Abstract
Description
Description Title of the invention: Windshield wiper blade FIELD OF INVENTION The present invention relates to a windshield wiper comprising an elastic rail, a deflector element and a wiping blade unit with a wiping lip and a base body provided with an elastic rail housing to receive the elastic rail, the base body having a cavity different from that receiving the elastic rail. STATE OF THE ART We already know of such a wiper blade comprising an elastic rail, a wiping blade unit with a wiping lip and a base body with an elastic rail housing. DESCRIPTION AND ADVANTAGES OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to a wiper blade comprising at least one elastic rail, a deflector element and at least one wiper blade unit with at least one wiper lip and at least one wiper base body having an elastic rail housing and at least one longitudinal cavity different from the elastic rail housing and delimited by a cavity wall, this wiper blade being characterized in that the deflector element has a side wall which at least partially covers the longitudinal cavity, the side wall and the cavity wall penetrating each other in particular by a connection by shape. The term "wiper blade unit" refers to at least one part, including a subassembly, of a wiper blade. The wiper blade unit is designed to move over the surface of a vehicle window, including cleaning that surface and removing liquid from it; the wiper blade unit is in direct contact with this surface, which is that of a vehicle window. The wiper blade unit is applied to a vehicle. This wiper blade unit is applied to a vehicle window, including the windshield, rear window, or headlight lens. The wiper blade unit preferably comprises at least one base body and one wiping lip. As a point of note, it should be emphasized that the conjunction "or" used in the description and claims has its usual meaning combining the logical function of "exclusive or" and that of "inclusive or". The wiping lip is designed to be in direct contact with the surface, particularly the vehicle's window, during the operation of the wiper blade unit. The wiping lip is adapted to withstand pressure from a force, for example, The force exerted by the elastic rail of the wiper blade against the shape of the surface. The wiping lip is made of natural or synthetic rubber, in particular, plastic or rubber. The wiping lip is fitted to the base body, in particular being a single piece with it. The wiping lip is at least practically parallel to the main direction of extension of the wiper blade unit. According to the invention, the gripping function includes in particular at least one grip on both sides of the lateral wall by the longitudinal cavity. The expression "principal direction of extension" of an object preferably designates a direction parallel to the direction of the longer side of the smaller parallelepiped that closely encloses the object. The expression "practically parallel" refers to the orientation of a direction relative to a reference direction, particularly in a plane, the direction deviating from the reference direction by only a deviation, in particular less than 8°, advantageously less than 5°, and particularly advantageously less than 2°. Preferably, the base body of the wiper blade unit is designed to couple the wiper blade unit to other wiper blade components. Other components of the wiper blade include, for example, the elastic rail(s), end caps, deflector element, fixing element, wiper arm adapter, retaining spring or similar means. In particular, the base body is designed to at least partially receive the elastic rail. The base body includes an elastic rail bearing surface. This elastic rail bearing surface is preferably designed so that the elastic rail can bear against it. The elastic rail bearing surface is preferably part of an elastic rail housing. The elastic rail housing is formed as a cavity adjacent to the elastic rail. In particular, the elastic rail housing is in the form of a passage or groove in the base body. Preferably, the principal direction of extension of the elastic rail housing is at least practically parallel to the principal direction of extension of the base body or the wiper blade unit. The term "principal direction of extension of a housing or recess" refers, in particular, to the principal direction of extension of a wall delimiting the housing or recess, especially in the case of an infinitely thin theoretical wall thickness. Preferably, the base body, at least in one operating state of the wiper unit, is not in contact with the surface, particularly the vehicle's windshield. The base body is made of a natural or synthetic elastomer, in particular plastic or rubber. The wiping lip and the base body are preferably made of the same material. The wiping lip is connected to the base body. The wiping lip is a single piece with the base body, and preferably, the damping element is made separately from the base body. The term "a single piece" refers to a one-piece construction or a connection made of material, such as, for example, a connection by welding, bonding, or other process, and advantageously, in particular, by a forming obtained from a cast iron or by a one- or multi-component injection molding process. The term "a single piece" means that it is a forming in a single piece. Preferably, this piece is obtained from a single blank, a solid, or a cast iron, and particularly preferably, by an injection molding process, especially a one- or multi-component injection molding process. According to an advantageous development of the invention, the main extension direction of the base body is at least practically parallel to the main extension direction of the wiping lip or wiping blade unit. Preferably, the longitudinal cavity is at least practically parallel to the principal direction of extension of the wiping blade unit, particularly the base body. The maximum extension of the longitudinal cavity corresponds at least practically to the principal direction of extension of the wiping blade unit, particularly the base body. The fact that two quantities "correspond primarily" means that the smallest ratio between the two quantities is at least greater than 0.25, preferably greater than 0.5, and most preferably greater than 0.75. Preferably, the longitudinal cavity is practically parallel to the principal direction of extension of the elastic rail housing. The longitudinal cavity is also at least practically parallel to the principal direction of extension of the wiping lip. The expression "peripherally" refers to a plane that is practically perpendicular to the principal direction of extension of the wiping blade unit. The longitudinal cavity is delimited by a cavity wall. The longitudinal cavity is preferably designed to compensate in the vertical direction, thus advantageously reducing wiping noise. The wiping lip is adjacent to the longitudinal cavity. This longitudinal cavity also provides the wiping blade unit with elasticity in the perpendicular direction. The longitudinal cavity allows for deformation during the wiping motion. Preferably, the wiping lip is adjacent to the longitudinal cavity. The longitudinal cavity makes the wiping blade unit elastic in the perpendicular direction. According to an advantageous development of the invention, the basic body has at least one cavity wall that surrounds or encloses the longitudinal cavity. The cavity The longitudinal cavity is practically rectangular. Preferably, the longitudinal cavity is connected to the wiping lip by a relatively narrow connecting arm. The cavity wall is preferably made of the same material as the wiping lip of the wiping unit. Cavity walls made of a different material, particularly an elastic material, than that of the wiping lip of the wiping blade unit are also possible. Preferably, the cavity wall at least partially defines a longitudinal cavity. According to the invention, the deflector element is a covering element of the base body located on the opposite side from the wiping blade. The deflector element may be in the form of a deflector. Preferably, the deflector element is designed to deflect the circulating wind and generate an application force. In an advantageous development, the deflector element consists of two parts, comprising a first deflector segment and a second deflector segment. The deflector element has a side wall. Preferably, the side wall has a first side wall segment and a second side wall segment. The side wall segments are lateral branches or fin-shaped elements. Each side wall segment is practically vertical. The vertical direction is itself practically perpendicular to the wiping direction. Each deflector segment can preferably cover more than half of the overall longitudinal extension of the wiper blade. The deflector element is preferably made of a plastic material with a more stable shape. According to the invention, the side wall, which at least partially covers the longitudinal cavity, and the interpenetrating cavity wall are engaged, notably by a connection through their shape. The coupling between the longitudinal cavity wall and the side wall of the deflector element has the advantage of preventing the base body from detaching from the elastic rail during the reversing movement. At the same time, the longitudinal cavity can advantageously deploy its elasticity and damping potential during the normal wiping movement beyond the points of reversal, since the longitudinal cavity is not unnecessarily constrained, even in the vertical direction. According to an advantageous development of the invention, the deflector element forms the housing for the elastic rail. The deflector element is made as part of the housing for the elastic rail. The base body and the deflector element together form the housing for the elastic rail. According to another advantageous development of the invention, the respective side wall segment of the deflector element or the wall of the longitudinal cavity of the base body comprises a gripping element which penetrates the wall of the longitudinal cavity of the base body or the side wall segment of the deflector element, in particular by A connection is achieved through form. Due to the lateral attachment, the longitudinal cavity remains within the vertical compensation space, so that the elasticity and damping potential of the longitudinal cavity is not reduced in the vertical direction by this lateral attachment. Simultaneously, the attachment ensures compression of the elastic rail against its bearing surface in the base body. The side wall, which at least partially covers the longitudinal cavity laterally, can advantageously serve to guide the longitudinal cavity in the horizontal direction. Advantageously, the gripping element acts as a vertical stop for the base body. This reduces the detachment of the elastic rail from its support surface when the wiper blade reverses. According to an advantageous development of the invention, the first and second side wall segments of the deflector element each comprise a gripping element that engages with the wall of the longitudinal cavity. This double embedding advantageously ensures a uniform application of the base body against the elastic rail. A particularly advantageous and easy-to-manufacture solution consists of making the gripping element in the form of a pin-shaped element that can be embedded in the wall of the cavity of the base body. According to the present invention, the pin-shaped element is an element whose shape allows it to be embedded in the material of the cavity wall in such a way that, by this insertion, at least the greater part of the cavity material is enveloped. In the context of the present invention, a pin-shaped element is an element whose contour decreases with distance from the lateral wall. According to an advantageous design, the gripping element is made in one piece, particularly in one piece with the deflector element, and preferably, the gripping element is oriented almost horizontally. Preferably, the horizontal direction corresponds almost exactly to the wiping direction. The gripping element is oriented horizontally along the contour of the side wall of the deflector element. The gripping element is a raised section of the side wall. The gripping element extends in the principal direction of the wiping blade unit's extension. The gripping element extends in the longitudinal direction. Preferably, the gripping element is a rail- or cross-shaped element on the side wall of the deflector element. To avoid reducing, or only slightly reducing, the damping and elasticity effect of the longitudinal cavity of the wiping lip, a particularly advantageous development of the invention provides that the side of the cavity wall bottom facing the wiping lip is practically uncovered, preferably by not being covered by the deflector element. Thus, the movement is not obstructed. elastic of the longitudinal cavity. An advantageous development of the invention provides that the longitudinal cavity is practically rectangular and that the cavity wall is composed of a lower surface or bottom, two lateral walls, and a upper surface or top opposite the lower surface. The lateral surfaces of the cavity wall are preferably parallel. The lower and upper surfaces are parallel. The longitudinal cavity is practically symmetrical with respect to the axis of symmetry. Preferably, each of the two lateral surfaces of the longitudinal cavity has a groove corresponding to the respective gripping element. To stabilize the wiper blade unit in the longitudinal direction, an advantageous development of the invention provides that the deflector segments of the deflector element are a single piece with their end cap, particularly through their design. This advantageously minimizes relative movement between two sub-assemblies. To prevent migration of the end cap-deflector segment assembly relative to the corresponding elastic rail, an additional attachment means is provided. The attachment means can be incorporated into the end cap and provide the connection between the end cap and the elastic rail. Alternatively, the attachment means can be implemented using an existing gripping element, for example, by clamping it into the wiper arm adapter, thus advantageously preventing migration in the longitudinal direction. The wiper blade includes a wiper arm adapter to connect it to the wiper arm, and the grip element attaches to the wiper arm adapter. According to an advantageous development of the invention, the elastic rail comprises a first rail segment and a second rail segment. According to an advantageous development of the invention, the wiping lip has a maximum extension parallel to the wiping direction and which extends over at least one-tenth, and in particular at least one-fifth, of the maximum extension of the base body, parallel to the wiping direction. Advantageously, a solid wiping lip is provided, and in particular a stable and mobile wiping lip, especially for removing very hard soiling from the surface, particularly the vehicle window, by passing over it. Advantageously, the wiping lip is stable and mobile, particularly for removing dirt that is difficult to remove from the surface, particularly the vehicle window, by wiping it. According to another characteristic, the wiping lip has a practically triangular cross-section. The expression "practically triangular cross-section" means that the smallest imaginary triangle that completely surrounds the cross-section has an area that represents at most 125%, preferably at most 115%, in a particularly preferential manner, at plus 105% of the section's surface area. Alternatively, or in addition, the smallest triangle that completely surrounds the interior of the section has a surface area that corresponds to at least 75%, preferably at least 85%, and most preferably at least 95% of the section's surface area. In particular, it can be envisaged that the practically triangular section has, instead of a triangular apex, a contact surface to make contact with the surface to be cleaned. The wiper blade according to the invention is not limited to the application and embodiment described above. In particular, the wiper blade unit according to the invention or the wiper blade according to the invention may, to perform the described function, have a number of component elements or units that differ from those described above without departing from the scope of the invention. Brief description of the drawings The present invention will be described in more detail below with reference to different embodiments of a windshield wiper blade shown in the accompanying drawings, in which: [Fig.1] Schematic representation of a windshield wiper blade according to the invention with a wiping blade unit, [Fig.2] Schematic cross-sectional view of a first embodiment of the windshield wiper blade, [Fig.3] Schematic cross-sectional view of another embodiment of the windshield wiper blade, [Fig.4] Schematic cross-sectional view of another embodiment of the windshield wiper blade. DESCRIPTION OF METHODS OF IMPLEMENTING THE INVENTION Figure 1 shows a wiper blade 10. The wiper blade 10 includes at least one elastic rail 17 (see Figure 2). The wiper blade 10a includes at least one wiper blade unit 10a. Preferably, the wiper blade unit 11a has a longitudinal direction L as its principal extension direction. The longitudinal direction L is practically parallel to the principal extension direction of the wiper blade 10a. Preferably, the longitudinal direction L is at least practically perpendicular to a predefined wiping direction 30a, 32a of the wiper blade 10a, in particular of the wiper blade unit 11a. The wiper blade 10a preferably has end caps 42, 44, which are not detailed. The wiper blade 10a has a wiper arm adapter 46a. The wiper blade 10a has a length of 40 in the longitudinal direction L. The wiper blade 10a includes a deflector element 100. The de- The deflector 100 is, for example, implemented as a deflector. According to an advantageous development of the invention, the deflector element 100 comprises a first deflector segment 100a and another deflector segment 100b. Between segments 100a and 100b is the wiper arm adapter 46. Each of the deflector segments 100a and 100b thus connects to an end cap 42, 44, and the wiper arm adapter 46. The deflector element 100 has a side wall 103a. The side wall 103a extends primarily in the vertical direction. The deflector element 100 thus has a practically U-shaped cross-section. A deflector 100 can also be considered as having an aerodynamically shaped upper (or top) side 200. Each deflector segment 100a, 100b preferably has two side wall segments 104a, 104b. The side wall segments 104a, 104b preferably form the side wall 103. The side wall segments 104a, 104b of the deflector element 100 are made in the form of lateral branches. The side wall segments 104a, 104b preferably extend practically in the vertical direction V. The side wall segments 104a, 104b have a main extension direction in the longitudinal direction L. Each of the deflector segments 100a, 100b thus has a practically U-shaped rail housing to receive the deflector unit 1a. The [Fig.2] is a section of the wiper blade 10a, particularly in the cutting plane 55 (see [Fig.1]), which is at least practically perpendicular to the longitudinal direction L. The section of the wiper blade 10a preferably has an axis of symmetry 102 which is at least practically perpendicular to the wiping direction 30a, 30b and extends practically in the vertical direction V. In particular, the section of the wiper blade unit 1a is planar symmetric with respect to the axis of symmetry 102. The wiper blade unit 11 includes at least one wiping lip 12a. Preferably, the wiping lip 12a is located on the axis of symmetry 102. In particular, the principal extension direction of the wiping lip 12a is at least practically parallel to the longitudinal direction L. Preferably, the wiping lip 12a is symmetrical-planar with respect to the axis of symmetry 102. The wiping blade unit 1a comprises at least one base body 14a. Preferably, the wiping lip 12a is provided on the base body 14a. The base body 14a is particularly symmetrical-planar with respect to the axis of symmetry 102. In particular, the principal extension direction of the base body 14a is at least practically parallel to the longitudinal axis L. The base body 14a comprises at least one elastic rail bearing surface 16a, 16b. The elastic rail bearing surface 16a, 16b is provided to receive the elastic rail 17. According to the embodiment of the invention shown in [Fig. 2], the elastic rail 17 is in two parts and comprises a first elastic rail segment 17a and a second elastic rail segment 17b. The elastic rail segments 17a, 17b are, according to the embodiment of [Fig.2], in contact with an elastic rail support surface 16a, 16b also divided into two. The elastic rail bearing surface 16a, 16b is preferably formed as part of a housing 15a, 15b that receives the elastic rail. The elastic rail housing 15a, 15b preferably surrounds the elastic rail segments 17a, 17b at least partially. The elastic rail segments 17a, 17b are respectively surrounded by the deflector segment 100a, 100b, which is shared with the elastic rail housing 15a, 15b, preferably by being surrounded or enveloped almost completely. One can also consider embodiments in which the elastic rail housing 15 is closed in the peripheral direction. One can also consider an elastic rail housing 15 with its periphery closed in the basic body 14a. Furthermore, one can consider no elastic rail 17. An advantageous development is that of a maximum extension of the elastic rail housing 15 which is at least practically the maximum extension of the wiping blade unit 11 in a direction practically parallel to the wiping direction 30a, 32a. The elastic rail segments 17a, 17b extend practically parallel to a horizontal direction H parallel to the wiping direction 30a, 32a. The elastic rail support surfaces 16a, 16b are preferably also in two parts and also practically in a direction parallel to the horizontal direction H. Preferably, the extension of the elastic rail support 16a, 16b in the wiping direction 30a, 32a corresponds practically to the extension of the elastic rail segments 17a, 17b in this direction. The basic body 14a comprises at least one longitudinal cavity 18a. The longitudinal cavity 18a is distinct from the elastic rail housing 15a, 15b. The elastic rail bearing surface 16a, 16b may be the outer wall of the longitudinal cavity 18a. The longitudinal cavity 18a is preferably closed in the peripheral direction. The wiping lip 12a is provided on the longitudinal cavity 18a. The longitudinal cavity 18a is preferably in the form of a longitudinal channel. The longitudinal cavity 18a preferably has a bottom surface 130 on the side of the wiping lip. The bottom surface 130 is, preferably, practically parallel to the horizontal direction H. Opposite the bottom surface 130, the cavity wall 220a preferably has a top surface 131. The top surface or covering surface extends, practically in the horizontal direction H.Between the cover surface 131 and the base surface 130, there are preferably two lateral surfaces 22a, 24a. The lateral surfaces 22a, 24a extend in the vertical direction V. The lateral surfaces 22a, 24a are practically parallel to each other. The lateral surfaces. 22a, 24a, the upper surface 131 and the lower surface 130 form the cavity wall 220a and encompass the longitudinal cavity 18a. According to the embodiment of the invention shown in [Fig. 2], the two lateral surfaces 22a, 24a each have a groove 41a, 41b. Alternatively, only one lateral surface 22a, 24a may have a groove 41a, 41b. It is also possible that the grooves 51a, 51b of the second embodiment may be combined with the grooves 41a, 41b of the first embodiment. According to the embodiment shown in [Fig. 2], the grooves 41a, 41b have a practically rectangular cross-section. Preferably, the grooves 41a, 41b occupy the entire longitudinal extension of the respective wiping blade 1a, 11b. The grooves 41a, 41b are formed so as to correspond to a gripping element 40a, 40b. Preferably, the gripping element 40a, 40b penetrates practically into the groove 41a, 41b. The grooves 41a, 41b, relative to the vertical direction V, are preferably located practically in the center of each of the respective side wall surfaces 22a, 24a. The grooves 41a, 41b preferably extend in the direction of the elastic rail segments 17a, 17b. According to the embodiment of the invention shown in [Fig. 2], the side wall segments 104a, 104b each have a gripping element 40a, 40b. The gripping elements 40a, 40b project, preferably extending beyond the contour of the side wall segments 104a, 104b. Preferably, the side wall segments 104a, 104b are each made in one piece with the gripping element 40a, 40b. According to the embodiment of the invention shown in [Fig. 2], the gripping segments 40a, 40b have a practically rectangular cross-section. The gripping elements 40a, 40b extend in the longitudinal direction L in the direction of a rail in contact. The gripping elements 40a, 40b enter the groove 41a, 41b via a connection through the shape. The longitudinal cavity 18a joins the wiping lip 12a. The wiping lip 12a can also be made of a solid material. Alternatively, the wiping lip 12a can have additional cavities in a direction transverse to the axis of symmetry 102. The longitudinal cavity 18a and the wiping lip 12a are preferably connected to each other by a relatively narrow connecting spacer 34. Preferably, both the longitudinal cavity 18a and the wiping lip 12a are symmetrical with respect to the axis of symmetry 102. The gripping element 40a, 40b is preferably in the form of a vertical stop for the base body 14a. The gripping element 40a, 40b is thus designed to press the base body with its elastic rail bearing surface 16a, 16b against the elastic rail 17a, 17b. According to the embodiment of the invention shown in [Fig. 2], the longitudinal cavity- The 18a wiping lip has a practically rectangular shape. However, other cavity shapes can also be considered, provided they are suitable and allow for appropriate compensation in the vertical direction V. The wiping lip 12a is in contact, at its end opposite the cavity, with the surface to be cleaned. The wiping lip 12 is preferably practically perpendicular to the wiping direction 30a, 32a. According to the embodiment of the invention shown in [Fig. 2], the wiper blade unit 1 comprises the wiper lip 12a, the connecting spacer 34, and the base member 14a, which is made in one piece of wiper rubber. The wiper blade unit 11a is preferably made of extruded EPDM rubber. Alternatively, when using a co-extrusion process, a single plastic material may be used. A preferred embodiment of the invention provides that the wiper lip 12a is made of a more flexible EPDM rubber than the remaining portion of the wiper blade unit 11a. It is also possible for the longitudinal cavity 12a to have greater rigidity than the wiper lip 12a. The longitudinal cavity 18a is designed to have a higher damping coefficient than that of the wiping lip 12a.The elastic rail housing 15 is made of a shape-stable plastic material, which allows for a particularly stable bearing surface for the elastic rail 16a, 16b. According to the embodiment of the invention shown in [Fig. 2], the longitudinal cavity 18a preferably connects to the elastic rail housing 15a. The elastic rail housing 15a has a predominantly T-shaped segment and elastic rail bearing surfaces 16a, 16b. This T-shaped segment comprises an upper cross member 126 and a leg 128. The leg 126, which bears against the longitudinal cavity 18, and the upper cross member 126, in section, each have an elastic rail housing in the form of a retaining groove. The elastic rail housings 16a, 16b are designed to receive a first elastic rail segment 17a and a second elastic rail segment 17b.The length of the arm 128 corresponds substantially to the thickness of the first elastic rail segment 17a or the second elastic rail segment 17b so that the wiper blade unit 1la is held securely in the vertical direction between the first elastic rail segment 17a and the second elastic rail segment 17b. The hollow volume of the longitudinal cavity 18a can be filled with air at atmospheric pressure, with a specific gas, or alternatively with compressed air. The lower side 130 of the cavity wall 220a of the base body 14, facing the wiping lip 12a, is practically uncovered. The deflector element 12a does not cover the lower side 130. The connection through the shape between the wall of the longitudinal cavity and the deflector element allows for The base body is pressed firmly against the elastic rail so that it cannot detach during the reversing movement of the change of direction, thus preventing noise. The firm application of the base body against the elastic rail advantageously prevents any accidental detachment of the base body or the elastic rail housing from the elastic rail, thus significantly reducing noise during reversal. At the same time, the wiper blade unit has sufficient flexibility or elasticity in the vertical direction (V). This flexibility results, in particular, from the longitudinal cavity and its wall, which are not covered in the lower surface area (130). To nevertheless have sufficient stability in the longitudinal direction L, despite the elasticity of the wiping blade, an advantageous development of the invention provides for making the deflector segments 101a, 101b each time in one piece with its end cap 42, 44, An advantageous development of the invention provides for connecting the deflector segments 101a, 101b securely to the wiper arm adapter 46a. For example, the gripping element 40a, 40b of the deflector segment 101a, 101b can be clamped in the wiper arm adapter 46. Figure 3 shows another embodiment of the invention. The following description and drawing are mainly limited to the differences between the embodiments, and for the same component references, reference should be made to the embodiment shown in Figures 1 and 2. To distinguish the embodiments, the suffix (a) is associated with the references of the embodiment shown in Figures 1 and 2, and the suffix (b) with the references of the embodiment shown in Figure 3. According to the embodiment of the invention shown in [Fig. 3], the deflector element 100b comprises two branch-shaped side wall segments 104a, 104b. The side wall segments 104a, 104b also extend substantially in the vertical direction V. The side wall segments 104a, 104b are preferably symmetrical in planar plane with respect to the axis of symmetry 102. The side wall segments 104a, 104b preferably have a contour that diminishes in the direction of the wiping lip 12b. The side wall segments 104a, 104b form a slight angle with respect to the vertical. Each side wall segment 104a, 104b comprises a gripping element 50a, 50b. According to the embodiment of the invention shown in [Fig. 3], the gripping element 50a, 50b is a pin-shaped element. The pin-shaped elements 50a, 50b have a pointed distal end.The pin-shaped elements 50a, 50b are preferably oriented in the longitudinal direction L. The pin-shaped elements 50a, 50b are thus narrow rail elements, which meet at a point (edge). According to the embodiment of the invention shown in [Fig. 3], the elements of Pins 50a, 50b are embedded in the lateral surfaces 22a, 22b of the cavity wall 220b. Due to their pointed (or angled) shape, the pin-shaped elements 50a, 50b can be embedded sufficiently in the cavity wall 220b to create a connection through their shape. The groove 51a, 51b thus formed in the cavity wall 220b constitutes the point of insertion of the pin-shaped element 50a, 50b. The pin-shaped elements 50a, 50b can also be combined with the rectangular relief 40a, 40b as shown in [Fig. 2] in any combination. The gripping elements 40a, 40b, 50a, 50b can also have a different contour; for example, they can be designed as rails with a suitable undercut. The pin-shaped elements 50a, 50b are advantageously designed to bear against the base body 14b in the elastic rail segments 17a, 17b so that during the reversing movement of the wiper blade, the elastic rail segments 17a, 17b do not detach, or practically do not detach, from the elastic rail bearing surfaces 16a, 16b. To advantageously prevent the deflector unit 11b from sliding in the longitudinal direction L, the end caps 42, 44 can advantageously be connected to the two corresponding deflectors 101a, 101b. An advantageous development of the invention provides end caps 42, 44 made in one piece with a deflector segment 101a, 101b. The wiper blade unit 11b can also be clamped in the wiper blade adapter 46 to prevent the wiper blade unit from "migrating" relative to the elastic rail 17a, 17b. Figure 4 shows another embodiment of the invention. As is clear from Figure 4, the respective side wall segments 104a, 104b of the side wall 103c of the deflector element 100c are located only in the upper area of the cavity. However, each side wall end has a gripping element 60a, 60b formed on it. The gripping element 60a, 60b is implemented as a peripheral grip. The cavity wall 220c has, in the region of the elastic rail bearing surface 16a, 16b, a relief 62a, 62b. The relief 62a, 62b is in the horizontal direction H above the contour of the side walls 22c, 24c of the cavity wall 220c. According to the wiping lip 12c, under the reliefs 62a, 62b, there is thus a housing 61a, 61b for the grip element 60a, 60b. The gripping element 60a, 60b is thus advantageously positioned in the longitudinal cavity 18b above the relief 62a, 61b, with its elastic rail bearing surface 16a, 16b abutting the elastic rail 17a, 17b. Preferably, the relief 62a, 62b is integral with the wall of the longitudinal cavity. The gripping element 60a, 60b is laterally in contact with the respective lateral surfaces 22c, 24c of the cavity wall 220c. Each side wall 104a, 104b covers, preferably, the cavity wall 220c in the vertical direction only up to 30% and in a particularly preferential manner, only up to 20%. Preferably, the gripping element 60a, 60b according to [Fig. 4] has the shape of a rectangular profile rail element. The gripping element is preferably formed in one piece with the deflector element 100c. The gripping element 60a, 60b completely overlaps the relief 62a, 62b. Preferably, the relief 62a, 62b also forms the elastic rail bearing surface 16a, 16b. To advantageously prevent the wiper blade unit 11c from sliding in the longitudinal direction L, the end caps 42, 44 can be advantageously connected to the respective deflector segment 101a, 101b. An advantageous development of the invention provides end caps 42, 44 each made in one piece with a deflector segment 101a, 101b. Advantageously, the wiper blade unit is further clamped in the wiper arm adapter 46 to prevent the wiper unit from "migrating" relative to the elastic rail 17a, 17b.
