[0014] A hair-cored roller, a hair cover is sleeved on the roller frame, which is a metallic member.
[0015] According to the present invention, a snap fastener is inserted into a rear cover by means of an installation hole, and a handheld rod is further inserted into the snap fastener by means of a cavity, achieving connection between the handheld rod and a roller frame; further, a limit step is disposed on an end of the snap fastener, and a plurality of insertion strips are disposed on the other end of the snap fastener, such that, after the handheld rod and the roller frame are connected, the limit step is located on a rear side of the rear cover, and barbs may spread outward respectively after the handheld rod is inserted into the cavity, thereby limiting the relative displacement between the handheld rod and the roller frame during painting operation; and moreover, when cleaning is needed, the handheld rod may be pulled out of the snap fastener to quickly disassemble the handheld rod and the roller frame.BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE SEVERAL VIEWS OF THE DRAWINGS
[0016] The present invention will be further illustrated below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and the embodiments. FIG. 1 shows an overall structural diagram according to an embodiment of the present invention; FIG. 2 shows a side view according to an embodiment of the present invention; FIG. 3 shows a sectional view in a direction A-A according to an embodiment of the present invention; FIG. 4 shows a structural diagram of a snap fastener according to an embodiment of the present invention; and FIG. 5 shows a sectional view of a snap fastener according to an embodiment of the present invention. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0017] Many different embodiments or examples are provided in the disclosure below to implement different solutions of the invention.
[0018] Referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 5, a hair-cored roller includes a roller frame 1, which is a metallic member, and a handheld rod 2. An antirust electroplated layer is disposed on the surface of the handheld rod 2; a front cover 3 and a rear cover 4, which are plastic members, are correspondingly disposed on both ends of the roller frame 1, respectively; and a snap fastener 5, which is a PP member, is disposed on the side surface of the rear cover 4, and the roller frame 1 and the handheld rod 2 are removably connected by means of the snap fastener 5.
[0019] In an embodiment of the present invention, an installation hole allowing for insertion of the snap fastener 5 is disposed in the center of the rear cover 4; an insertion hole 31 allowing for insertion of the handheld rod 2 is disposed at a position on the inner side of the front cover 3 corresponding to the installation hole; a cavity 51 allowing for insertion of the handheld rod 2 is disposed inside the snap fastener 5; and a limit step 52 is disposed on an end of the snap fastener 5, and can limit the lateral displacement of the roller frame 1.
[0020] In an embodiment of the present invention, after the snap fastener 5 and the rear cover 4 are installed, the limit step 52 is located on the outer side of the rear cover 4; five insertion strips 53 are disposed at intervals on the other end of the snap fastener 5 along the length direction of the roller frame 1; a barb 531 is disposed on an end of each of the insertion strips 53 away from the rear cover 4, respectively, and an inclined surface 532 facilitating insertion of the snap fastener 5 is disposed on the outer side of each barb 531; each of the insertion strips 53 may be provided with a slope gradient, respectively, or the ductility of the PP member may be used, such that, after the handheld rod 2 is inserted into the snap fastener 5 by means of the cavity 51, the barbs 531 may spread outward respectively to match the limit step 52 during painting operation, limiting the relative displacement between the handheld rod 2 and the roller frame 1.
[0021] In an embodiment of the present invention, a semicircular fastening tab 54 is disposed on the outer side of the limit step 52, and is disposed parallel to the rear cover 4; the snap fastener 5 may be pushed by means of the fastening tab 54 to move along the length direction of the roller frame 1; and moreover, an opening 7 allowing for installation of the handheld rod 2 is disposed between the fastening tab 54 and the limit step 52, and one end of the snap fastener 5 may be fixed on the handheld rod 2 by means of the opening 7, such that the snap fastener 5 remain stationery when the roller frame 1 rotates.
[0022] After the handheld rod 2 and the roller frame 1 are connected by means of the snap fastener 5, the limit step 52 matches the barbs 531 that spread outward respectively, such that the relative displacement between the handheld rod 2 and the roller frame 1 can be limited during painting operation, to prevent the roller frame 1 and the handheld rod 2 from falling off, and when cleaning is needed after the panting operation is completed, the handheld rod 2 may be pulled out of the snap fastener 5 by means of the fastening tab 54, thereby achieving quick disassembly between the handheld rod 2 and the roller frame 1.
[0023] In an embodiment of the present invention, a handle 6, which is a plastic member, is disposed on the end of the handheld rod 2 away from the roller frame 1; the handle 6 is disposed perpendicular to the roller frame 1 to facilitate pickup; four recesses 61 facilitating hand holding are disposed at intervals on the lower end surface of the handle 6, and the width of each recess 61 is approximate to the width of a finger; and ten anti-slip grooves 62 are disposed at intervals on the upper end surface of the handle 6.
[0024] In an embodiment of the present invention, a hair cover 8 is sleeved on the roller frame 1, and the roller frame 1 rotates to drive the hair cover 8 to carry out painting operation. Here, the sleeve 8 with a different hair length may be selected as required.
[0025] The above descriptions are only the embodiments of the present disclosure, and are not intended to limit the patent scope of the present disclosure. Any equivalent structure made by using the content of the specification and drawings of the present disclosure and directly or indirectly applied to related technical fields shall all similarly fall within the scope of patent protection of the present disclosure.
