Abstract
Description
[0001] The invention relates to a hinge arrangement for fastening a leaf of a door or a window to a frame, a door or a window with a frame and a leaf that can be fastened to the frame via such a hinge arrangement, and a method for mounting a leaf to a frame of a door or a window with such a hinge arrangement.
[0002] Particularly in modular construction, increasingly higher demands are being placed on the hinges of doors and windows in terms of flexibility in use and the safest, simplest and quickest installation possible.
[0003] DE 10 2019 005 882 A1 describes a concealed hinge that can be attached to a frame using clamping plates and clamping blocks. The clamping plates used are tailored to the specific frame and its profile depth and can only be used on that frame. The precise positioning of the clamping plates must be carried out by the installer.
[0004] This is where the invention comes in, the purpose of which is to provide a belt arrangement that is easy, quick and safe to install and can be used flexibly.
[0005] This is achieved according to a first aspect of the invention by a hinge arrangement for fastening a leaf of a door or a window to a frame, which has at least two hinge parts comprising at least one frame hinge part that can be fastened to the frame and one leaf hinge part that can be fastened to the leaf, and at least one clamping arrangement, wherein at least one of the hinge parts can be fastened to the frame or leaf via the at least one clamping arrangement and the at least one clamping arrangement comprises a clamping plate with a curved extension for engaging behind a first groove of the frame or leaf and a guide plate that has guide surfaces that are designed to guide and receive the clamping plate and to be arranged between the clamping plate and the frame or leaf.
[0006] The invention includes the discovery that the use of a guide plate arranged between the clamping plate and the frame or sash makes positioning the clamping plate during assembly significantly easier thanks to the guide surfaces of the guide plate. Furthermore, the use of a guide plate makes it possible to always use the same clamping plates on both the frame and the sash, even with different profile depths, by simply adjusting the depth of the guide plates instead of the clamping plates. Adapting the clamping plates is therefore only necessary if frames or sashes with different groove shapes are used. The clamping plate is also largely independent of the specific hinge design, meaning that it can be used for a variety of different hinges, for example, concealed or visible hinges, or two-part or three-part hinge designs. This eliminates the need for a multitude of different fastening systems with different clamping plates for different frame and sash designs, particularly for modular doors and windows. The clamping arrangement with clamping plate and guide plate also allows for one-handed installation, as the guide plate and clamping plate interact during assembly in such a way that the clamping plate is initially guided by the guide surfaces of the guide plate. As soon as it engages behind the groove of the frame or sash, it in turn clamps the guide plate and the hinge part against the frame or sash. This ensures secure positioning even before any fasteners are inserted. The invention is particularly advantageous for concealed hinges, where the hinge assembly is entirely or partially located within the frame and / or sash. However, it is not limited to this type of hinge; it can also be used for visible hinges. The clamping plate is a separate component from the hinge parts.
[0007] The guide plate preferably has an upper guide surface and a lower guide surface opposite the upper guide surface, between which the clamping plate can be arranged. Particularly preferably, the guide plate has a longitudinal guide surface arranged laterally to the upper and lower guide surfaces and inclined toward a gap between the upper and lower guide surfaces. This allows the clamping plate to be pivoted particularly easily into the gap and thus be securely guided by the guide plate. Slipping of the clamping plate is prevented. The inclination of the longitudinal guide surface is preferably 45°. It is further preferred that the extension of the clamping plate comprises a subsection inclined at 45° to a support area of the clamping plate—for resting on parts of the guide plate—and adjoining said support area. This subsection is designed to rest on the longitudinal guide surface when installed. Thus, the clamping plate advantageously conforms to the guide plate when installed, simultaneously clamping it to the frame or sash via the extension, hinge part, and guide plate, and is in turn held in position by the upper and lower guide surfaces.
[0008] In a further embodiment, the upper and lower guide surfaces are designed to accommodate the extension of the clamping plate. It is particularly advantageous if the at least one clamping plate comprises a support area for resting on parts of the guide plate, the width of which is greater than the width of the extension. Thus, the guide plate can have a uniform width, for example, equal to the width of the support area, while simultaneously easily accommodating the extension. In one embodiment, the extension is hook-shaped.
[0009] In a further embodiment, the guide plate has at least one projection and / or at least one recess which can engage in a form-fitting manner in a complementary recess and / or a complementary projection of the hinge part, in particular in those of the frame hinge part. Such a combination of projections and recesses allows, on the one hand, a pre-assembly of the guide plate and hinge part that is secured against slipping - even without additional fastening means - and, on the other hand, it facilitates, for example, step-by-step assembly in which the hinge part is first pivoted into the frame or sash and only in the next step is the guide plate inserted. This is particularly advantageous, but not mandatory, for embodiments in which a section of the guide plate and / or a section of the hinge part is designed to engage behind a second groove in the sash or frame. Here, the complementary design with engagement of guide plate and hinge part can make it easier for the hinge part to be arranged first in such a way that it engages behind the groove and then the guide plate is arranged without causing unwanted blockages during assembly.
[0010] In a further embodiment, the guide plate has a clamping lug with clamping grooves, via which the guide plate is clamped against a wall of a milled recess in the frame or sash to accommodate parts of the hinge assembly. This provides additional security for the hinge assembly during assembly and can also compensate for milling tolerances. The clamping lug of the guide plate is preferably formed on a side of the guide plate facing away from the guide surfaces.
[0011] Advantageously, the at least one clamping plate and the at least one guide plate can be fastened to the frame or sash via fastening means and, in particular, have bores, in particular threaded bores, for receiving the fastening means. The hinge arrangement can be (additionally) fastened to the frame or sash via these fastening means. Within the scope of the invention, screws, in particular countersunk screws, are particularly, but not exclusively, suitable as fastening means. Self-tapping screws can also be used in certain embodiments.
[0012] In a further embodiment, the hinge assembly comprises at least two clamping arrangements, for example, two clamping arrangements on the sash side and / or two clamping arrangements on the frame side. This advantageously results in a symmetrical arrangement of the clamping arrangements and thus a more even distribution of forces during fastening. With exactly two clamping arrangements, the two guide plates can be connected to each other via at least one web. This can facilitate installation.
[0013] In preferred embodiments, the frame and / or the sash comprises a hollow profile, which is a hot profile comprising two metal shells and an insulation arranged between the shells. It is preferred if the clamping plate and guide plate each have a bore for receiving an additional fastening means for screwing into the insulation. Alternatively, the use of cold profiles is also possible. In one embodiment, this also includes additional fastening via an additional fastening means.
[0014] Particularly preferred is a concealed hinge assembly, which in particular comprises a single-axis hinge designed to be arranged in a chamber of a hollow profile of the frame or sash. Furthermore, a hinge assembly comprising exactly two frame hinge parts and exactly one sash hinge part is preferred. Such hinge assemblies exhibit particularly good load-bearing capacity, even with heavy doors or windows.
[0015] In the case of a concealed hinge arrangement, it is preferred if the sash hinge part is constructed in several parts and comprises a sash hinge tab, a sash hinge base, and a sash hinge counterplate. The sash hinge tab forms a hinge with at least one frame hinge part, the sash hinge base is fastened to the sash with the sash hinge counterplate, and the sash hinge base has a holder for the sash hinge tab. This embodiment of the hinge arrangement enables pre-assembly of the sash hinge base and sash hinge counterplate on the sash and pre-assembly of the sash hinge tab and frame hinge part(s) on the sash, and thus simple hanging of the sash in the frame; only the sash hinge tab needs to be inserted into the sash hinge base, and all fastenings to the frame and sash can be made in advance.Preferably, the sash hinge base and the sash hinge counter plate can be fastened to the sash with at least one clamping arrangement, preferably with two clamping arrangements, the guide plates of which are connected via two webs.
[0016] In an advantageous embodiment, the sash hinge tab has lateral guide grooves designed to accommodate screw elements guided in threaded through holes in the sash hinge base. This makes it particularly easy to insert the sash hinge tab into the sash hinge base or to slide the sash hinge base over the sash hinge tab without jamming during installation. Furthermore, it is advantageous if the screw elements can also be used to vertically adjust the entire hinge arrangement, also referred to below as adjustment in the y-direction. For this purpose, it is particularly advantageous if these are arranged symmetrically on the sash hinge base and, in particular, the guide grooves on the sash hinge tab are arranged opposite one another and symmetrically.
[0017] The sash hinge part advantageously comprises at least two adjustment elements for horizontal adjustment, hereinafter also referred to as adjustment in the x-direction, and the sash hinge base has at least two threads for the adjustment elements for horizontal adjustment, wherein the adjustment elements are guided in holes in the sash hinge counterplate and the guide plate. Using these adjustment elements, horizontal adjustment on the sash is then easily possible even with the door or window installed by moving the adjustment elements. For this purpose, the clamping plate preferably has a through hole through which the respective adjustment element can be reached or is designed and arranged in such a way that the adjustment element is not covered. Spindles or adjustment screws, for example, can be used as adjustment elements for horizontal adjustment.
[0018] In one embodiment, the sash hinge counterplate has at least one, preferably two, threads for fastening means with which the guide plate can be fastened to the sash hinge counterplate. At least one thread for fastening means with which the guide plate and clamping plate can be fastened to the sash hinge counterplate is also possible and / or the sash hinge counterplate has at least one bore, preferably two bores, for receiving fastening means and a pin formed on the guide plate, wherein the pin has an internal thread. In particular, the embodiment comprising a pin enables even better secured and easier pre-assembly of the sash hinge counterplate, sash hinge base and guide plate, since the pin can be inserted into the bore before the fastening means is introduced, thus enabling pre-assembly.
[0019] Preferably, the sash hinge base has at least one threaded hole for receiving a fastener, and the sash hinge tab has at least one elongated hole that matches the hole in the sash hinge base. This advantageously allows the sash hinge base and sash hinge tab to be secured to one another. At the same time, the elongated holes allow a certain amount of play during assembly and adjustment in the y-direction, making vertical adjustment of the hinge arrangement easier. Preferably, the sash hinge base and the sash hinge tab are connected via fasteners when the door or window is installed.
[0020] In one embodiment, the sash hinge part comprises at least one pressure plate arranged between the sash hinge base and the sash hinge tab. By providing an additional plate between the sash hinge base and the sash hinge tab, for example, with a thickness of 1 to 3 mm, the pressure can be relieved and thus adjustment in the z-direction can be achieved.
[0021] Particularly preferably, the belt assembly comprises at least one spherical bearing with a bearing lens. A bearing lens is understood here to be a bearing body in the form of a compressed sphere, or in other words, in the form of a lens. The use of a bearing lens as a bearing body combines the advantages of a bearing ball—namely, particularly good tolerance to misalignment and high load capacity—with the smallest possible installation space while maintaining a comparatively large contact area between the bearing body and the support.
[0022] It is particularly preferred if the bearing lens is symmetrical and has a central area with a constant diameter. This area can be used to define an assembly gap, for example between a frame hinge part and the sash hinge part, particularly for concealed hinges. This can be used, for example, for mounting the hinge assembly with a cover plate to protect the interior of a frame or sash profile. It is therefore particularly preferred if the diameter in the area with a constant diameter is greater than the thickness of a cover plate arranged in the frame or sash to protect the interior of a frame or sash profile.
[0023] For visible band arrangements, a bearing lens without a constant diameter area can be used to minimize a gap between band parts, thus creating the optical impression of a continuous band.
[0024] In one embodiment, the bearing lens has lubricant grooves. Alternatively, the spherical bearing is designed as a self-lubricating or dry bearing. The bearing lens can advantageously comprise a sintered material or a composite material; in particular, in the case of a self-lubricating bearing, it is advantageous if it is a composite material consisting of thermoplastic, fiber matrix, and solid lubricant.
[0025] The spherical bearing preferably has two bearing shells, one of which is arranged in at least one frame hinge part and one in the sash hinge part, preferably in a sash hinge tab. The bearing lens can also be integrated into one of the bearing shells on one side.
[0026] In one embodiment, at least one of the bearing shells has grease deposits, particularly in the form of recesses. These recesses can, for example, have a round or oval cross-section.
[0027] Preferably, a bearing bolt guided through the bearing lens is fixed in at least one frame hinge part via a threaded pin. In hinge arrangements with two frame hinge parts and one sash hinge part, exactly two spherical bearings are preferably present. The bearing bolt then preferably has two aligned receptacles for the threaded pin of each frame hinge part. The receptacles can in particular be designed as a bore or milling. By arranging the receptacles in alignment, twisting can be prevented better during assembly than is possible, for example, with an alternative design in the form of a circumferential groove as a receptacle. This alternative, however, places lower demands on the manufacturing tolerance than the use of two aligned receptacles.
[0028] In one embodiment, the hinge arrangement further comprises a hinge receptacle for arrangement in the sash or frame, preferably in a chamber of a hollow profile, and designed to accommodate at least one hinge part, wherein the hinge receptacle comprises at least one cable routing channel for receiving an electrical cable. The at least one cable routing channel arranged in the hinge receptacle allows secure cable routing even when the installation space of the hinge arrangement is almost completely utilised, in particular within a hollow profile. The cable routing channel prevents cables to be routed through the frame or sash from colliding with the hinge arrangement, in particular in hollow profiles that have no alternative possibilities for the cable arrangement other than the chamber in which the hinge arrangement is accommodated. The cable routing channel can have a round, oval or rectangular cross-section, so that both round cables and flat cables can be routed.
[0029] The hinge receptacle preferably comprises at least one cover plate for protecting the interior of the frame or sash, in particular the hollow profile. This prevents any tampering with the interior of the hollow profile when installed, such as throwing in objects. Thus, in addition to accommodating the hinge parts and the cable routing, the hinge receptacle can simultaneously provide protection for the interior. The at least one cable routing channel can be completely closed or designed with at least one lateral opening. Preferably, the at least one cable routing channel is arranged in a corner of the hinge receptacle. This allows for particularly good use of the installation space. The hinge receptacle advantageously has a support structure for engaging in a groove or for encompassing a projection of the frame or sash. This can prevent the hinge receptacle from slipping.Additionally, the guide plate can include a projection to secure the hinge mount. This can prevent the hinge mount from slipping out of the frame or sash. In one embodiment, the cover plate of the hinge mount has a recess that reliably prevents the hinge from jamming with the hinge mount. In this embodiment, a hinge part of the hinge assembly is advantageously designed such that, together with the cover plate, it protects the interior of the frame or sash.
[0030] In a further embodiment, the sash hinge tab has a receptacle for a pin of a locking aid, and the locking aid is designed to be inserted between the sash hinge tab and the frame and to block a pivoting movement of the sash hinge tab. In this embodiment, the locking aid can ensure that the sash hinge tab is locked and cannot pivot when the sash is mounted on the frame. This facilitates installation. The locking aid is preferably constructed in several parts and comprises a blocking body and a pin, in particular an Allen key, wherein one end of the pin forms the pin of the locking aid, and the blocking body comprises an opening for the pin.
[0031] The hinge assembly advantageously comprises a cover plate for the at least one clamping assembly. This covers the clamping assembly and ensures a uniform appearance. Furthermore, the respective fastening and adjustment means are thus covered and less easy to reach and tamper with by unauthorized persons. In one embodiment, a combined cover plate is used that covers two clamping assemblies and at least part of the hollow profile. The combined cover plate can be manufactured, for example, by injection molding. The cover plate advantageously has projections for fastening in the hollow profile. Using the combined cover plate, the external appearance can be made even more uniform and the cover plate can be easily attached to the hollow profile.
[0032] According to a second aspect, the invention relates to a door or window with a frame and a sash that can be attached to the frame via a hinge assembly according to the first aspect of the invention, wherein the frame and / or sash have a first groove for receiving the extension of the clamping plate. Preferably, the frame and / or sash comprise a hollow profile, and the hinge assembly is arranged in a concealed manner, preferably at least partially within chambers of the respective hollow profiles.
[0033] According to a third aspect, the invention relates to a method for mounting a sash to a frame of a door or window with a hinge arrangement according to the first aspect of the invention, comprising the following steps: Arranging at least one hinge part on the frame or sash. Placing the at least one guide plate on the hinge part. Inserting the at least one clamping plate between guide surfaces of the guide plate. Clamping the guide plate and the hinge part by engaging behind a first groove of the frame or sash with the extension of the clamping plate.
[0034] In one embodiment, the hinge part is pre-assembled with the guide plate before being attached to the frame or sash. This can further simplify installation and, in particular, facilitate one-handed assembly.
[0035] Preferably, the method further comprises the step: Fastening the hinge part to the frame or sash using fasteners guided through the clamping plate and / or the guide plate.
[0036] Preferably, the hinge arrangement is a (at least partially) concealed hinge arrangement and the frame and / or sash comprises a hollow profile and the hinge part is arranged at least partially within a chamber of the hollow profile.
[0037] In one embodiment of the method, before arranging the at least one hinge part, the at least one frame hinge part and the sash hinge part are pre-assembled to form a hinge. In particular, two frame hinge parts and one sash hinge tab of the sash hinge part are pre-assembled to form the hinge. The pre-assembly to form the hinge preferably comprises the following steps: Arranging at least one bearing lens in a bearing shell arranged in the sash hinge part, in particular in a sash hinge tab, and in the frame hinge part. Inserting a bearing bolt into the sash hinge part, frame hinge part and bearing lens.
[0038] In addition, in this embodiment, the bearing bolt is preferably fixed in the respective frame hinge part after insertion using a threaded pin.
[0039] If the sash hinge part comprises a sash counterplate and a sash hinge base, the sash counterplate and the sash hinge base are pre-assembled with the at least one guide plate in one embodiment before the sash hinge part is arranged in the sash. It is further preferred if, after at least one frame hinge part has been attached to the frame and the sash hinge part to the sash, the sash hinge tab is inserted into the sash hinge base and connected to it via fastening means.
[0040] It is advantageous to attach a locking aid to the hinge before inserting the hinge into the hinge socket. This prevents the hinge from pivoting. This locks the hinge and facilitates insertion of the hinge into the hinge socket.
[0041] To do this, a locking device can first be inserted between the sash hinge and the frame, and then locked into a receptacle in the sash hinge using a pin. The receptacle for the sash hinge can be designed as a separate hole. Alternatively, one of the elongated holes in the sash hinge can serve as the receptacle. If the elongated hole is used as the receptacle, the locking device can have a stop, or the locking device can have a silicone plug, to prevent the locking device from being inserted too far through the elongated hole.
[0042] If the sash hinge plate has lateral guide grooves designed to accommodate screw elements guided in holes in the sash hinge base, it is advantageous if the screw elements can be adjusted for vertical adjustment of the hinge arrangement. This makes it easy to guide the sash hinge plate and adjust the entire hinge arrangement vertically using the screw elements.
[0043] If the sash hinge component includes adjustment elements for horizontal adjustment and the sash hinge base has two threads for the adjustment elements for horizontal adjustment, with the adjustment elements guided in holes in the sash hinge counterplate and the guide plate, the horizontal adjustment of the hinge arrangement is achieved by adjusting the adjustment elements. The steps of the procedures described here can, but do not have to, be performed in the exact order described, unless explicitly stated.
[0044] The door or window according to the second aspect and the method according to the third aspect of the invention share the advantages and embodiments of the hinge arrangement according to the first aspect of the invention.

[0046] In the following description of embodiments, similar reference numerals generally refer to similar elements.
[0047] Fig. 1A und 1B show an embodiment of a hinge assembly 1000 according to the first aspect of the invention as an assembly. The hinge assembly 1000 shown here for attaching a leaf of a door or window to a frame comprises two frame hinge parts 100A, 100B and a leaf hinge part 200, and furthermore has four clamping assemblies 300. Both the frame hinge parts 100A, 100B and the leaf hinge part 200 can be attached to the frame or leaf via the clamping assemblies 300. Fig. 1A Furthermore, cover plates 340, 350 are shown, by means of which the clamping arrangements can be covered, so that a uniform outward appearance is created. The clamping arrangements 300 each comprise a clamping plate 310 and a guide plate 320A, 320B, 330. The clamping plates 310 each have a support area 312 and a curved extension 311. The curved extension 311 is each designed to engage behind a first groove of the frame or sash, and the guide plates 320A, 320B, 330 have guide surfaces that are designed to guide and accommodate the respective clamping plate 310. The guide plates 320A, 320B, 330 are arranged between the clamping plate and the frame or sash in the installed state. The further details of the illustrated embodiment of the hinge arrangement 1000 are explained below with reference to the additional drawings.
[0048] Fig. 2 shows an exploded view of the frame-side part of the embodiment of a hinge assembly 1000 according to the first aspect of the invention. This shows a portion of the frame 900 into which the hinge assembly 1000 is received. The frame 900 shown here is a thermal profile comprising two metallic shells 931, 932, between which insulation 935 is arranged. The insulation 935 is constructed in two parts; it serves to thermally insulate the metallic shells from one another and thus prevent thermal bridges across the door or window structure. The frame 900 shown is also constructed in the form of a hollow profile. The frame 900 comprises, in particular, a chamber 940 in which parts of the hinge assembly are located when installed. In the embodiment shown, a single-axis hinge 1100 of the hinge assembly is located within the chamber 940 of the frame when installed. The frame further has a first groove 910 and a second groove 920. In the installed state, the first groove 910 is engaged behind by the curved extension 311 of the clamping plates 310, while a section 101 of each of the two hinge parts 100A, 100B is arranged in the second groove 920 and engages behind this second groove 920. Thus, during assembly, the hinge arrangement is already clamped and secured against the frame via the combination of frame hinge part 100A, 100B, guide plates 320A, 320B, and clamping plate 310, without the need for additional fastening means to attach the hinge arrangement to the frame. In the embodiment shown, the hinge arrangement 1000 can be fastened to the frame 900 via fastening means 410, 440. For this purpose, both the clamping plates 310 and the guide plates 320A, 320B each have holes, for example holes 420, through which the fastening means can be guided. In the illustrated embodiment of the hinge assembly 1000, a single-axis hinge 1100 is arranged on the frame side. This is formed by the two frame hinge parts 100A, 100B and a sash hinge tab 210 as part of the sash hinge part. The sash hinge tab 210 has guide grooves 211, which simplify the subsequent assembly of the sash hinge tab with the sash hinge base and the sash hinge counterplate. The lateral guide grooves 211 are designed to accommodate screw elements that are guided in threaded through holes in the sash hinge base. The precise assembly of the sash hinge part will be explained later with reference to FIG. Fig. 10 explained in more detail. The frame hinge parts 100A, 100B shown here have recesses 104, 105 into which projections 324, 325 of the guide plates 320A, 320B engage. The following Figuren 3A und 3B show the guide plates used here in detail using the example of the guide plate 320A. In the Fig. 2 In the embodiment of the band arrangement 1000 shown, it furthermore has a band receptacle 600, which is also arranged in the chamber 940 of the hollow profile of the frame 900 and which has two cable routing channels 610 in which electrical cables can be routed, even though the band arrangement fills large parts of the interior of the hollow profile. In addition, the band receptacle 600 also serves to accommodate parts of the band arrangement and to cover the interior of the hollow profile in order to prevent, for example, objects from getting into the interior of the frame and manipulating it therethrough. Furthermore, the band receptacle 600 has a support structure 630, via which the band receptacle is supported on the hollow profile. In the embodiment of the band receptacle 600 shown, the cable routing channels 610 are each arranged in corners 620 of the band receptacle 600. This arrangement in particular allows for particularly good use of the installation space.
[0049] Fig. 3A und Fig. 3B show a guide plate 320A of an embodiment of a belt assembly 1000 according to the first aspect of the invention, as was also seen in the previous figures. Fig. 3C shows a matching clamping plate 310 of the embodiment of a band arrangement 1000 according to the first aspect of the invention, while in Fig. 3D the assembly of the clamping plate and guide plate with other parts of the hinge arrangement in the frame 900 is shown in a sectional drawing. The guide plate 320A, as already explained, has projections 324, 325 which can engage in recesses 104, 105 of the frame hinge parts, here in particular the frame hinge part 100A. To guide the clamping plate 310, the guide plate 320A has an upper guide surface 321 and a lower guide surface 322 opposite the upper guide surface 321. A longitudinal guide surface 323 is arranged laterally between the upper guide surface 321 and the lower guide surface 322. This longitudinal guide surface 323 has an inclination, here an inclination of 45°, to a space between the upper and lower guide surfaces 321, 322.This inclined surface allows the clamping plate 310 to be guided particularly well during assembly, so that the extension 311 of the clamping plate 310 slides between the upper guide surface 321 and the lower guide surface 322 and can engage behind the first groove 910 of the frame. In the embodiment shown, in particular the curved extension 311 of the clamping plate 310 is guided between the guide surfaces. If the curved extension 311 engages behind the first groove 910 of the frame, the support surface 312 of the clamping plate is placed on the guide plate and this results in the partial section 313 of the clamping plate resting on the longitudinal guide surface 323 of the guide plate 320A. Just like the longitudinal guide surface 323A, the partial section 313 has an inclination of 45° here and thus adapts exactly to the longitudinal guide surface. This assembly is shown in . Fig. 3D clearly visible. Furthermore, Fig. 3D that, when installed, not only does the clamping plate 310 with its curved extension 311 engage behind the first groove 910 of the frame, but also the section 101 of the frame hinge part 100A engages behind the second groove 920 of the frame. Thus, the hinge part 100A and thus the hinge arrangement are securely clamped against the frame via the entire clamping arrangement comprising the clamping plate 310 and the guide plate 320A, even before fastening means are attached. The guide plate 320A also has a clamping lug 326 with clamping grooves 327. This clamps against any milling of the frame and thus further secures the assembly of the hinge arrangement. In addition, the clamping lug 326 with its clamping grooves 327 can also be used to compensate for tolerances in the milling, so that the hinge arrangement inserted into the milling sits securely.
[0050] Fig. 4 shows an exploded view of wing-side parts of the embodiment of a hinge arrangement 1000 according to the first aspect of the invention, the frame-side parts of which are in Fig. 2 As is the case with the frame 900 from Fig. 2 The sash 800 is also constructed in the form of a hot-cast profile with two metallic shells 831, 832, which are separated by insulation 835, which is constructed in two parts here. The sash 800 also has a chamber 840, in which the sash-side parts of the hinge arrangement, in particular the sash hinge counterplate and the sash hinge base, are arranged. The sash further has a first groove 810 and a second groove 820, and a milling 811. In the embodiment shown, the sash hinge base 220 is arranged in the sash hinge counterplate 230. The sash hinge base has a receptacle 221 for the sash hinge tab arranged on the frame side, as well as threaded holes 224 into which fastening means can be received, via which the sash hinge tab can be attached to the sash hinge base through elongated holes. In addition, the sash hinge base 220 has through threaded holes 222 in which screw elements 225 are guided. The screw elements 225 serve, on the one hand, to guide the sash hinge tab 210 during the assembly of the sash hinge tab and sash hinge base, in that the screw elements 225 can engage in the lateral guide grooves 211 of the sash hinge tab. On the other hand, the vertical adjustment of the entire hinge assembly is carried out via the screw elements 225 when it is fully assembled. The vertical adjustment takes place in the y-direction, as shown here. For horizontal adjustment, the sash hinge assembly in the embodiment shown has two adjustment elements 240, with two threads 223 arranged in the sash hinge base 220, which receive these adjustment elements 240 and the adjustment elements 240 are guided in bores 231, 333 in the sash hinge counterplate 230 and the guide plates 330.The adjustment elements 240 are accessible in the assembled state through holes in the clamping plates, allowing simple horizontal adjustment in the x-direction via the adjustment elements 240. The guide plates 330, which are connected to each other here via two webs 332, are attached to the sash hinge counterplate 230 via fastening elements 260, and simultaneously hold the sash hinge base against the sash hinge counterplate. The fastening elements 260 engage in the thread 232 of the sash counterplate.During assembly, the guide plates 330 as well as the sash hinge base 220 and the guide hinge counter plate 230 are fastened to one another in a first step and then this combination is introduced into the sash 800 and clamped to the sash via the clamping plates 310, so that in a further step a simple and quick assembly can be carried out on the sash via the fastening means 410, 440, which can be guided through the corresponding bores 420, 430, and via the clamping arrangement comprising the guide plates 330 and the clamping plates 310 is already securely mounted on the sash before the fastening elements are inserted, so that one-handed assembly is possible.
[0051] Fig. 5 shows a sectional drawing of an embodiment of a hinge assembly 1000 according to the first aspect of the invention. Here, frame 900 and sash 800 are already connected to each other via a hinge assembly 1000. The hinge assembly 1000 here has a contact pressure plate 250, which is arranged between the sash hinge tab 210 and the sash hinge base 220 of the sash hinge part 200. Due to its thickness of preferably 1 to 3 mm, it follows the hinge arrangement for a lower contact pressure and thus for adjustment in the z-direction.
[0052] Fig. 6 shows detailed drawings of a bearing of an embodiment of a belt assembly 1000 according to the first aspect of the invention. Fig. 6 The bearing shown comprises two spherical bearings, each with a bearing lens 500, which is arranged in two bearing shells 520, 530, wherein the bearing shells 520 are arranged in the sash hinge tab 210 of the sash hinge part 200 and the bearing shells 530 are each arranged in the frame hinge part 100A, 100B. In the embodiment shown, the bearing lens 500 has a central region 501 with a constant diameter and is designed symmetrically. The centrally arranged region 501 with a constant diameter allows the adjustment of an assembly gap. It is particularly preferred if the height of the region with a constant diameter 501 is greater than the thickness as a cover plate for protecting the interior of a hollow profile, for example, as the thickness of a cover plate of a hinge holder 600, as shown in Fig. 2 is shown. The spherical bearing also comprises a bearing pin 510 which is fixed in the respective frame hinge part 100A, 100B by fastening means, in particular here by a threaded pin. The bearing lens 500 shown here is provided with lubrication grooves 540 in which both lubricant and abrasion debris can be stored to protect the bearing. Likewise, the bearing shells, shown here using the example of the bearing shell 530 of the frame hinge part 100B, have grease deposits 550 in the form of recesses. These can be round or oval and also accommodate lubricant, in particular lubricating grease. In alternative embodiments not shown here, the bearing can also be a self-lubricating or dry bearing, which makes the provision of lubrication grooves obsolete.
[0053] The Figuren 7A und 7B show a further embodiment of a band arrangement in a sectional drawing ( Fig. 7A ) and a side view ( Fig. 7B ). The hinge arrangement shown here comprises, in addition to the elements described in the previous drawings, a locking aid 700. The locking aid 700 here comprises a blocking body 720 and a pin 730, which is guided through an opening in the blocking body 721 and is inserted into a receptacle 215 in the sash hinge tab 210 of the sash hinge part 200, wherein the receptacle 215 is designed to receive a pin 710, and this pin 710 is formed by the pin 730 in the embodiment shown. The locking aid supports the assembly of the sash 800 on the frame 900 by fixing the sash hinge tab in its position via the locking aid, thus preventing the sash hinge tab 210 from pivoting when inserting the sash hinge tab 210 into the sash hinge base 220 and simplifying the joining of the sash hinge tab 210 and the sash hinge base 220.
[0054] About the following figures Fig. 8 bis Fig. 10 The assembly of the belt assembly 1000 using the clamping assembly 300 and in particular the clamping plates 310 is explained in more detail. Fig. 8 and Fig. 9 The elements shown in the exploded views of the wing-side or frame-side part of an embodiment of a hinge arrangement 1000 according to the first aspect of the invention essentially correspond to those in the previously discussed Fig. 1 bis Fig. 5 elements shown. In Fig. 10 is an embodiment of a band arrangement additionally comprising a locking aid, as in Fig. 7A und Fig. 7B shown, represented.
[0055] Fig. 8 shows a partial exploded view of the sash-side parts of an embodiment of a hinge arrangement 1000. Here, the sash hinge tab 220 as well as the guide plates 330 and the sash hinge counter plate 230 (not visible here) are already pre-assembled and inserted into the sash 800. After this pre-assembly and insertion into the sash 800, the clamping plates 310 are inserted by the curved extensions 311 of the clamping plates 310 engaging behind the first groove 810. The clamping plates 310 are guided with their curved extensions 311 between the upper guide surface 321 and the lower guide surface 322 and also on the longitudinal guide surface 323. The guide plates 330 are clamped against the second groove 820 of the sash via the sections 331 and engage behind it.After the first groove has been engaged by the curved extensions 311 of the clamping plates 310, the clamping plates are placed with their support surfaces 312 on the guide plates and can then be subsequently fastened to the sash via the fastening means, so that the parts of the hinge arrangement shown here are subsequently fastened to the sash.
[0056] Fig. 9 shows, in a partially exploded view, the frame-side parts of the hinge assembly and their attachment to the frame 900. Here, the frame hinge parts 100A, 100B have been pre-assembled with the sash hinge tab 210 and inserted into the frame 900 or into a milled recess in this frame. The guide plates 302A, 320B were then arranged, and in particular the projections 324, 325 of the guide plates 320A, 320B were clicked into the corresponding recesses 104, 105 of the frame hinge parts 104A and 104B, which are complementary to the projections, so that the guide plates 320A, 320B and the frame hinge part 100A, 100B are each connected to one another and secured against slipping. In the step shown here, the clamping plates 310 with their curved extensions 311 are then pivoted between the upper guide surface 321 and the lower guide surface 322 of the respective guide plate 320A, 320B.The clamping plates 310 are also guided on the frame side by the longitudinal guide surface 323 of the guide plates 320A, 320B, and after the curved extensions 311 of the clamping plates engage behind the first groove 910 of the frame, the partial section 310 of the clamping plate rests on the longitudinal guide surface 323 of the guide surface 320A, 320B. In the embodiment shown, the frame hinge parts 100A, 100B engage with the sections 101 behind the second groove 920 of the frame, so that even without fastening means, after the clamping plates 310 are clamped in place, the shown parts of the hinge arrangement are already clamped to the frame without the additional fastening means having been installed. The fastening means can then be inserted in further steps. Assembly can be carried out one-handed using the clamping arrangement 300.
[0057] Fig. 10 shows in a partially exploded view an embodiment of a band arrangement 1000 with a locking aid 700. In Fig. 10 The frame-side part of the hinge arrangement and the sash-side part of the hinge arrangement are not yet connected to one another. Thus, a state is shown shortly before the sash hinge tab 210 is arranged in the sash hinge base 220 and fastened thereto. To fasten the sash 800 to the frame 900, the sash hinge base 220 is pushed over the sash hinge tab 210. The screw elements 225 engage in the lateral guide grooves 211 of the sash hinge tab and thus guide the sash hinge tab in the sash hinge base. Once the sash hinge tab 210 is finally arranged in the sash hinge base 220, the two are fastened to one another using the fastening means 226 shown, which engage through the elongated holes 212 of the sash hinge base into the threaded bore 224. The locking aid 700 ensures that the sash hinge flap 210 remains fixed during installation and cannot fold in, thus making installation easier.
[0058] Fig. 11A und Fig. 11B show a guide plate 320A' of another embodiment of a belt assembly according to the first aspect of the invention. Fig. 11C shows a matching clamping plate 310' of the further embodiment of a belt assembly according to the first aspect of the invention. The guide plate 320A' and the clamping plate 310' are similar to those shown in Fig. 3A, 3B und 3C Therefore, the differences are described here in particular and otherwise the description of the Fig. 3A, 3B und 3C The guide plate 320A' also has projections 324 that can engage in recesses 104 of the frame hinge parts, here in particular the frame hinge part 100A. In the embodiment shown, the guide plate is straight between these projections. To guide the clamping plate 310', the guide plate 320A' has an upper guide surface 321 and a lower guide surface 322 opposite the upper guide surface 321. A longitudinal guide surface 323 is arranged laterally between the upper guide surface 321 and the lower guide surface 322. This longitudinal guide surface 323 has an inclination, here an inclination of 45°, to a space between the upper and lower guide surfaces 321, 322.This inclined surface allows the clamping plate 310' to be guided particularly well during assembly, so that the extension 311 of the clamping plate 310' slides between the upper guide surface 321 and the lower guide surface 322 and can engage behind the first groove 910 of the frame. In the embodiment shown, in particular the curved extension 311 of the clamping plate 310' is guided between the guide surfaces. If the curved extension 311 engages behind the first groove 910 of the frame, the support surface 312 of the clamping plate is placed on the guide plate, resulting in the partial section 313 of the clamping plate resting on the longitudinal guide surface 323 of the guide plate 320A.
[0059] The Figuren 12A and 21B show another embodiment of a band arrangement in a sectional view ( Fig. 12A ) and a side view ( Fig. 12B ). The band arrangement shown here includes, similar to the Fig. 7A und 7B a locking aid 700'. The locking aid 700' here comprises a blocking body 720' and a pin 730, which is guided through an opening in the blocking body 721' and is inserted into an elongated hole 212 of the sash hinge tab 210 of the sash hinge part 200. The locking aid assists in the assembly of the sash 800 on the frame 900 by fixing the sash hinge tab in its position via the locking aid. This prevents the sash hinge tab 210 from pivoting when the sash hinge tab 210 is inserted into the sash hinge base 220, and simplifies the joining of the sash hinge tab 210 and the sash hinge base 220. In the embodiment shown, a silicone plug 722 is arranged in the opening 721' of the blocking body 720' to prevent the pin 730 from being inserted too far through the elongated hole 212.In an alternative embodiment not shown here, the pin may also have a stop or a thickening to prevent such excessive penetration.
[0060] Fig. 13A und 13B show an embodiment of a hinge assembly according to the first aspect of the invention as an assembly. The clamping assemblies are covered by combined cover plates 360, 361, creating a uniform external appearance. The combined cover plates 360, 361 each cover two clamping assemblies as well as at least parts of the respective cavity profile of the frame 900 or sash 800. The cover plates 360, 361 have projections 362 for fastening in the cavity profile. Bezugszeichenliste
