Description

[0001] The present application relates to the technical field of home cleaning appliances, and in particular a handheld structure.

[0002] As science and technology develop continuously and people's living standards improve, household dust removal appliances such as cleaning appliances (such as vacuum cleaners, floor washers, etc.) are increasingly appearing in people's lives.

[0003] At present, a cleaning appliance can comprise a cleaning appliance body and a handheld structure. The handheld structure is detachably connected to the cleaning appliance body and has a handle to facilitate holding. When the handheld structure is removed from the cleaning appliance body, the handheld structure separately alone can be paired with a corresponding accessory to form a new handheld cleaning appliance.

[0004] However, when the above-mentioned handheld structure is used separately alone, its mounting surface for assembly with the original cleaning appliance body is exposed, which makes it easy to cause impacts on the mounting surface and affects appearance.

[0005] Based on this, the present application provides a handheld structure, which can hide a mounting surface both when the handheld structure is used separately alone and when the handheld structure is in conjunction with a cleaning appliance, avoiding impacts / collisions on the mounting surface and improving aesthetics.

[0006] The present application provides a handheld structure comprising a mounting base and a main unit assembly. The main unit assembly is located on the mounting base and has a mounting surface facing the mounting base. The mounting surface includes at least one connecting portion. The connecting portion is configured to be detachably connected to the mounting base, and to be detachably connected to a cleaning appliance when the main unit assembly is mounted on the cleaning appliance.

[0007] With the handheld structure provided by the present application, when it operates separately alone, a user can hold the mounting base and use it by pairing it with a corresponding accessory to make the handheld structure to form a new portable handheld cleaning appliance. In the handheld structure, by providing a detachable connection between the main unit assembly and the mounting base, the main unit assembly can be detached separately and assembled in a cleaning appliance for use. It can be understood that the mounting surface for assembly between the mounting base and the main unit assembly in the handheld structure can not only complete a connection between the mounting base and the main unit assembly, but also complete a connection between the main unit assembly and the cleaning appliance.

[0008] In this way, when either the cleaning appliance or the handheld cleaning appliance is in operation, the mounting surface of the main unit assembly is not exposed, which can improve the aesthetics of the cleaning appliance. The non-exposed mounting surface can also avoid impacts / collisions, thereby extending the life of the main unit assembly when switching between the cleaning appliance and the handheld cleaning appliance for assembly and use.

[0009] In a possible implementation, in the handheld structure provided by the present application, the main unit assembly comprises a main unit body and a main unit bottom cover arranged on the main unit body and located between the main unit body and the mounting base, the connecting portion being located on a face of the main unit bottom cover facing the mounting base.

[0010] In this way, the main unit bottom cover is detachably connected to the mounting base through the connecting portion. It can be understood that the main unit body is the main component for generating a suction force. After detachable connection between the main unit assembly and the mounting base for many times, certain wear and tear will be caused to the main unit assembly. By adding the main unit bottom cover to the main unit body, and detachably connecting the main unit bottom cover to the mounting base, the main unit body can be protected from being worn, and the service life of the main unit body can be extended.

[0011] In a possible implementation, in the handheld structure provided by the present application, the connecting portion is a snap slot arranged on the main unit bottom cover.

[0012] In this way, the snap slot is simple to process, cost is reduced, and the connecting portion in the form of a snap slot also renders the connection between the main unit assembly and the mounting base quick and convenient.

[0013] In a possible implementation, in the handheld structure provided by the present application, one of the main unit bottom cover and the main unit body is provided with at least one first connecting portion, and the other is provided with at least one second connecting portion, the first connecting portion being connected to the second connecting portion correspondingly.

[0014] In this way, with the main unit bottom cover detachably connected to the main unit body through the corresponding connection between the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion, on the one hand, assembly between the main unit bottom cover and the main unit body is facilitated, and on the other hand, replacement of the main unit bottom cover when worn is also facilitated.

[0015] In a possible implementation, the handheld structure provided by the present application further comprises a buckle assembly, and a mounting cavity is provided inside the mounting base, the buckle assembly being arranged in the mounting cavity, a part of the buckle assembly extending out of the mounting cavity to engage with the connecting portion by snap fit.

[0016] In this way, by arranging the mounting cavity in the mounting base, arranging the buckle assembly in the mounting cavity, and engaging the buckle assembly with the connecting portion by snap fit when a part of the buckle assembly extends out of the mounting cavity, a detachable connection between the main unit assembly and the main unit connector is realized by means of the buckle assembly, so that connection and disassembly between the main unit assembly and the main unit connector can be made more convenient and quicker, and the reliability of connection between the main unit assembly and the main unit connector can be improved.

[0017] In a possible implementation, in the handheld structure provided by the present application, the mounting base comprises a mounting base body and a main unit connector covering the mounting base body, the mounting base body and the main unit connector together enclosing and forming the mounting cavity.

[0018] In this way, the buckle assembly can be mounted more stably, concealed, and can be used to ensure that the connection between the main unit assembly and the main unit connector is stable and reliable and make the structure more compact.

[0019] In a possible implementation, in the handheld structure provided by the present application, at least one first positioning member is provided on a face of the main unit bottom cover facing the main unit connector, and at least one second positioning member is provided on a face of the main unit connector facing the main unit bottom cover, the first positioning member and the second positioning member being correspondingly insertion connected.

[0020] In this way, with the first positioning member and the second positioning member correspondingly insertion connected when the main unit bottom cover is connected to the main unit connector, the efficiency and stability of snap-fit connection can be improved, which further makes the overall structure more compact.

[0021] In a possible implementation, in the handheld structure provided by the present application, one of the first positioning member and the second positioning member is a positioning block, and the other is a positioning slot matching the positioning block.

[0022] In this way, insertion connection between the positioning block and the positioning slot is simple, the structure is simple and compact, and it is easy to process and reduce costs while ensuring the stability of insertion connection.

[0023] In a possible implementation, the handheld structure provided by the present application further comprises a dust cup assembly detachably connected to the main unit assembly and detachably connected to the mounting base.

[0024] In this way, when the dust cup assembly is added to the handheld structure, after pairing it with a corresponding accessory, a new handheld cleaning appliance can be formed, allowing a user to clean a narrow or low space and improving the applicability of the handheld structure.

[0025] In a possible implementation, the handheld structure provided by the present application further comprises a locking assembly, and the mounting base further comprises a dust cup connector covering the mounting base body; an end of the dust cup assembly facing away from the main unit assembly engages or disengages by snap-fit with / from the dust cup connector through the locking assembly.

[0026] In this way, snap-fit connection between the dust cup assembly and the dust cup connector is realized through the snap-fit engagement between the locking assembly and the dust cup connector. In addition, with the locking assembly arranged at an end of the dust cup assembly facing away from the main unit assembly, interference between the locking assembly and other components can be prevented, and the locking assembly and the main unit assembly can respectively fix the dust cup assembly from two ends of the dust cup assembly to ensure that the locking assembly is easy to operate and the dust cup assembly has high mounting stability.

[0027] The second aspect of the present invention provides a cleaning equipment including a cleaning appliance and a handheld structure as described above, wherein the main unit assembly of the handheld structure is configured to be detachably connected to the mounting base of the handheld structure to form a portable handheld cleaning device, or to be detachably connected to the cleaning appliance through a same mounting surface including the mounting portion to form another cleaning appliance.

[0028] As for an example, the cleaning appliance could be a vacuum cleaner and a floor washer.

[0029] In addition to the technical problems solved by the embodiments of the present application described above, the technical features that constitute the technical solutions, and the beneficial effects brought about by the technical features of these technical solutions, other technical problems that can be solved by the technical solutions provided by the present application, other technical features included in the technical solutions, and the beneficial effects brought about by these technical features will be further described in detail in the description of embodiments.

The embodiments of the present application are described in detail below in conjunction with the drawings.

[0033] In the description of the present application, it should be noted that, unless otherwise clearly specified and limited, the terms "assemble / mount", "connect" and "connection" should be understood in a broad sense. For example, it can be a fixed connection, or indirect connection through an intermediate medium, or internal communication between two elements or an interaction relationship between two elements. For those skilled in the art, specific meanings of the above terms in the present application can be understood according to specific circumstances.

[0034] In the description of the present application, it should be understood that the terms "upper", "lower", "front", "rear", "vertical", "horizontal", "top", "bottom", "inner", "outer" and the like indicate orientation or position relationships based on the drawings, which are only for the convenience of describing the present application and simplifying the description, do not indicate or imply that the appliance or element referred to must have a specific orientation or be constructed and operated in a specific orientation, and therefore cannot be understood as limiting the present application.

[0035] The terms "first", "second", "third" (if any) in the specification and claims of the present application and the above-mentioned drawings are used to distinguish similar objects, and are not necessarily used to describe a specific order or sequence. It should be understood that the data used in this way can be interchanged where appropriate, so that the embodiments of the present application described herein can be implemented, for example, in an order other than those illustrated or described herein.

[0036] In addition, the terms "comprise / include" and "have" and any of their variations are intended to cover non-exclusive inclusions. For example, a process, method, system, product or display comprising a series of steps or units is not necessarily limited to those steps or units clearly listed, but can include other steps or units that are not clearly listed or inherent to these processes, methods, products or displays.

[0037] As science and technology develop continuously and people's living standards improve, household dust removal appliances such as cleaning appliances (such as vacuum cleaners, floor washers, etc.) are increasingly appearing in people's lives. A main unit in a cleaning appliance is a detachable structure. The main unit, after being detached, can be assembled separately alone with the dust cup. Generally, the main unit has a handle to facilitate holding. The dust cup can be assembled with an accessory such as a vacuum tube or floor brush to form another new handheld cleaning appliance for use, thus increasing utilization scenarios of the cleaning appliance and improving the cleaning appliance's applicability.

[0038] At present, when a main unit is used alone, its mounting face for assembly with the original cleaning appliance will be exposed to the outside, which not only affects the appearance of the appliance, but also may result in impacts / collisions on the mounting face and lead to function failure of the mounting face of the main unit, because there are many parts or control systems that provide connections on the exposed mounting face.

[0039] In view of the above problem, the present application provides a handheld structure, comprising a mounting base and a main unit assembly located on the mounting base and having at least one connecting portion on a surface facing the mounting base. The connecting portion is configured to be detachably connected to the mounting base, and to be detachably connected to the cleaning appliance when the main unit assembly is assembled on a cleaning appliance.

[0040] Thus, the user can hold the mounting base and use it by pairing it with corresponding accessories to form a new portable handheld cleaning appliance based on the handheld structure. By providing a detachable connection between the main unit assembly and the mounting base, the main unit assembly can be detached separately and assembled in a cleaning appliance for use. It can be understood that the mounting surface for assembly between the mounting base and the main unit assembly in the handheld structure can not only complete a connection between the mounting base and the main unit assembly, but also complete a connection between the main unit assembly and the cleaning appliance, so that, when either in the operation mode of the cleaning appliance or in the operation mode of the handheld cleaning appliance, the mounting surface of the main unit assembly is not exposed, which can improve the aesthetics of the cleaning appliance. The non-exposed mounting surface can also avoid impacts / collisions, thereby extending the life of the main unit assembly when switching between the cleaning appliance and the handheld cleaning appliance for assembly and use.

[0041] The handheld structure provided by the present application and its various possible forms of realization are described in detail below in conjunction with specific modes of realization.

[0042] Figs. 1 to 14 show simplified schematic views of various components in the handheld structure. The specific structure of other components in the handheld structure is not limited to the examples shown in Figs. 1 to 14.

[0043] It should be noted that accessories that can be assembled with the handheld structure provided by the present application include, but are not limited to, equipment such as vacuum tube, floor brush and floor washer, so that the handheld structure can be paired with an accessory to form a new handheld cleaning appliance.

[0044] In reference to Figs. 1 and 2, the present application provides a handheld structure, comprising a mounting base 100 and a main unit assembly 200 used to provide a suction force and located on the mounting base 100. The main unit assembly 200 has a mounting surface facing the mounting base 100. The mounting surface includes at least one connecting portion. The connecting portion is configured to be detachably connected to the mounting base 100, and to be detachably connected to the cleaning appliance when the main unit assembly 200 is assembled on a cleaning appliance.

[0045] It should be noted that in Figs. 1 to 14, the X direction, Y direction and Z direction shown are set, and any two of them are set perpendicular to each other in the three-dimensional space. The mounting base 100 is arranged along the Y direction in general. The main unit assembly 200 is arranged along the Z direction relative to the mounting base 100, and extends along the Y direction.

[0046] The mounting base 100 can be arranged on an operating handle of the handheld structure or be arranged on the body of the cleaning appliance, which is not limited by the present application.

[0047] In this way, when the handheld structure operates alone, the user can hold the mounting base 100 and pair it with a corresponding accessory to use it, so that the handheld structure forms a new portable handheld cleaning appliance. By providing that the main unit assembly 200 and the mounting base 100 are detachably connected, the main unit assembly 200 can be detached separately and assembled into a cleaning appliance for use. In reference to Fig. 3, it can be understood that the mounting surface for assembly between the mounting base 100 and the main unit assembly 200 in the handheld structure can not only complete the connection between the mounting base 100 and the main unit assembly 200, but also complete the connection between the main unit assembly 200 and the cleaning appliance.

[0048] Alternatively, it can be understood that (the mounting surfaces of the two relative to the main unit assembly 200 are arranged on the same side of the main unit assembly 200, or sharing one common assembly structure), so that when the cleaning appliance and the handheld cleaning appliance are working, the mounting surfaces of the main unit assembly 200 are not exposed, which can improve the aesthetics of the cleaning appliance. The mounting surfaces that are not exposed can also avoid impacts, thereby extending the life of the main unit assembly 200 when switching between the cleaning appliance and the handheld cleaning appliance.

[0049] In some embodiments, the main unit assembly 200 comprises a main unit body 210 and a main unit bottom cover 220 arranged on the main unit body 210 and located between the main unit body 210 and the mounting base 100. The connection portion is located on a face of the main unit bottom cover 220 facing the mounting base 100.

[0050] It can be understood that the main unit bottom cover 220 is detachably connected to the mounting base 100 through the connecting portion. It can be understood that the main unit body 210 is the main component for generating a suction force. After the main unit assembly 200 and the mounting base 100 are detachably connected for many times, certain wear and tear will be caused to the main unit assembly 200. By adding the main unit bottom cover 220 to the main unit body 210, and detachably connecting the main unit bottom cover 220 to the mounting base 100, the main unit body 210 can be protected from being worn, and the service life of the main unit body 210 can be extended.

[0051] Further, in reference to Fig. 2, the connecting portion is a snap slot provided on the main unit bottom cover 220. The snap slot is simple to process, which reduces cost. In addition, when the main unit assembly 200 is connected to the mounting base 100, the connecting portion in the form of snap slot also has a quick and convenient effect.

[0052] In some embodiments, one of the main unit bottom cover 220 and the main unit body 210 is provided with at least one first connection portion 221, and the other is provided with at least one second connection portion 211. The first connection portion 221 is connected to the second connection portion 211 correspondingly.

[0053] The main unit bottom cover 220 is detachably connected to the main unit body 210 through the corresponding connection between the first connection portion 221 and the second connection portion 211. On the one hand, it helps simplify the assembly process of the main unit bottom cover 220 and the main unit body 210, and on the other hand, it also facilitates replacement of the main unit bottom cover 220 when being worn.

[0054] In specific implementation, in reference to Figs. 2 and 4, one of the first connection portion 221 and the second connection portion 211 is a snap joint, and the other is a snap block. The snap joint is correspondingly connected to the snap block.

[0055] Alternatively, one of the first connection portion 221 and the second connection portion 211 is a connecting post, and the other is a connecting hole. The connecting post is correspondingly connected to the connecting hole.

[0056] In a possible mode of realization, in reference to Figs. 5 and 6, the handheld structure further comprises a buckle assembly 300, and the mounting base 100 is provided with a mounting cavity inside. The buckle assembly 300 is arranged in the mounting cavity. A part of the buckle assembly 300 extends out of the mounting cavity to engage with the connecting portion by snap fit.

[0057] Further, the mounting base 100 and the buckle assembly 300 can be provided, and the main unit assembly 200 can be connected to the mounting base 100 through the buckle assembly 300. By detachably connecting the main unit assembly 200 and the mounting base 100 through the buckle assembly 300, direct snap-fit or insertion connection between the main unit assembly 200 and the mounting base 100 is avoided, making the connection and disassembly between the main unit assembly 200 and the mounting base 100 more convenient and quicker, and improving the reliability of connection between the main unit assembly 200 and the main unit connector 120 at the same time.

[0058] In some embodiments, still in reference to Figs. 5 and 6, the mounting base 100 comprises a mounting base body 110 and a main unit connector 120 covering the mounting base body 110. The mounting base body 110 and the main unit connector 120 together enclose and form the mounting cavity.

[0059] Here, the mounting base 100 body comprises a mounting base front shell 111 and a mounting base rear shell 112. The mounting base front shell 111 and the mounting base rear shell 112 are detachably connected. The main unit connector 120 is arranged on the mounting base rear shell 112, and forms the mounting cavity with the mounting base rear shell 112.

[0060] Providing that the mounting base rear shell 112 and the mounting base front shell 111 are detachably connected, facilitates flexibly adding other parts or providing other hole or slot structures between the mounting base rear shell 112 and the mounting base front shell 111, so that the overall structure of the mounting base 100 is more comprehensive.

[0061] Further, according to use requirements of the handheld structure, the structures of the mounting base front shell 111 and the mounting base rear shell 112 can be flexibly configured, so that the mounting base rear shell 112 and the mounting base front shell 111 have their own independent structures and functions, so that the structural differentiation of the mounting base 100 body is stronger and the functions are more complete.

[0062] In this way, the buckle assembly 300 can be mounted more stably and concealed and can be used to ensure that the connection between the main unit assembly 200 and the main unit connector 120 is stable and reliable, and to make the structure more compact.

[0063] Further, in reference to Figs. 7, 8 and 9, at least one first positioning member 222 is provided on the side of the main unit bottom cover 220 facing the main unit connector 120, and at least one second positioning member 121 is provided on the side of the main unit connector 120 facing the main unit bottom cover 220. The first positioning member 222 and the second positioning member 121 are correspondingly insertion connected.

[0064] In this way, with the first positioning member 222 and the second positioning member 121 correspondingly insertion connected when the main unit bottom cover 220 is connected to the main unit connector 120, the efficiency and stability of snap-fit connection can be improved, and the overall structure can further be made more compact.

[0065] Specifically, one of the first positioning member 222 and the second positioning member 121 is a positioning block, and the other is a positioning slot matching the positioning block. As shown in the figures, the first positioning member 222 is a positioning slot, and the second positioning member 121 is a positioning block. The insertion connection process of the positioning block and the positioning slot is simple. The structure is relatively simple and compact, is easy to process and reduces cost, while ensuring the stability of the insertion connection.

[0066] In addition, when the main unit assembly 200 is arranged on the mounting base 100, it can be positioned more quickly and accurately, which improves the efficiency of snap-fit connection between the buckle assembly 300 and the main unit bottom cover 220. Also, after the main unit assembly 200 is connected to the mounting base 100, the main unit assembly 200 can be prevented from moving or swinging on the mounting base 100, which improves the stability of snap-fit between the buckle assembly 300 and the main unit bottom cover 220.

[0067] In addition, in some embodiments, in reference to Figs. 1 and 5, the handheld structure further comprises a dust cup assembly 400 detachably connected to the main unit assembly 200 and detachably connected to the mounting base 100. When the dust cup assembly 400 is added to the handheld structure and paired with a corresponding accessory, a new handheld cleaning appliance can be formed, which helps a user clean a narrow or low space and thus improves the practicality of the handheld structure.

[0068] It should be noted that the dust cup structure is prior art in the field. Its specific structure is not limited here, so long as it completes collection of dust or sewage.

[0069] In some embodiments, the mounting base 100 body further comprises a mounting base bottom shell 113. The mounting base front shell 111 and the mounting base rear shell 112 are both detachably connected to the mounting base bottom shell 113.

[0070] The mounting base front shell 111, the mounting base rear shell 112 and the mounting base bottom shell 113 together form an operating handle of the handheld structure.

[0071] The main unit connector 120 is arranged on the mounting base rear shell 112 along the Y direction in Figures 5 and 6, so that the main unit assembly 200 is also relatively located at the rear of the mounting base 100 along the Y direction, and then the dust cup connector 130 and the corresponding dust cup assembly 400 can be arranged on the front side of the mounting base 100 along the Y direction, specifically connected to the front shell 111 of the mounting base, so that the dust cup assembly 400 and the main unit assembly 200 are distributed front and back along the Y direction of the mounting base 100.

[0072] By providing that the mounting base front shell 111 and the mounting base rear shell 112 form a handle shape, and connecting both the mounting base front shell 111 and the mounting base rear shell 112 to the mounting base bottom shell 113, so as to fix the handle by the mounting base bottom shell 113, an operating handle of the handheld structure is jointly formed.

[0073] By using the operating handle, the holding operation of the handheld structure can be achieved by holding the mounting base 100, making the use of the handheld structure more convenient and quicker, and the mounting base 100 body can be used as an operating handle to achieve a detachable connection with the main unit assembly 200.

[0074] Furthermore, the handheld structure further comprises a locking assembly 500, and the mounting base 100 further comprises a dust cup connector 130 covering the mounting base 100 body.

[0075] An end of the dust cup assembly 400 facing away from the main unit assembly 200 snap fits or disengage from snap-fit with the dust cup connector 130 through the locking assembly 500.

[0076] Specifically, the locking assembly 500 includes a locking member 510 and a locking reset member 520. The locking member 510 is connected to an end of the dust cup assembly 400 facing away from the main unit assembly 200. Two ends of the locking reset member 520 respectively abut against the locking member 510 and the dust cup assembly 400.

[0077] The locking member 510 is configured to drive the locking reset member 520 to be compressed and deformed when being pressed by an external force, and to disengage from snap-fit with the dust cup connector 130.

[0078] The locking reset member 520 is configured to restore the deformation when the external force on the locking member 510 is released, so as to drive the locking member 510 to engage with the dust cup connector 130 by snap fit.

[0079] It can be understood that the dust cup connector 130 is provided with a dust cup mounting slot 131 for cooperating / engaging by snap-fit with the locking assembly 500, and an end of the dust cup assembly 400 facing away from the main unit assembly 200 has a locking slot 410 for accommodating the locking assembly 500.

[0080] In this way, the locking member 510 is arranged in the locking slot 410, and partially extends out of the locking slot 410 to cooperate / engage by snap-fit with the dust cup mounting slot 131. A side of the locking member 510 facing away from the dust cup mounting slot 131 is connected to an end of the locking reset member 520. The locking reset member 520 is a coil spring, another end of which is connected to a locking bracket 530 located at the bottom of the locking slot 410. That is, the components of the locking assembly 500 are connected in sequence along the Y direction in Fig. 5.

[0081] By way of example, when the locking member 510 is pressed to the locking slot 410 by an external force along the Y direction in Fig. 5, the locking member 510 disengage from snap-fit with the dust cup mounting slot 131, and the locking reset member 520 is compressed and deformed under the driving of the locking member 510. When the external force on the locking member 510 is removed, the locking reset member 520 automatically extends to drive the locking member 510 to reset along the Y direction, and at least partially extends out of the locking slot 410, so that when the dust cup assembly 400 and the dust cup connector 130 engage with each other, the locking member 510 engages with the dust cup mounting slot 131 by snap fit, which simplifies the operation of the locking assembly 500 and improves utilization experience.

[0082] In this way, the snap-fit cooperation / engagement between the locking assembly 500 and the dust cup connector 130 can be used to achieve the snap-fit connection between the dust cup assembly 400 and the dust cup connector 130. In addition, with the locking assembly 500 arranged at an end of the dust cup assembly 400 facing away from the main unit assembly 200, interference between the locking assembly 500 and the buckle assembly 300 can be prevented, and the locking assembly 500 and the main unit assembly 200 can respectively fix the dust cup assembly 400 from two ends of the dust cup assembly 400, so as to ensure that the locking assembly 500 is easy to operate and the dust cup assembly 400 is mounted stably. By providing the locking reset member 520, the locking member 510 can also be driven to reset so as to perform the next disengagement operation, further improving utilization experience of the handheld structure.

[0083] In reference to Figs. 10 to 14, in some embodiments, the buckle assembly 300 comprises a buckle bracket 310 and two first buckles 320. The two first buckles 320 are both connected to the buckle bracket 310, and the buckle bracket 310 has a second buckle 330.

[0084] The buckle bracket 310 is configured to be partially located outside the mounting cavity, to drive the second buckle 330 to move relative to the main unit assembly 200 in a first direction when being pushed or pulled by an external force, and to drive the two first buckles 320 to approach each other, so that the first buckles 320 and the second buckle 330 all disengage from snap-fit with the main unit assembly 200.

[0085] Thus, by providing that the buckle assembly 300 is composed of the buckle bracket 310, the second buckle 330 arranged on the buckle bracket 310 and the first buckles 320 connected to the buckle bracket 310, it has a small number of parts, and it is easy to make the buckle assembly 300 compact, wherein the second buckle 330 can be integrally formed with the buckle bracket 310, or fixedly connected to the buckle bracket 310, which is not limited by the present application.

[0086] In addition, at least one of the main unit connector 120 and the mounting base rear shell 112 is provided with mounting slots adapted to the various components of the buckle assembly 300 in the mounting cavity. The buckle bracket 310 and the first buckles 320 are slidably mounted in the mounting slot, and partially extend out of the mounting cavity through a through hole provided at the mounting slot.

[0087] In specific implementation, two guide bars 311 are symmetrically arranged on the buckle bracket 310. The two first buckles 320 are both provided with a guide snap slot 321. The guide snap slots 321 are configured respectively correspondingly to clamp on the guide bars 311, and the surfaces of the guide snap slots 321 and the guide bars 311 opposite to each other are matching inclined surfaces.

[0088] The guide bars 311 partially extend along the Y direction in Fig. 10 or 11, and partially tilt toward the X direction to extend along a direction between the X direction and the Y direction to form a second inclined surface. The guide snap slots 321 are provided with a first inclined surface adapted to the second inclined surface. Thus, when the buckle bracket 310 moves along the Y direction, the guide bars 311 move synchronously with the buckle bracket 310 along the Y direction. Since the first inclined surfaces on the guide bars 311 and the second inclined surfaces on the guide snap slot 321 interact with each other, the guide snap slots 321 will move along the X direction relative to the guide bars 311, thus driving the first buckles 320 to move synchronously.

[0089] In addition, a flap 340 is provided on the buckle bracket 310. The flap 340 is arranged on the side of the buckle bracket 310 facing away from the second buckle 330 along the Z direction in Figs. 10 and 11, and thus the buckle bracket 310 is partially located outside the mounting cavity, so that it is convenient to apply an external force to the flap 340 from the side of the mounting base 100 facing away from the main unit assembly 200, so as to drive the flap 340 to drive the buckle bracket 310 to move, which simplifies the unlocking operation of the buckle assembly 300.

[0090] In this way, when performing an unlocking operation, the second buckle 330 and the two first buckles 320 can be moved at the same time through a push / pull action on the buckle bracket 310, and the movement direction of the second buckle 330 is perpendicular to that of the two first buckles 320, which forms a multiple locking effect, enhancing the reliability of snap-fit connection between the buckle assembly 300 and the main unit assembly 200, and thus enhancing the reliability of connection between the main unit assembly 200 and the main unit connector 120.

[0091] It should be noted that the first direction can be consistent with the direction indicated by the arrow in the Y direction in Fig. 10, or opposite to the direction indicated by the arrow in the Y direction, which is not limited by the present application. For example, the buckle bracket 310 can be arranged to move along the side indicated by the arrow in the Y direction (the first direction), and thereby drive the two first buckles 320 to approach each other along the X direction.

[0092] Further, the buckle assembly 300 further comprises a first reset member 350 and a second reset member 360. Two ends of the first reset member 350 are respectively abutted between the main unit connector 120 and the buckle bracket 310. Two ends of the second reset member 360 are respectively abutted between the two first buckles 320; the first reset member 350 is configured to be compressed and deformed when the buckle bracket 310 moves toward the first direction under the action of an external force, and to drive the buckle bracket 310 to move toward the second direction to drive the second buckle 330 to engage with the main unit assembly 200 by snap fit when the external force on the lock bracket 310 is released, wherein the first direction is opposite to the second direction;

[0093] the second reset member 360 is configured to be compressed and deformed when the two first buckles 320 approach each other, and to drive the two first buckles 320 to move away from each other when the buckle bracket 310 moves toward the second direction, so that both first buckles 320 engage with the main unit assembly 200 by snap fit.

[0094] It can be understood that since the first reset member 350 and the second reset member 360 have the characteristics of compression and rebound, they can be specifically coil springs. Therefore, by providing the first reset member 350 and the second reset member 360, the buckle bracket 310 and the first buckles 320 can be automatically reset, and one only needs to apply an external force to the buckle bracket 310 once, in order to achieve the overall unlocking and automatic reset of the buckle assembly 300, which saves time and effort and is convenient to operate.

[0095] The first reset member 350 is arranged along the Y direction in Figs. 13 and 14, and its two ends respectively abut against the mounting portion on the main unit connector 120 and the mounting portion on the buckle bracket 310. When the buckle bracket 310 moves relative to the main unit connector 120 in the direction indicated by the Y direction arrow (the first direction), the first reset member 350 will be pressed at the same time to be compressed and deformed. When the external force on the buckle bracket 310 is released, the first reset member 350 can extend along the Y direction and drive the buckle bracket 310 and the second buckle 330 to reset, so that when the main unit connector 120 is connected to the main unit bottom cover 220, the second buckle 330 engages by snap fit with a buckle slot correspondingly provided on the main unit bottom cover 220.

[0096] In addition, the second reset member 360 is arranged along the X direction in Figs. 13 and 14. The two first buckles 320 are symmetrically distributed along the X direction and are connected to the buckle bracket 310. Two ends of the second reset member 360 abut between the respective mounting posts of the two first buckles 320. Thus, when the buckle bracket 310 moves along the first direction and drives the two first buckles 320 to approach each other, the second reset member 360 is compressed. When the external force driving the buckle bracket 310 is released and the buckle bracket 310 is reset in the opposite direction (second direction) to the direction indicated by the arrow in the Y direction, the second reset member 360 drives the two first buckles 320 to move away from each other along the X direction, so as to drive the first buckles 320 to engage with the connecting portion of the main unit bottom cover 220 by snap fit when the main unit bottom cover 220 is connected to the main unit connector 120.
