AI Technical Summary
Existing movement arrangements for sliding elements, such as drawers and sliding doors, have a limited lifespan due to the damper's inability to reliably absorb and distribute shock-like loads.
The movement arrangement incorporates guide elements that separate the functions of the actuator and cylinder from the triggers, allowing forces from the triggers to be reliably absorbed and transferred into the dampers, even under strong shock-like loads. This is achieved through a damper guide that stabilizes the damper on the housing, preventing it from tilting and ensuring consistent performance regardless of which trigger is activated.
The solution provides a reliable and resilient movement arrangement that can withstand strong shock-like loads without compromising the damper's performance, leading to a longer lifespan and consistent functionality.

Abstract
Description
[0001] The invention relates to a movement arrangement, in particular for a drawer, a sliding door, a sliding window or similar movable sliding element, in particular a furniture part, with a retraction device, wherein the retraction device has a housing to which a damper with a cylinder and a piston guided in the cylinder is assigned, wherein an actuator, in particular a piston rod, is connected to the piston, that a trigger is each directly or indirectly assigned to the cylinder and the actuator, wherein the triggers can be adjusted from a locked position to a park position in order to lock an activator assigned to the trigger in the locked position and to release it in the release position.
[0002] Such a movement arrangement is known from EP 2 247 812 B1. The movement arrangement described in this document has two triggers. One of the triggers is pivotally attached to a piston rod of the damper and the other trigger is pivotally attached to the cylinder. The cylinder is guided laterally on a bearing and can thus be adjusted within the housing of the movement arrangement. In order to achieve large damping travels, a relatively long piston rod is used. In an alternative variant, EP 2 247 812 B1 describes a movement arrangement in which the damper has a cylinder in which two pistons are adjustably guided. Each piston carries a piston rod that extends out of the cylinder on opposite sides.
[0003] In motion arrangements known from the prior art, the damper has a limited service life, especially when the motion arrangement is frequently subjected to impulse loads.
[0004] It is an object of the invention to provide a movement arrangement of the type mentioned at the outset, which is characterized by a reliable and highly resilient construction.
[0005] This task is solved by guiding the actuator and cylinder independently of the actuators by means of guide elements. Because the actuator and cylinder are guided independently of the two actuators, the forces applied by the actuators can be reliably absorbed and transferred to the damper. This functional separation of the guides enables reliable load transfer even under severe shock loads.
[0006] According to a variant of the invention, it can be provided that a damper guide is assigned to the housing, which holds the damper adjustably on the housing. This simultaneously fixes and guides the damper and the holder on the housing. This stabilizes the damper on the housing during its adjusting movement, so that it cannot deflect transversely to the direction of the load (in particular transversely to the longitudinal extent of the cylinder and thus transversely to the longitudinal extent of the piston rod) under sudden loading. This prevents the piston in the cylinder from tilting transversely to the adjustment direction, i.e. becoming inclined, under such a load. Such an inclined position leads to increased wear and, as a result, to leaks in the piston area. The invention thus enables permanently reliable function of the damper, regardless of which of the two triggers is pressurized during damper adjustment.
[0007] According to a variant of the invention, the mount may limit the adjustment of the damper to one degree of freedom, preferably to a linear movement. The linear movement may be in the direction of the actuator's adjustment direction or parallel to it.
[0008] According to one embodiment of the invention, the damper guide may have a retaining section that holds the damper captive to the housing perpendicular to the longitudinal extent of the cylinder, and the retaining section may provide guidance for adjusting the damper, preferably in the direction of the damper's longitudinal extent, particularly in the direction of the piston rod's longitudinal extent. In particular, the damper guide may block adjustment in the plane transverse to the cylinder's longitudinal extent.
[0009] Good guidance and, at the same time, secure fixation of the damper to the housing can be achieved by supporting the damper on opposite sides by means of the holding section, whereby, for example, a three-point bearing can also be implemented
[0010] The guidance and simultaneous mounting of the damper is particularly simple if the damper guide adjustably holds the damper on its cylinder to the housing. Preferably, an outer wall of the cylinder has a guide surface that is guided in the damper guide. The guide surface is preferably cylindrical, allowing easy installation of the damper.
[0011] A preferred variant of the invention can be such that the damper guide has at least one support, which faces the cylinder of the damper on one side, and that on a side of the cylinder facing away from this side, a bridge section overlaps the damper, in particular the cylinder, in order to hold the damper to the housing. Preferably, the support forms at least two support points, which are arranged at a distance from one another, forming a support gap. This provides a tilt-resistant mount for the damper.
[0012] According to an advantageous development of the invention, the damper guide can be provided with two spaced-apart side parts, between which the damper cylinder is arranged, and with the two side parts connecting the support to the bridge section. Thus, the damper is surrounded on all sides, at least in some areas, by the damper guide to prevent lateral deflection. Furthermore, the side parts stabilize the damper guide.
[0013] If the housing is designed to form a recess for the damper guide that is open on one side, if the cylinder of the damper is inserted into this recess, and if the open side of the recess is covered with a cover, then the installation of the damper in the damper guide is extremely simple.
[0014] A particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention is such that the cylinder and / or the actuator, in particular the piston rod, is loosely and retractably abutted by a pressure piece against the associated trigger, either directly or indirectly. Preferably, the damper has a spring, which is preferably arranged inside the cylinder. This spring applies a preload between the cylinder and the actuator, acting in the direction of the actuator's extension from the cylinder. This prevents lateral forces from acting between the damper and the trigger(s), further improving the damper's reliable long-term function."Loose and removable" in the sense of the invention means that there is no fixed connection between the trigger and the pressure piece, and that the pressure piece can easily be manually lifted from the trigger, in particular only having to overcome the preload of the spring.
[0015] In the case of an indirect assignment of the trigger to the damper, it is particularly advantageous if it is provided that a slide is adjustableally guided in or on the housing, that the slide acts on the associated trigger with an actuating element to move it from the retracted position towards the park position, and that the cylinder or the actuator, in particular the piston rod, is supported, in particular held, on a pressure piece of the slide, or that two slides are adjustableally guided in or on the housing, that each slide acts on its associated trigger with an actuating element to move it from the retracted position towards the park position, and that the cylinder and the actuator, in particular the piston rod, are each supported, in particular held, on a pressure piece of the associated slide. The thrust piece may be part of the slide or a separate component. If two slides and two thrust pieces are used, they can be of identical design to reduce the number of components. The guided slide(s) prevent the introduction of transverse forces on the damper or at least significantly reduce them.
[0016] If it is provided that the trigger(s) with a guide element are / are adjustable in or on the housing in a guide section of a guide track, that the guide section transitions into a parking section of the guide track into which the trigger can be brought into its parking position, and that preferably the guide track forms a slide guide in or on which the slide is guided, then a compact design can be easily achieved.
[0017] Furthermore, if it is provided that the slide has a support which has guide pieces on opposite sides, each of which is guided in a slide guide, then a stable and reliable slide guide is achieved.
[0018] A further development of the invention can be such that the carriage, preferably in the region between the two guide pieces, has a trigger stop (44) on which the associated trigger is pivotally supported with its guide part when it is in the parked position. Preferably, the trigger stop (44) is arranged at a distance from the actuating element (43). Because the trigger is supported with its guide part on the trigger stop, the stresses acting on the trigger are optimized, in particular, bending stresses in the parked position are reduced.
[0019] One possible variant of the invention is such that the trigger(s) has a base part(s) on which two stops are arranged apart from each other, with a driver receptacle formed between the stops, and that the base part has guide elements on opposite sides which are guided in guide tracks of the housing.
[0020] If, according to a variant of the invention, an ejection device is attached to the feed device, the ejection spring being the spring acting on a sliding piece, and the spring moving the sliding piece in the ejection direction from a feed position to an ejection position, then a sliding element can be pushed with the ejection device from a retracted position into an open or partially open position and subsequently moved back into the closed position with the feed device.
[0021] A particularly preferred embodiment of the invention may be such that at least one roller carrier is coupled to the housing indirectly or directly by means of a coupling piece, which carries at least one guide roller in order to guide the movement arrangement adjustably on a guide rail, wherein it is preferably provided that a holder is attached to the roller carrier for fastening the sliding element.
[0022] The object of the invention is also solved with a movement arrangement according to claim 16.
[0023] The invention will be explained in more detail below with reference to an embodiment illustrated in the drawings. The drawings show: Figure 1 a movement arrangement in perspective representation, Figure 2 the movement arrangement according to Figure 1 in an exploded view, Figure 3 the representation according to Figure 2 in a changed perspective, Figure 4a retraction device of the movement arrangement according to the Figures 1-3 in an exploded view, Figures 5-7 the feed device according to Figure 4 in various functional positions, Figure 8 in isolated perspective view a damper for the retraction device according to the Figures 4-7 , Figures 9-12 the feed device according to the Figures 1-8 in different functional positions in association with a sliding door.
[0024] Figure 1shows a movement arrangement 10 with a retraction device 20 and an ejection device 80. The retraction device 20 and the ejection device 80 can each be formed by separate structural units that can be connected to one another. Preferably, the retraction device 20 and the ejection device 80 have separate housings 21, 81 that are connected to one another in the region of their longitudinal sides, i.e., are arranged parallel to one another. The retraction device 20 and the ejection device 80 can also be arranged in series, one behind the other.
[0025] It may be that the ejection device 80 has connecting sections 82 which are connected to fastening receptacles 25.1 of the feed device 20.
[0026] As the representation according to Figure 2As shown, the connecting sections 82 may be integrally formed as protruding projections on a housing 81 of the ejection device 80. These projections are inserted into the mounting receptacles 25.1 of the feed device 20, which are designed as bores or through-holes. The connecting sections 82 can then be suitably connected to the feed device 20, for example by screwing or riveting.
[0027] The motion arrangement 10 can further be assigned a first activator 11 and a second activator 14, the function of which will be explained later. The first activator 11 can have a connecting piece 12 by means of which the first activator 11 can be connected, for example, to a furniture carcass, a door jamb, or a window jamb. The first activator 11 has a molded, protruding first driver 13.
[0028] The second activator 14 is constructed similarly to the first activator 11. It has a mounting section 15 for attachment to a furniture body. A second drive element 16 is molded onto the mounting section 15. Furthermore, the second activator 14 may also have an ejection drive element 17.
[0029] The ejection device 80 can have a housing 81 which has a housing part 81.1 that can be closed with a cover 88.
[0030] Housing 81 contains an ejection mechanism, as exemplified in WO 2022 / 194478. For the construction of this ejection mechanism, reference is made to that document, and the disclosure of that document is incorporated by reference into the present description.
[0031] The housing 81 accommodates an actuator 84, which is biased in the ejection direction in a retracted position by means of an ejection spring 83. In the retracted position, the ejection device 80 is locked by means of a locking element 85, which may be locked in a heart-shaped cam typical for ejection devices 80. After the locking element 85 is unlocked from the heart-shaped cam by applying an overtravel, the ejection spring 83 releases and pushes the actuator 84 into the Figure 3 ejection position shown. A coupling piece 86 is attached to the actuator 84, which acts on a sliding piece 87. By means of the sliding piece 87, the ejection movement is directed to a Figures 1-3 not shown but in the Figures 9 to 12 Transfer the sliding element 100 shown as an example.
[0032] With reference to Figure 4The structure of the feed device 20 will be explained in more detail below. As this illustration shows, the feed device 20 may have a housing 21 in which a feed mechanism is at least partially housed.
[0033] A damper 30 is arranged in or on the housing 21. The damper 30 can be designed as a fluid or gas damper. Preferably, the damper 30 is designed as an oil damper.
[0034] The damper 30 has a cylinder 31 in which a piston (not shown) is arranged for linear adjustment. The piston is coupled to an actuator 32, which, as shown here, can be designed as a piston rod. At its end, the actuator 32 carries a pressure piece 33. Opposite the pressure piece 33, the cylinder 31 carries another pressure piece 34. The damper 30 is inserted with its cylinder 31 into a damper guide 24 of the housing 21. As Figure 4As illustrated, damper guide 24 has a support 24.7 with two support points arranged at a distance from each other. The support points are offset from each other in the direction of the longitudinal extent of the cylinder 31 in order to achieve a large support distance.
[0035] Preferably, the damper guide 24 has a bridge section 24.1 opposite the support 24.7, which overlaps the cylinder 31 opposite the support 24.7 in order to hold the damper 30 captive to the housing 21 in a direction transverse to the longitudinal extent of the cylinder 31. The bridge section 24.1 can preferably be integrally coupled to the housing 21 with a side part 24.2.
[0036] According to one variant, in the area of the damper guide 24.3, cantilevers 24.3 are integrally formed on both sides of the support 24.7. In the area of the cantilevers 24.3 and / or the support 24.7, for example, positive locking elements 24.4 may be integrally formed.
[0037] The housing 21 can be closed with a cover 25. The cover 25 can have an additional side part 24.2. When assembled, this additional side part 24.2 closes a recess in the damper guide 24 that is open on one side, into which the damper 30 with its cylinder 31 is inserted, as shown. Figure 4 Illustrated. The recess can, for example, be formed at least partially by the bridge section 24.1, the side part 24.2 of the housing 21, and the support 24.7. With the cover 25 installed, the cylinder 31 of the damper 30 is captive in the damper guide 24.
[0038] In the assembled state of the cover 25, it can be provided for improved housing stability that the above-mentioned form-locking elements 24.4 engage in form-locking receptacles of the cover (25).
[0039] Preferably, the damper guide 24 forms a sliding guide for the cylinder 31. Preferably, the damper guide prevents displacement of the cylinder 31 in a direction transverse to the longitudinal extent of the cylinder 31, but allows linear movement in the direction of the longitudinal extent of the cylinder 31.
[0040] How Figure 4 As shown further, two slides 40 are adjustably guided in the housing. The design of the slides 40 can be seen in more detail from Figure 8 remove.
[0041] Figure 8illustrates that at least one of the carriages 40 has a support 41. Preferably, the support 41 carries guide pieces 42 on opposite sides to form a linear guide. It can also be the case that the support 41 carries an actuating element 43 for a trigger 50, 60 assigned to it. The trigger 50, 60 is supported on the actuating element 43 by means of a shoulder 58, 68. When the trigger 50, 60 is adjusted towards the retracted position, the shoulder 58, 68 rests loosely and can be lifted off against the actuating element 43 of the carriage 40 and takes the carriage 40 with it.
[0042] The trigger, with its guide element 57, 67, is pivotable about a pivot bearing. The pivot axis runs transversely to the direction of movement of the piston in the cylinder 31. Preferably, the guide element 57, 67 is also adjustable in the damping direction of the damper 30 on the housing 21. Preferably, the slide 40 has a holder 45 with a trigger stop 44. The holder 45 can be integrally formed on the carrier 41. The trigger stop 44 supports the trigger 59, 60 when it is in its tilted, parked position. As the drawings illustrate, the trigger stop 44 is arranged at a distance from the actuating element 43.
[0043] The pressure piece 33, 34 mentioned above can be connected to the associated slide 40, in particular connected as a single unit.
[0044] Figure 8illustrates that two slides 40 can be assigned to the damper 30. Preferably, both slides 40 are constructed identically to reduce the number of parts required.
[0045] One of the slides 40 is assigned to the pressure piece 33 of the actuator 32. The other slide 44 is assigned to the end pressure piece 34 of the cylinder 30. To ensure the engagement of the damper 30 between the two actuators 50, 60, a spring may be arranged within the cylinder 31, which preloads the piston in the extension direction of the actuator 32 relative to the cylinder 31. This spring thus introduces a preload into the damper 30.
[0046] To guide the two slides 40, slide guides 22.3, 23.3 can be provided in the housing 21, which allow a displacement of the slides 40 in the direction of the longitudinal extension of the cylinder 30. The slide guides 23.3, 22.3 are in the Figures 5-7 clearly visible.
[0047] The drawings further show that the two triggers 50, 60 are also guided in the housing 21. Guideways 22, 23 can be provided in the housing for the guides of the triggers 50, 60. The triggers 50, 60 can be arranged between the Figure 5 shown parking position to the ones shown in the Figures 6 and 7 shown indentation positions.
[0048] Preferably, the triggers 50, 60 are designed as tilting elements. It may be that the guide track 22, 23 of the triggers 50, 60 each has a guide section 22.1, 23.1, which allows a linear adjustment of the triggers 50, 60 in the longitudinal direction of the cylinder 30, i.e. in the image plane according to Figures 5-7in the horizontal direction, it is possible that the guide section 22.1, 23.1 transitions into an angled parking section 22.2, 23.2. The guide tracks 22, 23 can be designed as grooves or slots and are provided in a housing wall of the housing 21.
[0049] Preferably, two guideways 22, 23 are provided in the housing 21, each having a guide section 22.1, 23.1 and a parking section 22.2, 23.2. The triggers 50, 60 are arranged between these guideways 22, 23 and are stably guided on both sides in the guideways 22, 23. The second guideway 22, 23 can be incorporated into the cover 25, at least in part.
[0050] According to a preferred variant, the slide guides 22.3, 23.3, which allow a displacement of the slides 40 in the direction of the longitudinal extension of the cylinder 30, can be formed by the guide tracks 22, 23.
[0051] The trigger 50, 60, which acts on the actuator 32 or the cylinder 31, can have a base part 54, 64, onto which two spaced-apart stops 51, 52; 61, 62 are formed. Between the two stops 51, 52; 61, 62, a driver receptacle is formed for receiving the first driver 13 or the second driver 16 (see Figure 5 ).
[0052] Preferably, the trigger 50, 60 includes a spring element 53, 63. This spring element 53, 63 carries one of the stops 51, 52; 61, 62. The spring element 53, 63 allows the associated stop 52, 62 to be adjusted such that the drive receptacle is released when the stop 52; 62 is adjusted. This constitutes a safety feature if the drive 13 or 16 is located outside the drive receptacle, contrary to its intended position, and the associated trigger 50, 60 is already in the retracted position. In this case, the drive 13 or 16 can override the stop 52, 62, thereby deflecting the spring element 53, 63. When the driver 13 or 16 is in the driver receptacle, the spring element 63, 53 adjusts the stop 62, 52 back to its starting position and the driver 13 or 16 is trapped in the driver receptacle.
[0053] The Figures 5-7further illustrate that the two triggers 50, 60 can be connected to each other via a retraction spring 70. For this purpose, the triggers 50, 60 have spring holders 55, 65, to which the retraction spring 70 can be coupled via end-side fastening sections 71. Alternatively, two retraction springs 70 can be provided, each acting on an associated trigger 50, 60.
[0054] The triggers 50, 60, which can preferably be constructed identically, each have a guide element 56, 66. The triggers 50, 60 are guided in the associated guide track 22, 23 by means of the guide element 56, 66 and the guide parts 57. The guide elements 56, 66 serve to lock the triggers 50, 60 in the parking sections 22.2, 23.2. The guide parts 57, 67 are guided in the guide sections 22.1, 23.1.
[0055] In the assembled state of the housing 21, the cover 25 is fitted and the damper 30 is slidably held in the damper guide 24. Furthermore, the two triggers 50, 60 are also arranged on opposite sides between the guide tracks 22, 23 and are guided in the two guide tracks 22, 23 by the guide elements 56, 66 and the guide parts 57, 67 on opposite sides.
[0056] In the assembled state, fastening screws can be passed through the fastening receptacles 25.1 of the cover 25 and screwed into the aligned screw receptacles 24.5 of the housing 21 in order to connect the cover 25 to the housing 21.
[0057] As the Figures 1-3 show, the feed device 20 can be combined with the ejection device 80 to form a movement arrangement 10.
[0058] Additionally, a coupling element 90 can be mounted on the movement assembly 10, or such a coupling element 90 is provided on the movement assembly 10, for example, on the retraction device 20 or the ejection device 80. The coupling element 90 has a coupling adapter 91, which can be integrally formed on a base body 92.
[0059] The base body 92 may also include alignment pieces 93, 94 to enable the coupling element 90 to be correctly positioned in relation to the movement assembly 10. As the illustrations show, the coupling element 90 can be screwed, for example, to the ejection device 80 or the retraction device 20. Figure 1 shows the assembled component unit.
[0060] The coupling element 90 can, as the Figures 9-12To illustrate, the roller carrier 110 serves to couple a roller carrier 110 to the motion arrangement 10. Preferably, the roller carrier 110 can be interchangeably coupled to the coupling element 90.
[0061] The roller carrier 110 may have a trolley 111 equipped with pairs of guide rollers 114. In the present embodiment, two pairs of guide rollers 114 are used. A coupling piece 112 is provided on the trolley 111 for attaching the roller carrier 110 to the coupling element 90.
[0062] The Figures 9-12 This further illustrates that a holder 113 may be present on the trolley 111. A sliding element 100 to be moved can be connected to the roller carrier 110 and thus to the movement arrangement 10 via the holder 113.
[0063] The Figures 9-12 illustrate that the sliding element 100 can be a sliding door 101.
[0064] A guide rail 102 is used to guide the sliding element 100. This guide rail is mounted on a door jamb, for example on a furniture carcass. The guide rail 102 is essentially U-shaped and has support ribs on opposite sides. The guide rollers 114 of the carriage 111 roll on these ribs in a known manner to guide the sliding element 100 in the longitudinal direction of the damper 30 (see arrow diagram in the figures). Figures 9-12 ) to move.
[0065] Figure 9 illustrates that the second activator 14 is fixedly mounted in the guide rail 102. Figure 9 also illustrates that the first activator 11 is also fixedly mounted in the guide rail 102.
[0066] The function of the movement arrangement 10 is explained in more detail below. Figure 9The figure shows a functional position in which the sliding element 100 moves from its closed position towards an open position (from right to left in the illustration – in the direction of the arrow). During this movement, the ejector driver 17 first contacts the sliding piece 87. As the sliding element 100 continues to move, the actuator 84 is displaced by the sliding piece 87 and the ejector spring 83 is pre-tensioned until the locking element 85 locks the actuator 84 in the center-shaped curve.
[0067] During this movement or after this movement of the sliding piece 87, the second driver 16 hits the trigger 50 (see Figure 10 ). The second driver 16 acts eccentrically to the pivot bearing formed between the guide section 23.1 and the guide part 57 on the stop 51 of the trigger 50, so that this trigger 50 is released from the Figure 10shown parking position until the guide element 56 is moved out of the parking section 23.2 of the guide track 23. Then the trigger 50, 60 rests with its shoulder 58, 68 on the actuating element 43 of the slide 40.
[0068] As soon as the second driver 16 is moved out of the parking section 23.2, the trigger 50 is pulled towards its retracted position by means of the retraction spring 70 (see Figure 11 ). As a result of this movement, the sliding element 100 is also moved completely into the retracted position, in this example into the open position.
[0069] The sequence of movements according to the Figures 9-11 is also in the Figures 5-7 shown Figure 7 shows the retracted trigger 50, which receives the second driver 60 in its driver receptacle between the stops 51, 52.
[0070] If the sliding element 100 is to be opened again from its closed position, an overstroke is applied to the sliding element 100. The overstroke acts according to Figure 11 in the direction of the arrow. As a result of this overstroke, the actuator 84 of the ejection device 80 is also adjusted in the overstroke direction. This causes the locking element 85 in the heart-shaped curve to be adjusted and unlocked. After the sliding element 100 is relieved from the overstroke position, the ejection spring 83 pushes the actuator 84 in the ejection direction (that is, in the closing direction of the sliding element 100). The actuator 84 adjusts the sliding piece 87 via the coupling piece 86. Since the sliding piece 87 engages the ejection driver 17 of the second activator 14, the sliding element 100 is ejected in the closing direction.
[0071] Since the force of the ejection spring 83 is greater than the spring force of the retraction spring 70, the trigger 50 is also moved during this movement and into its position. Figure 9In other words, the sequence of figures is adjusted according to the Figures 9-10 in reverse order.
[0072] After the trigger 50 has been placed in its parking position, the sliding element 100 moves in freewheeling mode until the trigger 60 hits the first driver 13 of the first activator 11. This first driver 13 acts on the trigger 60 in the same direction as the second driver 16 acts on the trigger 50. Accordingly, the first driver 13, through its eccentric action on the stop 61 relative to the pivot bearing of the trigger 60, introduces a pivoting moment into the trigger 60, which moves it from the Figure 9 The retraction spring 70, which is tensioned between the two triggers 50, 60, is then activated and pulls the trigger 60 with the first driver 13 into the position shown in Figure 12The shown retraction position of the trigger 60. The sliding element 100 is moved into the closed position opposite the open position. Figure 12 pulled and simultaneously damped with the damper 30.
[0073] To open the sliding element from the Figure 12 In the shown closed position, the sliding element 100 simply needs to be grasped and moved in the opening direction (in Figure 9 (shown by the direction of the arrow). The trigger 60 is moved towards its parked position and then placed in the parked position, whereby the retraction spring 70 is retensioned.
