TECHNICAL FIELD

The baby monitoring apparatus (100) according to claim 1, wherein the first collection module (111) comprises: a first sub collection module (1111), configured to collect sound information of the monitored baby; a second sub collection module (1112), configured to collect image information of the monitored baby.

3. The baby monitoring apparatus (100) according to claim 2, wherein the first sub collection module (1111) comprises a microphone (1111a) and a microphone amplifier circuit (1111b), and the second sub collection module (1112) comprises a camera.

The baby monitoring apparatus (100) according to claim 2, wherein the first sub communication module (1121) is electrically connected to the first sub collection module (1111) and is configured to transmit the sound information to the parent device (120); the second sub communication module (1122) is electrically connected to the first sub collection module (1111) and is configured to upload the sound information and the image information to the Internet to enable the portable device to obtain the sound information and the image information from the Internet.

5. The baby monitoring apparatus (100) according to claim 4, wherein the first sub communication module (1121) is configured to transmit the sound information to the parent device (120) through frequency modulation technology.

6. The baby monitoring apparatus (100) according to claim 5, wherein the first sub communication module (1121) comprises: a frequency modulation circuit (1121a), electrically connected to the first sub collection module (1111), and configured to perform frequency modulation on the sound information to generate a modulated signal; a first antenna (1121c), electrically connected to the frequency modulation circuit (1121a), and configured to transmit the modulated signal to the parent device (120); and a power control circuit (1121b), electrically connected to the frequency modulation circuit (1121a), and configured to control a transmitting power of the modulated signal.

7. The baby monitoring apparatus (100) according to claim 4, wherein the second sub communication module (1122) is configured to combine the sound information and the image information into a video signal and upload the video signal to the Internet through a Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN).

8. The baby monitoring apparatus (100) according to claim 7, wherein the second sub communication module (1122) comprises: a main control circuit (1122a), electrically connected to the first sub collection module (1111) and the second sub collection module (1112), and configured to combine the sound information and the image information into the video signal; a power amplifier circuit (1122b), electrically connected to the main control circuit (1122a), and configured to perform power amplification on the video signal; and a second antenna (1122c), electrically connected to the power amplifier circuit (1122b), and configured to upload the amplified video signal to the Internet through the WLAN.

9. The baby monitoring apparatus (100) according to claim 1, wherein the first sub communication module (1121) is further configured to receive a first feedback audio which is produced by a guardian of the monitored baby based on the state information and is collected by the parent device (120); and the baby device (110) further comprises: a first playing module (113), electrically connected to the first sub communication module (1121), and configured to play the first feedback audio to placate the monitored baby.

10. The baby monitoring apparatus (100) according to claim 9, wherein the parent device (120) comprises: a second communication module (122), connected to the first sub communication module (1121) for wireless communication, and configured to receive the state information; a second playing module (123), electrically connected to the second communication module (122), and configured to play the state information; and a second collection module (121), electrically connected to the second communication module (122), and configured to collect the first feedback audio, wherein the second communication module (122) is further configured to transmit the first feedback audio to the first sub communication module (1121).

11. The baby monitoring apparatus (100) according to claim 9, wherein the second sub communication module (1122) is further configured to receive a second feedback audio which is produced by a guardian of the monitored baby based on the state information and is collected by the portable device; the first playing module (113) is further electrically connected to the second sub communication module (1122) and is configured to play the second feedback audio.

12. The baby monitoring apparatus (100) according to claim 11, wherein in response to the first feedback audio and the second feedback audio being received by the baby device (110) at the same time, the first playing module (113) is configured to play one of the first feedback audio and the second feedback audio and put the other of the first feedback audio and the second feedback audio on mute to prevent the first playing module (113) from playing the other of the first feedback audio and the second feedback audio.

13. The baby monitoring apparatus (100) according to claim 12, wherein the first playing module (113) is configured to set volume of the other of the first feedback audio and the second feedback audio to be 0 or discard the other of the first feedback audio and the second feedback audio to put the other of the first feedback audio and the second feedback audio on mute.

14. The baby monitoring apparatus (100) according to claim 9, wherein the second sub communication module (1122) is further configured to receive a control instruction transmitted by the portable device based on the state information; the first playing module (113) is further electrically connected to the second sub communication module (1122) and is configured to play a placating audio, which is stored in the baby device (110) or obtained by the baby device (110) through the Internet, based on the control instruction.

15. The baby monitoring apparatus (100) according to claim 9, wherein the baby device (110) further comprises: a voltage stabilizing circuit (114), electrically connected to the first collection module (111), the first sub communication module (1121), the second sub communication module (1122), and the first playing module (113), and configured to power the first collection module (111), the first sub communication module (1121), the second sub communication module (1122), and the first playing module (113).
