Description

[0001] DESCRIPTION

[0002] Door locking device, door system and passenger transport vehicle

[0003] The invention relates to door locking devices according to the preambles of claims 1 and 6, a door system according to the preamble of claim 14 and a passenger transport vehicle according to the preamble of claim 18.

[0004] Door systems for passenger transport systems are known. For example, such door systems include sliding doors or pivoting-sliding doors for public transport vehicles with an associated adjustment drive device for pivoting the doors between a closed and an open position.

[0005] With such door systems, it is important that the respective position, in particular the correctly closed or retracted position of the doors, is detected safely and reliably. This is achieved by mechanically operated, electrical switches that are triggered directly by the door itself or the associated adjustment mechanism when the doors are in a corresponding position. Activation of the aforementioned switch can, for example, trigger or deactivate a display in the vehicle's control panel or be used to control the door adjustment drive or be evaluated. On the other hand, it must also be ensured that the doors are reliably locked in the closed position.

[0006] A generic door locking device is known from EP 921 617 B1. There, the door locking device comprises a first locking element for locking two movable door leaves to one another and a second locking element for locking at least one of the two movable door leaves to a door frame, in particular to a door lintel or to a door threshold. The locking elements are movable between a locked and an unlocked position. Furthermore, the door locking device comprises a reset lock, which is designed to counteract the movement of at least one of the locking elements from the locked position to the unlocked position. The two locking elements form a kind of series connection because they are arranged one behind the other in the chain of functions. The second and last locking element in the chain of functions activates a detection button, which then emits a signal when at least one of the locking elements is in the locked position. However, due to the series connection of the locking elements, errors in both the locking of the doors and the output of the signal cannot be ruled out.

[0007] The object of the present invention is to provide a door locking device that offers a high level of security with regard to locking the doors and the possibility of signaling the locking. Furthermore, a door system with such a door locking device and a passenger transport vehicle with at least one such door system are also to be provided.

[0008] This object is achieved by the features of claims 1, 14 and 18.

[0009] Disclosure of the invention

[0010] The invention discloses, in a first aspect, a door locking device for locking and unlocking two mutually closing doors, namely a first door and a second door of a door system for a door entry of a passenger transport vehicle, wherein the first door and the second door are each movable between a closed position and an open position, comprising: a) a first locking element which is movable between a first open position and a first closed position, b) a second locking element which is movable between a second open position and a second closed position, c) at least one first detection button which is designed to output a closed signal which signals that the first door and the second door are each in the closed position, wherein c) the first locking element is arranged and designed,to couple the first door in the closed position to the first locking element in the first closed position and to decouple the first door from the first locking element in the first open position so that the first door can move into the open position, and wherein d) the second locking element is arranged and designed to couple the second door in the closed position to the second locking element in the second closed position and to decouple the second door from the second locking element in the second open position so that the second door can move into the open position, and wherein e) at least one actuating element is provided, which is controlled or actuated by the first locking element and the second locking element, in particular jointly, synchronously or simultaneously, and which actuates the at least one first detection button to output the closed signal only whenwhen the first closure element is in the first closed position and the second closure element is in the second closed position.,

[0011] The door locking device according to the first aspect therefore ensures, by means of an "AND" gate implemented in a functional parallel circuit of the two locking elements, that the closed signal is only output when both doors are in the closed position or have been brought into this position. This ensures a high level of security when detecting the closed position of the two doors, because the two locking elements only assume their closed position then. The detected closed position of the two doors then also ensures reliable locking in this closed position.

[0012] As already mentioned at the beginning, the closed signal can trigger or deactivate a display on the passenger transport vehicle's control panel, or it can be used to control an adjustment drive for the two doors or be evaluated. Furthermore, the two doors can be locked in their closed positions upon or simultaneously with the closed signal.

[0013] According to a further development of the first aspect of the door locking device, a slotted guide can be provided, by means of which the at least one actuating element is guided on both the first closure element and the second closure element, wherein a) the slotted guide comprises a first slotted guide on the first closure element and a second slotted guide on the second closure element, and wherein b) the first slotted guide has a first section and the second slotted guide has a second section, wherein the first section differs from at least one adjacent section of the first slotted guide and the second section differs from at least one adjacent section of the second slotted guide, respectively, with respect to the guidance of the at least one actuating element, and wherein c) the at least one actuating element can assume an actuating position only in a first overlapping position of the first section with the second section,in which it can actuate the at least one first detection button to output the closed signal, wherein d) the first overlap position is only present when the first closure element is in the first closed position and the second closure element is in the second closed position.

[0014] In the door locking device according to the first aspect, the at least one actuating element can also be pre-tensioned into the actuating position, which facilitates assuming the actuating position.

[0015] According to a further development of the first aspect of the door locking device, the at least one actuating element can comprise a roller lever with a roller that is guided both in or on the first guide rail and in or on the second guide rail. The roller lever can have an actuating section with which it actuates the at least one first detection button.

[0016] According to a further development of the first aspect of the door locking device, the device can comprise a locking mechanism with at least one drive element, a locking slotted guide formed on the first locking element and on the second locking element, and at least one locking element. The at least one locking element can be designed and arranged to lock the first locking element in the first closed position and the second locking element in the second closed position in a locking position, and to unlock the first locking element in an unlocking position. The drive element can also be arranged and designed to control the locking element between the unlocked position and the locked position, wherein in a particularly preselectable locked position of the drive element, the locking element is generally able to assume the locked position, but is prevented in a particularly preselectable unlocked position of the drive element. The locking slotted guide can also guide or guide the at least one locking element on both the first closure element and the second closure element in such a way that the locking element can only actually assume the locked position when the first closure element is in the first closed position and the second closure element is in the second closed position.

[0017] This refinement of the door locking device according to the first aspect ensures, through a functional interaction of the drive element, the locking element, and the locking guide, that the two locking elements can only be locked when they are each in their first and second closed positions and, at the same time, the drive element has been set or preselected to the locked position. This also creates an "AND" gate. This ensures a high level of security and flexibility during locking as well as during detection of the locking of the two doors, because the two locking elements only assume their first and second closed positions when this occurs.

[0018] In particular, the drive element may have a cam contour to control the locking element between the unlocking position and the locking position.

[0019] According to a further development of the first aspect of the door locking device, the locking link guide can comprise a first locking link on the first closure element and a second locking link on the second closure element, wherein a) the first locking link has a first locking section and the second locking link has a second locking section, wherein the first locking section differs from at least one adjacent section of the first locking link and the second locking section differs from at least one adjacent section of the second locking link with respect to the guidance of the at least one locking element, and wherein b) only in a second overlapping position of the first locking section with the second locking section can the at least one locking element actually assume the locking position, where c) the second overlapping position is only present when the first closure element is in the first closed position and the second closure element is in the second closed position.,

[0020] In a further development of the door locking device according to the first aspect, at least one second detection button can be provided, which is designed to output a locking signal which signals that the first door and the second door are each locked in the closed position.

[0021] According to a further development of the first aspect of the door locking device, the locking element can be arranged and designed to be able to actuate the at least one second detection button for outputting the locking signal only when a) the first locking element is in the first closed position and the second locking element is in the second closed position, and when b) the drive element has been set or preselected in the locked position.

[0022] Only if a) and b) are cumulatively fulfilled can the locking element actually assume the locking position.

[0023] This measure also increases the reliability of detecting the locked state of both doors in the closed position.

[0024] According to a further development of the first aspect of the door locking device, the drive element can be actuated mechanically or electromechanically. A purely mechanical actuation of the drive element can be provided, for example, by a Bowden cable or by engaging a triangular or square key on a correspondingly designed triangular or square drive element, with the drive element then preferably being actuated manually.

[0025] In a further development of the door locking device according to the first aspect, the locking element can also be pre-tensioned into the locking position, which facilitates the assumption of the locking position by the locking element.

[0026] In a second aspect, the invention discloses a door locking device for locking and unlocking two mutually closing doors, namely a first door and a second door of a door system for a door entry of a passenger transport vehicle, wherein the first door and the second door are each movable between a closed position and an open position. The door locking device comprises at least the following: a) a first locking element, which is arranged and designed to couple the first door in the closed position to the first locking element in a first closed position and to decouple the first door from the first locking element in a first open position so that the first door can move into the open position, b) a second locking element, which is arranged and designedto couple the second door in the closed position to the second locking element in a second closed position and to decouple the second door from the second locking element in a second open position so that the second door can move into the open position, c) a locking mechanism with at least one drive element, a locking slotted guide formed on the first locking element and on the second locking element, and with at least one locking element, wherein d) the at least one locking element is designed and arranged to lock the first locking element in the first closed position and the second locking element in the second closed position in a locking position and to unlock the first locking element and the second locking element in an unlocking position, and wherein e) the drive element is arranged and designed,to control the locking element between the unlocking position and the locking position, wherein f) in a particularly preselectable locked position of the drive element, the locking element is generally able to assume the locking position, but is prevented in a particularly preselectable unlocked position of the drive element, and wherein g) by means of the locking slotted guide, the at least one locking element can be guided on both the first closure element and the second closure element in such a way that the locking element can actually assume or actually assumes the locking position only when the first closure element is in the first closed position and the second closure element is in the second closed position. By means of the door locking device according to the second aspect, therefore, in a functional interaction of the drive element,The locking element and the locking guide ensure that the two locking elements can only be locked when they are in their first and second locking positions and, at the same time, the drive element is set to the locked position or has been preselected. This also creates an "AND" gate. This ensures a high level of security and flexibility during locking, as well as when detecting the locking of the two doors, because the two locking elements only assume their first and second locking positions when doing so.

[0027] In particular, the drive element may have a cam contour to control the locking element between the unlocking position and the locking position.

[0028] According to a further development of the second aspect of the door locking device, the locking link guide can comprise a first locking link on the first closure element and a second locking link on the second closure element, wherein a) the first locking link has a first locking section and the second locking link has a second locking section, wherein the first locking section differs from at least one adjacent section of the first locking link and the second locking section differs from at least one adjacent section of the second locking link with respect to the guidance of the at least one locking element, and wherein b) only in a second overlapping position of the first locking section with the second locking section can the at least one locking element actually assume the locking position, where c) the second overlapping position is only present when the first closure element is in the first closed position and the second closure element is in the second closed position.,

[0029] The door locking device according to the second aspect can also provide at least one second detection button, which is designed to output a locking signal that signals that the first door and the second door are each locked in the closed position. According to a further development of the second aspect of the door locking device, the locking element can be arranged and designed to actuate the at least one second detection button to output the locking signal only when a) the first locking element is in the first closed position and the second locking element is in the second closed position, and when b) the locking element is in the locking position.

[0030] This measure also increases the reliability of detecting the locked state of both doors in the closed position.

[0031] According to a further development of the second aspect of the door locking device, the drive element can be actuated mechanically or electromechanically. A purely mechanical actuation of the drive element can be provided, for example, by a Bowden cable or by engaging a triangular or square key on a correspondingly designed triangular or square drive element, with the drive element then preferably being actuated manually.

[0032] In a further development of the door locking device according to the second aspect, the locking element can also be pre-tensioned into the locking position, which facilitates the assumption of the locking position by the locking element.

[0033] Furthermore, the door locking device according to the first and / or second aspect can be designed as a door locking module designed as a structural unit.

[0034] According to a third aspect, the door locking device according to the first aspect can be combined with the door locking device according to the second aspect. This means that any features of the door locking device according to the first aspect can be combined with any features of the door locking device according to the first aspect. In particular, the first and second locking elements can be common first and second locking elements.

[0035] The first and / or second detection button can be designed, in particular, as a microswitch. The first and / or second detection button can also be integrated into an electrical circuit and, when actuated, close or open this circuit, thereby generating the closed signal or the locked signal. In addition to the emergency release of the door, the first and / or second detection button offers the advantage of easy and reliable detection. The signal can be routed to a central monitoring unit where multiple signals can be processed. This makes it easy to check whether multiple doors in a passenger transport vehicle, particularly in a rail vehicle, are in the closed position or are locked in the closed position. It is also possible to trigger an alarm or warning signal, for example as soon as there is no signal from the first and / or second detection button.

[0036] A fourth aspect of the invention discloses a door system for a door entry of a passenger transport vehicle, at least comprising: a) two mutually closing doors, a first door and a second door, which are each movable between a closed position and an open position, b) a door frame surrounding a door opening, c) a door guide on the door frame, which defines movements of the first door and the second sliding doors during opening and closing, wherein d) the door system has a door locking device according to the first aspect or the second aspect as described above, which is arranged or fastened to the door frame.

[0037] The doors serve, in particular, to separate an interior area or a passenger compartment of a passenger transport vehicle, in particular a rail vehicle, from an exterior area and are therefore exterior doors. They preferably extend parallel to the longitudinal axis or parallel to the direction of travel of the passenger transport vehicle. Accordingly, the doors are also pushed toward each other to close and away from each other to open, parallel to the direction of travel.

[0038] According to a further development of the door system, the doors can be designed as sliding or pivoting doors. The door system can be designed as a modular unit, e.g., as a door module.

[0039] Also, in the door system, a) the first door can carry a first engagement element (in particular a first bolt) which, when the closed position of the first door is reached, engages in a first pawl of the first locking element in order to move the first locking element from the first open position into the first closed position, and b) the second door can carry a second engagement element (in particular a first bolt) which, when the closed position of the second door is reached, engages in a second pawl of the second locking element in order to move the second locking element from the second open position into the second closed position.

[0040] According to a further development, the door system may further comprise: a) a control unit, b) an adjustment drive device driven by the control unit, wherein c) the first door and the second door are each movable between the closed position and the open position by means of the adjustment drive device.

[0041] In a fifth aspect, the invention discloses a passenger transport vehicle, in particular a rail vehicle such as a carriage of a train or a subway or commuter train, which has at least one door system as described above.

[0050] Fig. 8 shows a door system in a preferred embodiment, which is provided with the door locking device.

[0051] Description of the embodiments

[0052] Fig. 1 shows a schematic side view of a door locking device 1 according to a preferred embodiment with two locking elements 2, 3 in an open position.

[0053] The locking elements, a first locking element 2 and a second locking element 3, are here rotatably mounted on a common first axis of rotation 4, for example in a partially overlapping manner, which is mounted, for example, on a base plate (not shown here) of the door locking device 1, so that the two locking elements 2, 3 are arranged, for example, in parallel planes, in which they can then each be rotated about the first axis of rotation 4.

[0054] The two locking elements 2, 3 each have a latch on their mutually facing sides, namely the first locking element 2 has a first latch 5 and the second locking element 2 has a second latch 6, each for engaging a door bolt carried by a door, which can be seen in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. Therefore, a first door bolt 7 is arranged on a first door 39 shown in Fig. 8 and a second door bolt 8 is arranged on a second door 40. The door bolts 7, 8 each protrude vertically from a door leaf of the doors, for example.

[0055] The two doors 39, 40 as well as the door locking device 1 are comprised here, for example, by a door system 41 shown in Fig. 8 for a door entrance of a passenger transport vehicle, in particular a rail vehicle 42. The two doors 39, 40 are, in particular, mutually closing doors, each of which is movable between a closed position and an open position. The door system further comprises a door frame 43 surrounding a door opening and a door guide (not shown) on the door frame 43, which defines the movements of the first door 39 and the second door 40 during opening and closing. The doors 39, 40 can be designed as sliding or pivoting sliding doors.

[0056] The door system 41 further comprises an electronic control unit 44 and an adjustment drive device 45, which is driven, for example, electrically by the control unit 44. The first door 39 and the second door 40 are each moved between the closed position and the open position by means of the adjustment drive device 45 in order to release or close the door opening. The door locking device 1 is arranged, for example, on an upper cross member 46 of the door frame 43 centrally in the region of the main closing edges of the doors 39, 40.

[0057] The first door 39 therefore carries the first door bolt 7, which, when the first door 39 reaches the closed position, engages with the first pawl 5 of the first locking element 2 in order to rotate the first locking element 2 from a first open position shown in Fig. 1 about the first axis of rotation 4 into a first closed position shown in Fig. 2. In a similar way, the second door 40 carries the second door bolt 8, which, when the second door reaches the closed position, engages with the second pawl 6 of the second locking element 3 in order to rotate the second locking element 3 about the first axis of rotation 4 from a second open position shown in Fig. 1 into the second closed position shown in Fig. 2. The two locking elements 2, 3 are therefore preferably rotated relative to one another in order to assume the first and second closed positions.

[0058] The forces exerted on the two locking elements 2, 3 by the two door bolts 7, 8 are designated F2 in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, and Fig. 6. For example, the two locking elements 2, 3 are each spring-loaded into their first and second opening positions and are rotated relative to each other about the first rotation axis 4 into their first and second closing positions by the external forces F2 exerted by the door bolts 7, 8.

[0059] Ideally, the movement of the two doors 39, 40 is simultaneous, ie they each assume the open position and the closed position at the same time, for example by the electronic control unit 44 controlling the adjustment drive device 45 accordingly.

[0060] Since, as shown in Fig. 2, the first door bolt 7 engages the first latch 5 in the closed position of the first door and the second door bolt 8 engages the second latch 6, in the first closed position of the first locking element 2, the latter is coupled to the first door by the first door bolt 7. In the first open position of the first locking element 2 shown in Fig. 1, however, the first door 39 is decoupled from the first locking element 2 so that the first door 39 can move into the open position, for example here by means of the adjustment drive device or manually.

[0061] In the second closed position of the second closure element 3, the second door 40 is coupled to the second closure element 3 in the closed position via the second latch 6 (Fig. 2) and in the second open position of the second closure element 3, the second door 40 is decoupled from the second closure element 3 so that the second door 40 can move into the open position.

[0062] Because it is useful for further functions to reliably detect the closed position of the two doors 39, 40, the door locking device 1 further comprises a first detection button 9, which is designed to output a closed signal indicating that the first door 39 and the second door 40 are each in the closed position. The first detection button 9 can be designed, for example, as an electrical microswitch. More than just one first detection button 9 can also be provided. Preferably, the closed signal is fed via a signal line into the electronic control unit 44 for evaluation or directly or indirectly into a central train control unit.

[0063] The door locking device 1 further comprises an actuating element 10 for the first detection button 9, here, for example, in the form of a first roller lever with a first roller 12, mounted rotatably about a second rotation axis 11. Here, for example, a second roller lever 14, mounted rotatably about a third rotation axis 13, is arranged between the actuating element 10 and the first detection button 9, wherein a second roller 15 of the second roller lever 14 can run along a rolling surface 16 of the actuating element 10. In a further exemplary embodiment, the actuating element 10 can also actuate the first detection button 9 directly, without the need for an intermediate member such as the second roller lever 14.

[0064] In the exemplary embodiment described here, the actuating element (here: the first roller lever) assumes a position in the first and second opening positions of the two locking elements 2, 3, i.e. when the doors are open (Fig. 1), such that the second roller lever 14 guided on the rolling surface 16 presses an actuating button of the first detection button 9 into a retracted position, which in this case suppresses, for example, the generation of the closed signal. Only when the actuating element 10 (here: the first roller lever) assumes the actuating position in the first and second closing positions of the two locking elements 2, 3, i.e. when the doors are closed (Fig. 2), in which the second roller lever 14 guided on the rolling surface 16 causes the actuating button of the first detection button 9 to assume an extended, for example spring-loaded, position, is the closed signal generated, for example.Alternatively, the kinematics can also be designed in such a way that only in the actuating position does the actuating element 10 contact the actuating button of the first detection button 9 in order to generate the closed signal.

[0065] The actuating element 10 therefore only actuates the first detection button 9 to output the closed signal when the first locking element 2 is in the first closed position and the second locking element 3 is also in the second closed position. To implement this requirement, a slotted guide 17 is provided, for example, as part of the door locking device 1, through which the actuating element 10, here for example the first roller lever and from this, for example, the first roller 12, is guided both on or in the first locking element 2 and on or in the second locking element 3. Furthermore, the actuating element 10 is preloaded, for example by a spring force F1, into the actuating position in which it can actuate the first detection button 9 to generate the closed signal.

[0066] The guide rail 17 has a first guide rail 18, best visible in Fig. 4, on the first closure element 2 and a second guide rail 19 on the second closure element 3. The first roller 12 is guided on both the first guide rail 18 and the second guide rail 19, with the first roller 12 having a length that spans at least the distance between the two closure elements 2, 3 arranged in parallel planes.

[0067] The first link 18 has, for example, a first section 20 and the second link 19 has a second section 21, wherein the first section 20 and the second section 21 here, for example, each form a recess in the first link 18 and the second link 19, so that the first roller 12 can enter these recesses as soon as these recesses overlap, which, however, is only the case when the first closure element 2 is in the first closed position and, at the same time, the second closure element 3 is in the second closed position, which is only the case when the two doors are closed, as shown in Fig. 2.

[0068] As can easily be imagined from Fig. 4, when the two door bolts 7, 8 have not yet engaged the two latches 5, 6 shortly before the two doors reach the closed position, the first roller 12 of the actuating element 10 (here: first roller lever) is still guided jointly by the sections 22 of the first link 18 and the second link 19 adjacent to the first section 20 and the second section 21, which sections have a higher level here, for example, relative to the first and second sections 20, 21. As a result, the first roller 12 of the actuating element 10 assumes a higher position, for example, shown in Fig. 1, in which the rolling surface 16 of the actuating element 10 cannot rotate the second roller lever 14, which rests there via the second roller 15, far enough for it to relieve the actuating button of the first detection button 9 to generate the closed signal.

[0069] However, when the two door bolts 7, 8 engage with the two latches 5, 6 upon reaching the closed position of the two doors and thereby rotate the two locking elements 2, 3 about the first axis of rotation 4, so that the first and second sections 20, 21 of the slotted guide 17 reach an overlapping position, the first roller 12, which is pretensioned in this direction by the force F1, can engage into the overlapping first and second sections 20, 21. This causes, on the one hand, a rotation of the actuating element 10 and, on the other hand, a rotation of the second roller lever 14, which is guided on it via the rolling surface 16 and the second roller 15, in such a way that the second roller lever 14 relieves the actuating button of the first detection button 9 and, for example, the closed signal is generated as a result.

[0070] Therefore, only in a first overlap position of the first section 20 with the second section 21 can the actuating element 10, here the first roller lever with the first roller 12, assume a rotated actuating position in which it can actuate the first detection button 9 to output the closed signal (here, for example, indirectly). The described kinematics, implemented here, for example, by the slotted guide 17, therefore ensure that the actuating element 10 can actuate the first detection button 9 to output the closed signal only when the first locking element 2 is in the first closed position and the second locking element 3 is in the second closed position. However, this can only be the case when the two doors 39, 40 are closed.

[0071] Fig. 3 now shows the case of an asynchronous closing movement of the two doors, in which the first door 39 has already assumed its closed position, but the second door 40 has not yet. This is possible, for example, due to tolerances and / or wear or a not entirely synchronous control of the adjustment drive device 45 of the doors 39, 40, for example when each door 39, 40 has its own drive. Therefore, the first locking element 2, which interacts with the first door bolt 7, assumes its first closed position, but the second locking element 3 does not yet assume its second closed position because the second door bolt 8 has not yet engaged the second latch 6.

[0072] In this case, the first section 20 of the first guide rail 18 and the second section 21 of the second guide rail 19 are not (yet) in the first overlap position, so that the first roller 12 of the actuating element 10 is still guided on the (higher) section 22 of the second guide rail 19 adjacent to the second section 21 of the second guide rail 19, and consequently the actuating element 10 cannot be rotated such that it can actuate the first detection button 9 via the second roller lever 14 to generate the closed signal. This case therefore shows that the door locking device 1 reliably generates the closed signal only when the two doors 39, 40 are actually each in the closed position. According to a further embodiment shown in Figs. 5 to 7, the preferred embodiment shown in Figs. 1 to 4 is expanded to include further functionalities. On the one hand, the two doors should only be locked in the closed position and a locking signal should also be generated which signals that the first door 39 and the second door 40 are each locked in the closed position.

[0073] These functionalities are preferably realized by providing a locking mechanism with a drive element 23, a locking guide 24 and a locking element 25.

[0074] The drive element 23 is formed here, for example, by a rotatable adjusting cam with a cam contour 26, which is arranged to rotate about a fourth axis of rotation 27 and here, for example, has an outwardly projecting square 28 so that it can be rotated using a square key, in particular manually. The cam contour 26 of the drive element 23 controls the rotational movement of the locking element 25 and interacts with it in such a way that it rotates the locking element 25 about a fifth axis of rotation 29 when the cam contour 26 of the drive element 23 runs along a cam surface 30 of the locking element 25. The locking element 25 is formed here, for example, by an adjusting lever rotatable about the fifth axis of rotation 29, which in particular has a locking hook 31 at its end.

[0075] The drive element 23 can be rotated between an unlocked position shown in Fig. 5 and a locked position shown in Fig. 6. The cam contour 26 of the drive element 23 (adjusting cam) is designed such that it prevents movement of the locking element 25 out of a locked position when the drive element 23 (adjusting cam) is in the locked position (Fig. 6).

[0076] Conversely, setting the drive element 23 to the unlocked position leads to a rotation of the locking element 25 from the locked position into an unlocked position, whereby the two closure elements 2, 3 can be rotated (away from each other) (Fig. 5) and, by moving the doors 39, 40 away from each other, for example by the adjustment drive device, an unlocking of the two doors 39, 40 from the closure elements 2, 3 occurs. Furthermore, in the locked position of the drive element 23, the locking position can generally be assumed by the locking element 25, but is prevented in the unlocked position of the drive element 23. Accordingly, a preselection of the unlocked position and the locked position of the drive element 23 is possible by a corresponding setting of the drive element 23, as will be explained later.

[0077] The locking hook 31 is guided, on the one hand, in or on a first locking slot 32 of the first closure element 2 and on a second locking slot 33 of the second closure element 3 of the locking slot guide 24, which are best shown in Fig. 7, which also shows the slot guide 17 described above with the first slot 18 on the first closure element 2 and the second slot 19 on the second closure element 3. The locking hook 31 has a length that spans at least the distance between the two closure elements 2, 3 arranged in parallel planes.

[0078] Analogous to the slotted guide 17 described with reference to Fig. 1 to Fig. 4, the first locking slotted guide 32 in the locking slotted guide 24 also has a first locking section 34 and the second locking slotted guide 33 has a second locking section 35, wherein the first locking section 34 differs from an adjacent section 36 of the first locking slotted guide 32 and the second locking section 35 differs from an adjacent section 36 of the second locking slotted guide 33 with regard to the guidance of the locking element 25 or its locking hook 31. This is because the first locking section 34 and the second locking section 35 each form a recess relative to the respectively adjacent sections 36.

[0079] Only in a second overlapping position of the first locking section 34 with the second locking section 35 can the locking element 25 with the locking hook 31 then dip into the first locking section 34 and simultaneously also into the second locking section 35 to assume the locking position. However, the second overlapping position is only assumed when the first closure element 2 is in the first closed position and the second closure element 3 is in the second closed position. Only in the locking position of the locking element 25 does its locking hook 31 actuate an actuating button of a second detection button 37, for example via a third roller lever 38, in order to generate the locked signal (Fig. 6).The locked position of the drive element 23 and the correspondingly aligned cam contour 26, which interacts with the cam surface 30 of the locking element 25, prevent the locking element 25 from rotating out of the locked position. The locking hook 31 of the locking element 25, which engages in the overlapping first and second locking sections 34, 35, then prevents the two locking elements 2, 3 from rotating about the first rotation axis 4. The two doors 39, 40 are then locked in their closed position due to the door bolts 7, 8 engaging in the latches 5, 6, and can no longer be moved away from each other.

[0080] In order to enable or facilitate insertion of the locking hook 31 into the first and second locking sections 34, 35, which are designed here, for example, as recesses, the locking element 25 is prestressed, in particular spring-prestressed, by a force F3.

[0081] The second detection button 37 for outputting the locking signal is therefore only actuated by the locking element 25 or its locking hook 31 when the drive element 23 is in the locked position, in which the locking element 25 can assume the locking position in the first place and the first locking element 2 assumes the first closed position and the second locking element 3 assumes the second closed position. This measure also increases the reliability of detecting the locked state of the two doors 39, 40 in the closed position. The locking signal is preferably also evaluated in the electronic control unit 44 or in the central train control unit.

[0082] In the situation of Fig. 5, the drive element 23 (adjusting cam) is preselected to the unlocked position, in which it prevents the locking element 25 from assuming its locking position due to its cam contour 26, regardless of whether the second overlap position of the first locking section 34 with the second locking section 35 has been established or not. The locking element 25 then assumes the unlocked position or is unlocked. If, on the other hand, the locked position of the drive element 23 (adjusting cam) is preselected, the locking element 25 could in principle (theoretically) assume its locking position. However, it also depends on whether the second overlap position of the first locking section 34 with the second locking section 35 has been established or not.

[0083] If the second overlapping position of the first locking section 34 with the second locking section 35 has not (yet) been established, the locking hook 31 cannot engage the first locking section 34 and the second locking section 35, which is why the locking element 25 cannot assume its locking position. Locking must then be omitted because the two doors 39, 40 are not (yet) in the closed position.

[0084] However, if the second overlapping position of the first locking section 34 with the second locking section 35 has been additionally established by bringing the two doors into their closed positions, the locking hook 31 can then engage the then overlapping first and second locking sections 34, 35. Consequently, only then can the two closure elements 2, 3, and thus the two doors, be locked in the respective closed position.

[0085] The described extension of the door locking device 1 therefore also ensures, by means of an "AND" gate implemented through a functional interaction of the drive element, the locking element, and the locking gate, that the two locking elements 2, 3 and thus the two doors can only be locked when the two locking elements 2, 3 are each in their first and second closed positions and, at the same time, the drive element 23 has been preselected to the locked position. This ensures a high level of security both during locking and when detecting the locking of the two doors.

[0086] According to a further development of the door locking device 1, the drive element 23 can be actuated in any other way, e.g., electromechanically or electropneumatically, instead of mechanically. Furthermore, the door locking device can also be designed as a door locking module constructed as a structural unit, which is then installed as a structural unit on the door frame 43 of the door system 41, as shown in Fig. 8. Furthermore, the guide rail 17 with the first guide rail 18 and the second guide rail 19, on the one hand, and the locking guide rail 24 with the first locking guide rail 32 and the second locking guide rail 33, on the other hand, do not necessarily have to be formed on the same locking elements 2, 3.Rather, it is also conceivable that the slotted guide 17 and the locking slotted guide 24 are each formed on different locking elements, for example on several, in particular four, locking elements arranged parallel one behind the other, wherein, for example, the slotted guide 17 is formed on two locking elements and the locking slotted guide 24 is formed on two further locking elements. Fig. 6 also illustrates a variant in which a force F5 represents an emergency release force exerted on the locking element 25, which is generated by an emergency release device in order to rotate or move the locking element 25 in such a way that the locking hook 31 emerges from the first locking section 34 and the second locking section 35 or disengages from them in order to unlock the two locking elements 2, 3 and thus the two doors.
