Description

Description Title of the invention: Load handling device The present invention relates to a load handling device. It relates in particular to a load handling device comprising: - a chassis equipped with ground-based movement components, and a longitudinal axis taken along the front / rear direction of the chassis, - a turret mounted on the chassis that rotates around a vertical axis of rotation, - a handling system comprising a lifting arm carried by the turret and mounted to pivot between a high and a low position, - two stabilization devices, one at the front and the other at the rear of the chassis, each stabilization device comprising two sets. The presence of stabilization devices on load handling equipment is well known to those skilled in this field. These stabilization devices have the advantage of increasing the machine's stability by increasing its footprint and creating stable supports. Such stabilization devices thus allow for the handling of heavier loads within the operating radius of the turret and the associated handling system. However, existing stabilization devices are bulky. They result in a significant length and height for the machine in order to maintain sufficient ground clearance for off-road operation. One aim of the invention is to provide a machine of the aforementioned type whose design allows a reduction in the length and height of the machine's chassis. To this end, the invention relates to a load handling device comprising a chassis equipped with ground-mounted movement elements and a longitudinal axis taken along the front / rear direction of the chassis, a turret mounted on the chassis rotating about a so-called vertical axis of rotation, a handling system comprising at least one lifting arm carried by the turret and mounted to pivot between a high position and a low position, two stabilization devices, one at the front and the other at the rear of the chassis, each stabilization device comprising two assemblies characterized in that the assemblies of the same stabilization device are coplanar assemblies extending in the same plane transverse to the longitudinal axis of the chassis, in that these assemblies are symmetrically positionable on either side of a so-called vertical plane of symmetry passing through the longitudinal axis of the chassis and the axis of rotation of the turret,in that these assemblies each comprise a telescopic arm, in that the arms of the assemblies have at least one configuration in which they form an open V towards the ground, and in that the free end of each arm corresponds to a free end of a branch of the , V is equipped with a lifting cylinder coupling a plate to the arm. Each plate, via its associated lifting cylinder, is movably raised and lowered in a direction parallel to the plane of symmetry, allowing the plate to move between a high position close to the arm and a low position away from the arm's ground support. The coplanar positioning of the assemblies of the same stabilization device reduces the chassis length, thus enabling the turret to move the handling system arm through 360° without risk of interference between the handling system and the stabilization devices and / or the chassis. The telescopic arms of each assembly are movably mounted between a retracted position (shorter arm length) and an extended position (longer arm length). The design of each assembly allows for compactness, particularly in height, especially when the telescopic arms are retracted, without compromising the lifting height of the stabilizing devices. This compactness also allows for 360° movement of the handling system arm without any risk of interference between the handling system and the stabilizing devices and / or the chassis. When the telescopic arms are retracted and close to the arm mounting plates, the overall height of the assemblies is approximately equal to the height of the V-shaped frame. According to one embodiment of the invention, each telescopic arm is formed of two tubular elements mounted by sliding interlocking and includes at least one drive actuator for relative displacement of said tubular elements to vary the length of the interlocking in the direction of lengthening or shortening the arm, one of the tubular elements called upper is coupled to the chassis and / or to the other arm, and the other tubular element called lower, which is inserted by one of its sliding ends into the upper tubular element, is at its other end coupled to the lifting cylinder. According to one embodiment of the invention, the arms are pivoting arms about an axis parallel to the plane of symmetry to vary the opening angle of the V. Again, this arrangement can make it possible to reduce the height of said assemblies in the retracted position of the telescopic arms while increasing the lifting height in the extended position of the arms. According to one embodiment of the invention, the assemblies of the same stabilization device are identical and interchangeable. This results in a simpler construction of the machine. It should be noted that these assemblies can be entirely separate or partially made from the same part without departing from the scope of the invention. According to one embodiment of the invention, the handling device comprises outrigger pads, each outrigger pad being removably coupled to a platter. Such a leveling pad increases the platter's floor area and raises the chassis height. According to one embodiment of the invention, the handling device includes a storage box that can be positioned at least partially inside the V formed by the arms. According to one embodiment of the invention, at least a part of the trunk is formed by two inclined surfaces delimiting between them a shape complementary to the internal shape of the V. This results in an optimization of the trunk volume. According to one embodiment of the invention, the trunk is, in the state fixed to the chassis, coupled to the chassis in a detachable manner. According to one embodiment of the invention, the box is shaped and sized to house at least one of the leveling pads. This configuration limits the distance that must be traveled to install or store the leveling pads, which are traditionally heavy and difficult to handle. Brief description of the drawings The invention will be better understood upon reading the following description of exemplary embodiments, with reference to the attached drawings in which: [Fig.1] represents a side view of a load handling device according to the invention; [Fig.2] represents a partial front view of a stabilization device in the extended position of the telescopic arms and in the lower position of the ground support plates of the arms; [Fig.3] represents a partial front view of a stabilization device in the retracted position of the shorter telescopic arms and in the high position of the ground support plates of the arms; [Fig.4] represents a partial top view of a stabilization device in the extended position of the longest telescopic arms; [Fig.5] represents a partial top view of a stabilization device in the retracted position of the shorter telescopic arms; [Fig.6] represents a partial front view of a stabilization device in the retracted position of the shorter telescopic arms and in the raised position of the ground support plates of the arms, a storage box in the closed state having been shown; [Fig.7] represents a partial front view of a stabilization device in the extended position of the telescopic arms and in the lower position of the ground support plates of the arms, a storage box in the open state and leveling pads having been shown. As mentioned above, the invention relates to a handling device 1 for charge which may conform to that shown in [Fig.1]. This machine 1 includes a chassis 2 equipped with ground movement components 3, such as wheels and / or tracks. These ground movement components 3 are driven in movement by a motor group or motors not shown, mounted on the chassis 2. This chassis 2 has a front part and a rear part taken with respect to the direction of forward movement of the chassis. This chassis 2 extends longitudinally from the front towards the rear of the chassis 2. In other words, the longitudinal axis XX" of the chassis 2 is taken along the front / rear direction and is represented in [Fig.1]. This chassis 2 is surmounted in a manner known in itself by a turret 4 mounted on the chassis 2 rotating around a vertical axis of rotation YY and by a load handling system 5 itself carried by the turret 4. By load, we mean any type of load, including people. The handling system 5 can take on a wide variety of forms. This handling system 5 includes at least one lifting arm 6 carried by the turret 4 and pivotally mounted between a high and a low position. This lifting arm 6 can be telescopic or not. This arm may include a main section and a pendulum section or not. An accessory, such as a platform, or a tool, such as a bucket, or other, is arranged at the free end of the lifting arm 6. The pivoting movement of the lifting arm 6 for a movement between a high position and a low position takes place at least around an axis perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the chassis 2 and this axis extending horizontally is orthogonal to the axis of rotation of the turret in the positioned state of the vehicle | on a horizontal flat surface. The movement of the turret 4, the handling system 5, and the ground movement components 3 of the vehicle 1 can be controlled from a remote terminal or from a control station mounted on the vehicle. Such control will not be described in further detail, as it is well known to those versed in this field. The vehicle 1 further includes two stabilizing devices 7, one at the front and the other at the rear of the chassis 2. Each stabilizing device 7 comprises two sets 8. These stabilizing devices 7 increase the vehicle's ground contact area and create additional stable supports. Such stabilizing devices 7 have an inactive configuration, as shown in Figures 1 and 3, and an active ground contact configuration, as shown in [Fig. 2]. The stabilizing devices 7, which are arranged one at the front and the other at the rear of the chassis, are generally identical. Consequently, only one stabilizing device 7 will be described below. This stabilization device 7 is capable of providing, in its active configuration, at least two additional ground supports. This stabilization device 7 comprises two assemblies 8. These assemblies 8 are coplanar assemblies extending in the same plane transverse to the longitudinal axis XX” of the chassis 2. This results in a shorter chassis length, so that the handling arm, when driven by the turret and in the inactive configuration of the stabilization device 7, can rotate around the chassis 2 without the chassis 2 or the stabilization device 7 mounted on the chassis 2 causing interference. Similarly, the assemblies 8 can be positioned symmetrically, on either side of a plane of symmetry P called vertical passing through the longitudinal axis XX” of the chassis 2 and the axis of rotation YY* of the turret 4. In the examples shown, the sets 8 of the same stabilization device 7 are identical and interchangeable. These assemblies 8 of the same stabilizing device 7 each comprise a telescopic arm 9 of adjustable length. The telescopic arm 9 of an assembly 8 is formed of two tubular elements mounted by sliding interlocking and shown in figures 12 and 13. One of the tubular elements, represented in 12, and called upper, is coupled to the chassis 2 or to the other arm 9. The other element 13, called lower, is inserted by one of its sliding ends into the upper tubular element 12. The two tubular elements are therefore mounted with a sliding fit and the telescopic arm 9 also includes at least one actuator 14 for driving relative displacement of the tubular elements 12 and 13 to vary the length of the socket in the direction of lengthening or shortening the telescopic arm 9. This actuator 14 is a cylinder whose body is coupled to one of the tubular elements and its rod to the other. It is understood that the retraction and extension of the cylinder rod allows for the displacement of the lower tubular element 13, enabling the arm 9 to move from one length to another. Thus, each telescopic arm 9 is configured to move from a shorter retracted position to a longer extended position and vice versa. The telescopic arms 9 of said assemblies 8 have at least one configuration in which they form an open V towards the ground, as illustrated in [Fig. 2]. Preferably, the angle œ of the V formed by the arms of the coplanar assemblies is at least 130°. These arms 9 are therefore inclined at a downward slope, diverging from the median longitudinal axis of the chassis 2 to extend outward from the longitudinal edges of the chassis 2. The free end 91 of each telescopic arm is fitted with a lifting cylinder 10. This lifting cylinder 10 has the function of allowing, in the manner of a jack, as it is extended, the lifting of the chassis 2 and the separation of the chassis's ground movement elements 3 from the ground as illustrated in [Fig.2]. This lifting cylinder 10 is terminated at its free end by a plate 11. This plate 11 is designed to rest on the ground when the lifting cylinder 10 is extended. When the lifting cylinder 10 is retracted, this plate 11 is raised off the ground and positioned as close as possible to the arm, as illustrated in [Fig. 3]. This plate 11 can be orientably coupled to the lifting cylinder 10. For this purpose, the plate 11 can be connected to the rod of the lifting cylinder 10 by means of a ball joint. The tubular elements 12 and 13 of each telescopic arm 9 are such that the lower tubular element 13, which slides into the upper tubular element 12 at one end, is coupled at its opposite end to the lifting cylinder 10. In the retracted position, the lifting cylinder 10 is fully or almost fully inserted into the height of the V-shaped section between the apex of the V and a plane passing through the free ends of the V. Thus, each assembly 8 has an active ground support configuration corresponding to a stabilization of the machine in which the telescopic arm 9 is in the extended position of greatest length, the lifting cylinder 10 is in the extended position and the plate 11 is in support on the ground, and an inactive configuration of lesser size in which the telescopic arm 9 is in the retracted position of lesser length, the lifting cylinder 10 is in the retracted position and the plate 11 is thus moved away from the ground and closer to the arm. Obviously, the lifting arm and cylinder can occupy intermediate positions between these two extreme positions. In the inactive configuration as illustrated in [Fig.3], we can see that the assembly 8 has a reduced height footprint and sufficient ground clearance to be able to cross obstacles smoothly. It should be noted that the 8 assemblies of the same stabilization device may or may not be entirely separate. Thus, the upper tubular element of the arm of one of the assemblies may be made in one piece with the upper tubular element of the arm of the other assemblies of the stabilization device. To complete the load handling device 1, the device may include outrigger pads 16 as illustrated in [Fig.7]. Each outrigger pad 16 can be removably coupled to a plate 11 and allows the ground support area to be increased. The load handling device 1 may also include, by means of a stabilizing device 7, a storage box 15. This storage box 15 is, as illustrated in Figures 6 and 7, which can be positioned at least partially inside the V formed by the arms 9. This storage box 15 comprises a body with an opening and a closing element for the opening. This closing element is a pivoting wall that can be moved between a closed position of the box ([Fig. 6]) and an open position of the box ([Fig. 7]). This storage box 15 comprises a base, a front face, a rear face, a top face opposite the base, and two side faces. The front face faces outwards from the vehicle so that it can be accessed by an operator. This front face is formed by a pivoting wall that constitutes the closing element of the storage box 15. As mentioned above, this storage box 15 can be positioned at least partially inside the V formed by the arms 9. The top face of the storage box 15 is formed by two inclined surfaces 151 that define a shape complementary to the inner shape of the V.Thus, the top face of the box 15 fits inside the V-shaped angle formed by the arms 9, resting directly on them. This configuration of the top face of the box allows for a snap-fit assembly of the box 15 inside the V formed by the arms 9, thereby optimizing the internal volume of the box 15. When fixed to the chassis, this box 15 is coupled to the chassis in a removable manner. This box 15 is shaped and sized to accommodate at least one of the leveling pads 16. Therefore, the operator does not need to travel a long distance to store or access the leveling pads 16.
