Description

Title of the invention: Exterior carpentry intended to cover a bay window of a building Technical field of the invention

[0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of exterior joinery intended to dress a bay of a building. State of the art

[0002] Some exterior joinery is now equipped with at least one electrical device.

[0003] In this sense, there are, for example, motorized openings or motorized rolling shutters in which the operation is provided by an electric motor.

[0004] To avoid complex and tedious connections to the general electrical supply of the dwelling, the exterior joinery can be equipped with photovoltaic sensor means adapted to the electrical supply of said at least one electrical device.

[0005] For example, there are “solar” roller shutters in which the electric motor is powered by photovoltaic cells placed either directly on the shutter box or on the facade of the house.

[0006] But, in practice, this approach is not entirely satisfactory. In particular, the arrangement of the photovoltaic cells makes them particularly conspicuous and does not allow for optimal performance. Presentation of the invention

[0007] In order to overcome the aforementioned drawback of the state of the art, the present invention proposes a new exterior joinery intended to cover a bay of a building.

[0008] More particularly, the invention proposes exterior joinery which comprises a fixed frame of which a lower crosspiece is associated with a flap.

[0009] And, according to the invention, said exterior joinery comprises photovoltaic sensor means adapted to the electrical supply of at least one electrical device.

[0010] The photovoltaic sensor means cover (or are overlying) said flap, advantageously without projecting above said lower crosspiece.

[0011] According to a preferred embodiment, the photovoltaic sensor means are carried by an attached support member comprising:

[0012] - a location suitable for receiving said photovoltaic sensor means, possibly installed in front of the slides of an external solar protection, and

[0013] - mechanical assembly means, adapted to the mechanical assembly of said support member with said exterior joinery, for example with said lower crosspiece and / or said flap and / or a slide of an exterior sun protection.

[0014] Other non-limiting and advantageous characteristics of the preferred embodiment according to the invention, taken individually or in all technically possible combinations, are the following:

[0015] - the support member is formed by at least one profile, preferably metallic, of preferably still a single profile comprising said location and said mechanical assembly means, or a first profile comprising said location and a second profile, forming an interface, comprising said mechanical assembly means, which profiles are assembled together by means of additional mechanical assembly means;

[0016] - the location comprises at least one front flap, intended to be covered by the photovoltaic sensor means and intended to define an angle ranging from 20° to 50° relative to the horizontal, which front shutter advantageously comprises a rear skirt, intended to rest on a slide of an external solar protection and / or at least one lower skirt, intended to rest on the flap;

[0017] - the support member comprises at least one longitudinal chamber, advantageously underlying the location, advantageously making it possible to make the fixing invisible and to route an electric cable (for example towards the slide of an external solar protection or towards the frame of the joinery);

[0018] - the support member comprises an intermediate part intended to extend between said location and said lower crosspiece, which intermediate part comprises at least one upper flap delimiting at least one rear chamber, possibly with said flap and / or said lower crosspiece, for example to house electronic components (for example electric accumulators, electronic cards, electric cables), which intermediate part preferably comprises at least one passage for the evacuation of water infiltration, which upper flap preferably has a slope, towards the outside, to avoid water stagnation (at least 3%); preferably, the intermediate part comprises an openwork lower flap, arranged between said upper flap and said flap, for example machined areas or a strip of expanded or perforated metal, to allow ventilation of any electronic components;

[0019] - the support member comprises passages, advantageously of at least 5 mm side, at the level of said flap to allow the drainage zone of the flap and / or the lower crosspiece to be freed; the passages are advantageously formed by point assembly means, for example point spacer tabs, or point machining in the support member, advantageously at the level of the mechanical assembly means;

[0020] - the mechanical assembly means comprise a grove carried by the member support; which antlers comprise two strips: a rear strip, adapted to cooperate by fitting by elastic deformation with said exterior joinery, and a front strip, adapted to cooperate with the threaded body of a metal screw attached to said exterior joinery.

[0021] According to another characteristic of the invention, said exterior joinery advantageously also includes solar protection comprising at least one slide.

[0022] The present invention also relates to a photovoltaic accessory, for exterior joinery according to the invention, comprising:

[0023] - photovoltaic sensor means, for the electrical supply of at least one electrical device, and

[0024] - a support member comprising:

[0025] — a location suitable for receiving said photovoltaic sensor means, and

[0026] — mechanical assembly means, adapted to the mechanical assembly of said support organ with said carpentry.

[0027] The present invention also relates to equipment for a construction bay comprising:

[0028] - said exterior carpentry according to the invention, and

[0029] - said at least one electrical device,

[0030] which at least one electrical device is advantageously installed on said exterior carpentry or near said exterior carpentry,

[0031] namely for example a motorization of the opening of said exterior joinery, means of maneuvering a solar protection (interior or exterior).

[0032] The photovoltaic sensor means are advantageously electrically connected to said at least one electrical device by an electrical cable routed by:

[0033] - a slide of a sun protection,

[0034] - the exterior carpentry, for example the lower crosspiece,

[0035] - the end of the support member.

[0036] Of course, the various features, variants and embodiments of the invention may be combined with each other in various combinations to the extent that they are not incompatible or mutually exclusive. Detailed description of the invention

[0037] Furthermore, various other characteristics of the invention emerge from the appended description given with reference to the drawings which illustrate non-limiting forms of embodiment of the invention and where:

[0044] It should be noted that, in these figures, the structural and / or functional elements common to the different variants may have the same references.

[0045] As partially shown in the figures, the present invention relates to exterior joinery 1 intended to dress a bay B of a construction N.

[0046] By “bay B” or “construction bay”, we mean an opening made in a wall M of construction N.

[0047] Bay B includes in particular, in the lower part, a lower face Bl, also called a “window sill”.

[0048] By “exterior carpentry”, we advantageously include bay windows, preferably windows.

[0049] The exterior carpentry 1 includes:

[0050] - a sleeping frame 2 (also called “sleeping”), and

[0051] - advantageously an opening 3.

[0052] Such exterior joinery 1 is described for example, without being limiting, in the document EPI 129270. Electrical device

[0053] The exterior joinery 1, according to the invention, advantageously forms part of equipment for the construction bay B.

[0054] This equipment advantageously comprises:

[0055] - the exterior carpentry 1 according to the invention,

[0056] - at least one electrical device D, and

[0057] - possibly solar protection P, internal or external.

[0058] Said at least one electrical device D is advantageously installed on the exterior carpentry 1 or near the exterior carpentry 1.

[0059] The electrical device D is chosen for example from:

[0060] - a motorization of the opening 3 of the exterior joinery 1,

[0061] - means for operating a solar protection P.

[0062] An external solar protection P advantageously comprises:

[0063] - a box secured to an upper crosspiece of the frame 2 (not shown),

[0064] - a sun protection apron, a sun protection canvas and / or blades adjustable or lifting,

[0065] - the means for rotating a shaft, for winding / unwinding rolling of a sun protection apron, in this case a motorized shaft, and

[0066] - slides C (preferably two side slides), for guiding the apron sun protection when rolling up / unrolling it.

[0067] The slides C can route the power cable of the electrical device D. Dormant frame

[0068] The fixed frame 2 of the exterior joinery 1 is advantageously formed by an assembly of profiles which are for example made of a material chosen from plastic, metal (for example aluminum), wood or a wood / metal mix.

[0069] The sleeping frame 2 (also called “sleeping frame”) comprises a lower crosspiece 21.

[0070] The lower crosspiece 21 advantageously comprises a flap 211, intended to cooperate with the opening 3 in the closed position.

[0071] This flap 211 is advantageously connected to the lower crosspiece 21 by an intermediate flap 212, here horizontal.

[0072] The intermediate flap 212 here carries at least one through passage 213, for the evacuation of runoff water.

[0073] The lower crosspiece 21 also advantageously comprises a panel 214, covering the lower face B1 of the bay B.

[0074] The intermediate flap 212 extends opposite and at a distance from the table 214 to together define a groove 215, opening outwards, intended to prevent infiltration of runoff water. Flapjack

[0075] The lower crosspiece 21 is associated with a flap 4, advantageously added.

[0076] The main role of the flap 4 is to protect the lower crosspiece 21 and the lower face B1 of the bay B against climatic hazards.

[0077] The flap 4 is advantageously made of a material chosen from aluminum, PVC, zinc or galvanized steel.

[0078] Preferably, the flap 4 comprises two strips:

[0079] - a rear strip 41, secured to the lower crosspiece 21 and overlying the lower face B1 of bay B (see also table 214 of lower crosspiece 21), and

[0080] - a front strip 42, cantilevered or projecting, falling back, relative to the face lower B1 of bay B (see also table 214 of lower crosspiece 21).

[0081] The flap 4 here comprises a rear edge 43 which is housed in the groove 215 of the sleeping frame 2.

[0082] The flap 4 advantageously extends over the entire length of the lower crosspiece 21. Photovoltaic sensor means

[0083] According to the invention, the exterior joinery 1 comprises photovoltaic sensor means 6 adapted to the electrical supply of said at least one electrical device D.

[0084] By “photovoltaic sensor means 6” is meant for example a photovoltaic panel which transforms solar radiation into electricity; this electricity is advantageously stored in a battery.

[0085] The battery can be fixed, for example, near the photovoltaic sensor means 6 or near the electrical device D.

[0086] The photovoltaic sensor means 6 cover (advantageously partially or entirely) the flap 4. In other words, the photovoltaic sensor means 6 are overlying (advantageously partially or entirely) the flap 4.

[0087] The photovoltaic sensor means 6 advantageously extend over part of the width of the flap 4.

[0088] Preferably, the photovoltaic sensor means 6 do not protrude above the lower crosspiece 21. In this case, the photovoltaic sensor means 6 do not protrude above the bead 211 of the lower crosspiece 21.

[0089] More preferably, the photovoltaic sensor means 6 extend within a defined vertical space:

[0090] - in the upper part, by the beat 211 (advantageously its upper edge), and

[0091] - in the lower part, by the front strip 42 of the flap 4 (advantageously its edge lower).

[0092] The photovoltaic sensor means 6 are advantageously electrically connected strictly to said at least one electrical device D by an electrical cable E routed by:

[0093] - a slide C of a solar protection P (see [Fig.l] in particular),

[0094] - the exterior carpentry 1, for example the lower crosspiece 21,

[0095] - the end of a support member described below.

[0096] According to a preferred embodiment, the photovoltaic sensor means 6 are carried by a support member 8, added, comprising:

[0097] - a location 9 suitable for receiving the photovoltaic sensor means 6, and

[0098] - mechanical assembly means 10, adapted to the mechanical assembly of the support member 8 with the exterior carpentry 1.

[0099] In this case, the support member 8 is advantageously formed by at least one profile, preferably metallic.

[0100] The support member 8 advantageously extends over part of the length of the flap 4.

[0101] Preferably, the support member 8 comprises:

[0102] - a single profile, designated by the reference 8, comprising the location 9 and the mechanical assembly means 10 (figures 1 to 4, or 6), or

[0103] - a combination of at least two profiles 81, 82, advantageously assembled together with the other ([Fig.5]).

[0104] In the case of a combination of profiles, the support member 8 advantageously comprises:

[0105] - a first profile 81, front, comprising the location 9 and

[0106] - a second profile 82, rear, comprising the mechanical assembly means 10.

[0107] The profiles 81, 82 are preferably assembled together by means of additional mechanical assembly means 83, for example metal screws.

[0108] In this case, the second profile 82 provides an interface role: the first profile 81 is assembled with the second profile 82 which is itself assembled with the lower crosspiece 21.

[0109] Where appropriate, the photovoltaic sensor means 6 and the location 9 are advantageously installed in front of the slides C of an external solar protection P.

[0110] By “front” is meant photovoltaic sensor means 6 and a location 9 which are located outwards relative to the slides C.

[0111] This arrangement allows the photovoltaic sensor means 6 to benefit from sunlight even when the solar protection apron is unrolled along the slides C.

[0112] Generally, the location 9 comprises at least one front flap 91, intended to be covered by the photovoltaic sensor means 6 and intended to define an angle ranging from 20° to 50° relative to the horizontal (defining the angle of the sensor means photovoltaic 6).

[0113] Generally speaking, as illustrated schematically in [Fig.6], the fixing of the photovoltaic sensor means 6 advantageously comprises:

[0114] - a support by fitting into the upper part of the front flap 91, in the form of throat, and

[0115] - a mechanical locking by at least one added part (metal or synthetic), for example at least one staple, in the lower part of the front flap 91.

[0116] This added part can be made either by a combination of point parts or a continuous part.

[0117] Generally speaking, the front flap 91 advantageously comprises:

[0118] - a rear skirt 92, intended to rest on a slide C of the protection external solar P (see [Fig.l] for example),

[0119] and / or

[0120] - at least one lower skirt 93 (or lower flap), possibly intended for cooperate with the flap 4 (see figures 1 to 3 for example), which can form part of the mechanical assembly means 10.

[0121] Said at least one lower skirt 93 is advantageously intended to bear on the flap 4, advantageously on the front strip 42 of the flap 4.

[0122] The lower skirt 93 cooperates advantageously with the flap 4:

[0123] - by means of at least one insert 931, added ([Fig.l]), or

[0124] - directly (figures 2 and 3).

[0125] The intermediate piece 931 is advantageously secured to the front strip 42 of the flap 4 by the mechanical assembly means 10 (screws for example); the lower skirt 93 of the support member 8 is itself secured to said at least one intermediate piece 931.

[0126] The intermediate piece 931 may be a continuous piece, with machining to preserve the flow of water. The intermediate piece 931 may also consist of a point piece, to preserve flow passages.

[0127] In this embodiment, the location 9 thus covers the intermediate piece 931 so as to mask the mechanical assembly means 10 to the flap 4.

[0128] The intermediate piece 931 advantageously comprises an end hem 9311 covering the free edge of the front strip 42 of the flap 4. This end hem 9311 is particularly useful for positioning the support member 8 before carrying out the assembly (by screwing for example).

[0129] Alternatively, said at least one lower skirt 93 (or lower flap) extends at a distance from the flap 4 ([Fig.6]).

[0130] This embodiment is interesting for providing a space between the support member 8 and the flap 4 (for example at least 5 mm for drainage and for prevent excess wiring from being visible from the outside).

[0131] Also according to an advantageous characteristic, the support member 8 comprises at least one longitudinal chamber 94, advantageously underlying the location 9 ([Fig.2]).

[0132] The longitudinal chamber 94 is thus advantageously located between the location 9 and the flap 4.

[0133] As illustrated in [Fig.2], the longitudinal chamber 94 is advantageously delimited by two flaps 91, 95 which are connected together:

[0134] - the front flap 91, upper, and

[0135] - an underlying flap 95, lower.

[0136] Said at least one longitudinal chamber 94 advantageously makes it possible to make the fixing invisible and to route an electric cable (for example towards the slide C of the external solar protection P or towards the frame 2 of the external joinery 1).

[0137] Generally speaking, the mechanical assembly means 10 are adapted to the mechanical assembly of the support member 8 with the external joinery 1, preferably with:

[0138] - the lower crosspiece 21 (figures 3 to 6) and / or

[0139] - the flap 4 (figures 1 to 3) and / or

[0140] - the slide C of an external solar protection P (figures 1 and 2).

[0141] In an assembly with the flap 4, the mechanical assembly means 10 are advantageously assembled with the rear strip 41 and / or the front strip 42.

[0142] In an assembly with the lower crosspiece 21, the mechanical assembly means 10 are advantageously assembled with the batten 211 (figures 4, 5 and 6) and / or with the underlying groove 215 ([Fig.3]).

[0143] As illustrated in detail A. of [Fig.6], for assembly with the beat 211, the mechanical assembly means 10 advantageously consist of means of interlocking by elastic deformation.

[0144] These elastic deformation fitting means 10 consist for example of a metal screw with a mushroom head carried by the groove 211; this mushroom head (oriented towards the flap 4) is intended to cooperate with a complementary groove 45 carried by the support member 8.

[0145] Alternatively, as illustrated in detail B. of [Fig.6], still for assembly with the beat 211, the mechanical assembly means 10 advantageously consist of a metal screw passing through the beat 211 (from the inside) and screwing into a complementary groove 45 of the support member 8.

[0146] Preferably, the support member 8 comprises a “multipurpose” groove 45, adapted to cooperate with a clipping head and with the threaded body of a metal screw.

[0147] For this, this groove 45 advantageously comprises two adjoining strips:

[0148] - a rear strip 451, adapted to cooperate by interlocking by deformation elastic with the external carpentry 1, for example with the mushroom head of a metal screw carried by this external carpentry 1 (see detail A. of [Fig.6]), and

[0149] - a front strip 452, adapted to cooperate with the threaded body of a metal screw carried by this exterior carpentry 1 (see detail B. of [Fig.6]).

[0150] This characteristic has the advantage of offering two fixing methods, in particular depending on the type of joinery (for example in the case of opening joinery, direct fixing by screw and, in the case of fixed joinery, fixing from the outside by clipping).

[0151] According to another advantageous characteristic, illustrated in figures 3 to 6, the support member 8 comprises an intermediate part 11 intended to extend between the location 9 and the lower crosspiece 21 of the sleeping frame 2 (and in particular between the location 9 and the rebate 211).

[0152] In this sense, the intermediate part 11 comprises at least one upper flap 111 delimiting at least one rear chamber 12, possibly with the flap 4 and / or the lower crosspiece 21 of the sleeping frame 2 (in particular with its flap 211).

[0153] The upper flap 111 advantageously extends between the location 9 and the flap 211 of the lower crosspiece 21 of the fixed frame 2.

[0154] Said at least one rear chamber 12 is for example of interest for housing electronic components (for example electric accumulators, electronic cards, electric cables).

[0155] The upper flap 111 preferably has a slope, towards the outside, to avoid water stagnation (at least 3%).

[0156] Preferably, the intermediate part 11 comprises at least one rear tab 112 which is underlying the upper flap 111.

[0157] A rear leg 112 is advantageously structured:

[0158] - to bear on the flap 4, in particular on its rear strip 41 and / or on the within the throat 215 underlying the beat 211, and / or

[0159] - to serve as a connecting interface with the lower cross member 21 and / or between the profiles 81, 82.

[0160] More preferably, the intermediate part 11 comprises an openwork lower flap 113, arranged between the upper flap 111 and said flap 4.

[0161] This lower flap 113 comprises, for example, machined areas or a strip of expanded or perforated metal.

[0162] Such a lower flap 113, perforated, allows in particular ventilation of the electronic components T possibly present in the rear chamber 12.

[0163] Still generally, the support member 8 advantageously defines passages 13, advantageously at least 5 mm on each side, with the flap 4 and / or with the lower crosspiece 21 of the sleeping frame 2.

[0164] The passages 13 make it possible to free the drainage zone of the flap 4 or the lower cross member 21.

[0165] The passages 13 are advantageously provided in a rear leg 112 and / or in a lower skirt 93 of the support member 8.

[0166] The passages 13 are advantageously formed by point machining in the support member 8, advantageously in line with (at the level of) the drainage orifices 213. Embodiments

[0167] Various non-limiting embodiments of the invention are further illustrated in Figures 1 to 6.

[0168] A first embodiment, illustrated in [Fig. 1], comprises photovoltaic sensor means 6 carried by a support member 8 consisting of a single profile and installed only above the front strip 42 of the flap 4.

[0169] The support member 8 comprises:

[0170] - the rear skirt 92, intended to rest on the slide C of the solar protection exterior P, and

[0171] - at least one lower skirt 93, cooperating with the flap 4 via of at least one intermediate piece 931.

[0172] The support member 8 thus cooperates with the front strip 42 of the flap 4 and with the slide C.

[0173] For the flow of runoff water, the rear skirt 92 and the lower skirt 93 extend at a distance from the flap 4. And the passages 13 are preserved on either side of said at least one intermediate piece 931.

[0174] A second embodiment, illustrated in [Fig.2], comprises photovoltaic sensor means 6 carried by a support member 8 consisting of a single profile and installed only above the front strip 42 of the flap 4.

[0175] The support member 8 comprises:

[0176] - the rear skirt 92, intended to rest on the slide C of the solar protection exterior P, and

[0177] - at least one lower skirt 93 (here two in number), cooperating directly with the bib 4.

[0178] The support member 8 thus cooperates with the front strip 42 of the flap 4 and with the slide C.

[0179] A lower skirt 93, front, here comprises a terminal hem 9311 covering the free edge of the front strip 42 of the flap 4.

[0180] The support member 8 here comprises a longitudinal chamber 94, underlying the location 9.

[0181] The securing of the support member 8 with the flap 4 is here obtained by the installation of the mechanical assembly means 10 (for example metal screws) between the underlying flap 95 and the front strip 42 of the flap 4.

[0182] For the flow of runoff water, the rear skirt 92 extends at a distance from the flap 4. And passages 13 are provided in said at least one lower skirt 93 in the form of point machining.

[0183] A third embodiment, illustrated in [Fig.3], comprises photovoltaic sensor means 6 carried by a support member 8 consisting of a single profile.

[0184] The support member 8 is here installed above the front strip 42 and the rear strip 41 of the flap 4.

[0186] - a lower skirt 93, cooperating directly with the front strip 42 of the mud flap 4, and

[0187] - the intermediate part 11 intended to extend between the location 9 and the crosspiece in lower 21 of the sleeping frame 2.

[0188] The support member 8 is advantageously mechanically fixed to the flap 42 by mechanical screwing 10.

[0189] The lower skirt 93, front, has a terminal hem 9311 covering the free edge of the front strip 42 of the flap 4.

[0190] The intermediate part 11 comprises:

[0191] - the upper flap 111, delimiting a rear chamber 12 with the flap 4, extending between location 9 and the bead 211 of the lower crosspiece 21 of the sleeping frame 2, and

[0192] - the rear leg 112, adjoining the beat 211, and intended to rest on the flap 4 and to be housed within the groove 215 (underlying the beat 211).

[0193] For the flow of runoff water, passages 13 are provided in the lower skirt 93 and in the rear leg 112 in the form of point machining.

[0194] A fourth embodiment, illustrated in [Fig.4], comprises photovoltaic sensor means 6 carried by a support member 8 consisting of a single profile.

[0195] The support member 8 is here installed above the front strip 42 and the rear strip 41 of the flap 4.

[0196] The support member 8 comprises:

[0197] - the lower skirt 93, cooperating directly with the front strip 42 of the flap 4, And

[0198] - the intermediate part 11 intended to extend between the location 9 and the crosspiece in lower 21 of the sleeping frame 2.

[0199] The lower skirt 93, front, cooperates here in support with an upper portion of the front strip 42 of the flap 4. The free end of the lower skirt 93 extends opposite a rear tab 112 of the intermediate part.

[0200] The intermediate part 11 comprises:

[0203] This rear leg 112 is here secured to the beat 211 by means of mechanical assembly means 10, for example metal screws.

[0204] The intermediate part 11 also includes the openwork lower flap 113 which is carried by the lower skirt 93 and the rear tab 112.

[0205] For the flow of runoff water, passages 13 are provided in the lower skirt 93 and in the rear leg 112 in the form of point machining.

[0206] A fifth embodiment, illustrated in [Fig.5], comprises photovoltaic sensor means 6 carried by a support member 8 consisting of a pair of profiles.

[0207] The support member 8 is here installed above the front strip 42 and the rear strip 41 of the flap 4.

[0208] The support member 8 here comprises:

[0209] - the first profile 81, front, comprising the location 9 and

[0210] - the second profile 82, rear, comprising the mechanical assembly means 10.

[0211] The support member 8 comprises:

[0212] - a lower skirt 93, cooperating directly with the flap 4, and

[0213] - the intermediate part 11 intended to extend between the location 9 and the crosspiece in lower 21 of the sleeping frame 2.

[0214] The first profile 81 comprises the lower skirt 93 cooperating with the flap 4, here resting on the rear strip 41 of the flap 4.

[0215] The second profile 82 here forms the intermediate part 11, comprising:

[0216] - the upper flap 111, delimiting the rear chamber 12 with the flap 4, extending between location 9 and the bead 211 of the lower crosspiece 21 of the sleeping frame 2,

[0217] - a first rear leg 112, rear, extending here opposite the bead 211 and secured to this beat 211 by means of the mechanical assembly means 10, and

[0218] - a second rear leg 112, front, secured to the lower skirt 93 of the first profile 81 by means of the additional mechanical assembly means 83.

[0219] For the flow of runoff water, the first rear leg 112 extends at a distance from the flap 4 and passages 13 are provided in the second rear leg 112 in the form of point machining.

[0220] A sixth embodiment, illustrated in [Fig.6], comprises photovoltaic sensor means 6 carried by a support member 8 consisting of a single profile.

[0221] The support member 8 is here installed above the front strip 42 and the rear strip 41 of the flap 4.

[0222] In other words, the support member 8 is here installed opposite and at a distance from the flap 4, for optimal flow of runoff water.

[0223] The support member 8 comprises:

[0224] - the lower skirt 93, at a distance from the front strip 42 of the flap 4, and

[0225] - the intermediate part 11 intended to extend between the location 9 and the crosspiece in lower 21 of the sleeping frame 2.

[0226] The free end of the lower skirt 93 extends here opposite and at a distance from the front strip 42 of the flap 4.

[0227] The support member 8 is here secured to the rail 211 of the lower crosspiece 21 of the fixed frame 2.

[0228] This support member 8 extends here in cantilever from the bead 211 of the lower crosspiece 21 of the sleeping frame 2, opposite and above the flap 4.

[0229] The intermediate part 11 here comprises the upper flap 111, delimiting a rear chamber 12 with the flap 4, extending between the location 9 and the flap 211 of the lower crosspiece 21 of the sleeping frame 2.

[0230] This upper flap 111 is here secured to the flap 211 by means of the mechanical assembly means 10, for example here via the aforementioned “multipurpose” groove 45.

[0231] For the flow of runoff water, the passage 13 is formed by the space (for example at least 5 mm) between the support member 8 and the flap 4 (without the need for machining). Photovoltaic accessory
