[0015] In this embodiment, the connection seat 23 has a base portion 231 that is movably mounted to the guide rods 134 of the side frame 13 and movable relative to the guide rods 134 in the up-down direction (Y), and a tubular sleeve portion 232 that is disposed on the base portion 231. The base portion 231 includes eight rollers 233 that are arranged in pairs, and that are in rolling contact with the guide rods 134.

[0016] In this embodiment, the connection rod 24 has a vertical rod portion 241 on which the tubular sleeve portion 232 of the connection seat 23 is sleeved, and a horizontal rod portion 242 that is connected to the vertical rod portion 241 and that extends in the left-right direction (Z). The vertical rod portion 241 is formed with a plurality of up-down position holes 243 that are spaced apart from each other in the up-down direction (Y). The horizontal rod portion 242 is formed with a plurality of left-right position holes 244 that are spaced apart from each other in the left-right direction (Z).

[0017] The up-down position pin 25 is operable to be inserted in the tubular sleeve portion 232 of the connection seat 23 and a selected one of the up-down position holes 243 to position the connection rod 24.

[0018] In this embodiment, referring to FIGS. 3, 4, and 5, the support pad module 22 includes a mount seat 26 that is mounted to the connection rod 24 and that is operable to move relative to the connection rod 24 in the left-right direction (Z), a support pad 27 that is mounted to the mount seat 26 and that is operable to move relative to the mount seat 26 in the front-rear direction (X), a left-right position pin 28, and two front-rear position pins 29.

[0019] The mount seat 26 is mounted to the horizontal rod portion 242 of the connection rod 24, is operable to move relative to the horizontal rod portion 242 of the connection rod 24 in the left-right direction (Z), and has a slide sleeve portion 261 that is sleeved on the horizontal rod portion 242 of the connection rod 24, and two front-rear guide rail portions 262 that are spaced apart from each other in the left-right direction (Z), that are disposed on the slide sleeve portion 261, and that extend in the front-rear direction (X). The left-right position pin 28 is operable to be inserted in the slide sleeve portion 261 of the mount seat 26 and a selected one of the left-right position holes 244 to position the mount seat 26.

[0020] The support pad 27 has a pad portion 271 that is for a user's body to abut against, and two slide block portions 272 that are spaced apart from each other in the left-right direction (Z), that are mounted to a bottom surface of the pad portion 271, and that are respectively and slidably connected to the front-rear guide rail portions 262 of the mount seat 26. The slide block portions 272 extend in the front-rear direction (X). One of the slide block portions 272 is formed with a plurality of front-rear position holes 273 that are spaced apart from each other in the front-rear direction (X).

[0021] Each of the front-rear position pins 29 is operable to be inserted in one of the front-rear guide rail portions 262 of the mount seat 26 and a selected one of the front-rear position holes 273 of the one of the slide block portions 272 of the support pad 27 to position the support pad 27. In this embodiment, because the slide block portions 272 of the support pad 27 are respectively connected to the front-rear guide rail portions 262 of the mount seat 26, the front-rear position pins 29 are inserted in two of the front-rear position holes 273 of the one of the slide block portions 272 of the support pad 27 (i.e., any two of the front-rear position holes 273 selected by the user) and the respective one of the front-rear guide rail portions 262 of the mount seat 26 to position the support pad 27. It is noted that, in some embodiments, each of the number of the front-rear position pins 29, the number of the slide block portions 272, and the number of the front-rear guide rail portions 262 may not be two, and may be one or more.

[0022] As shown in FIG. 6, the user may move the connection rod 24 upward or downward relative to the connection seat 23, and then position the connection rod 24 by the up-down position pin 25, so as to adjust a position of the support pad 27 of the support pad module 22 in the up-down direction (Y). Similarly, the user may move the mount seat 26 leftward or rightward relative to the connection rod 24, and then position the mount seat 26 by the left-right position pin 28, so as to adjust the position of the support pad 27 of the support pad module 22 in the left-right direction (Z). In addition, as shown in FIG. 7, the user may move the support pad 27 forward or backward relative to the mount seat 26, and then position the support pad 27 by the front-rear position pins 29, so as to adjust the position of the support pad 27 in the front-rear direction (X). Thus, the user may adjust the position of the support pad 27 in the up-down direction (Y), the left-right direction (Z), and the front-rear direction (X) to an appropriate position according to the user's body proportions.

[0023] As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the assistance unit 30 is mounted to the frame unit 10 and is connected to the support pad unit 20. The assistance unit 30 is operable to urge the support pad unit 20 to move upward.

[0024] In this embodiment, the assistance unit 30 includes a plurality of counterweight blocks 31 that are disposed on the side frame 13 and that are stacked in the up-down direction (Y), two pulleys 32 that are rotatably mounted to the intermediate crossbar 132 of the side frame 13 and that are spaced apart from each other in the front-rear direction (X), a connection rope 33, and an adjustment rod module 34. The connection rope 33 has a first end portion 331 that is connected to the base portion 231 of the connection seat 23 of the connection frame 21 of the support pad unit 20, a second end portion 332 that is connected to at least one of the counterweight blocks 31, and an intermediate portion 333 that interconnects the first end portion 331 and the second end portion 332, and that extends around the pulleys 32 (i.e., the intermediate portion 333 at least partially surrounds the pulleys 32). The support pad unit 20 is located between the grip bar unit 50 and the counterweight blocks 31 in the front-rear direction (X). The counterweight blocks 31 are distal to the grip bar unit 50 and proximate to the rear post 133 of the side frame 13 in the front-rear direction (X).

[0025] In this embodiment, the assistance unit 30 is used to provide an upward supporting force (F) (see FIG. 12) to the support pad module 22 of the support pad unit 20 in the up-down direction (Y). When the user selects a certain number of the counterweight blocks 31, the adjustment rod module 34 is operable to link the selected counterweight block(s) 31 so that the selected counterweight block(s) 31 may move together. The second end portion 332 of the connection rope 33 is connected to the selected counterweight block(s) 31 via the adjustment rod module 34. The user may connect the second end portion 332 of the connection rope 33 to different numbers of the counterweight blocks 31 to adjust magnitude of the upward supporting force (F). Weight of the selected counterweight blocks 31 is equal to the upward supporting force (F).

[0026] As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the auxiliary cushion unit 40 is mounted to the bottom frame 11, and is located between the support pad unit 20 and the grip bar unit 50 in the front-rear direction (X). The auxiliary cushion unit 40 includes an auxiliary cushion 41 that extends in the left-right direction (Z), and a plurality of support legs 42 that interconnect the auxiliary cushion 41 and the bottom frame 11. The auxiliary cushion 41 is adapted for the user's upper limb to abut against.

[0027] Referring FIG. 1, 8, and 9, the grip bar unit 50 includes a grip frame 51 that is mounted to the front frame 12 of the frame unit 10 and that is operable to move relative to the front frame 12 in the left-right direction (Z), and a grip frame position pin 52. The grip frame 51 is spaced apart from the support pad module 22 in the front-rear direction (X).

[0028] In this embodiment, the grip frame 51 includes an upper slide member 53 that extends in the left-right direction (Z) and that is slidably connected to the upper rail portion 124 of the upper rod 121, a lower slide member 54 that extends in the left-right direction (Z) and that is slidably connected to the lower rail portion 125 of the lower rod 122, two upright rods 55 each of which interconnects the upper slide member 53 and the lower slide member 54, a plurality of horizontal grip rods 56 that are spaced apart from each other in the up-down direction (Y) and that extend in the left-right direction (Z), a vertical grip rod 57 that extends in the up-down direction (Y) and that is spaced apart from the horizontal grip rods 56 in the left-right direction (Z), and a plurality of connection horizontal rods 58 that extend in the left-right direction (Z).

[0029] The upright rods 55 are spaced apart from each other in the left-right direction (Z) and extend in the up-down direction (Y). The horizontal grip rods 56 are disposed between the upright rods 55, and are located between the upper slide member 53 and the lower slide member 54 in the up-down direction (Y). The vertical grip rod 57 is spaced apart from one of the upright rods 55 in the left-right direction (Z). The connection horizontal rods 58 are spaced apart from each other in the up-down direction (Y), and are disposed between the vertical grip rod 57 and the one of the upright rods 55.

[0030] The grip frame position pin 52 is operable to be inserted in the lower slide member 54 and a selected one of the grip frame position holes 126 to position the grip frame 51.

[0031] As shown in FIG. 10, the user may move the grip frame 51 leftward or rightward relative to the front frame 12, and then position the grip frame 51 by the grip frame position pin 52, so as to adjust a position of the grip frame 51 in left-right position (Z). In this way, the user may adjust the position of the grip frame 51 in the left-right position (Z) to an appropriate position according to the user's body proportions.

[0032] Thus, referring to FIG. 11, when the user uses the embodiment to train for a human flag, the user may lie on his / her side first, rest his / her hip on the support pad 27 of the support pad module 22, and push the support pad module 22 downward with his / her own weight. Then, the user may slightly bend his / her elbow and rest his / her elbow on the auxiliary cushion 41. Afterwards, the user may open his / her arms and grab two of the horizontal grip rods 56 of the grip frame 51. At this time, a portion of the counterweight blocks 31 that is selected by the user and that is connected to the connection rope 33 (a total weight of the portion of the counterweight blocks 31 is usually less than the user's bodyweight) is lifted as the support pad unit 20 descends. Then, as shown in FIG. 12, when the user exerts strength to grab the two of the horizontal grip rods 56 and to maintain his / her body in a position parallel to the ground, the portion of the counterweight blocks 31 connected to the connection rope 33 moves downward due to gravity to provide the upward supporting force (F), thereby causing the support pad unit 20 to rise and assist the user in raising his / her body in the up-down direction (Y) via the support pad module 22 thereof. The user may thus be able to keep his / her lower arm away from the auxiliary cushion 41. Consequently, the user may easily achieve the human flag because a portion of the user's bodyweight is supported by the upward supporting force (F) resulting from the weight of the portion of the counterweight blocks 31. In addition, the user may choose to grab the vertical grip rod 57 (see FIG. 8), instead of the horizontal grip rods 56, with both hands to perform the human flag, thereby training different muscles in the arms with different grabbing positions.

[0033] It may be understood that, because the upward supporting force (F) is equal to the weight of the selected counterweight block(s) 31, when the user selects a larger number of the counterweight blocks 31, the upward supporting force (F) becomes greater, which makes it easier for the user to achieve the human flag. Conversely, in order to enhance training effects, the user may select a smaller number of the counterweight blocks 31.

[0034] Through the above description, advantages of the human flag exercise device 100 according to the present disclosure can be summarized as follows. 1. By virtue of the support pad unit 20 being connected to the assistance unit 30, the assistance unit 30 may provide the upward supporting force (F) to the user when the user uses the human flag exercise device 100 to train for the human flag. Therefore, the user may exert less strength. In addition, because the user's body is supported by the support pad module 22, a center of gravity of the user's body is more stable, which facilitates the user to continuously hold himself / herself in the human flag position, thereby improving the training effects. 2. By virtue of the position of the grip frame 51 being adjustable in the left-right direction (Z), and by virtue of the position of the support pad 27 being adjustable in each of the up-down direction (Y), the left-right direction (Z), and the front-rear direction (X), users with different body proportions may easily adjust the grip frame 51 and the support pad 27 to an optimal strength-exerting position for themselves, which makes the human flag exercise device 100 user-friendly. 3. By virtue of the support pad unit 20 cooperating with the auxiliary cushion unit 40 to provide support, the user's hip and elbow / arm are supported when the user prepares to do the human flag, which makes it easier for the user to achieve the human flag smoothly.

[0035] In summary, the human flag exercise device 100 of the present disclosure may assist the user by allowing the user to achieve the human flag with less strength, and help the user to continuously hold himself / herself in the human flag position, thereby improving the training effects. Moreover, the human flag exercise device 100 is adjustable to suit different users, has a wide range of applications, and is user-friendly. Therefore, the purpose of the present disclosure is indeed achieved.
