1. Cooktop with a ventilation device (4) and a cooktop surface (1) for placing cookware, in particular pots and pans, wherein the ventilation device (4) comprises: - an air inlet opening (5) arranged in a recess of the cooktop surface (1), - a fan (10) for drawing air through the air inlet opening (5), - an air duct (7) leading from the air inlet opening (5) to the fan (10), - a grease filter (8), characterized by the fact that the extractor fan (4) has a scale with a measuring cell (17) to measure the weight of objects positioned above the air inlet opening (5).

Hob according to claim 1, wherein the extractor fan (4) has a cassette (11) with a grease filter (8) that can be removed through the air inlet opening (5), in particular wherein the air inlet opening (5) has a longitudinal shape, with a length and a width, wherein the length is at least twice, in particular at least three times, in particular at least four times as long as the width.
3. Cooktop according to claim 2, wherein the cassette (11) comprises a carrying device (12) with a top (14) by means of which the cassette (11) can be gripped and pulled out through the air inlet opening (5), in particular wherein the carrying device (12) has a longitudinal shape, with a length and a width, wherein the length is at least twice, in particular at least three times, in particular at least four times as long as the width.
4. Hob according to claim 3, wherein the upper side (14) of the support device (12) is arranged above the hob surface (1).
5. Cooking surface according to claim 4, wherein the top (14) of the support device (12) has a chamfer or bevel at the edge.

Hob according to claim 4 or 5, wherein the cassette (11) can be arranged in a first position and in a second position in the hob, wherein - in the first position the top (14) of the support device (12) is arranged above the hob surface (1), and - in the second position the top (14) of the support device (12) is arranged at the same height or below the hob surface (1).

Hob according to one of claims 3 to 6, wherein an air gap is formed along the entire circumference of the top (14) of the support device (12) between the top (14) and the hob, in particular wherein - a cover (15), in particular a glass cover, is arranged on the top (14) of the support device (12), and / or - the cover (15) is only supported downwards, and / or - the air gap forms the entire air inlet opening (5).
8. Hob according to claim 7, wherein the cover (15) has a display device (19) for displaying the weight measured with the measuring cell (17).
9. Hob according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the hob top has an input and output device (6) for displaying the weight measured with the measuring cell (17).

Cooktop according to one of claims 2 to 9, wherein the cassette (11) has a suspension device (13), wherein - the cassette (11) is suspended on the cooktop and below the cooktop surface (1) by means of the suspension device (13), and - the suspension device (13) is arranged around the air inlet opening (5), and - the measuring cell (17) is arranged on the suspension device (13) and is part of the removable cassette (11), in particular wherein the suspension device (13) is designed as a frame.
12. Hob according to one of claims 2 to 8, wherein the measuring cell (17) is arranged on the hob and is not removable with the cassette (11), wherein the cassette (11) is suspended on the hob and below the hob surface (1) and presses on the measuring cell (17).

Hob according to one of claims 2 to 8, wherein the measuring cell (17) is part of the removable cassette (11), and is operated by means of a battery (18) or by means of a rechargeable battery, or wherein current is supplied from the hob to the measuring cell (17) by means of inductive energy transfer.
