Fluidisation gas nozzle and method manufacturing thereof

Abstract

A fluidisation gas nozzle (100) and methods. Said nozzle comprises a nozzle inflow pipe (1) and a nozzle cap (2). The nozzle inflow pipe (1) comprises a first inflow pipe end (3) arranged outside of said nozzle cap, and a second inflow pipe end (4) arranged inside the nozzle cap (2). The nozzle cap (2) com- prises plurality of flow channels (5) ar- ranged alongside the second inflow pipe end (4), the flow channel (5) having a closed first end (6) and an open second end (7) opposite to said first end. Said closed first end (6) is connected to the second inflow pipe end (4) by a flowthrough hole (8), and said open second end (7) opening to a lower end of the nozzle cap (13) opening in direc- tion of the first inflow pipe end (3), such that it is provided a gas flowing route (A) in a first direction from the first end of the nozzle inflow pipe to the second end thereof, through the flowthrough holes and then in a second direction, that is at least essentially opposite to the first direction, through the flow channels from their first end to the open second end.
