Abstract
Description
[0001] The present invention relates to a sports shoe and an adjustment device for a sports shoe.
[0002] Modern inline skate shoes consist of a foot shell for the foot and a cuff for the calf. However, there are different cuffs and cuff types for these shoes, which also have differently positioned attachment points and therefore do not always fit the respective foot shell.
[0003] The technical objective of the present invention is therefore to increase the compatibility of a sports shoe.
[0004] This problem is solved by the articles according to the independent claims. Technically advantageous embodiments are the subject of the dependent claims, the description, and the drawings.
[0005] According to a first aspect, the technical problem is solved by a sports shoe comprising a foot shell for a foot region; and an adjustment device for adjusting the fastening position of a cuff on the foot shell. The sports shoe can comprise the cuff. The adjustment device enables the fastening position of the cuff on the foot shell to be changed horizontally and / or vertically. The adjustment device achieves the technical advantage that different cuffs can be used in different fastening positions in conjunction with the foot shell. Furthermore, the fastening position of the cuff can be adapted to the needs of a user.
[0006] In a technically advantageous embodiment of the sports shoe, the adjustment device is arranged in the ankle area of the foot shell. This achieves the technical advantage, for example, of providing the adjustment device in a particularly suitable position on the sports shoe.
[0007] In another technically advantageous embodiment of the sports shoe, the adjustment device is arranged on an outer side of the foot shell. This achieves the technical advantage, for example, of making the adjustment device easily accessible.
[0008] In a further technically advantageous embodiment of the sports shoe, the adjustment device comprises a foot shell part and a cuff fastening part that can be secured at multiple positions on the foot shell part. The foot shell part and the cuff fastening part interact to spatially change the fastening position of the cuff. The cuff fastening part can be fixed, for example, vertically, horizontally, and diagonally at different positions on the foot shell part. This achieves the technical advantage, for example, that the fastening position of the cuff can be flexibly adjusted.
[0009] In another technically advantageous embodiment of the sports shoe, the foot shell part is formed by a circular disc. This achieves the technical advantage, for example, that the foot shell part can be easily integrated into the foot shell.
[0010] In another technically advantageous embodiment of the sports shoe, the foot shell part includes a recess for inserting the cuff fastening part. This achieves, for example, the technical advantage that the cuff fastening part can be reliably attached.
[0011] In another technically advantageous embodiment of the sports shoe, the circumference of the recess is composed of several circular arcs. This achieves, for example, the technical advantage that the cuff fastening element can be fixed in each of the circular arcs and that forces are transmitted effectively.
[0012] In another technically advantageous embodiment of the sports shoe, the cuff fastening element includes a projection for positive engagement with the recess in the foot shell. The projection has a shape that corresponds to the recess in the foot shell. This also achieves the technical advantage, for example, that the cuff fastening element can be fixed in any of the circular arcs.
[0013] In another technically advantageous embodiment of the sports shoe, the projection includes a protruding cylindrical section for attaching the cuff. This achieves, for example, the technical advantage that the cylindrical section can be repositioned.
[0014] In another technically advantageous embodiment of the sports shoe, the protruding cylindrical section includes a thread for screwing in a fastening screw. This also achieves the technical advantage, for example, that the cuff can be reliably attached to the cylindrical section.
[0015] In another technically advantageous embodiment of the sports shoe, the cuff fastening part is rotatable relative to the foot shell part. This also achieves the technical advantage, for example, that the position of the cuff fastening part can be easily adjusted.
[0016] In another technically advantageous embodiment of the sports shoe, the cuff fastening part includes a central recess for inserting a rotary tool. This achieves, for example, the technical advantage of making it easier to rotate the cuff fastening part.
[0017] According to a second aspect, the technical problem is solved by an adjustment device for adapting the attachment position of a cuff on the footplate of a sports shoe, comprising a footplate part that can be connected to or integrated into the footplate; and a cuff attachment part that can be locked to the footplate part in several positions and to which the cuff can be attached. The adjustment device achieves the same technical advantages as the sports shoe described in the first aspect.
[0018] In a technically advantageous embodiment of the adjustment device, the foot shell part comprises a recess for inserting the cuff fastening part, the circumference of which is composed of several circular arcs. This achieves the technical advantage, for example, that the cuff fastening part can be secured in any of the circular arcs.
[0019] In another technically advantageous embodiment of the adjustment device, the cuff fastening part is rotatable relative to the foot shell part. This achieves, for example, the technical advantage that the position of the cuff fastening part relative to the foot shell part can be easily changed.
[0020] Embodiments of the invention are illustrated in the drawings and are described in more detail below.
[0021] They show: Fig. 1 a schematic side view of a sports shoe with an adjustment device in a first position; Fig. 2 a schematic side view of the sports shoe with the adjustment device in a second position; Fig. 3 a schematic side view of the sports shoe with the adjustment device in a third position; Figs. 4A to 4C a side, front and rear view of a cuff attachment part of the adjustment device; Figs. 5A to 5C further views of the cuff attachment part of the adjustment device; Figs. 6A to 6C a side, front and rear view of a foot shell part of the adjustment device; Figs. 7A to 7C further views of the foot shell part with the cuff attachment part inserted; and Fig. 8 views of the cuff attachment part with a rotary tool inserted.
[0022] Fig. 1 Figure 1 shows a schematic side view of a sports shoe 100. The sports shoe 100 is, for example, a shoe for roller skates or inline skates. The sports shoe 100 includes a foot shell 103 for one area of the user's foot. The foot shell 103 surrounds the foot and is made of a hard material (hard shell - hard boot), a soft material (soft shell - soft boot), or a hybrid material (hybrid boot). The hard shell is made, for example, of carbon fiber, plastic, or reinforced glass or carbon fiber.
[0023] A soft-shell shoe uses a plastic shell skeleton. The upper material can then be made of nylon, polyester, synthetic leather, or leather. The sports shoe 100 also includes a cuff 105. The cuff 105 is an integral part of the sports shoe 100. The cuff 105 protects and supports the foot shell 103.
[0024] The sports shoe 100 includes a rivet-free, rotatable adjustment device 107 (Revolve Anti Rivet Cuff System) for variably attaching the cuff 105 to different mounting positions on the foot shell 103. The adjustment device 107 is located in the ankle area and on the outer side of the sports shoe 100. The adjustment device 107 has a foot shell part and a cuff mounting part that can be locked in several positions on the foot shell part. The cuff 105 is then attached to the cuff mounting part.
[0025] The cuff 105 is attached to the foot shell part in a first position 1, which lies above the axis of rotation of the adjusting device 107. Position 4 is located vertically below position 1, where the cuff 105 lies below the axis of rotation of the adjusting device 107. Therefore, in position 4, the cuff 105 is attached below position 1. Positions 1 and 4 allow, for example, the attachment of a first type of cuff.
[0026] By rotating the adjustment device 107 clockwise or counterclockwise, the cuff 105 can be moved upwards, downwards, forwards, or backwards. This makes it possible to use different cuffs 105 for the sports shoe 100 in combination with the foot shell 103, such as cuffs from different manufacturers. The adjustment device 107 allows the sports shoe 100 to be adapted to differently designed cuffs 105.
[0027] The ring-shaped foot shell component of the adjustment device 107 can be integrated into a hard shell of the sports shoe 100 as a foot shell section. In this case, the foot shell component is formed by the foot shell 103 itself. Alternatively, the ring-shaped foot shell component can be overmolded into the foot shell using an injection molding process. In this case, the foot shell component is located within the foot shell 103.
[0028] The ring-shaped foot shell part can also be realized by a separate plastic foot shell part, such as an adapter (Plastic Patch Adapter), and attached to a soft shell of the sports shoe 100, for example by sewing the foot shell part to the soft shell. In this case, the adjustment device 107 comprises two separate interacting parts.
[0029] Fig. 2 Figure 1 shows a schematic side view of the sports shoe 100 with the adjustment device 107 in a second position 2. In position 2, the adjustment device 107 is rotated 60° clockwise relative to position 1. This shifts the position of the cuff 105 forward and downward compared to position 1.
[0030] In position 3, the adjusting device 107 is rotated another 60° clockwise relative to position 2. This results in two additional mounting positions for the cuff 105, which are shifted forward. Positions 2 and 3, for example, allow the mounting of a second type of cuff.
[0031] Fig. 3 shows a schematic side view of the sports shoe 100 with the adjustment device 107 in a third position 6. In position 6, the adjustment device 107 is rotated 60° counterclockwise relative to position 1. The position of the cuff 105 is thereby shifted backward and downward relative to position 1.
[0032] In position 5, the adjustment device 107 is rotated counterclockwise by another 60° compared to position 6. This creates two additional attachment positions for the cuff 105, which are shifted backward and downward. Positions 5 and 6, for example, allow for the attachment of a third cuff type. In total, the adjustment device provides six adjustable positions for attaching the cuff 105 to the foot shell 103.
[0033] Fig. 4A bis 4C show a side, front, and rear view of a cuff fastening part 109 of the adjustment device 107. The cuff fastening part 109 serves to fasten the cuff 105 and engages with a corresponding foot shell part or the foot shell 103 itself. The cuff fastening part 109 is formed, for example, by a disc-shaped metal part. In general, the cuff fastening part 109 can also be formed from other suitable materials, such as steel, aluminum, zinc, plastic, or metal injected into plastic. The cuff fastening part 109 can be cast, forged, milled, or manufactured by means of an injection molding process in the form shown, for example. The cuff fastening part 109 has, for example, a diameter of 27 mm.
[0034] The cuff fastening part 109 has a projection 115 for positive engagement in a corresponding recess of the foot shell part. The projection 115 is formed on a disc-shaped base 129. The projection 115 protrudes from the circular base 129 of the cuff fastening part 109.
[0035] The projection 115 has a triaxial symmetry, from which the six fastening options of the adjustment device 107 arise. The circumference of the projection 115 is composed of several circular arcs. An opening 131 is located in each of the six circular arcs. Between the circular arcs of the projection 115, the base 129 comprises notch-shaped recesses 127, which are distributed around the circumference of the base 129. The notch-shaped recesses 127 engage positively in corresponding sections of the foot shell part and additionally prevent unintentional twisting of the cuff fastening part 109. In addition, the notch-shaped recesses 127 support the cuff fastening part 109. In general, the projection 115 or the cuff fastening part 109 can also have a different shape.
[0036] Furthermore, the projection 115 includes a further projecting cylindrical section 123, which has an internal thread 119. The projection of the cylindrical section 123 relative to the projection 115 is, for example, 4 mm. The cuff 105 is attached to this cylindrical section 123 by means of a fastening screw, such as an M6 screw.
[0037] In the center of the boot fastening part 109 is a central, hexagonal recess 125 for inserting a turning tool. The recess 125 can also be star-shaped, allowing the use of a Torx screwdriver. Using the turning tool, the boot fastening part 109 can be moved into the correct position. This allows the cylinder section 123 to be moved into one of positions 1 to 6, depending on the boot type to be attached, and fixed there.
[0038] Fig. 5A bis 5C show further views of the cuff fastening part 109 of the adjustment device 107. Depending on the position of the inserted cuff fastening part 109, different fastening positions 1 to 6 result for the cuff 105.
[0039] Fig. 6A bis 6C Figure 1 shows a side, front, and rear view of a foot shell part 111 of the fitting device 107. The foot shell part 111 is, for example, a plastic part that is sewn into a soft foot shell 103. For this purpose, the foot shell part 111 has a circumferential stitching line 133 with numerous openings through which the foot shell part 111 can be sewn to the foot shell 103. The foot shell part 111 can, for example, be sewn to the upper material of a soft or hybrid boot (soft shell). In general, the foot shell part 111 can also be made of other suitable materials. The foot shell part 111 has, for example, a diameter of 38 mm. The circular foot shell part 111 has a central recess 113 into which the projection 115 of the cuff fastening part 109 is inserted. The circumference of the recess 113 is also composed of circular arcs 117 and corresponds in shape to the projection 115 of the cuff fastening part 109. The recess 113 and the inserted projection 115 create a positive fit that prevents the cuff fastening part 109 from rotating.
[0040] On the back of the foot shell part 111 there is a further recess 135, the shape of which corresponds to the base 129 with the notch-shaped recesses 127. This achieves a further positive fit.
[0041] Fig. 7A bis 7C Further views of the foot shell part 111 with the inserted cuff fastening part 109 of the adaptation device 107 are shown. Due to the interaction of the three-axis recess 113 of the foot shell part 111 and the correspondingly shaped projection 115 of the cuff fastening part 109, different fastening positions for the cuff 105 result depending on the application position.
[0042] The cuff 105 is attached to the cylinder section 123, the position of which can be changed depending on the insertion position of the cuff mounting part 109. Due to the rotating design of the adjusting device 107, it is possible to attach different cuffs from different manufacturers to the base shell 103.
[0043] Fig. 8 Figure 1 shows views of the cuff fastening part 109 with a rotary tool 121 inserted. The rotary tool 121 allows the cylinder section 123 to be moved into the intended position. The rotation can be performed clockwise or counterclockwise using the central, hexagonal recess 125 and a rotary tool 121, such as an Allen key or T25 Torx key.
[0044] The cuff fastening part 109 can be moved into different positions from outside the base shell using the rotary tool 121. By rotating the adjusting device 107, the fastening position for the cuff 105 can be changed vertically and horizontally.
[0045] All features explained and shown in connection with individual embodiments of the invention can be provided in different combinations in the subject matter according to the invention in order to simultaneously realize their advantageous effects.
[0046] The scope of the present invention is given by the claims and is not limited by the features explained in the description or shown in the figures. REFERENCE MARK LIST
