Description
[0001] The invention relates to trousers and a method for manufacturing trousers. Such trousers are known from WO 2022 / 012906 A1, which discloses the preamble of claim 1.
[0002] As already explained, trousers, like shorts, jeans, and the like, are hip-hugging garments used in everyday life to cover the lower body and, if necessary, the legs down to the feet. They rest on the hips or waist of the wearer at the waistband. The waistband is usually designed for a specific hip width (which in turn corresponds to a specific clothing size). A longitudinally elastic waistband section has proven particularly advantageous, as it ensures a comfortable fit and adjusts the waistband to a certain extent to temporary variations in hip circumference. A non-elastic, lockable strap, integrated into the waistband as a fixed component of the trousers, at least on one side of the back, ensures that the trousers stay in place even during, for example,under special external circumstances, wetness or perspiration and / or in special, particularly tactical, use, for example by the fire brigade, THW, police, military and the like, where such clothing often also serves to carry several items or loads due to operational requirements, e.g. in trouser pockets or additional holsters (i.e. additional weight), it remains securely on the wearer's hip.

[0006] The trousers according to the invention, like the trousers mentioned at the outset, comprise a waistband system with a circumferential waistband and a non-elastic, lockable strap, which is integrated into the waistband as a non-elastic section at least on one side of the back of the trousers. Claims
1. Trousers (H) comprising a waistband system (1) with a circumferential waistband (10) and an inelastic closable strap (140) which is integrated at least on a rear side (RS) of the trousers (H) as an inelastic waistband section (11a, 11b) into the waistband (10), the waistband (10) having at least one waistband section (15) which is monoelastic at least in the longitudinal direction (HR), which can be bridged by means of the strap (140) running parallel thereto, characterised in that the strap (140) comprises two strap parts (141a, 141b) which can be uncoupled from the trousers (H) in each case at a coupling point associated to the respective strap part (141a, 141b) and which can be coupled to the inelastic waistband section (11a, 11b).
2. Trousers according to claim 1, wherein the inelastic waistband section (11a, 11b) and the strap parts (141a, 141b) comprise positively interlocking coupling means (110, 150).
3. Trousers according to claim 1 or 2, wherein at least one coupling means (150) is configured to be plate-shaped.
4. Trousers according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the strap parts (141a, 141b) each comprise a barb-shaped, preferably mushroom-shaped contoured, coupling means (150) and the inelastic waistband section (11a, 11b) comprises two slot-shaped coupling means (110).

Trousers according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the inelastic waistband section (11a, 11b) comprises an insertion slot (110) at the coupling points, respectively, into which the coupling means (150) of the strap parts (141a, 141b) can each be inserted for coupling in an insertion direction (ER) and, in an inserted state, hook in at a stop point (P) with a stop edge (151) in the insertion direction (ER), preferably at a stop seam (112) of the insertion slot (110).

Trousers according to claim 5, wherein the inelastic waistband section (11a, 11b) substantially covers the sacrum of the wearer when the trousers (H) are worn as intended by the wearer and / or wherein the insertion slots (110) on the rear side (RS) of the trousers (H) are spaced apart from one another and are preferably arranged eccentrically on the rear side (RS) of the trousers (H) in each case along the waistband running direction (HR), wherein the insertion slots (110) are particularly preferably arranged on the waistband to the side of the sacrum of a wearer when the trousers (H) are worn as intended.

Trousers according to claim 5 or 6, wherein the insertion slot (110) has at least one stop seam (112) which is worked into the insertion slot (110) perpendicularly to the insertion direction (ER) and forms a narrowed insertion tunnel (111) with the remaining insertion slot (110), wherein the insertion slot (110) preferably comprises two such stop seams (112) which together between them delimit an insertion tunnel (111).

Trousers according to any one of claims 5 to 7, wherein a maximum transverse dimension (150q) of the coupling means (150) of the strap parts (141a, 141b) perpendicular to the insertion direction (ER) is at least 1 mm narrower than the insertion slot (110), and wherein preferably a maximum transverse dimension (150q) of the coupling means (150) of the strap parts (141a, 141b) perpendicular to the insertion direction (ER) is at most 1.5 mm narrower than the insertion tunnel (111) of the insertion slot (110).
9. Trousers according to any one of the preceding claims 2 to 8, wherein the coupling means (150) of the strap parts (141a, 141b) comprise a flexible plastic material, preferably elastomer.
10. Trousers according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein at least one stiffening strip (145), preferably extending substantially in the longitudinal direction of the strap (140) or of the strap parts (141a, 141b), is incorporated in each case into the strap (140), preferably into two strap parts (141a, 141b) of the strap (140), wherein the strap (140) or the strap parts (141a, 141b) are formed for this purpose with, preferably longitudinally running pockets (144), in which the stiffening strips (145) are received.
11. Strap (140) for a pair of trousers (H) according to any one of the preceding claims, comprising two strap parts (141a, 141b), which each have a coupling means (110) at one end, by means of which they can be coupled to and uncoupled from the trousers (H) at a coupling point of the trousers (H) associated with the respective strap part (141a, 141b).

A method for producing a pair of trousers (H) according to any one of the preceding claims 1 to 10, wherein the pair of trousers (H) is provided with a waistband system (1) comprising a circumferential waistband (10) and an inelastic closable strap (140), which is integrated into the waistband (10) at least on a rear side (RS) of the trousers (H) as an inelastic waistband section (11a, 11b), wherein the waistband (10) has at least one waistband section (15) which is monoelastic at least in the longitudinal direction (HR) and which is bridged by means of the strap (140) running parallel thereto, wherein the strap (140) comprises two strap parts (141a, 141b) which can be uncoupled from the trousers (H) in each case at a coupling point associated with the respective strap part (141a, 141b), which are coupled to the inelastic waistband section (11a, 11b).
