1. Stretcher device for assisting in lifting (1) a person from the ground, said stretcher device (1) having two removable parts, comprising a first part and a second part configured to be assembled in a service position in which said parts form a stretcher having a longitudinal direction, in which the first part is a part for supporting the bust (2) of the person and the second part is a part for supporting the legs (3) of the person, said stretcher device (1) comprising a removable fixing system (23) comprising at least a first fixing part (23A) secured to an assembly edge of the bust support part (2) and at least a second fixing part (23B) secured to an assembly edge of the second leg support part (3),wherein the first fixing part (23A) and the second fixing part (23B) cooperate mutually to ensure the assembly of the first bust support part (2) and the second leg support part (3) in the longitudinal direction, said leg support part (3) in extension of said bust support part (2), and wherein the bust support part (2) and the leg support part (3) comprise flexible materials, and in that the stretcher comprising the bust support part (2) and the leg support part (3) made of flexible materials and in the service position is configured to be rolled up in the longitudinal direction in a storage position by forming a roll-up, the stretcher device (1) comprising a roll-up holding system (24).,

Stretcher device (1) according to one of claims 1 to 8, comprising a pair of straps (25) having: - a first strap of adjustable length configured to connect the bust support part (2) to the leg support part (3), arranged on a first side of the stretcher, - a second strap of adjustable length configured to connect the bust support portion (2) to the leg support portion (3), arranged on a second side of the stretcher, said pair of straps (25) configured to be tensioned when lifting a person in a seated position by maintaining an opening angle between the bust support portion (2) and the leg support portion (3) so that said bust support portion (2) and said leg support portion (3) assembled form a seat.

Assembly comprising a stretcher device (1) according to one of claims 1 to 9, and a removable bust raising accessory (4) of said stretcher device (1), configured to raise a person in order to facilitate the positioning of the bust support part (2) of the stretcher (1) under the bust of the person, and in which the bust raising accessory (4) comprises: - a main part (40), preferably made of flexible tarpaulin materials, surrounded by flexible lining, such as plastic foams, said main part to be placed under the head and bust of the person, - two fasteners (41) to be attached one on top of the other around the person's bust, so as to hold the bust between the main part (40) and the fasteners (41) - handles (42) on the periphery of the main part (40) to lift the torso of the person attached by the two fasteners (41), - a fastening system (43) configured to removably fasten the main part (40) to the bust support part (2).
