Description

Object of the invention

[0001] The present invention refers to caps for a cylindrical container having a neck.

[0002] The proposed caps comprise means that provides an optimized coupling between the cap and the neck of the container. Background of the invention

[0003] Figure 1 shows a cap (1000) of the state of the art that comprises a tamper-proof strip (A'), an articulated joint (C') comprising two hinges and a lid (B'). The cap (1000) of figure 1 has an easy closure for the consumer to avoid damaging them when closing the lid (B').

[0004] Figure 2 shows the cap (1000) coupled to a cylindrical container (200) having a neck (210) that gates an inner space, a support flange (220) and a clamping ring (230) which is established between the support flange (220) and the neck (210).

[0005] The cap (1000) further comprises a sealing skirt (130') adapted to be introduced into the inner space of the container (200) and through the neck (210) of the container (200) as shown with the arrow. The cap (1000) presents the following drawback:

[0006] To achieve a secure closing of the cap (1000), the correct coupling of the sealing skirt (130') and the neck (210) must be achieved. For correct coupling, the sealing skirt (130') must be placed on top of the neck (210) to avoid any collision that would damage the sealing skirt (130') and would impede the correct closing of the lid (B').

[0007] Unfortunately, with the design of the cap (1000), if the support flange (220) of the container (200) is lowered in the axial direction of the container, the sealing skirt (130') may be displaced with respect to the neck (210) and the coupling between the sealing skirt (130') and the neck (210) may be degraded, causing an incorrect closing of the lid (B').

[0008] Hence, there is a demand in existing caps of the state of the art to reduce or mitigate undesired mechanical displacements that would cause an incorrect functioning of the caps.

[0009] The present invention satisfied this demand.Description of the invention

[0011] In a first example, the upper part comprises a perimeter wall that surrounds the cylindrical skirt, the perimeter wall comprises a visor for enabling the opening of the cap.

[0012] In a second example, the gripping strip comprises a cut-out. In the second example, the perimeter wall further comprises a rounded perimeter rib disposed transversely to the axial axis of the cap and adapted to clamp the upper part to the neck of the container, wherein the rounded perimeter rib comprises a complementary flap shape to the cut-out of the gripping strip, the visor is disposed in correspondence with the cut-out.

[0013] In a third example, the perimeter wall of the upper part comprises vertical slots parallel to the axial axis of the cap.

[0014] In the third example, the pair of articulated joints comprises two joining strips between the lower part and the upper part allocated in the vertical slots.

[0015] A second aspect refers to a bottle that comprises a container having a neck that gates an inner space of the container, a support flange and a clamping ring established between the support flange and the neck and the cap according to the first aspect of the present invention.Brief description of the drawings
