A steam ironing head comprising a head (110) provided with an ironing surface (111), steam outlets (112) being distributed in the ironing surface (111), wherein the head (110) is provided with a detachable air suction device (120), the air suction device (120) is provided with a suction inlet (1214), and the air suction device is configured to suck air via the suction inlet when the ironing surface is close to a garment, and promote the garment to be attached thereto to be close to the ironing surface.
2. The steam ironing head according to Claim 1, wherein the suction inlet (1214) is located in a front wall (1213) of the air suction device.

The steam ironing head according to Claim 2, wherein the front wall (1213) and the ironing surface (111) are in any one of the following positional relations: (1) the front wall (1213) and the ironing surface (111) are located in a same plane; (2) the front wall (1213) is located behind a plane where the ironing surface (111) is located, and is parallel to the ironing surface; (3) the front wall (1213) is located behind the plane where the ironing surface (111) is located, and intersects with an edge of the ironing surface.
4. The steam ironing head according to any one of Claims 1-3, wherein the air suction device (120) is configured on a lower side of the head (110).

The steam ironing head according to any one of Claims 1-4, wherein the head (110) is provided with a power supply portion (113), and the air suction device (120) is provided with a power receiving portion (122); when the air suction device is assembled on the head, the power supply portion (113) is electrically connected to the power receiving portion (122); and when the air suction device is detached from the head, the power supply portion is electrically disconnected from the power receiving portion.
6. The steam ironing head according to any one of Claims 1-5, wherein the air suction device (120) comprises a power supply (123) and a switch (124), and the switch (124) controls the power supply (123) to supply power to or stop supplying power to the air suction device.
7. The steam ironing head according to any one of Claims 1-6, wherein a grating (1215) is arranged at the suction inlet (1214).
8. The steam ironing head according to any one of Claims 1-7, wherein an air suction direction of the suction inlet (1214) of the air suction device (120) is configured to be adjustable.
9. The steam ironing head according to Claim 8, wherein a louver (1216) with an adjustable angle is arranged at the suction inlet (1214).
