Abstract
Description
Title of the invention: Autonomous and mobile recycling system for wash water
[0001] The present disclosure relates to a self-contained and mobile washing water recycling system. Summary
[0002] The proposed recycling system is a self-contained and mobile unit installed in a steel container measuring 2.47 m long, 2.20 m wide and 2.25 m high, for example. The system can be conveniently moved at any time using a forklift.
[0003] This system can be equipped with 3 specific columns containing superimposed beds of different resins in order to have optimum recycling quality.
[0004] Firstly, the suction can be done directly in a hydrocarbon separator using a submersible pump in order to store the loaded water in a 1000 L tank for example.
[0005] These loaded waters can be treated beforehand using a dosing pump injecting disinfectant chlorine.
[0006] Secondly, a pump of 5 Bars maximum can take up this loaded water to treat it in columns (for example three) connected in series and preferably composed as follows:
[0007] A first column containing specific flint.
[0008] A second column containing several beds of specific resins.
[0009] A third column containing specific decarbonized activated carbon.
[0010] Thanks to ion exchange, it is possible to obtain clean water that can be reused in a washing circuit.
[0011] The present invention aims to equip at least one car wash station during water use restrictions during periods of drought applied by prefectures depending on the region.
[0012] The present invention particularly advantageously uses said second column filled with different synthetic resins arranged in several beds (following various studies carried out by internationally renowned biological engineers).
[0013] The system described below makes it possible to overcome restrictions that can hamper the operation of a car wash at any time, without on-site civil engineering work and in less than a day. Brief description of the figures
[0014] Other characteristics, details and advantages will appear on reading the detailed description below, and on analyzing the attached drawing, in which: Fig. 1
[0015] [Fig-1] represents a diagram of the washing water recycling system. Description of the embodiments
[0016] Reference is now made to [Fig. 1]. It shows a system intended to be placed inside a container. The container may be a standardized container. For example, it has dimensions of 2.47m x 2.20m x 2.25m. It can be moved at any time, for example using a forklift.
[0017] The present disclosure relates to a single-block assembly comprising a container as defined above. It is equipped with two tanks of, for example, 1000 l (i.e. 1 m3) with level probes, a pump for dirty water, two pumps (for example for a pressure of 5 bars, i.e. 500 hPa) with electronic start-up, (for example three) pressure gauges to control the pressures and the flow rate and a system of valves in series to carry out countercurrent column washing.
[0018] The assembly advantageously comprises three columns connected in series and each filled with specific products specially designed for a predetermined treatment quality.
[0019] The assembly preferably further comprises an electrical cabinet which can be equipped with means for managing probes, levels, circuit breakers and at least one conductivity meter.
[0020] [Fig.l] illustrates a self-contained recycling system.
[0021] This figure shows a desludging tank. It is associated with a hydrocarbon separator.
[0022] In this figure, a pump, for example a submerged pump, is mounted between said hydrocarbon separator and a first tank, with a capacity which may be approximately 1000 l and intended to contain charged water.
[0023] This first tank can for example be associated with a dosing pump making it possible to inject disinfectant chlorine into said tank intended to contain contaminated water.
[0024] An HP pump, providing for example a pressure between 3 and 5 bars (between 300 and 500 hPa) makes it possible to pass charged water from the first tank into at least one treatment column. [Fig.l] illustrates three treatment columns in series.
[0025] A first treatment column contains a specific flint.
[0026] A second treatment column contains superimposed beds of specific resins.
[0027] A third treatment column contains a specific decarbonized activated carbon.
[0028] After passing through at least one of the three treatment columns, the water from the first tank is treated and can enter a second tank, for example a tank having substantially the same capacity as the first tank, for example approximately 1000 l (between 500 and 2000 liters).
[0029] An HP pump (for example providing a pressure of the order of a few bars, for example 3 to 5 bars, i.e. 300 to 500 hPa) then makes it possible to supply water from the second tank, which then contains recycled water) to an installation, in particular a washing installation intended for motor vehicles.
[0030] Said recycling system can be housed in a container.
[0031] The system described is preferably monobloc, autonomous and mobile and allows the recycling of wash water and the supply of recycled water to a car wash station.
[0032] The system described can be assembled and put into operation in a workshop.
[0033] The system described can be started using a simple power supply electric. It has a charged water inlet (for example from one or more car washes) and a recycled (clean) water outlet which can be reused in the corresponding washing installation.
[0034] The system has a low cost of use. It allows significant water savings of up to 90% of the water consumed in a car wash.
[0035] The present system, in addition to being economical and mobile, is an ecological system without the addition of chemicals. The simple fact of passing the loaded water through at least one of the treatment columns at a predetermined speed makes it possible to obtain a water quality allowing the reuse of the water in a washing phase.
