[0001] The present invention relates generally to an improved structure, and more particularly to an improved structure of LED tube.2. Description of Related Art
[0002] In the internal structure of a conventional LED tube with power inlet on both sides, the base plate is adhered with a plurality of LED chips, one side of the base plate is welded with a driver having a plurality of electronic components, the two sides of the LED tube are respectively adhered with a cap having two plug pins on the outer side for power inlet, and two pairs of wires are used to respectively connect the driver with the adjacent cap and the plug pins adjacent to the other end of the base plate, the wires being respectively welded to the driver and inside the adjacent plug pins and the plug pins adjacent to the other end of the base plate. Because the driver often fails to start due to damage of the capacitor, the driver is adhered on the one side of the surface of the base plate, and the caps are adhered on the two sides of the LED tube, the LED tube cannot be dismantled for repair and is usually discarded, causing waste of materials and increased amount of garbage. This is not an environment-friendly practice. Moreover, the driver welded on one side of the surface of the base plate of the conventional LED tube occupies a space, and this position provides no space for welding multiple LED chips. Due to lack of LED chips, this position of the base plate is dark and has no light. This will affect the brightness of the LED tube. An LED tube with power inlet on one side has the same problem. This problem greatly affects the practicability of the product. Therefore, it is an aim of those skilled in the art as well as the consumers to overcome this problem.SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0003] To overcome the technical problem of the prior art, the main object of the present invention is to provide an improved structure of LED tube, wherein the two sides of the driver placed on the lower end of the base plate are configured with an outside connector and an inside connector connected via the wires, one side of the LED tube is provided with a cap having plug pins in parallel connection, the inside of the plug pins is connected with the wire with its outer end having an internal connector. This structure aims to solve the problem in the prior art.
[0004] A secondary object of the present invention is to provide an improved structure of LED tube, wherein the inside of the cap of the LED tube has individual independent plug pins connected with the wires, respectively having the internal connectors.

[0008] The present invention aims to solve the problems of the prior-art LED tube with its two sides respectively attached with a cap using adhesive and the outer side of the cap configured with plug pins for power inlet. Because the base plate is adhered with a plurality of LED chips, one side of the base plate is welded with the driver having a plurality of electronic components, and two groups of two wires or two groups of one wire are respectively welded between the driver and the adjacent plug pins, and between the base plate on the other end and the adjacent the plug pins, or respectively welded between the driver and the two plug pins configured on the other end of the base plate, the driver may often be damaged and cannot start. Because the driver is adhered on one side of the surface of the base plate, and the caps are adhered to the two sides of the LED tube, the LED tube cannot be disassembled for repair and is usually discarded directly in case of failure. This causes material waste and increased amount of garbage and is therefore not environment-friendly. Moreover, in the prior art, the one side of the surface of the base plate is welded with the driver that occupies a space. As a result, this position cannot be welded with a plurality of the LED chips. The place of the base plate without the LED chips will become dark, thus affecting the brightness of the LED tube and greatly reducing the practical value.
[0009] To solve the problems and accomplish the above objects, the present invention provides an improved structure of LED tube, comprising: an LED tube, in the shape of a hollow tube body; a base plate, provided inside the LED tube, the surface of the base plate being provided with a plurality of LED chips; two caps, provided on the two sides of the LED tube, the outer side of the cap being configured with two plug pins in parallel connection for power inlet on both sides; a driver, provided on one side of the base plate and placed inside the LED tube in the shape of a hollow tube body; characterized in that: the one side of the base plate has a lateral head, the driver is provided on the lower end of the base plate with its two sides respectively connected with at least one wire, the outer side of the wire is connected with multiple connectors including an outside connector and an inside connector corresponding to the lateral head of the base plate, the inside of the cap located on one side of the LED tube has at least one wire connected to the plug pins, and the outside end of the wire is configured with an internal connector corresponding to the outside connector of the driver.

In another embodiment of the present invention, the two internal connectors 32 of the cap 3 are changed into two metal pins 51 inserted into the outside connectors 60 of the driver 4 (as shown in Figs.5~6). When using the present invention, the inside connector 61 of the driver 4 is connected to the lateral head 20 on one side of the base plate 2 provided on one side of the LED tube 1, the outside connectors 60 of the driver 4 are respectively connected to the independent plug pins 31, which become live wire (L) and neutral wire (N). When electric power is supplied, the LED chips 21 of the base plate 2 will light up. In case of failure, press down the LED tube 1 to separate the inserting hole 10 from the inserting convex block 30 inside the cap 3, and pull out the cap 3. After separating the internal connectors 32 from the outside connectors 60 of the driver 4, and separating the inside connector 61 of the driver 4 from the lateral head 20 on the base plate 2, the driver 4 can be taken out. If the wires 5 of the cap 3 are changed into metal pins 51, the metal pins 51 can be separated from the outside connectors 60 of the driver 4.
[0021] In the present invention, the two sides of the driver 4 placed on the lower end of the base plate 2 are respectively provided with wires 5 and respectively have the outside connector 60 and the inside connector 61. One side of the LED tube is provided with the cap 3 and has the plug pins 31 in parallel connection. The other side of the driver 4 is provided with the inside connector 61 connected via the wires 5. The inside connector 61 is connected to the lateral head 20 on one side of the base plate 2, which has multiple layers to produce a circuit. Or, the internal connectors 32 of the cap 3 are changed into the metal pins 51 to be inserted into the outside connectors 60 of the driver 4. With such a design, the brightness can be effectively enhanced, and the driver 4 will not block the LED chips 21, and can be detached at any time in case of failure for easy and fast repair. Therefore, the present invention has a practical inventive step to meet the need of consumers.

1. An improved structure of LED tube, comprising: an LED tube, in the shape of a hollow tube body; a base plate, provided inside the LED tube, the surface of the base plate being provided with a plurality of LED chips; two caps, provided on the two sides of the LED tube, the outer side of the cap being configured with two plug pins in parallel connection for power inlet on both sides; a driver, provided on one side of the base plate and placed inside the LED tube in the shape of a hollow tube body; characterized in that: one side of the base plate has a lateral head, the driver is provided on the lower end of the base plate with its two sides respectively connected with at least one wire, the outer ends of the wires are connected with multiple connectors including an outside connector and an inside connector corresponding to the lateral head on the base plate, the inside of the cap located on one side of the LED tube has at least one wire connected to the plug pins, the outside end of the wire is configured with an internal connector corresponding to the outside connector of the driver.
