Description

[0001] The present invention relates to transportable containers for transporting hairdressing equipment intended for hairdressers practicing their profession in clients' homes.

[0002] Document US 2021 / 037935 discloses a transportable container for transporting hairdressing tools.

[0003] A hairdresser working from home is often forced to carry as many of their tools as possible in order to be able to perform as many hairstyles and / or hair treatments as possible that clients may request. For this purpose, transportable containers such as rolling suitcases or towable travel cases are generally used. It is also known to adapt the interior of such containers to the hairdresser's tools.

[0004] However, although these containers are easy to transport, they do not promote an organization perfectly suited to home interventions. Upon arrival at each client's home, the hairdresser must at least partially unpack his transportable container and temporarily spread his tools on the supports provided (chairs, stools, tables, or on the floor), most often causing clutter and great inconvenience for both the client and the hairdresser. This also results in a layout of hairdressing tools changing from one hairdressing session to another depending on the circumstances of the intervention location. Such a disruption creates additional work and a loss of time for the hairdresser.

[0005] In addition, the hairdresser may use heated electrical appliances at the client's premises, such as a hairdryer, straighteners or curling irons, to which he must pay particular attention regarding the location of their installation.

[0006] Once the home hairdressing session is over, the hairdresser puts his tools away in the transportable container, of course with the risk of forgetting some at the client's house.

[0007] An object of the present invention is to at least partially overcome the aforementioned drawbacks.

[0008] Another object of the present invention is to make the work of a hairdresser at home less dependent on the circumstances of the place where he or she works.

[0009] Another object of the present invention is to provide a transportable container allowing compact and secure transport of hairdressing tools.

[0010] For this purpose, a container according to claim 1 is provided.

[0011] Various additional features may be provided, alone or in combination: the second height is different from the first height; the extendable hooking means comprise a telescopic arm or an elastic return means; the fixing means are capable of removably fixing the cover to the opening when this cover is in the closed position; the cover comprises an extension element of the inner face, this extension element being mounted movably on the cover between a storage position in which this extension element is fully stored in the cover and a use position in which this extension element projects from the cover by a lateral face of the cover; the inner face of the cover comprises at least one holding means capable of removably retaining, when the cover is in the support position, a predefined hairdressing tool; the holding means is a housing intended to receive a hairdressing tool, a magnetic part intended to receive an at least partially metallic hairdressing tool, an axis intended to receive a hairdressing tool, a clamp for holding a hairdressing tool, or a through hole for receiving and removably retaining a hairdressing tool;the holding means is arranged to hold in position, in cooperation with the storage box, a hairdressing tool placed in said storage box, when the cover is in the closed position; the internal face is at least partially covered by a non-slip mat or a thermally insulating cover.;

[0012] Other characteristics and advantages of the invention will appear more clearly and concretely on reading the following description of embodiments, which is given with reference to the appended drawings in which: the figure [ Fig.1 ] schematically illustrates a transportable container according to various embodiments; figure [ Fig.2 ] schematically illustrates a transportable container whose cover is in a first configuration according to various embodiments; figure [ Fig.3 ] schematically illustrates a transportable container whose cover is in a second configuration according to various embodiments; figure [ Fig.4 ] schematically illustrates a transportable container whose cover is in a third configuration according to various embodiments; figure [ Fig.5 ] schematically illustrates a first cover according to various embodiments; figure [ Fig.6 ] schematically illustrates a second cover according to various embodiments; figure [ Fig.7 ] schematically illustrates a third cover according to various embodiments.

[0013] Referring to the attached figures, a container is shown 1 transportable for transporting tools 10 hairdressing or, more generally, everything a hairdresser needs for creating hairstyles and / or hair care. This container 1transportable is intended in particular to be used by a hairdresser working at home. As non-limiting examples, the tools 10 Hairdressing products may include scissors, hair combs, hair brushes, hair clips, curlers, hair clippers, beard trimmers, hair dryers, curling irons, straighteners, rolls of various papers such as cellophane or aluminum foil, brushes, coloring products, coloring bowls or, more generally, any hair treatment product or accessory.

[0014] The container 1 transportable includes a box 2 storage space for tools 10 hairdressing. This cabinet 2 storage unit includes a wall 20 background, walls 21-24 sides, and an opening 25 facing the wall 20 background. A first wall 21side and a second wall 22 side are opposite each other. In one embodiment, the opening 25 forms at least partially the upper face of the box 2 disturbance.

[0015] The box 2 storage has, in one embodiment, a generally parallelepiped or, more generally, cylindrical shape comprising a first wall 21 side and a second wall 22 side facing (opposite or opposite) said first wall 21 lateral.

[0016] The interior of the box 2 storage preferably comprises a plurality of compartments for receiving tools 10 predefined hairstyles with precise adjustment. In one embodiment, the interior of the box 2storage is at least partially covered with a foam material and / or includes a thermally insulating material. Tools 10 hairdressing products can thus be transported safely. In another embodiment, ventilation elements, such as slots, are provided in the walls 20-24 of the box 2 disturbance.

[0017] In order to facilitate its movement, the wall 20 bottom of the box 2 storage rests, directly or via a base, on casters 3 (in the same way as a two- or four-wheeled suitcase). These wheels 3 are preferably equipped with an integrated brake and / or swivel. Alternatively or in combination, rollers or feet, in particular, with two casters 3 coaxial can be considered.

[0018] The container 1 transportable further comprises a first and a second handle 4, 5telescopic fixed, respectively, to the first and second walls 21, 22 side. The handles 4, 5 telescopic rods are provided with telescopic rods (tubes or uprights) such as those used for suitcases. Each of these telescopic rods extends between a first lower end fixed to the walls 21, 22 sides of the box 2 storage and a second upper end capable of assuming a plurality of positions for using the handles 4, 5 telescopic at different heights relative to the opening 25. In another embodiment, the first and / or second handle 4, 5 telescopic is equipped with a single telescopic rod, in which case it must be sufficiently stable.

[0019] Each of the two handles 4, 5 telescopic can take a plurality of positions at different heights relative to the opening 25,independently of each other. Each of the two handles 4, 5 telescopic is lockable in a plurality of intermediate positions between a retracted position and an extended position, the height of the handle 4, 5 telescopic relative to the opening 25 being the smaller one in the retracted position and the larger one in the extended position. More generally, each of the two handles 4, 5 telescopic can be locked (or blocked) at least at a predefined height relative to the opening 25.

[0020] The handles 4, 5 telescopic allowing the container to be moved manually 1 transportable on the wheels 3. Advantageously, the container 1 transportable can be handled via the first and / or second handle 4, 5 telescopic.

[0021] The container 1 transportable also includes a cover 6(a covering hood or a closing wall) capable of closing the opening 25 of the box 2 storage. This cover 6 has one face 61 internal and one side 62 external opposite to said face 61 internal.

[0022] The cover 6 is movable between a closed position in which it closes with its face 61 internal opening 25 of the box 2 storage and a support position (worktop or tray) in which its face 61 internal is intended to serve as support for at least one tool 10 hairdressing.

[0023] In the support position, the face 61 internal cover 6 serves as a support or acts as a work surface on which one or more tools can be temporarily placed 10hairdressing tools such as dye brushes, coloring bowls, electric hairdressing appliances, scissors, combs, or a roll of various papers such as cellophane or aluminum foil. For this, the side 61 internal cover 6 comprises a plurality of means 63-68 holding devices intended to receive tools 10 hairdressing. In one embodiment, at least one of the means 63-68 holding means is capable of removably retaining, when the cover is in the support position, a hairdressing tool associated with it. The means 63-68 holding include, for example, an imprint of a tool 10 hairdressing or, more generally, accommodation 63, 66 intended to receive a hairdressing tool, a part 64 magnetized intended to receive a hairdressing tool at least partially metallic, an axis 67intended to receive a hairdressing tool such as a roller or a bobbin, a clip 65 to hold a hairdressing tool, a parting 68 delimiting a dwelling, holes 63 (through or not) to receive and removably hold a hairdressing tool. Of course, the heights of the means 63-68 holding are such that they can be engaged in the interior space of the box 2 storage. When the lid 6 is in the support position, the container 1 transportable can be immobilized and cannot move by rolling.

[0024] To prevent a tool 10 hairdressing rolls on the face 61 internal cover 6 in the support position, a non-slip mat at least partially covers the face 61 internal cover 6.In combination or as an alternative, an anti-shock or protective cover covers at least partially the face 61 internal cover 6 so as to protect both the cover 6 and what is placed on it. This cover is, in one embodiment, thermally insulating so as to prevent the transmission of heat between hairdressing tools placed on the cover 6 in a supporting position (e.g., a hot hair dryer and a plastic coloring bowl).

[0025] In one embodiment, when the cover 6 is in the closed position, the means 63-68 holding devices are also arranged to hold in position, in cooperation with the box 2 storage, tools 10 hairdressing tools arranged in this box 2 storage. For example, a first housing (a hole or a separation) on the face 61internal part of the cover can cooperate with a second housing provided inside the box 2 storage to hold a hairdressing tool placed there in position (for example, keeping a hot hairdryer or hair coloring products away from other hairdressing tools placed in the cabinet 2 storage). This results in the face 61 internal helps reduce the bulk of the box 2 storage and improve tool safety 10 hairdressing tools that are arranged there. The face 61 internal cover 6 is, advantageously, functional when the cover 6 is in the closing or support position.

[0026] The face 62 external cover 6 is, in one embodiment, substantially flat such that the container 1 transportable present, when the cover 6is in the closed position, a compact shape that is easily transportable. In another embodiment, at least one member 69 gripping (an arched handle for example) that can be grasped by a user and allows the lid to be moved 6 from one position to another is fixed to the face 62 external cover 6.

[0027] Means 7 fixings allow the cover to be removably fixed 6 at the first handful 4 and to the second handle 5 when this cover 6 is in a support position. These means 7 fixings allow the cover to be mounted 6 on the telescopic handles so that its face 61 internal can serve as a work surface. Thus, the handles 4, 5 telescopic supports or supports the cover 6 in a support position. More generally, the handles4, 5 telescopic ones serve as support for the cover 6 when his face 61 internal serves as a work plan.

[0028] The means 7 fixing means are, in one embodiment, locking or blocking means provided on the cover 6 and / or on the handles 4, 5 telescopic to lock / immobilize the cover 6 in said support position on both handles 4, 5 telescopic. These means 7 fixing elements include, for example, a first part included in the cover 6 (respectively, in a handful 4, 5 telescopic) intended to come into support, into grip, into a stop, into a hanging position, to be fixed, or to be inserted into a second complementary part included in a handle 4, 5 telescopic (respectively, the cover 6).This first or second complementary part may be a tab or a tenon cooperating with a bearing surface, a lug cooperating with a notch, an opening or a notch, a hook or a means of attachment cooperating with a part forming a target of attachment, or any other equivalent means allowing the cover to be fixed 6 in support position on the first and second handle 4, 5 telescopic. In one embodiment, the first and / or second handle 4, 5 telescopic include a crosspiece intended to serve as a support or hanging target for the cover 6 in support position.

[0029] In another embodiment, the means 7 fixing means comprise a first and a second locking member arranged, respectively, in the middle of a first edge and a second opposite edge of the cover 6and configured to cooperate with a third and a fourth complementary locking member (such as a crosspiece) provided on the handles 4, 5 telescopic to removably fix the cover 6 in support position.

[0030] The means 7 fixing means include extendable hanging means. These extendable hanging means can be attached to the cover 6 (respectively, to a handle 4, 5 telescopic) and capable of engaging with the first and / or second handle 4, 5 telescopic (i.e. capable of being grasped by a user and engaged / hooked onto the handles) 4, 5 telescopic) (respectively, to the cover 6). Referring to the figure 7 , means 71extendable hooks include, for example, a telescopic arm or an elastic return means (elastically deformable such as a spring, an elastic wire, an elastic band or an elastomeric part). This elastic return means tends to bring the two handles closer together 4, 5 telescopic when the cover 6 is in a support position.

[0031] By adjusting the height of the first and / or second handle 4, 5 telescopic, the cover 6 can take a plurality of spatial configurations in support position as illustrated by the figures 2 And 3 . The cover 6 in the support position is, in fact, adjustable in height by simultaneously adjusting the height of the two handles 4, 5 telescopic and tilting (i.e. swiveling or tilting) by adjusting the height of one or other of the two handles 4, 5 telescopic, since the means 7fixings include extendable hanging means.

[0032] More generally, the first handful 4 telescopic and the second handle 5 telescopic can be locked at, respectively, a first height and a second height relative to the opening 25 different. The inclination of the lid 6 in the resulting support position, advantageously, allows the face to be better exposed 61 internal to the hairdresser. An adjustment of the inclination of the cover 6 in the support position can also compensate for an inclination of the surface on which the container rests 1 transportable. Considering the dimensions of the means 7 fixing, the inclination that the cover can have 6 can, of course, be limited to a predefined maximum angle on either side of the horizontal.

[0033] Advantageously, a plurality of indexing points (or heights) of the handles 4, 5 telescopic allows you to adjust the height and / or orientation of the cover as desired 6 in the support position. This allows the hairdresser to place the cover 6 in a supporting position under the conditions of use (height and / or orientation) which are most suitable for it. For example, the cover 6 can be placed in the support position so that the face 61 internal cover 6 is oriented towards the hairdresser and the hairdressing tools placed there are accessible to him without him having to bend down.

[0034] In one embodiment, at least one of the two handles 4, 5 telescopic is at least partially extended when the cover 6 is in the supporting position so that the interior of the box 2 storage is accessible. The lid 6in support position is kept away (raised) from the opening 25 by the handles 4, 5 telescopic at least partially extended.

[0035] To release the cover 6 from its support position, it is enough to release the means 7 fixing, for example, by lifting the cover 6 and / or by releasing or unlocking the means 7 fixing.

[0036] In one embodiment illustrated by the figure 7 , the fixing means 7 are also capable of holding the cover 6 in the closed position on the box 2 storage. For example, the means 7 fixings include hooks 72 incorporating a first end capable of engaging with the first and / or the second handle 4, 5 telescopic and a second end capable of engaging the edge of the opening 25.More generally, the means 7 fixing are suitable for removably fixing the cover 6 when opening when this cover 6 is in the closed position. The means 7 fixings can be at least partially connected to the cover 6 or be loose parts that tighten the cover 6 against the box 2 storage and keep it in the closed position. In this case, the means 7 fixings advantageously provide a first function of fixing to the telescopic handles of the cover 6 in support position and a second fixing function at the opening 25 of the cover in the closed position.

[0037] In another embodiment illustrated by the figure 4 , the container 1 transportable includes paths 8guide (uprights or guide rails) arranged to allow the cover to move 6 between the closed position and the support position. The cover 6 is movable between the closed position and the support position by sliding it along the paths 8 guidance. These paths 8 guide rails are mounted in a hinged manner on both walls 23-24 opposite sides of the box 2 storage. The paths 8 guide rails extend from the opening 25 up to a predefined height at which the cover 6 can be held in the support position by the handles 4, 5 telescopic. Thus, the cover 6 can be moved / driven in the directions defined by the paths 8 guiding from the closed position to the support position and vice versa. By a rotational movement dictated by the paths8 guide, the cover 6 moves from one position to another. In one embodiment, the paths 8 guide rails have quarter-circle shaped portions.

[0038] In one embodiment, one or more tools 10 hairstyles can be fixed in advance to the means 63-68 corresponding holding so that they are already present on the face 61 internal part of the cover when it is moved from its closed position to its support position. The hairdresser can thus prepare at least partially his work surface in advance before arriving at the place of intervention. Once a hairdressing session is finished, the tools 10 used hairdressing tools can be safely stored in the cabinet 2 storage or held on the face 61 internal cover 6 moved to the closed position.

[0039] In some embodiments, the cover 6 includes one or more elements 9 extension or lengthening of the face 61 internal or, in other words, of the work plan defined by the face 61 internal. These elements 9 extension serve as an additional work surface (or support) to receive tools 10 of hairdressing. The elements 9 extension are mounted movable on the cover 6 between a storage position in which the item 9 extension is fully stored (or housed) in the cover 6 and a position of use in which the element 9 extension protrudes (its outgoing side protrudes outside the cover 6) of the cover 6 by a side face of the cover 6. The element 9 extension is, for example, mounted mobile in rotation around an axis included in the cover6. In another embodiment, the element 9 extension is mounted movably in sliding on a telescopic slide which can slide inside a housing (or a slot) provided in a side edge of the cover 6. In the storage position, the element 9 extension does not exceed or practically does not exceed the volume of the cover 6. In the use position, the element 9 extension exceeds the volume of the cover 6. In one embodiment, locking (or blocking) means acting on an element 9 extension means (e.g., a push button in combination with return means) may be provided to release / lock the element 9 extension in either of its positions.

[0040] The elements 9extension may include profiles allowing the attachment of hairdressing tools, openings, housings, indentations or similar means capable of receiving tools 10 hairdressing. In some embodiments, an element 9 extension includes, for example, a vanity mirror, a thin electronic scale (for weighing, for example, the weight of a coloring powder), a clipper accessory kit (for example, combs of different sizes), a dyeing tool kit, dyeing brushes, cup holders (for placing coloring bowls, or cups), a support for holding an electrical appliance (for example, a hot hair dryer) away from other hairdressing tools, substantially flat hairdressing utensils such as scissors, combs, or the like. Advantageously, such elements 9extension provides the hairdresser with a larger work surface, on which various hairdressing accessories can be placed with free simultaneous access.

[0041] If necessary, an element 9 extension can be deployed to place or retrieve tools 10 hairdressing, without the risk of forgetting any at the customer's. To ensure the stability of the lid 6 in support position, a first and a second element 9 extension are provided, respectively, on a first and a second opposite edge of the cover 6. To take into account the weight of the worktop as well as the loads and forces likely to be applied to it, in particular, when the elements 9 extension are deployed, the container 1 transportable may include at least one foot and / or folding anchor points to ensure its stability.

[0042] The cover 6 and / or the box2 storage can be made of lightweight metal materials, composite materials, hard plastic, wood, and / or any other suitable material known in the state of the art.

[0043] Advantageously, the embodiments described above of the container 1 portable models allow the hairdresser to always have all the hairdressing tools they need at hand during a hairdressing session, thus providing efficiency and ergonomic working comfort. These embodiments also make the hairdresser independent of the circumstances of the location of their intervention, as well as reducing their intervention time at home and simplifying their work process.
