Description

[0001] Ventilation device

[0002] The invention relates to a ventilation device according to the 5

[0003] Preamble of patent claim 1.

[0004] A ventilation device of the type mentioned above is known from document KR 101 522 498 Bl (see in particular Figures 6a and 6b). 10

[0005] Another ventilation device is known from document US 4,135,440 A. This consists of a horizontal floor surface, an air discharge device arranged in the horizontal floor surface, and an air outlet opening provided on the air discharge device and opening just above the horizontal floor surface, wherein an air flow tube emerging from the air outlet opening (see also https : / / de. wikipedia. org / w / index. php? title=Stromf adenthe- orie& oldid=214725415 ) has a main longitudinal axis orthogonal to the air outlet opening. Such ventilation devices are particularly well known, for example, in so-called server rooms, where the air outlet openings are also located on a so-called raised floor (see also https : / / de . wikipedia . org / w / index . php?title=Doppelboden_( Bauwe- 25 sen)&oldid= 224725 848). The escaping air simply flows as a flow tube orThe airflow tube is directed upwards and serves to cool the servers located in the room. The term "flow tube" used in this application refers to a fluid, in particular air, within an imaginary, thin tube whose outer surface is formed by streamlines. The invention is based on the object of improving a ventilation device of the type mentioned above. In particular, a ventilation device that can be used in a more differentiated manner is to be created. 5.

[0006] This object is achieved with a ventilation device of the type mentioned at the outset by the features listed in the characterising part of patent claim 1.

[0007] 10

[0008] According to the invention, it is therefore provided that the main longitudinal axis of the air flow tube is arranged at an angle between 45° and 89° to the floor surface.

[0009] In other words, the solution 15 according to the invention is characterized in that the main longitudinal axis of the air flow tube no longer flows out of the horizontal floor surface in a simply orthogonal manner, as in the prior art mentioned at the beginning, but rather at an angle other than 90°, more precisely at an angle between 45° and 89°. This requirement is 20 particularly advantageous for the ventilation of desk workstations, as will be discussed in more detail below, since an air flow tube flowing against the desk top from below no longer hits the desk top perpendicularly, but at an angle, which has the consequence 25 that the air as a whole is deflected much better in a desired direction (and not - as in the prior art mentioned at the beginning according to the document US 4,135,440 A - in all directions), preferably towards the user of the desk.30 Other advantageous developments of the ventilation device according to the invention emerge from the dependent patent claims.

[0010] The ventilation device according to the invention, including its advantageous developments according to the dependent patent claims, is explained in more detail below with reference to the drawings of two exemplary embodiments.

[0011] It shows schematically 10

[0012] Figure 1 shows a first embodiment with a first air discharge device directed somewhat steeper upwards; and

[0013] Figure 2 shows a second embodiment with a second air discharge device , 15 which is oriented somewhat less steeply upwards .

[0014] The ventilation device shown in the figures consists, in a known manner, of a horizontal floor surface 1, an air discharge device 2 arranged in the horizontal floor surface 1, and an air outlet opening 2.1, 25 provided on the air discharge device 2 and opening out a maximum of 30 cm, preferably a maximum of 15 cm, particularly preferably a maximum of 5 cm, above the horizontal floor surface 1, wherein an air flow tube emerging from the air outlet opening 2.1, which is preferably adjustable via corresponding actuators, has a main longitudinal axis (see Figure 1) that is orthogonal to the air outlet opening 2.1.What is essential for the ventilation device according to the invention is that the main longitudinal axis of the air flow tube is arranged at an angle between 45° and 89°, particularly preferably between 60° and 75°, to the floor surface 1.

[0015] 5

[0016] In order to direct the air flow as effectively as possible to a person, it is preferably provided that the air delivery device 2 is assigned a table 3, preferably height-adjustable, standing on the floor surface 1, against which air flows from below from the air outlet opening 2.1. The air flows from below towards the table top 10 and is directed from there to the person at the table (seated or possibly also standing).

[0017] To further influence the direction of the flow tube, an air separation edge 2.2, preferably extending only over a partial circumference, is provided in or on the air outlet opening 2.1 (see in particular Figure 2). This edge influences the flow tube itself in its internal flow pattern such that it exits with an internal swirl 20 and (as shown in Figure 1) is curved downstream of the air outlet opening 2.1 due to the vortex.

[0018] Furthermore, it is preferably provided that an edge surrounding the air outlet opening 2.1 is arranged lying in an imaginary plane.

[0019] In order to be able to specifically influence the direction of the flow tube at the air outlet opening 2.1, it is further preferably provided that a flow influencing element 2.3 is arranged within the air discharge device 2 for lateral deflection of the air flow tube after it exits the air discharge device 2, in the flow direction, in front of the air outlet opening 2.1. Looking at it in somewhat more detail, in order to be able to specifically slow down the flow tube locally, it is particularly preferably provided that the flow influencing element 2.3 is designed to act only on a partial circumference 5 of the air outlet opening 2.1 or the flow tube. Furthermore, it is also preferably provided that the flow influencing element 2.3 has a rough surface with a roughness of more than 1 mm.

[0020] 10

[0021] In order to realize an energy-saving local fresh air supply (also called personal ventilation), it is furthermore particularly preferred that an air volume flow exiting at the air outlet opening 2.1 is less than 1 m 3 per hour. 15

[0022] In order to be able to supply two workstations with fresh air simultaneously, for example, it is further preferably provided that each air discharge device 2 has at least two air outlet openings 2.1. 20

[0023] Furthermore, it is preferably provided that the air outlet opening 2.1 is optionally designed to be tilt-adjustable with respect to the floor surface 1, round, in particular circular, and / or to close automatically in the absence of air flow. 25

[0024] Not separately shown, but preferably provided, is further that the floor surface 1 is formed from a plurality of standardized floor surface elements, preferably 60 cm x 60 cm in size. In this case, it is further particularly preferably provided that the air discharge device 2 is arranged on (such) a floor surface element. As can be clearly seen from Figure 1, it is further preferably provided that the floor surface 1 is designed as part of a (so-called) raised floor 1.1. Furthermore, it is preferably provided that the air discharge device 2 is connected to a central air supply device (itself not separately shown) via a flexible line 2.4. In combination with the two aforementioned requirements, it is further particularly preferably provided that the flexible line 2.4 is arranged (at least partially) within the raised floor 1.1.

[0025] Furthermore, a control device for controlling the air discharge device 2, in particular for selectively adjusting an air temperature and / or an air flow rate, is particularly preferably provided. This allows the outlet nozzle and thus ultimately, with the control device, in particular the temperature, volume flow, etc., to be individually adjusted.

[0026] 20

[0027] Furthermore, it is preferably provided that the control device is designed to communicate optionally with a smartwatch (see https : / / de . Wikipedia. org / w / index. php?title=Smartwatch&oldid=228916199 ) and / or a smartphone (see https: / / de.wikipedia.org / w / index.php?title=Smartphone&oldid=230392619 ), preferably with a user who is in the vicinity of the control device, and preferably to take the user's needs into account.

[0028] Furthermore, it is preferably provided that the control device is designed to take into account radiant heat emitted optionally by people and / or devices located in its vicinity.

[0029] Furthermore, the air discharge device 2 is preferably provided with a preferably electrically operating, decentralized heating device.

[0030] Finally, it is preferably provided (but not separately shown) that an air guiding device is arranged in the area between the air outlet opening 2.1 and the table 3. 10
