Description

[0001] The present invention relates to a translation-rotation arrangement for at least one piece of furniture or household appliance according to the preamble of claim 1 and according to the preamble of claim 5.

[0002] Generic translation-rotation arrangements for furniture or household appliances are used to simplify access to hard-to-reach areas in a storage space of the furniture or household appliance or also to variably arrange furniture or household appliances or a group of such furniture or household appliances that are arranged on a support element of such a translation-rotation arrangement.

[0003] The simultaneous translational and rotational movement of the piece of furniture or household appliance is achieved, as mentioned above, by arranging the piece of furniture or household appliance on a support element of the translational-rotational arrangement, which is mounted relative to a base of the translational-rotational arrangement so as to be at least partially simultaneously translationally and rotationally movable.

[0004] Such a generic translation-rotation arrangement is known, for example, from WO 2021 / 001395 A1, WO 2020 / 007525 A1, DE 10 2021 101535 A1 or WO 2020 / 212373 A1.

[0005] The problem with such components that can move relative to one another is the supply of electrical energy to electrical consumers that are arranged on or in the support element.

[0006] The object of the present invention is to provide a translation-rotation arrangement for at least one piece of furniture or household appliance, with which a power supply of the support element moved on or in the translationally and rotationally is made possible in a simple manner.

[0007] This object is achieved by a translation-rotation arrangement for at least one piece of furniture or household appliance having the features of claim 1 and by a translation-rotation arrangement having the features of claim 5 and 8, respectively.

[0008] A first preferred variant of such a translation-rotation arrangement comprises a base and a support element with mutually facing flat bearing areas. The support element is mounted relative to the base so that it can be moved at least partially simultaneously in translation and rotation.

[0009] Facing bearing surfaces of the bearing areas have respective raceways or control edges in or on which rolling elements are guided.

[0010] Alternatively, one of the mutually facing bearing surfaces of the bearing areas has raceways or control edges and the other of the bearing surfaces of the bearing areas has ball rollers with balls guided in them, which are guided in the raceways or along the control edges.

[0011] In both variants, the support element is at least partially forced to rotate relative to the base in one of two possible opposite directions of rotation and movable in a predetermined translation direction.

[0012] The grooves or control edges are shaped in such a way that when a moment is applied to the support element, the support element can be moved from an initial position via an intermediate position in which the support element is rotated relative to the base in one of two possible opposite directions of rotation and displaced in the translation direction, by further rotating in one of two possible opposite directions of rotation and displacing against the translation direction into an end position congruent with the initial position.

[0013] A guide groove extending in a translational direction is arranged in the base. A guide element protruding into the guide groove is arranged in the bearing area of the support element.

[0014] At least one first contact element, which can be connected to an external power source, is attached to the guide groove. At least one second contact element is arranged on the guide element, wherein the at least one first contact element is attached to a position in the guide groove at which the guide element is located in the starting and end positions of the support element.

[0015] With such a translation-rotation arrangement, a power supply of electrical consumers arranged on or in the support element is made possible in a simple manner.

[0016] By providing electrical contacts in the congruent starting and end positions of the support element, the need for complex power cables can be eliminated.

[0017] The base can be arranged or formed in a furniture or household appliance body and the supporting element can be part of an inner body.

[0018] Alternatively, the support element can be designed as a shelf or platform for the arrangement of different pieces of furniture.

[0019] Other configurations are also possible. The base can also be designed as a pedestal or wall mount.

[0020] Advantageous further developments of this variant are specified in the subclaims.

[0021] Thus, according to a preferred development, the first contact elements are accommodated in recesses of the base which are opposite one another and adjacent to the guide groove.

[0022] This ensures a permanently secure positioning of the first contact elements on the guide groove.

[0023] According to a further advantageous development, electrically conductive contact surfaces of the second contact element are accommodated in the region of a jacket outer surface and / or an end face of a collar of the guide element projecting beyond a sliding piece, wherein the end face of the collar, in the mounted state of the guide element, is spaced from an edge of the base framing the guide groove and, in the contact position of the guide element, the contact surfaces of the second contact element rest against contact surfaces of the first contact elements.

[0024] The arrangement of the contact elements on the guide element ensures that the contact elements do not rub against the walls of the guide groove during the translational movement of the guide element in the guide groove and are therefore not subject to undesirable wear.

[0025] For easy power supply of an electrical consumer, the second contact element is preferably connected via a cable to a connection for power supply of an electrical consumer arranged on the support element.

[0026] In an alternative embodiment of the translation-rotation arrangement, this also comprises a base and a support element with facing flat bearing areas. Here, too, the support element is mounted relative to the base so that it can be moved both translationally and rotationally, at least in part.

[0027] In this variant, a guide cam track is arranged on one of the bearing areas and a guide element guided in the guide cam track is arranged on the other of the bearing areas.

[0028] The translation-rotation arrangement further comprises a linear guide with at least one first connecting part and a second connecting part which is movable relative to the first connecting part, one of which is fixedly coupled to the base and the other is mounted to the support element by means of a pivot bearing, so that the support element is at least partially positively guided relative to the base to be rotatable in one of two possible opposite directions of rotation and to be movable in a predetermined translation direction.

[0029] In addition, in this variant, the guide element and the ends of the guide cam track have electrical contact elements, wherein the at least one contact element arranged on the base is connected to an external power source.

[0030] This alternatively designed translation-rotation arrangement now also makes it possible to supply power to electrical consumers arranged on or in the support element in a simple manner.

[0031] In an advantageous further development of this embodiment, the contact elements arranged at the ends of the guide cam track are each designed as plugs with contact pins.

[0032] In an alternative design variant, at least two separate contact elements are arranged at each end of the guide cam track.

[0033] In yet another embodiment, a contact guide track connected to an external power source is arranged on or in the base, in which a sliding bolt, provided with at least one electrical contact element and protruding from the bearing area of the support element, is guided. Instead of a sliding bolt, another element, such as a roller, can also be used.

[0034] The provision of such a separate contact guide track enables a preferred embodiment variant that the contact guide track has electrically conductive contact elements exclusively in the region of its ends.

[0035] In a further preferred embodiment, the contact guide track has a continuously electrically conductive contact element strip.

[0036] This makes it possible to supply power to an electrical consumer even during the translational-rotational movement of the support element.

[0037] Preferred embodiments are explained in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0039] In the following description of the figures, terms such as top, bottom, left, right, front, back, etc., refer exclusively to the exemplary representation and position of the translation-rotation arrangement, base, support element, contact element, and the like chosen in the respective figures. These terms are not to be understood as limiting; i.e., these references may change due to different working positions or the mirror-symmetrical design, etc.

[0040] In the following, the Figures 1-12 a first embodiment of a translation-rotation arrangement according to the invention for at least one piece of furniture or household appliance is described.

[0041] The translation-rotation arrangement comprises a base 2 on which a support element 3 is mounted. The piece of furniture or household appliance is usually placed on the support element 3.

[0042] It is also conceivable to place a group of furniture or household appliances on such a support element 3.

[0043] As in Figure 1 As shown, the base 2 and the support element 3 have mutually facing flat bearing areas 21, 31. As mentioned above, the support element 3 is mounted so as to be movable both translationally and rotationally relative to the base 2.

[0044] For this purpose, in the variant of the translation-rotation arrangement according to Figures 1 to 12 In the mutually facing bearing surfaces of the bearing areas 21, 31, respective raceways 22, 32 are provided, in which rolling elements 11 are guided. The rolling elements 11 are preferably arranged in a rolling element cage Figure 12 recorded.

[0045] It is also conceivable to provide control edges on the bearing surfaces of the bearing areas 21, 31 instead of the raceway grooves 22, 32, along which the rolling elements 11 can be guided.

[0046] It is also conceivable to provide, instead of the raceway grooves 22, 32 on both bearing surfaces, raceway grooves or control edges only on one of the mutually facing bearing surfaces of the bearing areas 21, 31 and to provide ball rollers with balls guided in them on the other of the bearing surfaces of the bearing areas 21, 31, wherein the balls are guided in the raceway grooves 22, 32 or along the control edges.

[0047] Thus, the support element 3 can be rotated relative to the base 2, at least partially in a forced manner, in one of two possible opposite directions of rotation R 1 , R 2 and moved in a predetermined translation direction A.

[0048] The movement in the translation direction A is additionally guided by a guide groove 23 extending in the translation direction A in the base 2 and a guide element 4 projecting into the guide groove 23 on the bearing area 31 of the support element 3.

[0049] The running grooves 22, 32 or control edges are shaped in such a way that when a moment is applied to the support element 3, this element is moved from an initial position, as shown for example in Figure 8 shown, via an intermediate position as shown in the Figures 9 to 11 is shown, in which the support element 3 is rotated relative to the base 2 in one of two possible opposite directions of rotation R 1 , R 2 and displaced in the translation direction A, by further rotating in one of two possible opposite directions of rotation R 1 , R 2 and displacing opposite to the translation direction A (shown in Figure 11 ) can be moved into a final position that is congruent with the starting position, as shown in Figure 12is shown.

[0050] How to continue in the Figures 2 to 4 and 8 to 12 As can be seen, at least one first contact element 5 which can be connected to an external power source is fastened to the guide groove 23.

[0051] Furthermore, at least one second contact element 44 is arranged on the guide element 4 (shown in the Figures 4 to 6 ).

[0052] The at least one first contact element 5 is located at a position of the guide groove 23 at which the guide element 4 is in the starting and end position of the support element 3. The starting and end positions are shown in the Figures 8 and 12 respectively.

[0053] The contact elements 44, 5 thus enable a power supply to electrical consumers arranged on the support element 3, which are present on or in furniture and / or household appliances arranged on the support element 3.

[0054] Each of the first contact elements 5 has, as shown in Figure 7 is shown, preferably has a holding body 51, with which the first contact element 5 is fastened to the base 2, for example in a recess 24 of the base 2 adjacent to the guide groove 23, as is shown for example in Figure 4 is shown, as well as contact surfaces 52, which serve to make contact with the second contact element 44 on the guide element 4.

[0055] An exemplary embodiment of such a guide element 4 is shown in Figure 5 and Figure 6 shown as an individual representation.

[0056] The guide element 4 here essentially consists of a cylindrical insert piece 41, which can be inserted into a guide element receptacle 33 provided for this purpose in the support element 3, and a cylindrical sliding piece 42 with a larger diameter than the diameter of the insert piece 41 and with a preferably smooth-surfaced outer casing, which slides along the inner walls of the guide groove 23 during the translational movement of the guide element 4.

[0057] On the side of the sliding piece 42 facing away from the insertion piece 41, a collar 46 extends with an even larger diameter than the sliding piece 42. The collar 46 projects into a recess 25 on the underside of the base 2 facing away from the bearing area 21 of the base 2, thus securing the support element 3 to the base 2 in the vertical direction.

[0058] The guide element 4 has vertical bores in the area radially inside the outer surface of the sliding piece 42, which serve to receive screws for screwing the guide element 4 to the support element 3.

[0059] How to continue in the Figures 5 and 6 As can be clearly seen, the electrically conductive contact surfaces of the second contact element 44 are received in the region of the outer shell surfaces 45 and / or an end face 43 of the collar 46 projecting beyond the sliding piece 42.

[0060] The end face 43 of the collar 46 is in the assembled state, as shown in the Figures 3 and 4 shown, spaced from the edge of the base 2 framing the guide groove 23.

[0061] In the contact position of the guide element 4, as shown in the Figures 2 , 8 and 12 As shown, the contact surfaces of the second contact element 44 lie against the contact surfaces 52 of the first contact element 5.

[0062] Furthermore, as in Figure 2 and Figures 8 to 12 As shown, the contact element 44 is connected via a cable 16 to a terminal 18 for supplying power to the electrical load arranged on the support element 3. A cable 16 also extends from the first contact element(s) 5, which serves for connection to the external power source (not shown here). Figures 13 to 25 Two further embodiments of a translation-rotation arrangement according to the invention are described.

[0063] In this translation-rotation arrangement, instead of the running grooves 22, 32 in the bearing areas 21, 31 of the base 2 or the support element 3, a guide cam track 7 is arranged on one of the bearing areas 21, 31 and a guide element 13 guided in the guide cam track 7 is arranged on the other of the bearing areas 21, 31.

[0064] In the Figures 13 to 25In the embodiment shown, the guide cam track 7 is attached to the support element 3 and the guide element 13 is attached to the base 2.

[0065] Furthermore, a linear guide 6 fastened to the base 2 can be seen here, with at least a first connecting part 61, designed here as a guide rail, and a second connecting part 62, designed here as a running rail movable on the guide rail in the translation direction A.

[0066] In the embodiments shown in the figures, the second connecting part 62 is coupled to the support element 3 by means of a pivot bearing 14, so that the support element 3 is also at least partially positively guided relative to the base 2 in one of two possible opposite directions of rotation R1, R2 and movable in a predetermined translation direction A.

[0067] How further, especially in the Figures 13 and 14As can be clearly seen, the guide element 13 and the ends 71, 72 of the guide cam track 7 have electrical contact elements 8, 9.

[0068] The contact element 8 arranged on the base 2 is connected to an external power source (not shown).

[0069] The Figure 16 shows in a plan view a starting or end position of the support element 3, in which contact pins 91 of a second contact element 9, designed here as a plug, rest on the contact surfaces of the first contact element 8.

[0070] In this embodiment, a further second contact element 9 is arranged near a diagonally opposite end 72 of the guide cam track 7, so that after the translational-rotational movement of the support element 3, in which the guide element 13 has moved from the first end 71 of the guide cam track 7 to the second end 72 of the guide cam track 7, it also comes into contact there with the contact pins 91 of the second contact element 9, which is designed here as a plug, and thus ensures a power supply of an electrical consumer on or at the support element 3.

[0071] Figure 17schematically shows an approximately 10° open position of the support element 3 relative to the base 2, in which the guide element 13 has moved away from the second contact element 9, so that in this position, no power is supplied to the electrical consumer on the support element 3. For reasons of clarity, the guide cam track 7 is hidden in this and other figures.

[0072] Figure 15 shows an isometric individual representation of such a second contact element 9, here designed as a plug with contact pins 91 protruding from it and a cable 16 connected to the second contact element 9, as well as the guide element 13, from the base of which a cable 16 also protrudes, and the contact surface of the first contact element 8 on the outer surface 45 of the jacket of the guide element 13.

[0073] In contrast to the second contact element 9 designed as a plug according to Figures 13 to 17 is with the Figures 18 to 20the second contact element 9 is designed in the form of individual, separate contact elements, which are positioned on the support element 3 in such a way that they are positioned in the region of the two ends 71, 72 of the guide cam track 7 and, when the guide element 13 is retracted into the ends 71, 72, ensure a power supply to the electrical consumer on the support element 3. Here, too, the guide cam track 7 is not shown for clarity.

[0074] A further embodiment of a translation-rotation arrangement according to the invention is shown in the Figures 21 to 25 shown.

[0075] Here, too, the translational-rotational movement is ensured by the previously described linear guide 6 and the guide element 13, which is guided in a guide cam track 7.

[0076] The power supply of the electrical consumer on the support element 3 is ensured here by a separate contact guide track 10 arranged in the base 2 and a sliding bolt 15 with second contact elements 9 guided in the contact guide track 10.

[0077] In this embodiment variant, in addition to an arrangement of first contact elements 8 at the ends of the contact guide track 10, it is also conceivable to provide a continuously electrically conductive contact element strip 17 in the contact guide track 10, so that an electrical power supply is also possible during the translational-rotational movement of the support element 3 relative to the base 2.

[0078] It is also conceivable to attach an energy storage device, for example in the form of at least one accumulator or capacitor, to the support element 3, so that during movement of the furniture, in which the contact is interrupted, the energy supply to electrical components arranged on the support element 3 can be maintained for a certain period of time. The energy storage device recharges accordingly when contact is established in the end positions. List of reference symbols
