Abstract

The present invention relates to an assembly (1) for mounting cladding panels (P) and / or suspended furniture on a support structure (W) which comprises at least one pair of uprights (10, 10') extending along an axis vertical in use and which can be constrained to said support structure (W) spaced apart from each other to allow the mounting of at least one panel (P) between them, a plurality of mounting devices (30) which can be constrained to a first surface (P1) of said panel (P) facing, in use, towards said support structure (W), each comprising an anchoring element (32), and a plurality of support elements (20), which can be fixed on said uprights (10, 10') and adapted to cooperate at least with said mounting devices (30) to mount said panel (P) on said uprights (10, 10'). TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION

[0001] The present invention relates to a wall-mounting assembly for cladding panels for interior furnishing, that is for creating a boiserie. A mounting assembly according to the present invention is also suitable for wall-mounting a suspended furniture for creating boiserie furnishing compositions.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0002] In order to provide an essentially continuous cladding wall for interior furnishing, commonly referred to as boiserie, one has to constrain a plurality of cladding panels that are superimposed and / or arranged adjacent to a support structure, such as for example a wall.

[0003] Conventionally, such operation is carried out by anchoring the panels to the support wall using special dowels; however, such operation requires to carry out a plurality of drilling operations on the support wall with high precision, requiring rather long operating times. Furthermore, in most cases, the support walls have unevenness such that the formation of a cladding wall in which all panels lie on the same plane is complicated.

[0004] Assemblies for the wall-mounting of panels adapted to quicken the operations for installing and making the cladding wall are known. For example, document WO2010 / 065034 shows an assembly for mounting cladding walls which comprises at least one upright fixed on a wall using at least one fixing bracket provided with an elongated slot which allows to adjust the lateral position thereof with respect to the wall. On the upright there are fixed, suitably spaced apart, several mounting brackets, each formed by an angular metal element. An adjustment screw extends through each engagement bracket so that the rotations thereof allow the adjustment of the vertical position of the panel with respect to the support wall. The in-depth adjustment of the position of the panel is carried out by modifying the engagement point of the mounting brackets on the upright, provided with slotted openings for the purpose.

[0007] The main task of the subject matter of the present invention is to provide an assembly for mounting panels on a support structure, such as a wall, for creating boiserie compositions that allows to quicken and facilitate panel mounting operations.

[0008] In the context of the present task, an object of the present invention to provide an assembly for mounting wall panels that allows to limit the drilling on the support wall and that requires simple processing operations on the panels.

[0009] Another object of the present invention to provide an assembly for mounting wall panels which allows to precisely and easily adjust the position of the individual panels with respect to the support wall.

[0010] A further object of the present invention is to provide an assembly for mounting wall panels which is rather flexible, allowing to create boiserie compositions formed by panels and suspended furniture.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0016] The present invention relates to a mounting assembly 1 adapted to allow the mounting on a support structure W, such as a wall, of panels P, such as in particular cladding panels for interior furnishing for creating a boiserie, and / or of suspended furniture for creating a boiserie composition 100 as shown in FIG. 1.

[0017] With reference to FIG. 2, there is shown a mounting assembly 1 according to the present invention, which comprises at least one pair of uprights 10, each formed by a preferably metal section having a main extension along an axis, which can be constrained to a wall W in a vertical direction so as to be parallel and suitably spaced to allow the mounting of at least one panel P between them, and advantageously at least one pair of panels P which are vertically superimposed and preferably defining an assembly gap G with said wall W.

Assembly (1) for mounting cladding panels (P) and / or suspended furniture to a support structure (W), comprising: - at least one pair of uprights (10, 10'), each extending along an axis vertical in use and adapted to be fixed to said support structure (W) spaced apart from each other to allow the mounting between them of at least one panel (P), - a plurality of mounting devices (30) adapted to be constrained to a first surface (P1) of said panel (P) facing, in use, towards said support structure (W), each comprising an anchoring element (32), and - a plurality of support elements (20), adapted to be fixed to said uprights (10, 10') and adapted to cooperate at least with said mounting devices (30) to mount said panel (P) to said uprights (10, 10'), wherein each of said uprights (10, 10') comprise a fixing portion (11) lying on a first plane and adapted to be fixed to said support structure (W) through first fixing means (111), and at least one flange (12), protruding laterally from said fixing portion (11) and lying on a second plane parallel to said first plane, to define a first undercut (14) forming in use, a first gap (G1) with the support structure (W), each of said support elements (20) comprising a support portion (22) defining at least one first engagement seat (23, 23') adapted to be engaged by said anchoring element (32) of a corresponding mounting device (30) and comprising at least a first support surface (23A, 23A') lying, in use, on a plane essentially orthogonal to said support structure (W), characterized in that each of said plurality of support elements (20) comprises a body portion (21) from which said support portion (22) protrudes laterally, said body portion (21) being adapted to be received in said first gap (G1) and constrained to said flange (12) through second fixing means (112) extending along axes essentially orthogonal to said structure of support (W).

Assembly (1) according to claim 1, wherein each support element of said plurality of support elements (20) can be constrained to an upright of said at least one pair of uprights (10, 10') through second fixing means (112) comprising at least one pair of screws, said flange (12) comprising a first plurality of coupling holes (12A) aligned along an essentially vertical axis and spaced by a first pitch (A1), said body portions (21) of said support element (20) comprising a second plurality of coupling holes (21A) aligned along an essentially vertical axis and spaced by a second pitch (A2), which is a sub-multiple of said first pitch (A1), to allow the mounting of said support element (20) on said uprights (10, 10') in predetermined positions.

Assembly (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein each of said mounting devices (30) comprises a mounting body (31) adapted to be constrained to said surface (P1) of a panel (P), said anchoring element (32) comprising a pin protruding laterally from said mounting body (31) and extending along a first axis (X-X), vertical in use, adapted to be received with a first end portion (32A) in an engagement seat (23, 23') of one of said support elements (20) and abut against said first support surface (23A, 23A') of said engagement seat (23, 23').

Assembly (1) according to claim 3, wherein said mounting device (30) comprises at least a first adjustment member (39) operatively connected to said anchoring element (32) and configured to displace the latter along said first axis (X-X) so as to adjust the position of said panel (P) with respect to said support structure (W) at least in a first direction (D1) parallel to said support structure (W) and essentially vertical.

Assembly (1) according to claim 3 or 4, wherein said anchoring element (32) is articulated to said mounting body (31) around a second axis (Y-Y) substantially parallel to said first axis (X-X) and defined by an articulation pin (35) housed in a second seat (37) obtained in the mounting body (31), to adjust, in use, the position of said panel (P) with respect to said support structure (W) along a second direction (D2) essentially transverse to said support structure (W).

Assembly (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein said first engagement seat (23, 23') of each of said support elements of said plurality of support elements (20) further comprises a first retaining wall (23B, 23B') which stands orthogonally with respect to said first support surface (23A, 23A') on the side of said first support surface (23A, 23A') spaced apart in use from said support structure (W) and a second retaining wall (23C, 23C'), connected to the first retaining wall (23B, 23B') and extending laterally to the latter along a plane essentially transversal, in use, to said support structure (W).

Assembly (1) according to claim 6, wherein said support portion (22) of each support element (20) also defines a second engagement seat (23'), arranged symmetrically with respect to said first engagement seat (23) with respect to a plane, essentially horizontal in use, formed by a second support surface (23A') lying on a plane essentially orthogonal, in use, to said support structure (W), and by a first retaining wall (23B') essentially coplanar to the first retaining wall (23B) of said first engagement seat (23), and a second retaining wall (23C') coplanar to the second retaining wall (23C) of said first engagement seat (23).

Assembly (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, further comprising a plurality of thrust elements (40), which can be constrained to said first surface (P1) of said panels (P), each comprising a thrust pin (41) extending along a direction essentially orthogonal to said first surface (P1) and provided, on the vacant end, with an abutment head (42) adapted to abut, in use, against said support structure (W).

Assembly (1) according to claim 8, wherein each of said plurality of thrust elements (40) is adapted to cooperate with a corresponding support element of said plurality of support elements (20) to prevent the detachment of the panel (P) from the relative upright (10, 10'), said support surface (23A, 23A') of said engagement seat (23, 23') of each of said support elements (20) being shaped so as to form a recess (24) arranged on the side adapted to rest against said support structure (W) to form, in use, a second gap (G2) configured to receive the abutment head (42) of a corresponding thrust element (40).

Assembly (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, comprising at least one further upright (10') adapted to be fixed to said support structure (W) in an intermediate position with respect to said pair of uprights (10, 10'), and comprising a fixing portion (11) lying on a first plane, and a pair of flanges (12) protruding on opposite sides of said fixing portion (11) and lying on a second plane, parallel to said first plane, for fixing on each of said pair of flanges (12) support elements (20) adapted to cooperate at least with mounting devices (30) constrained to different and adjacent panels (P).
