17. It also has a separate second side leg 18. The two side legs 17 and 18 extend in the depth direction. The two side legs 17 and 18 are arranged parallel and spaced from one another. They are straight and rod-like.
[0051] The support frame 16 also has a connecting leg 19. This connects the two side legs 17 and 18. The connecting leg 19 forms a central part of the support frame 16.
[0052] In one embodiment, the second storage plate 13 is the rear storage plate in the depth direction. In one embodiment, this second storage plate 13 is fixedly attached to the support frame 16. In one embodiment, it can, for example, be glued to the support frame 16. In the illustrated embodiment, only a front edge 20 of the base plate 14 is provided with such a front edge profile 15. Lateral edges 21 and 22 of the base plate 14 are not provided with such further separate edge profiles in the illustrated embodiment. Furthermore, a rear edge 23 of the base plate 14 is not provided with such an edge profile in the illustrated embodiment.
[0053] In one embodiment, the base plate 14, and thus the second storage plate 13, has a width that corresponds exactly to the distance between the two side legs 17 and 18. This prevents the second storage plate 13 from projecting laterally beyond these side legs 17 and 18, as viewed in the width direction. In particular, the lateral edges 21 and 22 are arranged flush with the outer sides of the side legs 17 and 18.
[0054] In Fig. 2 a position of use of the storage plates 9 and 13 is shown. This means that the two storage plates 9 and 13 are arranged one behind the other in the depth direction and in a row with respect to one another. This forms a maximum total storage area of the storage plate arrangement 8. The first storage plate 9 is arranged in one embodiment so as to be movable relative to the second storage plate 13. In the state in which it is arranged on the support frame 16, it can be displaced relative to the second storage plate 13 on the support frame 16. In one embodiment, it can be moved for this purpose starting from the position shown in Fig. 2 shown position of use to the rear and under the second storage plate 14. This is Fig. 3 shown. There, a non-use position of the first storage plate 9 is shown. It can be provided that the first storage plate 9 can be positioned completely below the second storage plate 13 when viewed in the depth direction. This means that in the Fig. 3 In the non-use position of the storage plate 9 shown, a free space is formed between the side legs 17 and 18. This allows stored goods to be positioned in the receiving space 5 below the storage plate arrangement 8, which nevertheless extends vertically into this free space 24, as shown in Fig. 3 shown. This allows stored goods to be positioned in such a way that they can extend upwards through the storage plate arrangement 8.
[0055] In the embodiment according to Fig. 2 und Fig. 3 It is provided that lateral edges 25 and 26 of the base plate 10 of the first storage plate 9 are formed without a frame fixedly arranged thereon. Thus, in particular, no edge profiles are arranged on these lateral edges 25 and 26. In the illustrated embodiment, only the front edge 27 is provided with the front edge profile 12 and a rear edge 28 is provided with the rear edge profile 11.
[0056] Furthermore, it can be seen that in one embodiment, the first storage plate 9 is narrower in the width direction than the second storage plate 13. The first storage plate 9 is arranged in one embodiment with a top side 29 flush with a top side 30 of the second storage plate 13 when the Fig. 2 shown position of use of the storage plates 9 and 13 is set.
[0057] In Fig. 3 is shown in an embodiment in which a guide 31 is also illustrated. In one embodiment, the guide 31 is arranged on the first side leg 17 as well as on the second side leg 18. For this purpose, the guide 31 has a first guide part. This is arranged on the first side leg 17. A second guide part of the guide 31 is arranged on the second side leg 18. The movably mounted first storage plate 9 can be guided in a defined manner by the guide 31. In this context, it can be displaced in the depth direction.
[0058] Furthermore, the front ends 32 of the side legs 17 and 18 can be seen. The rear ends 34 of the side legs can also be seen. The guide 31 is formed on an inner side 33 of each side leg 17, 18.
[0059] In Fig. 4 A perspective view of another embodiment of a storage plate arrangement 8 is shown. The difference to the embodiment according to Fig. 2 und Fig. 3 It is provided here that the rear, second storage plate 13 is not arranged in a fixed position, but is also movable. In this embodiment, it is possible that the first storage plate 9 is not formed with a completely circumferentially closed edge profile. It can, as in Fig. 2 und Fig. 3 have a front edge profile 12 and a rear edge profile 11.
[0060] The rear second storage plate 13 can have a front edge profile 15. In this exemplary embodiment, it can also additionally have a rear edge profile 35. Likewise, it can additionally or instead also have lateral edge profiles 36 and 37. Thus, in this exemplary embodiment, the rear storage plate 13 can be designed with a completely circumferential edge profile device.
[0061] In the embodiment in Fig. 4 The front shelf 9 is mounted so that it can be displaced in the depth direction. The guide 31 is also provided for this purpose.
[0062] Furthermore, in particular the front, first storage plate 9 can be designed in accordance with the storage plate 9 in Fig. 2 und Fig. 3 be trained.
[0063] In Fig. 5 the storage plate arrangement 8 is according to Fig. 4 shown, where the first, front shelf 9 is made of the Fig. 4 shown, is moved forward into the non-use position pushed backward. It is then moved below the second storage plate 13. It is then arranged below this storage plate 13.
[0064] In this embodiment of the storage plate arrangement 8 according to Fig. 4 und Fig. 5 This storage plate package, comprising the storage plates 9 and 13, can be pivoted upwards about a pivot axis oriented in the width direction. This is in Fig. 6 Such a pivoting is possible starting from the Fig. 5 reached position of the two storage plates 9 and 13 relative to each other. By pivoting the storage plate package upwards, as shown in Fig. 6 As shown, additional free space is created. This allows larger items arranged in the receiving space 5 below the storage plate arrangement 8 to be moved not only through the free space 24, as created by pushing the first storage plate 9 backwards according to Fig. 5 was reached, protrude upwards, but also in the area of the second storage plate 13 in this regard, particularly with respect to the support frame 16.
[0065] In Fig. 7 An exploded view of an embodiment of the support frame 16 is shown. The three separate individual parts are shown here. This concerns the elongated, straight side leg 17, the elongated, straight side leg 18, and the elongated, straight connecting leg 19. In the exemplary embodiment, the two side legs 17 and 18 are made of plastic. In particular, they are each formed as a single piece. However, a multi-part design is also possible. The individual parts can be made of plastic. In the exemplary embodiment shown, the connecting leg 19 is formed as a single piece from metal.
[0066] The mechanical connection between these three individual parts of the support frame 16 is achieved without the need for any additional fastening elements. Therefore, no screw connection is required. In particular, only plug-in connections and / or clamp connections are provided.
[0067] This support frame 16, as will be explained in more detail below, is provided in the embodiments of the storage plate arrangement 8.
[0068] This connecting leg 19 is a profile rail 38. The profile rail 38 has a longitudinal axis A. The profile rail 38 is straight. The profile rail 38 is manufactured in one piece. In the exemplary embodiment, it is a roll-formed profile. It is thus bent into shape from a sheet strip, in particular by roll forming. The profile rail 38 is preferably made of stainless steel.
[0069] In addition, the support frame 16 has a first holding part 39. This first holding part 39 is arranged in the assembled state of the support frame 16 at a first end 40 of the profile rail 38, viewed in the direction of the longitudinal axis A. The support frame 16 also has a second holding part 41. In the assembled state of the support frame 16, the second holding part 41 is arranged at a second end 42, opposite the first end 40, on the separate profile rail 38. In the exemplary embodiment, the holding parts 39 and 41 are each one-piece components. They are made in particular from plastic. They are connected directly to the profile rail 38. In this assembled final state, the support frame 16 has a U-shape.
[0070] In Fig. 8 The profile rail 38 is in a Fig. 7 different perspectives. It is shown in Fig. 8 shown from the front. It can also be seen that the profile rail 38 is a three-dimensional molded component.
[0071] The profile rail 38 has a front panel 43. The front panel 43 is of uninterrupted design. A first profile area is formed integrally with this front panel 43. Viewed in the depth direction (z-direction), this profile area directly adjoins the thin front panel 43 towards the rear. This profile area is a hollow chamber 44. This is a first, upper hollow chamber 44, viewed in the height direction (y-direction).
[0072] Furthermore, the profile rail 38 has a second profile area, different from the first. In the exemplary embodiment, this profile area is a second, lower hollow chamber 45. The hollow chambers 44 and 45 each have boundary walls that delimit the respective hollow space.
[0073] A profile rail 38 is a component which has at least one open hollow area delimited by walls.
[0074] As in Fig. 8 As can be seen, the two hollow chambers 44 and 45 are arranged completely behind the front panel 43. This means that in the vertical direction they do not protrude upwards or downwards beyond the dimensions of the front panel 43. Viewed in the width direction (x-direction), the hollow chambers 44 and 45 extend uninterrupted over the entire length of the front panel 43. As shown in Fig. 8 As can also be seen, an upper boundary wall 44a of the first, upper hollow chamber 44 is oriented horizontally. It directly adjoins an upper edge 43a of the front panel 43.
[0075] In addition, the lower hollow chamber 45 has a lower boundary wall 45a. This wall is closed at the front by a lower boundary edge 43b ( Fig. 1 ) of the front panel 43 or ends directly there.
[0076] As in Fig. 8 As can also be seen, the holding parts 39 and 41 are inserted into the profile rail 38. This provides for a nested positioning of the holding parts 39 and 41 on the profile rail 38.
[0077] In Fig. 9 In another perspective view, the profile rail 38 is shown. The hollow chambers 44 and 45 can be seen. As in Fig. 9 As is also shown, the hollow chambers 44 and 45 in the exemplary embodiment are formed with a four-sided cross-sectional shape when viewed in cross-section perpendicular to the longitudinal axis A. Furthermore, it can also be seen that this cross-sectional shape is not completely closed. Thus, in particular in the upper hollow chamber 44, a lower boundary wall 44b is open or not directly adjacent to the front plate 43. Furthermore, an upper boundary wall 45b of the lower hollow chamber 45 is arranged at a distance from this front plate 43. Thus, this lower hollow chamber 45 is also not completely closed all around when viewed in cross-section.
[0078] Furthermore, in Fig. 8 und Fig. 9 In the exemplary embodiment, it can be seen that in the depth direction (z-direction) the upper hollow chamber 44 has a smaller depth than the lower hollow chamber 45.
[0079] Furthermore, it is also provided that the profile rail 38 is open at both the first end 40 and the second end 42. In particular, the hollow chambers 44 and 45 are open at these opposite ends 40 and 42. A first insertion holder 46 and a second insertion holder 47 are integrally formed at these open ends of the hollow chambers 44 and 45. These insertion holders 46 and 47 are designed to receive and insert, and thus also hold, the additional holding parts 39 and 41. These insertion holders 46 and 47 are thus formed at the ends by the laterally open hollow chambers 44 and 45.
[0080] In Fig. 10 A perspective view of an embodiment of the holding part 42 is shown. A first leg 48 is an insertion part for insertion into an insertion holder 46, 47 of the profile rail 38. This leg 48 has insertion elements 49 and 50. These are also formed as hollow chambers. The insertion elements 49 and 50 are designed for precise and, in particular, form-fitting and force-fitting insertion into the hollow chambers 44 and 45.
[0081] Furthermore, it can also be seen that this leg 48 has a stop edge 51. This stop edge 51 is designed for direct attachment to an edge 53 ( Fig. 8, 9 ) of the profile rail 38 at the open end 6. In particular, this configuration of the leg 48 also enables a flush arrangement of surface areas of the holding part 41 to surface areas of the profile rail 38. In particular, in the assembled state, a flush transition between an upper side 52 of the holding part 41 and the upper boundary wall 44a of the upper hollow chamber 44 is thus enabled. Furthermore, a flush transition to an inner side 54 of the holding part 41, in particular of the leg 48, to a front side 43c ( Fig. 8 ) of the front panel 43. In addition, this particularly circumferential stop edge 51 also enables a flush transition between a rear edge wall of the holding parts 39 and 41 and rear walls or rear boundary walls 44c and 45c of the hollow chambers 44 and 45.
[0082] The holding parts 39 and 41 are formed integrally with the side legs 17 and 18. They are designed as the rear ends of the side legs 17 and 18.
[0083] In addition, Fig. 7 Holding elements 55 are also formed on the holding parts 39 and 41, which may be present in one embodiment. These holding elements 55 are provided for holding the support frame 16 to the inner container 4. List of reference symbols
