AI Technical Summary

Technical Problem

Conventional baby bottle teats fail to mimic the natural breastfeeding mechanism, leading to difficulties in transitioning from breast to bottle feeding, and often result in refusal of the breast due to confusion in milk flow and texture, which can disrupt the breastfeeding project and not provide the mechanical benefits of natural sucking.

Method used

A baby bottle teat with a base part connected to a body part and a head part, made of elastomeric material with a hardness of 20-60 Shore 00, featuring a progressively decreasing thickness and a second spherical interior volume to simulate the natural breastfeeding mechanism, allowing for controlled milk flow and maintaining the natural sucking movement.

Benefits of technology

The teat effectively supports the breastfeeding project by mimicking physiological breast suction, allowing infants to manage milk flow and maintain natural sucking movements, promoting mother-child health and preventing refusal of the breast, while being resistant to breakage and deformation.

Description

[0001]BABY FEEDING BOTTLE The present invention relates to a baby feeding bottle teat. The present invention further relates to a method for manufacturing a baby feeding bottle teat according to the invention. More specifically, the invention relates to a mold capable of manufacturing a teat according to the invention. Finally, the invention relates to a kit comprising a teat according to the invention. The feeding of children, and more particularly babies and infants, has always been a subject of interest. Indeed, newborns and babies have very specific nutritional needs that are provided by breast milk. The composition of breast milk also changes over time in order to adjust to the needs, growth and development of the infant, which ensures complete nutrition. Breastfeeding also promotes better digestion and optimizes the production of antibodies to fight against microbes, which allows the newborn to reduce the risks of illnesses caused by infections, chronic diseases, but also a reduction in allergies, the risk of obesity or even helping to avoid digestive problems. In addition to the nutritional aspect provided by breast milk, breastfeeding also helps promote mother-child health. Breastfeeding has the effect of developing a hormonal climate favorable to the attachment between the child and the mother, causes psychological benefits, stimulates and develops the muscles of the mouth and jaw and brings several benefits for the mother such as a reduction in blood loss after childbirth, the risk of osteoporosis, the risk of ovarian and breast cancer and the prevention of female obesity by the loss of fatty deposits taken during pregnancy via the production of approximately 700 ml of milk / day, which is equivalent to an energy expenditure of 500kcal. In addition,International health authorities, WHO, UNICEF, AAP recommend exclusive breastfeeding for all children up to 6 months and then with diversification up to 2 to 4 years, the weaning age of the little one of the bipedal homo sapiens sapiens. Although we easily understand that breastfeeding newborns and babies has many benefits, it turns out to be restrictive, depending only on the maternal body. Indeed, frequent feedings of the newborn, between 7 and 10 times per 24 hours generally, day and night, can be both restrictive and tiring for the mother. Especially since it is recommended to breastfeed as soon as the baby shows the first signs of hunger, before he cries. Also, breastfeeding can also be considered restrictive when the mother of the newborn has an active social and professional life, while the father may feel excluded from the mother-child relationship. The child's warning, within the extended family or in daycare, is often the moment when the bottle is introduced into the baby's environment. This can lead to bottle refusal because the child wants what he knows, a soft, soft and warm breast. It can also lead, and especially, to breast refusal due to confusion of the milk flow, the breast and the bottle not delivering milk at all by the same extraction process. Thus, many new parents decide to opt for the bottle either directly, or as a result of refusal to breastfeed or as a result of complications. However, it is widely documented in the literature that there are many differences between breastfeeding and bottle feeding with regard to changes in positive pressure (compression) and negative pressure (suction), as well as in the way the infant uses the tongue and other oral structures. Indeed, the mechanism of suckling by the infant is complex, and,for this feeding to be effective, its success lies in taking a large "mouthful". To do this, the infant must open his mouth widely (approximately 120 to 130 degrees of mouth opening), pull back the lips, exposing the oral mucosa and allowing the infant to "suck" tightly to the skin of the areola and finally align the axis of the oral cavity with that of the breastful. More precisely, during breastfeeding, a vacuum (negative pressure) draws the nipple into the baby's oral cavity and holds the nipple and areola in place. The tongue forms a gutter around the nipple-areola unit and then compresses them by a peristaltic movement against the palate, thus creating a positive pressure. Thus, a few seconds after the start of sucking, the positive pressure causes the milk to come out of the breast, aided by the mother's ejection flow, under the action of oxytocin. Compression begins with the anterior part of the tongue, while the posterior part lowers, creating a vacuum that draws in the milk, under negative pressure. At the same time, this creates a space where the milk can flow and collect before being swallowed by the baby, the baby's tongue performing a peristaltic movement back and forth. In addition, the lips, everted outward, allow the oral mucosa to maintain a tight seal on the breast, which maintains the infant's latch. To achieve this, the infant's mouth must be wide open and cover a large portion of the areola so as to obtain a large mouthful of breast, with sufficient areolar tissue to bring milk to the baby via the pores on the surface of the nipple plate. Mothers, on the other hand, may have several ejection streams during a feeding, interspersed with pauses where the infant switches to non-nutritive sucking. This non-nutritive sucking serves as a pause and trigger phase for a subsequent flow. During these flows, which last an average of 90 seconds, infants switch to nutritive sucking mode that allows them to extract milk. In contrast, during bottle feeding, negative pressure is the primary mechanism by which milk is obtained. Artificial nipples are firm and less flexible than the maternal breast, making compression against the palate difficult; the volume of flow is determined by the texture of the nipple and the size, shape, and number of flow holes / channels at its tip. In addition,The flow of milk is continuous during bottle feeding. The infant therefore has almost no control over the flow of milk. The movement of the tongue during bottle feeding is more like a kind of piston to slow the flow. He experiences the flow of milk which is faster than at the breast but above all continuous, even when he wants to switch to non-nutritive sucking mode to take a break. The newborn's meal is then shorter and faster. The volume of milk is then greater than if he had been able to control the flow as at the breast. At the breast, it is the infant who manages the flow and successive flows, at his request. In addition, the infant does not need to maintain a tight seal on a conventional teat to maintain the position of the teat in the mouth, and also does not need to open his mouth widely due to the narrowness and static length of the teat. The firmness of the teat is the opposite of the flexibility of the breast. This has consequences on his palate, which becomes more hollow and on his ENT sphere, which is consequently reduced. The teat is an important stimulus in the infant's mouth. The breast is a small, malleable stimulus. With suction on an artificial teat, it generally turns out that the infant swallows air due to too great a flow of milk and the excessive speed of this flow, causing discomfort due to distension of the stomach. This can cause discomfort, regurgitation and false passages of milk into the trachea (false swallowing). It is therefore easy to understand that the two feeding mechanisms, namely breastfeeding and bottle feeding via conventional teats, are considerably different. However, it has been recommended for years not to expose breastfed infants to a bottle nipple. Exposing an infant to different oral experiences leads to confusion of flow, confusion of texture and confusion of the mechanism for extracting milk, which results in some infants subsequently refusing the breast. Infants who have experienced an easier method (nipple) do not want to return to a difficult method (maternal breast) afterwards. They have, like adults, a propensity for ease. This inclination then influences their behavior, as they are surprised to no longer receive milk as easily and as quickly as with a bottle. We know of many traditional, anti-vacuum, multi-flow or even biomimetic bottle nipples. For example,Traditional pacifiers feature a relatively simple bell-shaped design with a narrow tip and base and can be made of silicone or latex. Silicone pacifiers are hard, tensile, long-lasting, and relatively inert regarding absorption of color or odor from liquids. They are heat-resistant and can be easily washed and sterilized. Latex pacifiers are golden yellow in color and softer than silicone pacifiers. However, latex allergies are increasing, and latex pacifiers are less resistant to baby chewing and heat, and need to be replaced more often because they become porous more quickly. Anti-vacuum pacifiers help prevent digestive problems and reduce the occurrence of colic, gas, and irritability after feeding. However, they include a vent, an opening that prevents the pacifier from collapsing.the accumulation of vacuum in the bottle. Multi-flow teats, on the other hand, allow different liquids to be given (milk, fruit juice, etc.), each hole being adapted to a particular liquid, these teats having adjustable slots facilitating multiple flow. Biomimetic teats aim to offer a design mimicking, in terms of geometry, the mother's nipple and are therefore often used at the time of the transition between breastfeeding and bottle feeding. Thus, the nipple part of the teat has a wide base like the mother's breast. In particular, document US2011 / 100933 is known from the prior art, which discloses a teat for a bottle having a mouthpiece which includes an internal core defining a series of fluid conduits allowing peristaltic action of the child, with one-way valves and flanges to resist fluid flow in the opposite direction to the nipple outlet. US2015 / 083685 describes a silicone baby bottle nipple that has a wide, curved body to simulate the natural breast, which includes flex zones with flex channels that can contract and expand to simulate the natural movement of breastfeeding. Finally, JP2002 / 011076 discloses a baby bottle nipple that includes a soft elastic body with a hardness of between 5 and 30 Shore A measured by a type A durometer, a nipple tip that is thinner than the nipple body to facilitate peristaltic movement, and a thickness of 2.5 mm for the nipple body and 1.2 mm for the thinned end portion. Furthermore, document US2010 / 170866 is also known, which discloses several embodiments of baby bottle teats. For example,Fig. 1 discloses a two-part teat, the proximal part preferably having a hardness of about 20 to 45 Shore 00, the second distal mounting part having a hardness of 1 to 100, preferably 70 to 90 Shore A. Furthermore, the embodiment described in Fig. 3 shows a teat with a proximal end part, connected to a dome-shaped body, itself connected to a collar. Finally, Fig. 13 shows an embodiment of a teat in two parts, respectively a proximal teat part and a mounting part having a hardness of 80 Shore A. Unfortunately, although these solutions may have certain advantages, it turns out that the bottle teats of the prior art do not allow the continuation of the breastfeeding project nor provide a satisfactory solution to the imitation of the innate sucking of an infant at the breast, by mechanically providing all the beneficial effects on the ENT sphere, oral hygiene but also on learning "slow food", a healthy eating habit, which is ingrained for life from the first infant feeding experiences. There is therefore a real need to provide a bottle nipple that not only promotes mother-child health by supporting the breastfeeding project over time, but also provides all the mechanical benefits of very specific sucking at the breast, which allows the infant to manage the flow of milk while maintaining its natural sucking movement. An objective of the present invention is to overcome the challenges and prejudices of the prior art. In particular, an objective of the invention is to provide a bottle nipple that promotes mother-child health by supporting the breastfeeding project. In addition,an objective of the invention is to provide a bottle teat that can mimic the physiological sucking of the natural breast while retaining the mechanical benefits of natural movement. Another objective of the invention is to be able to provide a teat that provides a solution and that allows alternation between the natural breast feeding mode and the bottle feeding mode via the teat, without discontinuity, and while retaining the infant's sucking method. Another objective of the invention is to provide a bottle teat that is resistant to breakage during the natural breastfeeding movements of the newborn. Another objective of the invention is to provide a bottle teat that allows a flow of milk to be achieved similar to that extracted during breastfeeding suction in order to avoid force-feeding the newborn. Finally,an objective of the invention is to provide a baby bottle teat which offers a large mouth volume. The present invention aims to overcome the disadvantages of the state of the art by providing a baby bottle teat, comprising a base part connected to a body part connected to a head part provided with at least one flow channel, said teat defining a first interior volume, characterized in that the body part comprises a first body part connected to said base part and a second body part connected to said head part, in that the second body part and the head part are made of first elastomeric material and have a hardness of between 20 and 60 Shore 00, measured according to standard ASTM-1415-88,and in that the teat has a progressively decreasing thickness between said second body part and said head part. Contrary to the teachings of the prior art and in particular of document JP2002 / 011076 which indicates that a teat with a hardness of less than 15 Shore A, or even less than 5 Shore A, makes it difficult to carry out breastfeeding exercises, prevents the development of infants and leads to deformations of the teat as well as detachment of the latter from the bottle, it has appeared in a particularly surprising and advantageous manner that it was possible to resolve the drawbacks and prejudices of the state of the art, by combining a first elastomer material, considered to be extra flexible, with a progressively decreasing thickness between the second body part and the head part of the teat according to the invention. Indeed, the teat according to the invention, has the combination of a specific hardness of the second body part and the head part between 20 and 60 Shore 00 with a progressively decreasing thickness between this same second body part and the head part. This goes against the prejudices of the state of the art, and makes it possible to provide a satisfactory solution to the imitation of the physiological sucking of the breast while preserving the innate sucking movement of a newborn. This combination of characteristics makes it possible to achieve the objectives of the present invention, which are to be able to mimic the physiological sucking of the natural breast while preserving the natural movement of the newborn, and even more so by avoiding the risk of breakage. Indeed, the teat according to the present invention has a progressively decreasing thickness, preferably continuous, between the second body part and the head part, more particularly this progressively decreasing thickness is between the distal part of the second body part and the proximal part of the head part. The distal and proximal parts refer to the orientation of the teat in its direction of use by the infant, namely the distal parts are presented as being oriented towards the base part of the teat, towards the opening for attachment to a container, and the proximal parts are presented as being oriented towards the liquid outlet of the teat in its normal use. It is therefore understood that the teat according to the present invention has a greater thickness at the level of the second body part, which will gradually and continuously decrease to a lesser thickness at the level of the head part. More precisely, the pacifier according to the present invention in which the second body part and the head part are made of an elastomeric material of hardness between 20 Shore 00 and 60 Shore 00 and which also have a progressively decreasing thickness, can be deformed, longitudinally and in a manner similar to the deformation that the nipple undergoes in the oral cavity of the baby. The pacifier according to the present invention is thus capable, without breaking or detaching,to be drawn into the baby's oral cavity (negative pressure) and to be maintained there thanks to a basic pressure that an infant naturally exerts to keep the mouthful of breast in the mouth without even sucking and thanks to the buccal mucosa of the lips which seals them to the outer face of the teat of the invention. The baby's tongue has the possibility of wrapping itself around the teat and compressing the latter against the palate (positive pressure) in order to extract the milk from the teat by a peristaltic movement of the tongue and a vacuum chamber (negative pressure), as it does naturally at the breast. It is therefore noted that the baby, thanks to the teat according to the present invention, has the possibility of implementing the different stages of natural breastfeeding. More precisely, the newborn mimics the physiological suction of the natural breast and maintains the natural breastfeeding movement, which allows in a particularly advantageous manner,to promote mother-child health by supporting the breastfeeding project, thus meeting the objectives of the invention. Other preferred embodiments of the pacifier according to the present invention are mentioned below. Advantageously, the second body part and the head part of the teat according to the present invention have a hardness of between 20 and 55 Shore 00, preferably between 25 Shore 00 and 10 Shore A, preferably between 30 Shore 00 and 10 Shore A, advantageously between 35 Shore 00 and 10 Shore A, advantageously between 40 Shore 00 and 10 Shore A, particularly preferably between 1 Shore A and 10 Shore A, advantageously between 2 Shore A and 9 Shore A, more advantageously between 3 Shore A and 8 Shore A. For example, the second body part and / or the head part of the teat according to the invention may have a hardness of 30 Shore 00, 31 Shore 00, 32 Shore 00, 33 Shore 00, 34 Shore 00, 35 Shore 00,36 Shore 00, 37 Shore 00, 38 Shore 00, 39 Shore 00, 40 Shore 00, 1 Shore A, 2 Shore A, 3 Shore A, 4 Shore A, 5 Shore A, 6 Shore A, 7 Shore A, 8 Shore A, 9 Shore A, 10 Shore A, 11 Shore A, 12 Shore A, 13 Shore A, 14 Shore A, 15 Shore A. Indeed, it has been found that the second body part and the head part of the teat according to the present invention, by having such a hardness, were particularly deformable in a similar manner to the maternal breast, making it possible to encourage the natural breastfeeding mechanism by means of the teat of the invention. For example, the second body part and the head part of the baby bottle teat according to the present invention have a hardness of 48 Shore 00, or 3 Shore A equivalent. More particularly, the second body part of the pacifier according to the present invention has at its distal part a thickness of between 4 mm and 13 mm, preferably between 5 mm and 13 mm,preferably between 6 mm and 13 mm, advantageously between 7 mm and 13 mm, more advantageously between 8 mm and 13 mm, in particular between 9 mm and 13 mm, more particularly between 10 mm and 13 mm, even more particularly between 11 mm and 13 mm. For example a thickness of 8.1 mm, 8.2 mm, 8.3 mm, 8.4 mm, 8.5 mm, 8.6 mm, 8.7 mm, 8.8 mm, 8.9 mm, 9.0 mm, 9.1 mm, 9.2 mm, 9.3 mm, 9.4 mm, 9.5 mm, 9.6 mm, 9.7 mm, 9.8 mm, 9.9 mm, 10 mm, 10.1 mm, 10.2 mm, 10.3 mm, 10.4 mm, 10.5 mm, 10.6 mm, 10.7 mm, 10.8 mm, 10.9 mm, 11 mm, 11.1 mm, 11.2 mm 11.3 mm, 11.4 mm, 11.5 mm, 11.6 mm, 11.7mm, 11.8 mm, 11.9 mm, 12.0 mm, 12.1 mm, 12.2 mm, 12.3 mm, 12.4 mm, 12.5 mm, 12.6 mm, 12.7 mm, 12.8 mm, 12.9 mm. Advantageously, the second body part of the teat according to the present invention has at its proximal part a thickness of between 4 mm and 12 mm, preferably between 5 mm and 11 mm,preferably between 5 mm and 10 mm, advantageously between 6 mm and 9 mm, more advantageously between 7 mm and 9 mm. For example a thickness of 6.1 mm, 6.2 mm, 6.3 mm, 6.4 mm, 6.5 mm, 6.6 mm, 6.7 mm, 6.8 mm, 6.9 mm, 7.0 mm, 7.1 mm, 7.2 mm, 7.3 mm, 7.4 mm, 7.5 mm, 7.6 mm, 7.7 mm, 7.8 mm, 7.9mm, 8.0mm, 8.1mm, 8.2mm, 8.3mm, 8.4mm, 8.5mm, 8.6mm, 8.7mm, 8.8mm, 8.9mm, 9.0mm, 9.1mm, 9.2mm, 9.3mm, 9.4mm, 9.5mm, 9.6mm, 9.7mm, 9.8 mm, 9.9mm. More advantageously, the head part of the teat according to the present invention has at its distal part a thickness of between 4 mm and 12 mm, preferably between 5 mm and 11 mm, preferably between 5 mm and 10 mm, advantageously between 6 mm and 9 mm, more advantageously between 7 mm and 9 mm. For example a thickness of 6.1 mm, 6.2 mm, 6.3 mm, 6.4 mm, 6.5 mm, 6.6 mm, 6.7 mm, 6.8 mm, 6.9 mm, 7.0 mm, 7.1 mm, 7.2 mm, 7.3 mm, 7.4 mm, 7.5 mm, 7.6 mm,7.7mm, 7.8mm, 7.9mm, 8.0mm, 8.1mm, 8.2mm, 8.3mm, 8.4mm, 8.5mm, 8.6mm, 8.7mm, 8.8mm, 8.9mm. In an advantageous embodiment of the pacifier according to the present invention, the base part and / or the first body part is / are made of a second elastomeric material and has a hardness of between 10 Shore A and 60 Shore A measured according to the ASTM-1415-88 standard, preferably between 15 Shore A and 60 Shore A, advantageously between 15 Shore A and 55 Shore A, more advantageously between 20 Shore A and 55 Shore A, particularly between 25 Shore A and 55 Shore A, preferably between 30 Shore A and 55 Shore A, preferably between 30 Shore A and 50 Shore A, more particularly between 30 Shore A and 45 Shore A, even more particularly between 35 Shore A and 45 Shore A. For example, the base part and / or the first body part of the pacifier according to the invention may have a hardness of 21 Shore A,22 Shore A, 23 Shore A, 24 Shore A, 25 Shore A, 26 Shore A, 27 Shore A, 28 Shore A, 29 Shore A, 30 Shore A, 31 Shore A, 32 Shore A, 33 Shore A, 34 Shore A, 35 Shore A, 36 Shore A, 37 Shore A, 38 Shore A, 39 Shore A, 40 Shore A, 41 Shore A, 42 Shore A, 43 Shore A, 44 Shore A, 45 Shore A, 46 Shore A, 47 Shore A, 48 Shore A, 49 Shore A, 50 Shore A. This has the advantage of providing a teat according to the invention which best simulates the natural breastfeeding mechanism, namely deformation via a tight suction cup first, followed by the tight pinching of the outer face of the teat with the lips and the non-slip oral mucosa and then a lingual peristaltic movement applying positive pressure which, to extract the milk, starts from the tip of the tongue towards the back of the throat, like a wave, causing the milk to be ejected from the teat towards the throat before being swallowed,by limiting the risks of deterioration and by allowing a return to a resting state when the teat of the invention is not in use. In addition, the teat according to the present invention, by having a bi-material composition gradient, makes it possible to best imitate the texture of the maternal nipple and to prevent the base of the teat, namely the base part, from coming out or becoming detached from a clamping ring / clamping ring for its connection to the bottle. Indeed, the teat according to the present invention makes it possible in a particularly advantageous manner to provide a combination of a silicone with low or even very low hardness for the part in contact with the infant's mouth and a silicone with higher hardness for the part of the teat between the clamping ring / clamping ring and the appropriate container. This provides the desired flexibility for the teat, which best approaches that of the maternal breast while preserving the strength of the basal part of the teat. In addition, the pacifier according to the invention also has a structure gradient which refers to a difference in structuring, texturing, morphology of the materials (external and internal appearance), for example a gradient of texture and roughness between the base part and the first body part on one side, and the second body part and the head part on the other side, to get even closer to the biomimicry of the skin / biological tissue of the maternal nipple and areola. For example, the second body part and the head part are advantageously rough in order to facilitate the grip of the infant's mouth. The first elastomer material and / or the second elastomer material of the pacifier according to the present invention are chosen from silicones, preferably from medical grade silicones. It has appeared that a medical grade silicone is particularly suitable for biocompatible use and in a medical context, more particularly for children, babies and newborns. Advantageously, the second body part and the head part of the pacifier according to the invention have an elongation at break of at least 150%, preferably at least 200%, preferentially at least 250%, advantageously at least 300%, preferably at least 350%, even more preferably at least 400%, particularly advantageously at least 450%, advantageously at least 500%, even more advantageously at least 550%, measured by tensile test. Indeed, it has appeared that the pacifier according to the present invention has an elongation at break of at least 150%, or even at least 200%, which is much higher than the pacifiers of the prior art made of hard silicone. In an advantageous embodiment, the base part, the first and second body parts and the head part of the teat according to the invention have an elongation at break of at least 150%,of at least 200%, of at least 250%, of at least 300%, of at least 350%, of at least 400%, of at least 450%, of at least 500%, of at least 550%, measured by tensile test. More specifically, it also appeared that the teat according to the invention had an elongation at break of at least 200%, which is equivalent to the elongation that the maternal breast undergoes during breastfeeding. Thus, the teat according to the invention, by having a hardness of the second body part and the head part of between 20 and 60 Shore 00, a progressively decreasing wall thickness, as well as an elongation at break of at least 200%, makes it possible to faithfully simulate the natural breastfeeding mechanism by means of the teat, making it possible to best support the breastfeeding project,by limiting the risks of breakage and deterioration of the teat when feeding the newborn. This makes it possible to respond more precisely to the objectives set by the present invention. More advantageously, the second body part and the head part of the teat according to the invention have an elongation at break of less than 900%, preferably less than 890%, preferentially less than 880%, advantageously less than 870%, measured by tensile test. In an advantageous embodiment, the base part, the first and second body parts and the head part of the teat according to the invention have an elongation at break of less than 900%, less than 890%, less than 880%, less than 870%, measured by tensile test. For example, the teat, and more particularly the base, body (first and second) and head parts of the teat according to the invention have an elongation at break of between 150% and 900%,preferably between 200% and 900%, more precisely between 200% and 890%, advantageously between 200% and 880%, for example between 200% and 870%, which advantageously makes it possible to mimic the natural deformation of the maternal breast during breastfeeding, while avoiding the risk of breakage of the teat according to the invention. Advantageously, the teat according to the invention has an elongation at break of between 150% and 900%, preferably between 200% and 900%, more precisely between 200% and 890%, advantageously between 200% and 880%, for example between 200% and 870%, measured by tensile test. Preferably, the body part of the pacifier according to the invention has a ratio between a diameter of the distal part of the first body part of the body part and a diameter of the proximal part of the second body part of said body part of between 1:4 and 1:6. Indeed,It has been found to be particularly advantageous that providing a teat according to the present invention in which the body part has a ratio of between 1:4 and 1:6 between the base / distal part of the first body part and the diameter of the apex / proximal part of the second body part makes it possible to provide a teat of a shape similar to the maternal nipple or breast. Advantageously, the teat according to the present invention has a mouth opening angle of between 90° and 160° measured on the basis of the angle measurement of the isosceles triangle circumscribed at the point of inflection of the outer diameter of said teat, preferably between 100 and 150°, advantageously between 110° and 140°, more particularly between 120° and 130°, for example 120° or 125° or 130°. This allows the newborn to suckle with a mouth opening of between 90° and 160°, more particularly between 100° and 150°,advantageously between 110° and 140°, more particularly between 120° and 130°, for example 120° or 125° or 130°. This angle measurement is carried out on the basis of the measurement of the isosceles triangle circumscribed at the point of inflection of the external diameter of the teat of the invention. Such an opening of the mouth of the newborn when taking the teat according to the invention in the mouth, makes it possible to best mimic the optimal mouth opening for taking the maternal breast during breastfeeding. Advantageously, the at least one flow channel of the teat according to the invention has a length of between 3 and 7 mm, preferably between 4 and 7 mm, advantageously between 4.5 and 7 mm, preferably between 5 and 7 mm. For example a flow channel of length 3.1 mm, 3.2 mm, 3.3 mm, 3.4 mm, 3.5 mm, 3.6 mm, 3.7 mm, 3.8 mm, 3.9 mm, 4.0 mm, 4.1 mm, 4.2 mm, 4.3 mm, 4.4 mm, 4.5 mm, 4.6 mm, 4.7 mm, 4.8 mm, 4.9mm, 5.0mm, 5.1mm, 5.2mm, 5.3mm, 5.4mm, 5.5mm, 5.6mm, 5.7mm,5.8 mm, 5.9 mm, 6.0 mm, 6.1 mm, 6.2 mm, 6.3 mm, 6.4 mm, 6.5 mm, 6.6 mm, 6.7 mm, 6.8 mm, 6.9 mm. More particularly, the at least one flow channel has a diameter of between 0.5 mm and 3.0 mm, preferably between 0.5 mm and 2.5 mm, advantageously between 0.5 mm and 2.0 mm, more advantageously between 0.5 and 1.5 mm, even more advantageously between 0.5 and 1.0 mm. For example, a flow channel with a diameter of 0.6 mm, 0.7 mm, 0.8 mm, 0.9 mm, 1.0 mm, 1.1 mm, 1.2 mm, 1.3 mm, 1.4 mm, 1.5 mm, 1.6 mm, 1.7 mm, 1.8 mm, 1.9 mm, 2.0 mm, 2.1 mm, 2.2 mm, 2.3 mm, 2.4 mm, 2.5 mm, 2.6 mm, 2.7 mm, 2.8 mm, 2.9 mm. Preferably, the head portion of the teat according to the invention defines at least one second spherical interior volume in fluid communication with the first interior volume. More specifically, the at least one second spherical interior volume has a diameter of between 2 and 10 mm, preferably of between 3 and 9 mm,preferably between 4 and 9 mm, advantageously between 5 and 9 mm, particularly advantageously between 5.5 and 8.5 mm, advantageously between 6.0 and 8.0 mm, for example 7.0 mm. This advantageously makes it possible to compensate for the existence of the mother's ejection pressure existing in the natural breastfeeding mechanism. Indeed, the at least one second spherical interior volume of the invention corresponds to a milk reservoir. In operation, when feeding with the teat according to the invention, the first interior volume of the teat will fill entirely with milk and the newborn will pinch its lips in order to isolate the milk in the second spherical interior volume of the teat, corresponding to the milk reservoir. During the movement of the tongue, peristaltic movement, a wave of positive pressure will act on each point of the fluid, of the milk, which will allow the expansion of the head part of the teat and therefore the expansion of the at least one flow channel, causing the milk to exit the teat of the invention towards the mouth of the child. In addition, a second spherical interior volume having a diameter as indicated above, makes it possible to mimic the flow rate of milk extracted during natural breastfeeding, for example an average feeding of approximately 100 ml of milk in 15 minutes, which makes it possible to avoid force-feeding the newborn. Advantageously, the teat according to the invention comprises at least one through-orifice arranged to allow at least one exchange of air between the interior volume of the teat and the outside air. Preferably, the base part of the teat according to the invention comprises at least one anti-backflow skirt. Advantageously, the teat according to the present invention comprises at least one clamping ring made of elastomer material and arranged to allow attachment to a container. More advantageously, the clamping ring of the teat according to the invention has a hardness of between 20 Shore 00 and 100 Shore 00 or between 0 Shore A and 100 Shore A or between 0 Shore D and 80 Shore D. Even more precisely, the clamping ring of the teat according to the invention has a hardness of between 45 Shore 00 and 100 Shore 00 or between 0 Shore A and 100 Shore A or between 0 Shore D and 80 Shore D, preferably between 80 Shore 00 and 100 Shore 00 or between 40 Shore A and 100 Shore A or between 0 Shore D and 70 Shore D, preferably between 90 Shore 00 and 100 Shore 00 or between 60 Shore A and 100 Shore A or between 0 Shore D and 70 Shore D. Alternatively, the clamping ring of the present invention is made of stainless steel. This makes it possible to have a two-component teat, in which the base, body and head part have all the advantages mentioned above, and in which the additional clamping ring with a higher hardness allows better attachment to the container to form a baby bottle. Other embodiments of the baby bottle teat according to the present invention are indicated in the appended claims. More specifically, the first elastomer material in liquid form of the method according to the invention is premixed in a mechanical mixer. Even more precisely, the first elastomer material in liquid form of the method according to the invention has previously undergone a degassing step under a bell connected to a vacuum pump, preferably after said mixing step in a mechanical mixer. Advantageously, the method according to the invention comprises the manufacture of the mold, in particular the mold is manufactured by 3D printing, preferably by 3D printing by fused filament deposition, or in resin (stereolithography). It is also envisaged that the mold is manufactured in metal by machining, preferably in steel or aluminum. Preferably, the method according to the invention further comprises a step of polishing the interior faces of the mold, before casting or injecting or compressing the elastomer. Advantageously, the method according to the invention further comprises a step of applying an epoxy coating to the inner faces of said mold before casting or injecting or compressing the first elastomeric material, preferably after the polishing step. Other embodiments of the method for manufacturing a baby bottle teat according to the present invention are indicated in the appended claims. The invention also relates to a mold capable of manufacturing a teat according to the invention. Of course, the present invention relates to a mold capable of manufacturing at least one teat according to the invention. Other characteristics, details and advantages of the invention will emerge from the description given below, without limitation and with reference to the drawings. Figure 1A is a perspective view of a baby bottle teat according to the invention. Figure 1B is a top view of a baby bottle teat according to the invention. Figure 2 is a sectional view of a baby bottle teat according to a first embodiment of the invention. Figure 3 is a sectional view of a baby bottle teat according to a second embodiment of the invention. Figure 4A is a side view of a baby bottle teat according to another embodiment of the invention. Figure 4B is a top view of the teat according to the embodiment of Figure 4A. Figure 4C is a sectional view along line AA of the teat according to the embodiment of Figure 4B. In the figures, identical or similar elements bear the same references. Figures 1A and 1B illustrate the baby bottle teat 1 according to the present invention, respectively in perspective and from above. The teat 1 comprises a base part 2, a body part 3 and a head part 4. More specifically, the body part 3 comprises a first body part 3A connected to the base part 2, and a second body part 3B connected to the head part 4. In one embodiment it is envisaged that the base part 2, the body part 3 and the head part 4 are made of a first elastomeric material and have a hardness of between 20 and 60 Shore 00, measured according to the ASTM-1415-88 standard. More specifically, the base part 2, the body part 3 and the head part 4 of the teat 1 are made of a first elastomer material which is chosen from medical grade silicones and which furthermore have a hardness of between 20 and 55 Shore 00, for example between 25 Shore 00 and 10 Shore A, between 30 Shore 00 and 10 Shore A, between 35 Shore 00 and 10 Shore A, between 40 Shore 00 and 10 Shore A, between 1 Shore A and 10 Shore A,between 2 Shore A and 9 Shore A, or between 3 Shore A and 8 Shore A. As is more easily visible from Figures 2 and 3 which are two sectional views of two teats according to the invention according to two embodiments, the body part 3 of the teat 1 has a first body part 3A connected to the base part 2, and a second body part 3B connected to the head part 4. More precisely, at least the second body part 3B and the head part 4 are made of a first elastomeric material and have a hardness of between 20 and 60 Shore 00. In a particularly advantageous manner, the teat 1 according to the present invention and as shown in Figures 2 and 3, has a progressively decreasing thickness between the second body part 3B and the head part 4, that is to say that the thickness of the teat 1, at the level of the base (distal part) of the second body part 3B, body 3B is larger than nipple thickness 1,at the top (proximal part) of the second body part 3B as well as the head part 4. In other words, the teat 1 according to the invention has a greater thickness at the second body part (distal part), which will gradually and continuously decrease to a lesser thickness at the head part 4. In addition, the teat 1 defines a first interior volume 6 and is provided with at least one flow channel 5 between the first interior volume 6 and the external environment. The flow channel 5 visible in Figures 2 and 3 has a length of between 3 and 7 mm, preferably between 4 and 7 mm, advantageously between 4.5 and 7 mm, preferably between 5 and 7 mm, for example a length of 6 mm + / - 2 mm. Furthermore, the flow channel 5 has a diameter of between 0.5 mm and 3.0 mm, preferably of between 0.5 mm and 2.5 mm, advantageously of between 0.5 mm and 2.0 mm,more preferably between 0.5 and 1.5 mm, even more preferably between 0.5 and 1.0 mm, for example a diameter of 0.6 mm. Although not shown in the figures, it is also envisaged to have a flow channel 5 which is a series of flow channels 5, for example, two, three, four or five flow channels 5. It is also envisaged that the series of flow channels 5 have different lengths and / or diameters depending on the needs of the infants. In the first embodiment of Figure 2, the head portion 4 of the teat 1 defines a second spherical interior volume 7 which defines a milk reservoir and which is in fluid communication with the first interior volume 6, and the at least one flow channel 5 is in fluid communication and connects the second spherical interior volume 7 to the exterior of the teat 1. In the second embodiment of Figure 3,the at least one flow channel 5 is in direct fluid communication with the first interior volume 6 and the exterior of the teat 1. In operation, the first interior volume 6 of the teat 1 will fill entirely with milk and the newborn will pinch its lips and perform a peristaltic movement to allow the dilation of the head part 4 of the teat 1 and consequently the dilation of the at least one flow channel 5 to cause the milk to exit. Advantageously, the second spherical interior volume 7 of the embodiment of figure 2 has a diameter of between 2 and 10 mm, preferably between 3 and 9 mm, preferentially between 4 and 9 mm, advantageously between 5 and 9 mm, particularly advantageously between 5.5 and 8.5 mm, advantageously between 6.0 and 8.0 mm, for example 7.0 mm, which makes it possible to mimic the flow rate of milk extracted during natural breastfeeding,or approximately 100 mL of milk in 15 minutes of breastfeeding. More particularly, the second body part 3B of the teat 1 according to the invention has at its distal part a thickness of between 4 mm and 13 mm, preferably between 5 mm and 13 mm, preferentially between 6 mm and 13 mm, advantageously between 7 mm and 13 mm, more advantageously between 8 mm and 13 mm, in particular between 9 mm and 13 mm, more particularly between 10 mm and 13 mm, more particularly between 11 mm and 13 mm, for example 12 mm + / - 1 mm. In addition, the second body part 3B of the teat 1 according to the invention has at its proximal part a thickness of between 4 mm and 12 mm, preferably between 5 mm and 11 mm, preferentially between 5 mm and 10 mm, advantageously between 6 mm and 9 mm, more advantageously between 7 mm and 13 mm, more advantageously between 8 mm and 13 mm, in particular between 9 mm and 13 mm, more particularly between 10 mm and 13 mm, more particularly between 11 mm and 13 mm, for example 12 mm + / - 1 mm. mm and 9 mm,or approximately 8 mm. In addition, the head part 4 has at its distal part a thickness of between 4 mm and 12 mm, preferably between 5 mm and 11 mm, preferably between 5 mm and 10 mm, advantageously between 6 mm and 9 mm, more advantageously between 7 mm and 9 mm, or approximately 8 mm. Thus, the teat 1 according to the present invention, as illustrated in Figures 1A, 1B, 2 and 3, has a decreasing, progressive and advantageously continuous thickness between the thickest part of the teat 1, namely the basal part (distal part) of the second body part 3B and the thinner part of the teat 1, namely the top part (proximal part) of the second body part 3B connected to the head part 4 and more particularly connected to the distal part of the head part 4. This makes it possible to provide a teat 1 which can be deformed, longitudinally,in a similar manner to the deformation that the nipple undergoes in the oral cavity of the infant, and without breakage or detachment. The second body part 3B and the head part 4 of the teat 1 according to the invention also have an elongation at break of at least 150%, preferably at least 200%, at least 250%, at least 300%, at least 350%, at least 400%, even more preferably at least 450%, at least 500% or at least 550% and less than 900%, more precisely less than 890%, less than 880% or less than 870%. The teat 1 according to the invention, by combining a first elastomer material considered to be extra-soft with a hardness of between 20 and 60 Shore 00, with a progressively decreasing thickness between the distal part of the second body part 3B, for example a thickness of between 4 and 13 mm, more precisely approximately 12 mm + / - 1 mm,and the proximal portion of the second body portion 3B and / or the distal portion of the head portion, for example a thickness of between 4 mm and 12 mm, more precisely approximately 8 mm + / - 1 mm, makes it possible to go against the prejudices of the state of the art and to provide a satisfactory solution to the imitation of the physiological sucking of the breast by preserving the innate sucking movement of a newborn, in particular because the teat 1 according to the invention can be deformed, longitudinally in a manner similar to the deformation that the breast undergoes during breastfeeding, and this without breaking or detaching. The possibility of deformation and the capacity of elongation of the teat 1 according to the invention also allows the newborn to preserve the natural breastfeeding movement via the work of elongation of the teat, of compression of the teat 1 against the palate and the extraction of milk via a peristaltic movement of the infant's tongue, these advantages of the teat 1 according to the invention make it possible to promote mother-child health by supporting the breastfeeding project in length without breast-bottle teat confusion but also, provides all the mechanical benefits of the dynamics in action of suction on the entire ENT sphere. This makes it possible to harmonize the palate, the position of the eustachian tubes, the correction of retrognathia and to forge the architecture of its jaws, ultimately sculpting its entire face. These benefits brought by the dynamics to be carried out on the said teat contribute to mechanically preventing dental malocclusion, ear infections, among others. In addition, as clearly appears from Figures 1A and 1B, the body part 3 of the teat 1 of the invention, advantageously has a ratio of between 1:4 and 1:6 measured between a diameter of the base of the body part 3 (distal part of the first body part 3A) and a diameter of the top of the body part 3 (proximal part of the second body part 3B), this making it possible to have the base of the body part 3 wider than the top. The teat 1 according to the invention is therefore of a shape mimicking the natural breast and more particularly, the teat 1 has a mouth opening angle of between 90° and 160° measured on the basis of the angle measurement of the isosceles triangle circumscribed at the point of inflection of the external diameter of the teat 1, preferably between 100 and 150°, advantageously between 110° and 140°, more particularly between 120° and 130°, for example 120° or 125° or 130°,which makes it possible to best mimic the optimal mouth opening of the maternal latch. It also appeared advantageous for the teat 1 according to the invention to comprise at least one orifice passing through the body part 3 to allow an exchange of air between the first interior volume 6 and the external environment in order to avoid the formation of a vacuum in the teat. The base part 2 of the teat 1, for its part, advantageously comprises at least one anti-backflow skirt 8 which makes it possible to prevent the upward rise of the liquid and also to allow a passage of air in order to avoid the formation of a vacuum in the first interior volume 6 of the teat 1. In addition, Figures 4A, 4B, 4C illustrate a teat 1 according to the present invention according to another particularly advantageous embodiment and incorporating the aforementioned advantages. Indeed, the teat 1 according to Figures 4A, 4B and 4C is advantageously made of two materials. More precisely, the second body part 3B and the head part 4 are made of first elastomer material and have a hardness of between 20 and 60 Shore 00, advantageously between 20 and 55 Shore 00, between 25 Shore 00 and 10 Shore A, between 30 Shore 00 and 10 Shore A, between 35 Shore 00 and 10 Shore A, between 40 Shore 00 and 10 Shore A, between 1 Shore A and 10 Shore A, between 2 Shore A and 9 Shore A, or between 3 Shore A and 8 Shore A. The first body part 3A and the base part 2 are made of second elastomer material and have a hardness of between 10 Shore A and 60 Shore A measured according to standard ASTM-1415-88, preferably between 15 Shore A and 60 Shore A, between 15 Shore A and 55 Shore A, between 20 Shore A and 55 Shore A, between 25 Shore A and 55 Shore A, between 30 Shore A and 55 Shore A, between 30 Shore A and 50 Shore A, between 30 Shore A and 45 Shore A,or between 35 Shore A and 45 Shore A. The first elastomer material and the second elastomer material are chosen from medical grade silicones, particularly suitable for use with infants. This has the advantage of providing a teat 1 according to the invention which best simulates the natural breastfeeding mechanism, namely deformation via a sealed suction cup first, followed by the sealed pinching of the outer face of the teat 1 with the lips and the non-slip oral mucosa and then a lingual peristaltic movement applying a positive pressure which, to extract the milk, starts from the tip of the tongue towards the back of the throat, like a wave, causing the ejection of the milk from the teat 1 towards the throat before being swallowed, limiting the risks of deterioration and allowing a return to a resting state when the teat 1 of the invention is not in use. In addition, the teat 1 according to the present invention by having a gradient of composition in bi-materials between: - the second body part 3B and the head part 4 (solid part in black color in figure 4C), and - the first body part 3A and the base part 2 (gray mesh part in figure 4C), makes it possible to best imitate the texture of the maternal nipple and to prevent the base of the teat, namely the base part, from coming out or becoming detached from a clamping ring / clamping ring for its connection to the bottle. Indeed, the teat according to the present invention makes it possible in a particularly advantageous manner to provide a combination of a silicone with low or even very low hardness for the part in contact with the infant's mouth (second body part 3B and the head part 4) and a silicone with higher hardness for the part of the teat (first body part 3A and the base part 2) between the clamping ring / ring and the appropriate container. This provides the desired flexibility for the teat, approaching as closely as possible that of the maternal breast while preserving the strength of the base part of the teat. The teat 1 shown in Figures 4A, 4B and 4C has the same characteristics and advantages concerning the thicknesses, the elongation characteristics at break, the size and diameter ratio between the distal part of the first body part 3A and the proximal part of the second body part 3B,the characteristics relating to the at least one flow channel such as the length and / or the diameter, as discussed and presented above. Furthermore, the teat 1 according to the present invention shown in Figure 4C has a second spherical interior volume 7 as described above. It is of course envisaged that the teat 1 according to the present invention, and according to another embodiment, is made of bi-materials as described above and has a “simple” flow channel, i.e. without implementing the second spherical interior volume, and that this teat 1 has the same advantages as described above. For example, three different teats according to the present invention have been manufactured. The first teat 1 according to the present invention was manufactured with the second body part 3B and the head part 4 in a first medical grade elastomer material having a hardness of 10 Shore A,and with the first body part 3A and the base part 2 made of a second medical grade elastomer material having a hardness of 40 Shore A. The thickness of the proximal part of the first body part 3A and the thickness of the distal part of the second body part 3B (junction zone between the elastomer material shown in black color and the elastomer material shown in gray mesh in Figure 4C) is 12 mm. The thickness of the proximal part of the second body part 3B and the thickness of the distal part of the head part 4 is 8 mm. The flow channel 5 has a length of 6 mm + / - 2 mm and a diameter of 0.6 mm + / - 0.2 mm,connected to a second spherical interior volume 7 in fluid communication with the first interior volume 6 of the teat 1 according to the invention. This second spherical interior volume 7 has a diameter of 7 mm. The second teat 1 according to the present invention was manufactured with the second body part 3B and the head part 4 in a first medical grade elastomer material having a hardness of 5 Shore A,and with the first body part 3A and the base part 2 made of a second medical grade elastomer material having a hardness of 40 Shore A. The flow channel 5 has a length of 6 mm + / - 2 mm and a diameter of 0.6 mm + / - 0.2 mm,connected to a second spherical inner volume 7 in fluid communication with the first inner volume 6 of the teat 1 according to the invention. This second spherical inner volume 7 has a diameter of 7 mm. The third teat 1 according to the present invention was manufactured with the second body part 3B and the head part 4 in a first medical grade elastomer material having a hardness of 3 Shore A,and with the first body part 3A and the base part 2 made of a second medical grade elastomer material having a hardness of 40 Shore A. The flow channel 5 has a length of 6 mm + / - 2 mm and a diameter of 0.6 mm + / - 0.2 mm, connected to a second spherical interior volume 7 in fluid communication with the first interior volume 6 of the teat 1 according to the invention. This second spherical interior volume 7 has a diameter of 7 mm. So, the first, the second and third teats 1 produced according to the invention have a progressively decreasing and advantageously continuous thickness between the second body part 3B and the head part 4. In a particularly advantageous manner, such teats according to the present invention have a mouth opening angle of 125° + / - 10°. It is also envisaged that the teat 1 according to the present invention comprises at least one clamping ring arranged to allow attachment to a container. The clamping ring having a hardness of between 20 Shore 00 and 100 Shore 00, preferably between 45 Shore 00 and 100 Shore 00, advantageously between 80 Shore 00 and 100 Shore 00, more particularly between 90 Shore 00 and 100 Shore 00, or having a hardness of between 0 Shore A and 100 Shore A, preferably between 40 Shore A and 100 Shore A, more precisely between 60 Shore A and 100 Shore A,or having a hardness of between 0 Shore D and 80 Shore D, preferably between 0 Shore D and 70 Shore D. Particularly advantageously, the teat 1 for a baby bottle according to the invention is included in a kit which optionally includes a tightening ring, a container and a teat cap. It is understood that the present invention is in no way limited to the embodiments described above and that many modifications can be made thereto without departing from the scope of the appended claims,
