Description

DESCRIPTION PACKAGING SUPPORT FOR TRANSPORTING BOTTLES IN PAIRS, WHICH ALSO SERVES AS A HANDLE OBJECT OF THE INVENTION The invention, as stated in the present descriptive report, refers to a packaging support for grouped transport of bottles in pairs that also serves as a handle, providing, to the function for which it is intended, advantages and characteristics that are described in detail below and that represent an improvement over the current state of the art. The object of the present invention is a packaging support intended to facilitate the grouped transport of bottles, specifically two bottles, and which also serves as a handle. This support, being of the type that, to ensure the joining of the bottles at their upper part, in the area immediately below the cap, is constituted by a sheet of die-cut cardboard that has a series of fold and die-cut lines designed so that, when the bottle caps pass through the space defined by the dies, they are retained together in an aligned arrangement, is distinguished by the fact that the structural configuration that defines the design of said sheet piece, in addition to being very simplified, allowing the support to be built from a piece with a minimum of folds and dies,It is both very secure and sturdy in holding the bottles, eliminating the need for the bottle caps to have any additional rim, and has the advantage that the body of the holder itself acts as a carrying handle. FIELD OF APPLICATION OF THE INVENTION The field of application of the present invention falls within the packaging industry sector, focusing particularly on the field of manufacturing cardboard supports and packaging articles for containers, particularly bottles. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Multiple types and models of packaging for containers made from die-cut cardboard sheets or similar material, with fold lines that allow for the grouped transport of several containers, are available on the market. Among these types of packaging, those consisting of a sheet with holes adjustable to the bottle cap and a central fold that includes a handle are well-known, allowing several bottles to be grouped and transported together. Thus, for example, Utility Model No. 202431695, whose owner is the applicant of the present invention, discloses a packaging support for the grouped transport of bottles of the type concerned here, which, however, although it satisfactorily fulfills the objectives it intends to improve the prior art, presents aspects susceptible to improvement, especially when it is intended for the grouped transport of only two bottles, which is a very commercial grouping, especially for large bottles, for example of one liter or one and a half liters. Thus, more specifically, the objective of the present invention is the development of an improved type of support for grouped transport of bottles that presents a simpler manufacture and assembly, especially in terms of the design of the die and fold lines that must be manipulated to place the support on the bottle cap and that, at the same time, is more resistant, given that the weight of the bottles can be considerable. Furthermore, and with reference to the current state of the art, it should be noted that, at least as far as the applicant is concerned, there is no knowledge of any other packaging support for the grouped transport of bottles that has technical, structural and constitutive characteristics equal or similar to those claimed herein. EXPLANATION OF THE INVENTION The packaging support for grouped transport of bottles in pairs, which also serves as a handle, proposed by the invention, is configured as an ideal solution to achieve the objectives indicated above, with the characterizing details that make it possible and that distinguish it being conveniently included in the final claims that accompany this description. Specifically, what the invention proposes, as previously mentioned, is a packaging support intended to facilitate the grouped transport of two bottles, which also serves as a handle. This support, being of the type made from a die-cut cardboard sheet with a series of fold lines and cut lines designed so that, when the bottle caps pass through the space defined by the dies, they are held together in an aligned arrangement. It is distinguished by the fact that the structural configuration defining the design of said sheet, in addition to being highly simplified, allows the support to be built from a single piece with a minimum of folds and dies.It is both very secure and sturdy in holding the bottles, eliminating the need for the bottle caps to have any additional rim, and has the advantage that the body of the holder itself acts as a carrying handle. For this purpose, and more specifically, the sheet of cardboard from which the support is formed simply comprises two symmetrical lateral longitudinal portions and a central longitudinal portion defined between the lateral portions by two longitudinal fold lines that run parallel along the length of said piece, with two groups of cutting lines in the central portion provided to allow the bottle caps to be inserted through them. Furthermore, these cutting lines, when the two side portions are folded and lifted upwards to assemble the support, are designed so that they give rise to respective rigid skirts that extend along the lower part of each side portion, resting on the body of the respective bottles; and for its part, on the distal edge of each of the two side portions, there are recesses which, located in conjunction with the position of the skirts, are dimensioned to fit and lock under the stopper of each of the two bottles, pressing against the stoppers thanks to the thrust of the skirts that rest on the body of the bottles. Furthermore, by folding the respective side portions upwards along the longitudinal fold lines, and facing them against the stoppers, the assembly becomes a tubular body with a triangular cross-section, where the central portion defines its base and the side portions the respective inclined sides that increase its strength with respect to the sheet piece from which it starts, which allows the support of the bottles using it as a handle if held by the central part, placing the hand below the aforementioned body in the space existing between both bottles. Furthermore, in the preferred embodiment, the cutting lines of the central portion define deformable tabs designed so that they are narrower in the center than on the sides, so that when folded, they give rise to the aforementioned rigid skirts that extend along the lower part of each side portion once both portions are folded, which skirts, as already mentioned, are located in conjunction with the recesses that lock into the stoppers, reinforcing the effect of these when resting on the body of the bottles. With all this, the main advantage of the support is that, once the sheet piece is folded along the two longitudinal lines and after inserting the bottle caps into the dies of the central portion and attaching the recesses of the distal edge under the caps, the support is fixed, grouping two bottles in the same package and serving directly as a handle for transporting them. DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS To complement the description being made and in order to help a better understanding of the characteristics of the invention, this descriptive report is accompanied, as an integral part thereof, by sheets of drawings in which, for illustrative and non-limiting purposes, the following has been represented: Figure 1-A shows a plan view of the die-cut sheet piece from which the packaging support for grouped transport of bottles, the object of the invention, is formed, showing the parts it comprises; Figure 1-B shows a front elevation view of the sheet metal piece, once folded, showing the configuration of one of its side portions, especially the configuration and arrangement of the rigid skirts and the recesses that help in fixing the bottles; Figure 2 shows a front perspective view of the packaging support according to the invention, once folded from the piece shown in Figure 1-A, in this case once mounted on the bottles, showing its arrangement and its different parts; and Figure number 3 shows a side perspective view of the support mounted on the bottles, as shown in the example in Figure 2. PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION In view of the aforementioned figures, and in accordance with the numbering adopted, one can observe in them an example of a non-limiting embodiment of the packaging support for grouped transport of bottles in pairs that also serves as a handle of the invention, which comprises what is described in detail below. Thus, as can be seen in the figures, the support that is the subject of the invention is configured from a sheet piece (1) of cardboard which, having a known series of fold lines and cut lines that allow its transformation into a volumetric body and allow the insertion of the stopper (t) of two bottles (b) being held together, is distinguished, as can be seen in figure 1-A, where it is represented in the flat position from which it starts, and in figure 1-B, by the fact that said sheet piece (1) essentially comprises: - two symmetrical longitudinal lateral portions (2), and - a central longitudinal portion (3), defined between the lateral portions (2) by the existence of two longitudinal bending lines (4), which run parallel to each other and to the longitudinal axis (e) along the piece (1); - also existing in the aforementioned central portion (3), two groups of cutting lines (5) that interrupt the longitudinal folding lines (4) which, when the two lateral portions (2) are folded and raised upwards to mount the support, in addition to allowing the passage of the stopper (t) of the bottles (b), give rise to respective rigid skirts (10) that extend along the lower part of each lateral portion (2) resting on the body of the respective bottles; and - also existing on the distal edge (8) of each of the two lateral portions (2), some recesses (9) arranged symmetrically and coinciding with the position of the skirts (10) of the central portion (3), which recesses (9), in turn, are dimensioned to fit and be locked under the stopper (t) of each of the two bottles (b) thanks to the push of the skirts (10) when the respective lateral portions (2) are folded upwards along the longitudinal fold lines (4). As can be seen in these figures, especially in figure 3, once the support is assembled, after folding the respective lateral portions (2) of the sheet piece (1) upwards along the longitudinal bending lines (4), and facing them against the stoppers (t), it is a tubular body of triangular section, where the central portion (3) defines a horizontal base and the lateral portions (2) respective inclined sides, which, in addition to providing rigidity to the support itself, allows its use as a handle, placing the hand below the aforementioned triangular body, in the central space existing between both bottles (b). In addition, preferably, the cutting lines (5) of the central portion (3) define two pairs of deformable tabs (6) that help to fix the bottles (b) by locking under the caps (t), after the insertion of these through them. In any case, these cutting lines (5) are configured so that these tabs (6) in their center are narrower at the open end than at their deformable end on the transverse folding lines (7), giving rise, when the support is folded and assembled, to the respective rigid skirts (10) that extend along the lower part of each side portion (2) once both side portions (2) have been folded along the longitudinal folding lines (4), these skirts (10), as can be seen in figure 1-B, being located in coincidence with the position of the recesses (9) that lock into the bottle caps (t) (b), reinforcing the effect of these when resting on the body of the bottles. Having sufficiently described the nature of the present invention, as well as the manner of putting it into practice, it is not considered necessary to make its explanation more extensive so that any expert in the field can understand its scope and the advantages that derive from it.
