Abstract
Description
Title of the invention: ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY WASHABLE DIAPER WITH A WETNESS INDICATOR INTERCHANGEABLE
[0001] The present invention relates to an environmentally friendly washable diaper having an interchangeable wetness indicator, and more particularly to an environmentally friendly washable diaper which is made of fabric and has a display function.
[0002] Diapers are generally worn by infants, the elderly, and patients who are being cared for and may be disabled or unable to perform the normal process of urinating or defecating on their own. The diapers are then checked either regularly or irregularly to see if the diapers have absorbed too much urine or if a bad odor indicating defecation is detected, so as to determine whether or not the diapers need to be changed. Reusable diapers are mainly made of fabrics (e.g., knitted fabric) and can be used repeatedly, especially to better meet environmental protection requirements.
[0003] Existing cloth diapers have a wetness indicating function (such as that disclosed in Taiwanese Patent Publication No. TW M591863), in which a wetness indicator can be provided on a cover body, and urine absorbed in the absorption layer can be transported to the wetness indicator, resulting in a color change of the wetness indicator. Therefore, when the diaper becomes wet with urine, a color change of the wetness indicator is immediately displayed, thereby reminding the caregiver to change the cloth diaper immediately, so as to avoid discomfort to the patient due to negligence in changing the cloth diaper. However, in the aforementioned environmentally friendly cloth diaper having the wetness indicating function, the wetness indicator is attached to the cover body, which causes inconvenience during mounting. In addition, the humidity indicator cannot be replaced with a new one after being damaged, which may result in complete loss of the humidity indication function.
[0004] In response to the aforementioned technical deficiencies, the present invention provides an environmentally friendly washable diaper having an interchangeable wetness indicator. The wetness indicator is arranged interchangeably to facilitate mounting and dismounting of the wetness indicator, such that so that the humidity indicator can be changed easily when the humidity indicator is damaged.
[0005] The present invention relates to an environmentally friendly washable diaper. The environmentally friendly washable diaper comprises a cover body and at least one wetness indicator. The cover body has an inner-side layer, an outer-side layer, and an absorption layer. The inner-side layer and the outer-side layer are located on two surfaces of the cover body that are opposite to each other, the inner-side layer is liquid-permeable, and the outer-side layer is liquid-impermeable. The absorption layer is capable of being sandwiched between the inner-side layer and the outer-side layer or disposed on the inner-side layer, and the absorption layer is capable of absorbing a liquid. A color of the at least one wetness indicator changes when the at least one wetness indicator comes into contact with a liquid such as water. The at least one humidity indicator is interchangeably arranged on the cover body, the at least one humidity indicator is exposed from the outer side layer of the cover body, and the liquid absorbed in the absorption layer is capable of being transported to the at least one humidity indicator such that the color of the at least one humidity indicator is changed.
[0006] According to some embodiments, a pocket is disposed on the cover body, the pocket is disposed on an inner side of the outer side layer of the cover body, and the pocket is liquid permeable. An accommodating space is formed in the pocket, and the accommodating space is adjacent to the outer side layer. One end of the pocket has a pocket opening that is in spatial communication with the accommodating space, and the wetness indicator is inserted into the accommodating space through the pocket opening.
[0007] According to some embodiments, the pocket opening of the pouch has a pocket liner disposed thereon, and the pocket liner is adapted to cover and uncover the pocket opening.
[0008] According to some embodiments, one end of the humidity indicator extends out of the pocket opening, and the pocket liner covers said end of the humidity indicator that extends out of the pocket opening.
[0009] According to some embodiments, an opening is formed between the inner side layer and the outer side layer of the cover body, and the wetness indicator is placed in the cover body through the opening.
[0010] According to some embodiments, the humidity indicator has a strip shape, the humidity indicator extends along a longitudinal direction of the cover body, and the humidity indicator is adjacent two ends of the cover body. covering.
[0011] According to some embodiments, the environmentally friendly washable diaper is an infant diaper or an adult diaper.
[0012] According to some embodiments, the environmentally friendly washable diaper is a pet diaper.
[0013] According to some embodiments, a through hole is formed at a position on the outer side layer of the cover body corresponding to the humidity indicator, the humidity indicator is exposed from the outer side layer of the cover body via the through hole, and at least one waterproof layer is provided on the through hole.
[0014] Thus, in the environmentally friendly washable diaper having the interchangeable wetness indicator of the present invention, the environmentally friendly washable diaper comprises a cover body and at least one wetness indicator. The wetness indicator is interchangeably arranged on the cover body, the wetness indicator is exposed from the outer side layer of the cover body, and the urine absorbed in the absorption layer can be transported to the wetness indicator such that the color of the wetness indicator is changed. Therefore, the color change of the wetness indicator can be used to determine the wetness of the washable diaper, which can be displayed immediately, thereby reminding the caregiver to change the washable diaper in time.In addition, the humidity indicator is interchangeably arranged on the cover body to facilitate the assembly and disassembly of the humidity indicator, so that the humidity indicator can be changed easily when the humidity indicator is damaged.
