Abstract
Description
Title of the invention: Locking system for a first part and a second part of a tool which are movable relative to each other, and tool comprising such a locking system
[0001] The present invention relates to a locking system for a first part and a second part of a tool, making it possible to keep the first part and the second part close to each other.
[0002] The invention applies in particular to a first mold part and a second mold part of a mold, capable of delimiting between them a molding cavity.
[0003] An injection or compression molding mold generally comprises a first mold part and a second mold part movable in translation relative to each other between a close position (or closed position) in which the first mold part and the second mold part define between them a molding cavity for a part, and a separated position (or open position) in which the first mold part and the second mold part are separated to allow the demolding of a molded part.
[0004] Such a mold is for example removably installed on a molding press configured to move the first mold part and the second mold part relative to each other during molding operations.
[0005] A molding press is preferably provided to receive different molds.
[0006] It is necessary to store and / or transport the molds when they are not in use on a molding press.
[0007] When storing, handling and transporting a mold, it is desirable to keep the first mold part and the second mold part in a close position, for example to avoid damage to the first mold part and / or the second mold part, in particular damage to surfaces of the first mold part and / or the second mold part defining the molding cavity and / or to movable internal elements of the mold, such as movable drawers carried by the first mold part and / or the second mold part. This is also desirable to ensure the safety of operators working on the mold.
[0008] It is possible to provide the mold with a locking system configured to hold the first mold part and the second mold part in a close position, when the mold is removed from a molding press.
[0009] One of the aims of the invention is to propose a locking system making it possible to maintain a first part and a second part of a tool in a close position, which is efficient, reliable and easy to use.

[0017] To this end, the invention proposes a system for locking a first part and a second part of a tool which are movable relative to each other between a close position and a spaced position, the locking system comprising a first locking member mounted movable on the first part between a locking position and an unlocking position and a second locking member mounted movable on the second part between an active position and an inactive position, the locking system being configured in such a way that: - when the first part and the second part are in the close position and the first locking member is in the locked position, the second locking member in the active position is engaged with the first locking member to retain the first part and the second part in the close position, and the second locking member in the inactive position is released from the first locking member to allow the movement of the first part and the second part in the separated position; - when the first part and the second part are in the separated position and the first locking member is in the unlocked position, the second locking member in the active position cooperates with the first locking member to prevent the movement of the first part and the second part in the close position. The first locking member is thus movable between a locking position making it possible to prevent separation when the second locking member is in the active position and an unlocking position making it possible to prevent rapprochement when the second locking member is in the active position. This makes it possible to selectively prevent an involuntary separation of the first part and the second part of the tool or to prevent an involuntary coming together of the first part and the second part of the tool until the first locking member has been returned to the locking position. The movement of the first locking member between the locking position and the unlocking position can, for example, be carried out manually. This allows an operator to manually change the configuration of the locking system, for example during maintenance operations, the tool being removed from a tool holder. The movement of the second locking member between the active position and the inactive position is for example controlled using a deactivation device comprising an actuator acting on the second locking member. This allows automatic deactivation, for example when the tool is mounted on a tool holder. In particular embodiments, the locking system comprises a or more of the following optional features, taken individually or in all technically possible combinations:
[0018] - the locking system is configured in such a way that when the first part and the second part are in the separated position and the first locking member is in the locked position, the first locking member and the second locking member allow the first part and the second part to be brought together in the closed position, with, preferably, the engagement of the second locking member with the first locking member to then prevent the first part and the second part from returning to the separated position;
[0019] - the locking system is configured in such a way that when the first part and the second part are in the close position and the first locking member is in the unlocked position, the first locking member and the second locking member allow the separation of the first part and the second part from the close position to the separated position;
[0020] - the locking system comprises a deactivation device comprising a actuator arranged to act on the second locking member to move it from the active position to the inactive position;
[0021] - the deactivation device is configured to activate the actuator by default as soon as when the deactivation device is connected to a power supply source;
[0022] - the locking system comprises an elastic return member arranged to recall the second locking member to the active position, preferably permanently;
[0023] - the first locking member comprises a locking portion and a unlocking portion, the second locking member in the active position cooperating with the locking portion when the first locking member is in the locking position and with the unlocking portion when the first locking member is in the unlocking position;
[0024] - the locking portion is provided with a first stop surface and a first ramp arranged such that when the first part and the second part are in the spaced apart position and come together, the second locking member slides on the first ramp to allow the passage of the first part and the second part in the close position and then engages with the first stop surface to retain the first part and the second part in the close position;
[0025] - the unlocking portion is provided with a second stop surface and a second ramp arranged such that when the first part and the second part are in the close position and move apart, the second locking member slides on the second ramp to allow the passage of the first part and the second part in the separated position, and then comes into abutment against the second abutment surface in the event of the first part and the second part coming together to prevent a return to the closed position;
[0026] - the first locking member is movable in translation along an axis of translation between the locking position and the unlocking position;
[0027] - the second locking member is movable in rotation around an axis of rotation between active and inactive position;
[0028] - the axis of rotation and the axis of translation are parallel;
[0029] - the first part and the second part are movable between the close position and the position separated in translation along an axis of movement, the axis of rotation and the axis of translation being perpendicular to the axis of movement.
[0030] The invention also relates to a tool comprising a first part and a second part movable relative to each other between a close position and a separated position, the tool comprising at least one locking system according to any one of the preceding claims.
[0031] In a particular embodiment, the tool is a mold, the first part and the second movable part define a molding cavity in a close position and allow a molded part to be demolded in a spaced position.
[0032] The invention and its advantages will be better understood on reading the description which follows, given solely by way of non-limiting example, and made with reference to the appended drawings, in which:
[0033] - [Fig.l] [Fig.l] is a perspective view of a tool comprising a system of locking a first part and a second part of the tool, the locking system being in a first configuration;
[0034] - [Fig.2] [Fig.2] is a view similar to that of [Fig.l], the worm system rusting being in a second configuration;
[0035] - [Fig.3] [Fig.3] is a perspective view of a locking member of the system locking;
[0036] - [Fig.4][Fig.5][Fig.6][Fig.7] Figures 4 to 7 are sectional views of the system of locking in the first configuration, illustrating different positions;
[0037] - [Fig.8][Fig.9][Fig.l0] Figures 8 to 10 are sectional views of the worm system rusting in the second configuration, illustrating different positions.
[0038] As illustrated in Figures 1 to 3, the tool 2 comprises a first part 4 and a second part 6 movable relative to each other between a close position (Figures 1 and 2) and a spaced position.
[0039] The tool 2 is suitable for being removably mounted on a tool holder (not shown) configured to bring the first part 4 and the second part 6 closer to and away from each other.
[0040] The tool 2 is for example a mold, in particular an injection molding mold, a compression mold, or a foam molding mold, a welding tool, a cutting tool, a punching tool or a stamping tool.
[0041] When the tool 2 is a mold, the first part 4 and the second part 6 delimit between them a molding cavity when they are in a close position. The tool holder is in this case a mold press.
[0042] In the close position, the first part 4 and the second part 6 define between them a molding cavity for molding a part, and in the separated position, the first part 4 and the second part 6 are separated from each other so as to allow the demolding of a molded part.
[0043] Preferably, the first part 4 and the second part 6 are movable relative to each other between the close position and the separated position in translation along a displacement axis A.
[0044] The tool 2 is equipped with a locking system 8 having a first configuration ([Fig.l]) in which the locking system 8 is capable of holding the first part 4 and the second part 6 in a close position.
[0045] The locking system 8 in the first configuration is configured to prevent the first part 4 and the second part 6 in the close position from moving into the separated position.
[0046] Preferably, the locking system 8 in the first configuration allows the first part 4 and the second part 6 to pass from the spaced apart position to the close position.
[0047] In this case, once the first part 4 and the second part 6 initially in the separated position have moved into the close position, preferably, the locking system 8 in the first configuration maintains the first part 4 and the second part 6 in the close position and prevents a return to the separated position.
[0048] Advantageously, the locking system 8 has a second configuration ([Fig.2]) in which the locking system 8 is configured to hold the first part 4 and the second part 6 in the separated position.
[0049] The locking system 8 in the second configuration is configured to prevent the first part 4 and the second part 6 in the spaced apart position from moving into the close position.
[0050] Preferably, the locking system 8 in the second configuration allows the first part 4 and the second part 6 to pass from the close position to the separated position.
[0051] In this case, once the first part 4 and the second part 6 initially in the close position have moved into the separated position, the locking system 8 in the second configuration keeps the first part 4 and the second part 6 in the separated position and prevents a return to the close position.
[0052] The locking system 8 comprises a first locking member 10 mounted on the first part 4 and a second locking member 12 mounted on the second 6.
[0053] The first locking member 10 is mounted to move on the first part 4 between a first position or “locking position” and a second position or “unlocking position”.
[0054] The first locking member 10 is for example mounted to move in translation along a translation axis B on the first part 4. The translation axis B is for example perpendicular to the displacement axis A.
[0055] The second locking member 12 is mounted to move on the second part 6 between an active position and an inactive position.
[0056] The second locking member 12 is for example mounted to be able to rotate about an axis of rotation C on the second part 6. The axis of rotation C is for example parallel to the translation axis B of the first locking member 10 relative to the first part 4.
[0057] As illustrated in [Fig.3], the first locking member 10 comprises a first portion or locking portion 14 and a second portion or unlocking portion 16.
[0058] The first locking member 10 and the second locking member 12 are arranged in such a way that the second locking member 12 in the active position cooperates selectively with the locking portion 14 when the first locking member 10 is in the first locking position ([Fig. 1]) and with the unlocking portion 16 when the first locking member 10 is in the second unlocking position ([Fig. 2]).
[0059] The second locking member 12 in the inactive position is disengaged from the first locking member 10 and does not engage with it.
[0060] The second locking member 12 in the inactive position is not engaged with either the locking portion 14 or the unlocking portion 16.
[0061] The locking portion 14 is for example provided with a first stop surface 18 and a first ramp 20 arranged such that:
[0062] - when the first part 4 and the second part 6 are in the separated position and come together, the second locking member 12 in the active position slides on the first ramp 20 to allow the passage of the first part 4 and the second part 6 in the close position, and
[0063] - when the first part 4 and the second part 6 are in the close position, the second locking member 12 in active position is engaged with the first abutment surface 18 to prevent the first part and the second part 6 from moving apart.
[0064] The unlocking portion 16 is provided with a second stop surface 22 and of a second ramp 24 arranged in such a way that:
[0065] - when the first part 4 and the second part 6 are in the close position and move apart, the second locking member 12 in the active position slides on the second ramp 24 to allow the passage of the first part 4 and the second part 6 in the separated position, and
[0066] - when the first part 4 and the second part 6 are in the separated position, the second locking member 12 in the active position comes into abutment against the second abutment surface 22 to prevent the first part 4 and the second part 6 from coming together.
[0067] The locking portion 14 and the unlocking portion 16 are for example two separate sections of the first locking member 10 along the translation axis B.
[0068] The first locking member 10 comprises for example two opposite faces facing away from each other in the direction of movement A, the first stop surface 18 and the second ramp 24 being located on one of the two faces, the first ramp 20 and the second stop surface 22 being located on the other of the two faces.
[0069] In an exemplary embodiment, the first locking member 10 is mounted to slide along a guide 26 mounted fixedly on the first part 4. The guide 26 extends along the translation axis B. The guide 26 has, for example, the shape of a profiled rail along the translation direction B.
[0070] Preferably, the first locking member 10 is manually movable between the locking position ([Fig. 1]) and the unlocking position ([Fig. 2]).
[0071] As illustrated in [Fig.4], advantageously, the locking system 8 has a blocking device 28 making it possible to block the first locking member 10 selectively in the locking position or in the unlocking position.
[0072] A locking device 28 comprises for example a pressure screw arranged so that tightening the pressure screw blocks the first locking member 10 in translation.
[0073] The pressure screw is preferably arranged to be able to be screwed and unscrewed manually by an operator.
[0074] As illustrated in [Fig.4], a locking device 28 comprises a pressure screw 30 screwed into a tapped hole of the first locking member 10, one end of the pressure screw 30 pressing against a surface of a guide 26 along which the first locking member 10 slides, to lock the first locking member 10 in translation by friction.
[0075] In a variant, a locking device 28 comprises a pressure screw 30 screwed into a tapped hole of a guide 26 along which the first locking member 10 slides, one end of the pressure screw 30 bearing against a surface of the first locking member 10 to block the first locking member 10 in translation along the guide 26 by friction.
[0076] In a variant, the locking device 28 is configured to define at least one hard point or notch when moving the first locking member 10 between the locking position and the unlocking position, the first locking member 10 being able to be moved between the locking position and the unlocking position provided that sufficient force is applied to pass each hard point.
[0077] In an exemplary embodiment, the locking device 28 comprises a pin permanently biased by an elastic member bearing against a sliding surface against which the pin slides during the movement of the first locking member 10 between the locking position and the unlocking position, the sliding surface having at least one depression in which the pin engages when the pin passes the depression, each depression defining a hard point.
[0078] The locking device 28 comprises for example a first depression in which the pin engages when the first locking member 10 is in the locking position and a second depression in which the pin engages when the first locking member is in the unlocking position.
[0079] In this case, the transition from the locking position to the unlocking position requires exerting sufficient force to remove the pin from the first depression, and the transition from the unlocking position to the locking position requires exerting sufficient force to remove the pin from the second depression.
[0080] With reference to Figures 4 to 10, the locking system 8 preferably comprises an elastic return member 32 arranged to return the second locking member 12 to the active position.
[0081] Preferably, the elastic return member 32 is arranged to act permanently on the second locking member 12.
[0082] When the second locking member 12 is movable in rotation about an axis of rotation C, the elastic return member 32 is for example arranged to exert a moment tending to return the second locking member 12 towards the active position, in particular by exerting a force at a point of the second locking member 12 distant from the axis of rotation C.
[0083] The elastic return member 32 is for example a compression spring.
[0084] In an exemplary embodiment, and as illustrated in Figures 4 to 10, the movement of the second locking member 12 from the active position to the position inactive tends to compress the elastic return member 32, which tends to push the second locking member 12 towards the active position.
[0085] Alternatively, the elastic return member 32 is a torsion spring arranged to generate a moment around the axis of rotation C.
[0086] The locking system 8 advantageously comprises a deactivation device 34 comprising an actuator 36 arranged so as to move and maintain the second locking member 12 in the inactive position.
[0087] The actuator 36 is for example an electric actuator.
[0088] When the second locking member 12 is movable in rotation about an axis of rotation C, the actuator 36 is for example a linear actuator arranged to exert a force on the second locking member 12 at a point distant from the axis of rotation C to exert a moment tending to move the second locking member 12 towards the inactive position.
[0089] Where appropriate, the actuator 36 acts against the elastic return member 32 so as to move the second locking member 12 from the active position to the inactive position.
[0090] The second locking member 12 comprises an engagement portion 38 by means of which the second locking member 12 cooperates with the first locking member 10 in the active position of the second locking member 12 ([Fig.4]).
[0091] The engagement portion 38 is released from the first locking member 10 in the inactive position of the second locking member 12 (Figures 5 and 6).
[0092] The active position of the second locking member 12 (Figures 4, 7, 8 and 10) corresponds for example to a lowered position of the second locking member 12 in which its engagement portion 38 can interfere with the first locking member 10.
[0093] The inactive position of the second locking member 12 (Figures 5, 6 and 9) corresponds for example to a raised position of the second locking member 12 in which its engagement portion 38 is disengaged from the first locking member 10 and cannot interfere with it.
[0094] The grip portion 38 has, for example, the shape of a hook.
[0095] The hook-shaped grip portion 38 is suitable for hooking onto the locking portion 14 of the first locking member 10 when the first locking member 10 is in the locking position and the second locking member 12 is in the active position ([Fig.4]).
[0096] In particular, the hook-shaped gripping portion 38 is suitable for hooking onto the first abutment surface 18 of the locking portion 14 of the first locking member 10 when the first locking member 10 is in locking position and the second locking member 12 is in the active position ([Fig.4]).
[0097] Preferably, and as illustrated in [Fig. 4], there is a non-zero clearance in the direction of movement A between the second locking member 12 and the first locking member 10, more particularly between the engagement portion 38 and the first stop surface 18. The clearance is for example between 0.5 mm and 1.5 mm. Such a clearance makes it possible to limit friction when moving the second locking member 12 between the inactive position and the active position, and avoids having to oversize the actuator 36, while ensuring sufficient maintenance of the first part 4 and the second part 6 in the close position.
[0098] The second locking member 12 is for example pivotally mounted on the second part 6 around the axis of rotation C by means of a pivot connection 40.
[0099] The second locking member 12 has for example the shape of a lever.
[0100] The engagement portion 38 is for example located at a first end of the second locking member 12 in the form of a lever, the elastic return member 32 and the actuator 36 being arranged to act on the other end of the second locking member 12 in the form of a lever, the pivot connection 40 being for example located between the two ends of the second locking member 12 in the form of a lever.
[0101] The operation of the locking system 8 will now be described with reference to Figures 4 to 10.
[0102] In Figures 4 to 7, the locking system 8 is in the first configuration.
[0103] The first locking element 10 is in the locking position, that is to say in the position in which the second locking member 12 cooperates with the locking portion 14 of the first locking element 10.
[0104] In [Fig.4], the first part 4 and the second part 6 are in the close position, and the second locking member 12 is in the active position.
[0105] The locking system 8 keeps the first part 4 and the second part 6 in a close position.
[0106] In the illustrated example, the second locking member 12 is engaged with the first locking portion 14 of the first locking member 10 to prevent the first part 4 and the second part 6 from separating.
[0107] In particular, the engagement portion 38 of the second locking member 12 is engaged with the first stop surface 18 located on the first locking portion 14.
[0108] The second locking member 12 is returned to the active position by the elastic return member 32 (Arrow R). The deactivation device 34 is inactive.
[0109] In Figures 5 and 6, the second locking member 12 is in the inactive position.
[0110] In the example illustrated, the actuator 36 of the deactivation device 34 is actuated (Arrow F) to maintain the second locking member 12 in the inactive position against the elastic return member 32.
[0111] The first part 4 and the second part 6 can move in the direction of separation (Arrow DI illustrating the movement of the second part relative to the first part 6) between the close position ([Fig.5]) and the separated position ([Fig.6]).
[0112] In [Fig.7], the first part 4 and the second part 6 are in the spaced apart position, and the second locking member 12 is in the active position.
[0113] In the example illustrated, the second locking member 12 is returned to the active position by the elastic return member 32 (Arrow R). The actuator 36 of the deactivation device 34 is inactive.
[0114] In the event of the first part 4 and the second part 6 coming together (Arrow D2 illustrating the movement of the second part relative to the first part 6), the second locking member 12, and more particularly its engagement portion 38, comes into contact with the first ramp 20 and slides on the first ramp 20 so as to pass the locking portion 14 and come into engagement with the first stop surface 18 once the first part 4 and the second part 6 are in the close position ([Fig.4]).
[0115] The contact of the second locking member 12, and more particularly its engagement portion 38, with the first ramp 20 causes the second locking member 12 to gradually pivot against the elastic return member 32 to pass the locking portion 14 of the first locking member 10 and come into engagement with the first stop surface 18.
[0116] The locking system 8 in the locking configuration (with the first locking member 10 in the first locking position) allows the movement of the first part 4 and the second part 6 from the separated position to the close position, and, once the close position is reached, prevents the separation of the first part 4 and the second part 6.
[0117] In Figures 8 to 10, the locking system 8 is in the second configuration.
[0118] The first locking element 10 is in the unlocking position, that is to say, in the position in which the second locking member 12 cooperates with the unlocking portion 16 of the first locking element 10.
[0119] In [Fig.8], the first part 4 and the second part 6 are in a close position and the second locking member 12 is in the active position.
[0120] The second locking member 12 is returned to the active position by the elastic return member 32 (Arrow R). The actuator 36 of the deactivation device 34 is inactive.
[0121] In the event of separation of the first part 4 and the second part 6, the second locking member 12, and more particularly its engagement portion 38, comes into contact with the second ramp 24 and slides on the second ramp 24 so as to pass the second unlocking portion 16.
[0122] When sliding on the second ramp 24 ([Fig.9]), the second locking member 12 pivots progressively against the elastic return member 32 to be able to pass the unlocking portion 16.
[0123] As illustrated in [Fig.10], once the second locking member 12 has past the unlocking portion 16, the second locking member 12 is returned to the active position by the elastic return member 32.
[0124] The locking system 8 in the first configuration (with the first locking member 10 in the unlocked position) allows the movement of the first part 4 and the second part 6 from the close position to the separated position.
[0125] As illustrated in [Fig.10], when the first part 4 and the second part 6 are in the separated position and the locking system 8 is in the second configuration, the first locking member 10 and the second locking member 12 in the active position cooperate to prevent the first part 4 and the second part 6 from coming together.
[0126] In the event of approach, the second locking member 12, and more particularly its engagement portion 38, interferes with the second stop surface 22 of the locking portion 16, thus preventing approach.
[0127] Preferably, the locking system 8 is configured in such a way that in the absence of electricity supply to the deactivation device 34, the actuator 36 is inactive, such that the second locking member 12 is held in the active position by the elastic return member 32.
[0128] Preferably, the locking system 8 is configured in such a way that as soon as the deactivation device 34 is supplied with electricity, the actuator 36 acts on the second locking member 12 and moves it to the inactive position.
[0129] In practice, when the tool 2 is installed on a tool holder for use, the deactivation device 34 is connected to a source of electricity and when the tool 2 is removed from the tool holder, the deactivation device 34 is disconnected from the source of electricity.
[0130] When using the tool 2, the first part 4 and the second part 6 can move relative to each other between the close position and the separated position without interference between the first locking member 10 and the second locking member 12.
[0131] The locking system 8 is reliable and easy to use.
[0132] The locking system 8 in the locking configuration makes it possible to maintain by default the first part 4 and the second part 6 in the close position.
[0133] This allows the tool 2 to be handled safely, without the first part 4 and the second part 6 separating.
[0134] The locking system 8 in the first configuration allows the first part 4 and the second part 6 to be brought together, which makes it easy to return them to the close position.
[0135] The locking system 8 in the first configuration is easily deactivated using the deactivation device 34, in particular by connecting the deactivation device 34 to a power source. This saves time when changing a tool on a tool holder.
[0136] In particular, when the tool 2 is a mold, this makes it possible to use the tool 2 during molding operations, by bringing the first part 4 and the second part 6 together to mold a part and moving them apart to unmold the molded part.
[0137] The locking system 8 can easily be put into a second configuration, by moving the first locking member 10 into the unlocking position.
[0138] This operation can be carried out manually, in the absence of a power source. It then allows the tool 2 to be manipulated, for example for maintenance operations.
[0139] The locking system 8 in the second configuration prevents involuntary closing of the tool 2.
[0140] This makes it possible to ensure that the first locking member 10 has been moved into the locking position before placing the first part 4 and the second part 6 in the close position, for example for the purpose of transporting or handling the tool 2.
[0141] If the first locking member 10 were left in the unlocked position by mistake, this could then lead to an unexpected separation of the first part 4 and the second part 6 during transport or handling of the tool 2.
[0142] The locking system 8 having a blocking device 28 can easily be selectively blocked in the first configuration or the second configuration, limiting a risk of involuntary configuration change.
[0143] The invention is not limited to the exemplary embodiments and variants described above. Other exemplary embodiments and other variants are conceivable.
[0144] Optionally, the locking system 8 comprises a safety device comprising at least one sensor and an electronic processing unit receiving the signal from each sensor and capable of determining whether the tool 2 is connected to the tool holder and whether the second locking member 2 is in the active position or in the inactive position depending on the signal provided by each sensor, in particular capable of checking whether the second locking member 2 is in the active position when the tool 2 is disconnected from the tool holder and if the second locking member 2 is in the inactive position when the tool 2 is connected to the tool holder.
[0145] Also optionally, the locking system 8 comprises a retaining member that can be moved, preferably manually, between a retaining position and a release position, the retaining member in the retaining position being configured to retain the second locking member 12 in the active position, at least when the first part 4 and the second part 6 are in the close position, the retaining member in the release position being disengaged from the second locking member 12 to allow it to move between the active position and the inactive position, for example under the action of the deactivation device 34 or due to the sliding of the second locking member 12 on a ramp of the first locking member 10.
[0146] The retaining member is for example arranged on the first part 4, in which case it can cooperate with the second locking member 12 when the first part 4 and the second part 6 are brought together.
[0147] Alternatively, the retaining member is for example arranged on the second part 6, in which case it can cooperate with the second locking member 12 when the first part 4 and the second part 6 are brought together or when they are separated.
[0148] The retaining member is for example pivotally mounted between the retaining position and the release position, or slidably mounted between the retaining position and the release position.
[0149] The first locking member 10 does not necessarily comprise a single locking portion 14 and a single unlocking portion 16 located side by side.
[0150] The first locking member 10 comprises one or more locking portions 14 and one or more unlocking portions 16.
[0151] In an exemplary embodiment, the first locking member 10 comprises an unlocking portion 16 located between two locking portions 14 and / or a locking portion 14 arranged between two unlocking portions 16.
[0152] The second locking member 12 is not necessarily movable in rotation between the active position and the inactive position.
[0153] In an exemplary embodiment, the second locking member 12 is mounted to move in translation on the second part 6 between the active position and the inactive position, for example along a deactivation axis perpendicular to the displacement axis A and / or perpendicular to the translation axis B.
[0154] Only one locking system 8 has been described for the tool 2.
[0155] Advantageously, the tool 2 comprises at least two locking systems 8, in particular two to four locking systems 8 arranged around the tool 2.
[0156] The tool 2 is provided for example with two locking systems 8 located on two opposite faces of the tool 2 or four locking systems 8 located on four faces of the tool 2 opposite each other in pairs.
