[0001] The present invention relates to a backpack device comprising a carrying strap unit and a battery pack holder attached thereto for accommodating a battery pack. The battery pack is intended to supply power to a handheld electrical device, for example, an internal vibrator.

[0002] EP 3 605 784 A1 discloses a support device comprising a support frame and an energy storage device carried by the support frame.

[0003] EP 3 622 850 A1 describes a backpack carrying device for a backpack-style battery pack for supplying electrical power to handheld electrical devices. The backpack carrying device comprises a carrying base, a carrying strap unit for the carrying base, and a holding device for releasably holding the battery pack in a carrying position on the carrying base. The holding device comprises a docking device on the carrying base for pivotally docking the battery pack in a docking position and a retaining device on the carrying base for securing the battery pack in the carrying position pivoted toward the carrying base relative to the docking position. EP 1380227 describes a backpack carrying device.

[0004] It is an object of the present invention to provide a backpack carrying device which promotes increased user safety and increased user comfort.

[0005] The object is achieved with a backpack device according to claim 1 in that the carrying strap unit has a strap adjustment device by means of which a shoulder strap of the carrying strap unit can be adjusted in such a way that the battery pack holder can be moved from a back position to a hip position, wherein the shoulder strap remains, at least in sections, load-bearing on one shoulder of the user.

[0006] The invention includes the recognition that, in particular, repeated, complete removal of the backpack device during battery pack replacement can be associated with health disadvantages, such as muscle tension in the back area. The invention has the advantage that a user of the backpack device can replace a battery pack that is or is already in the battery pack receptacle without completely removing the backpack device once the battery pack receptacle has been moved to the hip position.

[0007] In a particularly preferred embodiment, the backpack device has two shoulder straps, preferably exactly two shoulder straps. A first of the shoulder straps can be designed or intended as a left shoulder strap. A second of the shoulder straps can be designed or intended as a right shoulder strap. The strap adjustment device can be provided in the left and / or right shoulder strap.

[0008] In a particularly preferred embodiment, the shoulder strap can be adjusted in stages using the strap adjustment device. It has proven advantageous if the shoulder strap can be extended using the strap adjustment device. It has also proven advantageous if the shoulder strap can be extended, if necessary, by a predetermined length determined by the user. The strap adjustment device is designed as in the

[0009] Shoulder strap with integrated safety folding clasp.

[0010] Alternatively or additionally, it can be provided that the shoulder strap can be pivoted by means of the strap adjustment device. In a particularly preferred embodiment, the carrying strap unit has a hip belt. It has proven advantageous if the strap adjustment device is spaced apart from the hip belt.

[0011] In another particularly preferred embodiment, the shoulder strap has a flexible shoulder strap. Alternatively, the shoulder strap can be formed by a flexible shoulder strap.

[0012] The upper third of the backpack's overall length, which is defined as the total length of the backpack, remains free of the battery pack mount. This allows the backpack to be moved relatively easily from the back position to the hip position, with the belt adjustment mechanism activated and due to the earth's gravity.

[0013] In a particularly preferred embodiment, the battery pack receptacle has a main battery pack receptacle to which the battery pack can be coupled both electrically and mechanically. In another particularly preferred embodiment, the battery pack receptacle has a secondary battery pack receptacle to which the battery pack can preferably be coupled exclusively mechanically. It has proven advantageous if the secondary battery pack receptacle is arranged on the backpack device differently from the main battery pack receptacle and / or at a distance from the main battery pack receptacle.

[0014] In a particularly preferred embodiment, the battery pack receptacle has a receiving bay. It has proven advantageous if the battery pack receptacle has a cover flap for closing the receiving bay. In a further particularly preferred embodiment, the main battery pack receptacle is arranged in the receiving bay. The secondary battery pack receptacle can be arranged on the cover flap. It has proven advantageous if the secondary battery pack receptacle is arranged on an inner side of the cover flap. In a further particularly preferred embodiment, the cover flap is arranged on the battery pack receptacle so as to be pivotable about a pivot axis relative to the receiving bay. It has proven advantageous if the pivot axis runs in particular parallel to a longitudinal direction of the carrying device.

[0015] In a further particularly preferred embodiment, the battery pack secondary receptacle is equipped with a holding rail, wherein the holding rail has a rail longitudinal direction which extends parallel to the longitudinal direction of the carrying device.

[0016] In a particularly preferred embodiment, the shoulder strap is a left shoulder strap and the belt adjustment device is provided in the left shoulder strap, wherein the cover flap is attached to the side of another, in particular right, shoulder strap. Alternatively or additionally, the shoulder strap is a right shoulder strap and the belt adjustment device is provided in the right shoulder strap, wherein the cover flap is attached to the side of another, in particular left, shoulder strap.

[0017] The invention is also achieved by a back carrying system with a previously described back carrying device, wherein the back carrying system has a battery pack received or to be received in the battery pack receptacle.

[0018] According to an independently protectable aspect, a backpack device is provided with a carrying strap unit and a battery pack receptacle attached thereto, wherein the battery pack receptacle is provided for receiving a battery pack for supplying power to a handheld electrical device. The battery pack receptacle can have a receiving bay and a cover flap for closing the receiving bay. The backpack device according to this independently protectable aspect can be further developed in a corresponding manner using the features described with reference to the developments of the backpack device according to the invention.

[0019] Further advantages will become apparent from the following description of the figures. Particularly preferred embodiments of the present invention are illustrated in the figures. The figures, the description, and the claims contain numerous features in combination. Those skilled in the art will expediently consider the features individually and combine them into useful further combinations.

[0020] In the figures, identical and similar components are numbered with the same reference numerals. They show: Figure 1 shows a first preferred embodiment of a backpack carrying device, wherein the battery pack holder is in the back position, and Figure 2 shows the embodiment of the Figure 1 , with the battery pack holder in hip position.

[0021] A first preferred embodiment of a backpack device 100 according to the invention is shown in Figure 1 shown.

[0022] The backpack device 100 is equipped with a carrying strap unit 10 and a battery pack holder 20 for holding a battery pack 80 (in Figure 1 shown in dashed lines, as it is located behind the cover flap 25). The battery pack 80 serves to supply energy to a hand-held electrical device not shown here, for example an internal vibrator or the like. Opening the cover flap 25 by means of the flap closure 26, which has a handle, for example, allows easy access to the battery pack 80. The backpack device 100 with the battery pack 80 accommodated or to be accommodated forms a backpack system 500. The carrying strap unit 10 has a shoulder strap 11, which rests on a shoulder S of the user HK. The carrying strap unit 10 in Figure 1 has exactly two shoulder straps, the visible shoulder strap 11 being the left shoulder strap.

[0023] The carrying strap unit 10 also has a base plate 15 connected to the shoulder strap 11. The shoulder strap 11 can have a flexible shoulder strap 12. The battery pack holder 20 is in turn connected to the base plate 15. A hip belt 13 of the carrying strap unit 10 supports the load transfer of the battery pack holder 20.

[0024] Figure 1 shows the battery pack holder 20 in the so-called back position RP, which means in particular that a longitudinal direction LR of the back carrying device 100 runs parallel (or at least substantially parallel) to a spine of the user HK. In the back position RP, typically both shoulder straps (in Figure 1 only the shoulder strap 11 is visible) on the shoulders S of the user HK. In the back position RP, the hip belt 13 of the carrying belt unit 10 typically encloses one hip of the user HK.

[0025] Again Figure 1can be removed, the backpack device 100 has a total length GL in the longitudinal direction LR. The backpack device 100 remains free of the battery pack holder 20 at least in its upper third (GL*1 / 3). This provides an optimal center of gravity distribution.

[0026] Figure 2 shows the backpack device 100 of the Figure 1 , whereby the battery pack receptacle 20 is now in the so-called hip position HP. The longitudinal direction LR of the backpack device 100 now runs essentially horizontally. According to the invention, the carrying strap unit 10 is equipped with a strap adjustment device 30, by means of which the shoulder strap 11 of the carrying strap unit 10 can be adjusted such that the battery pack receptacle 20 can be adjusted from a back position RP (cf. Figure 1 ) into the hip position HP (cf. Figure 2), with the shoulder strap 11 remaining, at least in sections, on one shoulder S of the user HK, bearing the load. In the hip position HP, a comparatively comfortable change of the battery pack 80 is possible.

[0027] In the presently illustrated embodiment, the shoulder strap 11 (in this case the left shoulder strap) can be lengthened in stages by means of the strap adjustment device 30. This is made possible by the fact that the strap adjustment device 30 is designed as a safety folding clasp 35 incorporated into the shoulder strap 11. The shoulder strap 11 of the Figure 2 is compared to shoulder strap 11 the Figure 1 extended so that the back carrying device 100, favored by the already mentioned with reference to Figure 1 described advantageous extension of the battery pack holder 20 in the longitudinal direction LR, in the Figure 2 shown hip position HP could "swing in". As the Figure 2can also be removed, the belt adjustment device 30 in the form of the safety folding clasp 35 is spaced from the hip belt 13 and is thus particularly easily accessible.

[0028] The battery pack receptacle 20 of the presently illustrated embodiment has a receiving bay 27 and a cover flap 25 for closing the receiving bay 27. The battery pack receptacle 20 further has a main battery pack receptacle 21, to which the battery pack 80 is coupled both electrically and mechanically. The main battery pack receptacle 21 is arranged within the receiving bay 27. The battery pack receptacle 20 also has a secondary battery pack receptacle 23, to which an interchangeable battery pack 80' (identical in construction to the battery pack 80) can be coupled exclusively mechanically. The secondary battery pack receptacle 23 is arranged on the cover flap 25 on a side of the cover flap 25 facing the receiving bay 27.

[0029] In other words, the battery pack secondary receptacle 23 is intended to at least temporarily "store" a removable battery pack 80' in order to prevent it from falling down and the damage that typically ensues therefrom to the removable battery pack 80'.

[0030] Access to the receiving bay 27 is facilitated by the fact that the cover flap 25 is arranged on the battery pack receptacle 20 so as to be pivotable about a pivot axis SA with respect to the receiving bay 27. The pivot axis SA runs parallel to the longitudinal direction LR of the backpack device 100. In the presently illustrated embodiment, the shoulder strap 11 is a left shoulder strap. The strap adjustment device 30 is provided in the left shoulder strap, with the cover flap 25 being attached (concealed) on the side of the right shoulder strap. To facilitate easy positioning of the interchangeable battery pack 80', the secondary battery pack receptacle 23 advantageously has a holding rail 24 which extends (meaning the longitudinal rail direction) parallel to the longitudinal direction LR of the backpack device 100.
