signal or state detection
signal output by a
motion detection unit disposed on the item body, auxiliary equipment, or a base device for supporting the item, and extracting features from the motion state
signal or state detection signal; analyzing the features based on preset judgment rules to identify whether the item has undergone a continuous motion process from a
stable state to a motion state and back to a
stable state, or a continuous state change process from an in-place state to an out-of-place state and back to an in-place state; when the continuous motion process or continuous state change process meets preset usage action judgment conditions, it is identified as a valid usage action, and in response to the end of the current usage interval timing for the valid usage action, the current usage interval is stored as a historical usage interval
record, and a new usage interval timing is started; for motion state signals or state detection signals that do not meet the usage action judgment conditions, they are determined as invalid disturbance signals and the usage interval
record is not updated; and at least one of the following information is output: the current usage interval, the most recent usage interval, and the historical usage interval
record. This invention is applicable to items such as
medicine bottles, water cups, thermos cups, baby bottles, and
personal care tools that require usage interval recording.
