Abstract
Description
[0001] 1. The product serves as a substructure for drywall construction and is compatible with existing systems. The Sendzimir galvanized coating (hereinafter: SVZ coating) plug-in connection system comprises several modules which can be precisely connected using screws. 2. The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the exemplary embodiments shown in the accompanying drawings. 3. Figure 1 .: This is a perspective view of a possible design of the stainless steel plug-in system. 4. Figure 2 .: Detail V in Figure 1 The figure shows a schematic representation of the Maxi sliding piece. The Maxi sliding piece is attached at a right angle to a base profile and screwed in place. The profile has a longitudinally continuous structure and consists of a web and two legs that can be screwed together in various positions. 5. Figure 3 .: Detail W in Figure 1The figure shows the Mini sliding piece, which is designed as a connecting plug-in profile. This special plug-in profile allows for flush mounting of base profiles rotated by 90Β°. The special shape of the sliding piece creates a stable and flush connection between two base profiles, with the profiles positioned at a right angle to each other. 6. Figure 4 Detail X in Figure 1 The figure shows the connection of a base profile with the connecting piece, which is used as an extension and fitting connection of the base profile. 7. Figure 5 .: Detail Y in Figure 1 The figure shows the Midi sliding piece, which is designed as a connecting plug-in profile. This plug-in profile allows for mounting on the floor or ceiling to secure the profiles and to connect the base profiles. 8. Figure 6 .: Detail Z in Figure 1The figure shows the Maxi sliding piece, which has a similar function to the Midi sliding piece but features an extended travel range. This plug-in profile is used to connect base profiles and was specifically developed for applications where large dimensional differences and changes need to be compensated for. 9. In the Figure 1 Details X and Z illustrate the function of the Maxi sliding piece: Details X and Z show how the sliding piece is inserted into the base profiles and can be adjusted along the longitudinal and transverse axes to compensate for different dimensional deviations. Secure fixing via snap-in or screw connections ensures a permanently stable and durable connection, even with significant design differences. 10. Figure 7 .: Detail T / AA in Figure 7 . The Figure 7Figure 1 shows a double layer of sheathing for the plug-in system with insulation. This sheathing, in the form of gypsum boards (T) with insulation (S), rests against the base profile (U). 11. Figure 8 .: Detail T in Figure 1 . The Figure 8Figure 1 shows a single-layer sheathing of the plug-in system without insulation. The cross-section illustrates how the sheathing, using gypsum boards (T), rests against the base profile (U). 12. The hole patterns in the individual components can be adapted to standard profiles. 13. The screws and the plug-in system (base profiles (U)) are insulated to provide acoustic insulation. 14. The plug-in connection system made of U-profiles, which has an SVZ coating, is modularly expandable and is assembled on the base profiles (U). 15. The at least two base profiles can be extended using the connecting profile (X) and are additionally screwed together at right angles using sliding pieces. 16. The base profiles are screwed together using sliding pieces, which are screwed on one side and at the ends of the base profiles. 17.The ends of the base profiles are connected on the outside of the web using the sliding piece mini (W). 18. If the end of a base profile is connected to the inside of the web, the sliding piece midi (Y / Z) is used. 19. For connecting two base profiles in a 90-degree joint, the sliding piece maxi (V) with a longer sliding area is used at their ends in addition to the sliding piece midi (Y / Z) to accommodate variable environments, such as ceiling curvatures, to which the system is attached, and to prevent fatigue of the base profiles. 20. If no ceiling curvatures are expected, the sliding piece maxi (V) can be replaced by the sliding piece midi (Y / Z). 21. The plug-in connection system can be clad with gypsum boards (T). The space between the gypsum boards, including the gaps in the U-profiles, can be filled with insulating material (AA). 22. The sheathing is done in the form of single or double sheathing.Furthermore, the product can be installed with or without insulation. The space between the gypsum board panels can be filled with insulation material throughout, including within the base profiles. 23. The horizontal "struts" (consisting of the base profiles) are mounted from floor to ceiling. The corresponding base profiles can also be used for vertical installation. 24. To attach the base profiles to the floor and ceiling, both the sliding piece-midi (Y / Z) and the sliding piece-maxi (V) are used. The sliding piece-maxi (V) also provides a sliding function for sliding ceiling connections. These connections are typically used when soundproofing is required and when ceilings may deflect. 25. The connecting piece (X) joins two base profiles together without reducing the load-bearing capacity. This connector is designed to be inserted into and secured within the existing base profiles. 26. The sliding piece-Midi (W) is also used as a connecting element in the area of ββthe door lintels and is designed to take up as little space as possible. All sliding pieces can be flexibly moved within the base profile and attached to the base profiles. 27. The system is designed for both horizontal and vertical installation. 28. Another feature of the system is the simplified integration of third-party components such as doors and frames. This is made possible by adapters, sliding pieces, and connecting elements that are specifically manufactured for the system. These enable quick and secure installation. 29.Furthermore, the invention is characterized by the fact that the components are provided with an SVZ coating (material designation: steel sheet SVZ, DX51 D+Z275MA-G sendzimir galvanized) and are therefore considerably lighter than comparable pipe constructions and can subsequently receive corrosion protection if required. 30. The weight reduction is achieved by strategically placed cutouts in the profiles, which ensure equivalent structural stability despite the reduced material usage.
