Description

Title of the invention: Device for holding a medical monitoring device and installation comprising such a device

[0001] The invention relates to a device for holding a medical monitoring device.

[0002] The invention also relates to an installation comprising such a device.

[0003] BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0004] Thanks to advances in the technologies used and good monitoring of the population at risk, prostate cancers are being detected earlier and earlier. As a result, the tumors detected are becoming smaller and smaller.

[0005] As a result, conventional treatments for total or partial removal of the prostate are no longer suitable today, particularly in view of the serious post-operative consequences they cause (incontinence, impotence, etc.).

[0006] Thus, users are increasingly turning to targeted treatments consisting of inserting an instrument into the patient's body to bring the instrument closer to a particular area of the prostate to be treated. Treatments include, for example, brachytherapy with the insertion of a catheter (for the positioning of radioactive seeds), or other targeted therapies such as cryotherapy or laser therapy.

[0007] In order for the operations to proceed as smoothly as possible, images are acquired continuously by an ultrasound probe also introduced into the patient.

[0008] With users focused on manipulating the instrument, the ultrasound probe is carried by a manipulator arm.

[0009] For this purpose, a holding device is used. Such a device usually comprises a cradle and a shell carrying the ultrasound probe, the shell being movably mounted on the cradle.

[0010] The holding device also comprises a first butterfly screw to be able to lock the shell in position in the cradle and a second butterfly screw cooperating with a second nut to be able to secure the ultrasound probe to the shell.

[0011] It is therefore understood that it is relatively tedious for a user to manipulate the holding device, which can be problematic, particularly during operation.

[0012] SUBJECT OF THE INVENTION

[0013] An aim of the invention is to propose a more ergonomic device for holding a medical monitoring device.

[0014] An aim of the invention is also to propose an installation comprising such a device. Summary of the invention

[0015] With a view to achieving this aim, the invention proposes a holding device for a control device, the device comprising at least one cradle, a shell mounted movably on the cradle around an axis of rotation, and a locking member intended to temporarily secure the cradle to the shell.

[0024] Optionally, the handling portion is pivotally mounted on the connecting portion.

[0025] Optionally, the handling portion comprises a handle extended by a yoke secured to the handling portion.

[0026] Optionally, the connecting portion comprises a hollow box and a shaft mounted in the hollow box.

[0027] Optionally, the shaft is slidably mounted in the box between a first position and a second position.

[0028] Optionally, the shaft is secured to a hinge axis on which the elastically deformable element is mounted.

[0029] Optionally, the box is provided with an orifice through which the hinge axis attached to the shaft extends.

[0030] Optionally, the device includes a spring connected on the one hand to the trunk and on the other hand to the tree.

[0031] Optionally the shell is provided with an orifice through which the trunk and the tree extend.

[0032] Optionally, the orifice and the trunk are provided with their securing means. temporary.

[0033] Optionally, the temporary securing means comprise a pin and at least one housing in which the pin is capable of being temporarily fitted.

[0034] Optionally, the device comprises a second locking member intended to secure the control device to the shell in use, the second locking member comprising at least one latch and one lock, the lock comprising at least:

[0035] - An attachment to the shell,

[0036] - A cooperating element with the latch, the cooperating element being mounted movable in the device between an active position where said element is blocked by the latch and an inactive position where said element is not blocked by the latch,

[0037] - An arm connected at a first end to the attachment and connected at a second end to the cooperation element, the arm being intended to hold the control device against the shell.

[0038] The invention also relates to an installation comprising a device as mentioned above.

[0039] Other characteristics and advantages of the invention will emerge on reading the following description of particular non-limiting embodiments of the invention. Brief description of the drawings

[0052] With reference to Figures 1 to 4, according to a first embodiment of the invention, the installation, generally designated 1, comprises a control device 2 extending generally longitudinally along an axis Z in order to facilitate its insertion into the patient's rectum.

[0053] Preferably, the apparatus 2 comprises a support 3, extending parallel to the Z axis, which is intended to be grasped at its proximal end by a user and which is extended at its distal end by a recess 4 of the apparatus 2. Said recess 4 is itself extended by a medical imaging probe 5 of the apparatus 2, probe 5 also extending along the Z axis. In this way, the apparatus 2 is more easily manipulated by the user due to the recess 4.

[0054] Said probe 5 is here configured to allow the generation of three-dimensional images of the prostate and its environment. The probe 5 is here a three-dimensional ultrasound probe. This application is of course not limiting and the installation 1 can be used in association with different types of probes such as two-dimensional ultrasound probes or magnetic resonance probes (for example MRI).

[0055] To facilitate the user's work, the installation 1 may comprise a system for co-manipulating the device (not shown here). The co-manipulation system is, for example, a robot, an articulated arm, a fixed arm, etc.

[0056] The installation 1 also comprises a device 10 for holding the apparatus 2 in the co-manipulation system.

[0057] The holding device 10 thus comprises a base 11 for attachment to the co-manipulation system. The base 11 is fixed, for example, by screw-nut type fixing means.

[0058] The holding device 10 further comprises a cradle 12 fixed to the base 11 and preferably in one piece with the base 11.

[0059] The holding device 10 also comprises a pivotally mounted shell 13 on the cradle 12 along at least one axis A. Preferably, the holding device 10 is shaped so that the axes A and Z are parallel and more preferably coincide. Preferably, the shell 13 is mounted movably on the cradle 12.

[0060] The shell 13 and / or the cradle 12 comprise means for guiding (not referenced here) at least the pivoting of the shell 13 relative to the cradle 12 around the axis A. The shell 13 and / or the cradle 12 comprise stops (not referenced here) limiting the rotation of the shell 13 relative to the cradle 12.

[0061] Preferably, the shell 13 has at least one surface in contact with at least one surface of the cradle 12, said surfaces having complementary shapes. For example, the cradle 12 is shaped into a double hoop and the shell 13 received in the double hoop is generally shaped into a cylinder segment (of diameter similar to that of the double hoop) and for example into a half-cylinder.

[0062] The shell 13 more precisely has here a curved lower face 13a (the one in contact with the double arch of the cradle 12), a flat upper face 13b and two lateral flanks 13c, 13d each connecting the curved lower face 13a on the one hand and the flat upper face 13b on the other hand. The flat upper face 13b preferably has a receiving housing 14 for the device 2, receiving housing 14 therefore hollowing out the flat upper face 13b. Preferably, the receiving housing 14 is centered on the flat upper face 13b so that the axes A and Z coincide. On either side of the receiving housing 14, the flat upper face 13b therefore has two flat zones 15 and 16.

[0063] Furthermore, the holding device 10 comprises a first locking member 20 intended to temporarily secure the device 2 to the shell 13.

[0064] For this purpose, the shell 13 comprises a first orifice 21 extending along an axis B which is parallel to the axis A and / or to the axis Z. The first orifice 21 here opens onto the first lateral flank 13c. The first orifice 21, on the other hand, does not open onto the second lateral flank 13d and therefore has a bottom 23. The shell 13 is furthermore arranged so that the first lateral flank 13c is the one facing the base 11.

[0065] Furthermore, the shell 13 comprises a second orifice 22 extending along an axis C which is here orthogonal to the axis B. The second orifice 22 opens onto a first of the two flat zones 16.

[0066] The first locking member 20 comprises a latch 24 arranged in the shell 13 and more precisely in the first orifice 21. The latch 24 therefore extends longitudinally along the axis B.

[0067] Preferably, the latch 24 is mounted to move in the first orifice 21 and preferably is mounted to slide in the first orifice 21 along the axis B.

[0068] Preferably still, the first locking member 20 comprises a spring 25 connected at a first end to the bottom 23 and at a second end to the latch 24. For example, the latch 24 has a first opening 26 formed in its first longitudinal end 24a (i.e. the one facing the bottom 23 of the first orifice 21). The first opening 26 extends, for example, coaxially to the axis B. The first opening 26 opens only at the level of the first longitudinal end 24a.

[0069] Furthermore, the latch 24 comprises a second opening 27 arranged transversely in the latch 24. The second opening 27 here extends radially along an axis D. The second opening 27 also passes right through the latch 24. The second opening 27 does not, however, open into the first opening 26. The latch 24 is configured so that the axis B and the axis D are here orthogonal to each other and / or that the axis D is parallel to the axis C.

[0070] The latch 24 comprises at least one cleat 28 extending into the second opening 27. The cleat 28 extends longitudinally while being inclined or parallel to the axis B. The cleat 28 extends while being inclined or orthogonal to the axis D.

[0071] The latch 24 is configured so that in the equilibrium position of the spring 25 its second longitudinal end 24b is outside the shell 13. The latch 24 is also configured so that in the equilibrium position of the spring 25, the second orifice 22 and the second opening 27 are at least partially aligned so that the cleat 28 extends at least partly into the second orifice 22.

[0072] In this position, a user can press the second longitudinal end 24b from the outside of the shell 13 to move the latch 24 until the first longitudinal end 24a comes into abutment against the bottom 23. The spring 25 is then stressed and the cleat 28 is offset from the second orifice 22.

[0073] When the user releases the latch 24, the spring 25 returns to its equilibrium position bringing the second longitudinal end 24b back to its initial position and the cleat 28 into the second orifice 22.

[0074] The first locking member 20 also comprises a lock 30, the lock 30 comprising a cooperation element 31 with the latch 24.

[0075] The cooperation element 31 is shaped to be mounted movably in the first locking member 20 between an active position where said element is blocked by the latch 24 and an inactive position where said element can be moved relative to the latch 24.

[0076] The cooperation element 31 is mounted to move in the second orifice 22 between its two positions. For example, the cooperation element 31 is mounted to move between its two positions by at least one translational movement along the axis C.

[0077] The cooperation element 31 here extends longitudinally along an axis which coincides with the axis C when the cooperation element 31 is in its active position.

[0078] The cooperation element 31 is here shaped as a pin 32 comprising a first longitudinal end 32a and a second longitudinal end 32b.

[0079] The upper face of the first longitudinal end 32a is hollowed and / or textured.

[0080] This allows a user to more easily manipulate the pin 32.

[0081] A groove 33 is provided in the lower part of the pin 32, the groove 33 being capable of cooperate with the cleat 28 to temporarily block the pin 32 in the second orifice 22 (thus defining the active position of the cooperation element 31) as will be described below.

[0082] Preferably, the second longitudinal end 32b has at least one slope that narrows as one moves axially away from the first longitudinal end 32a. This facilitates the insertion of the cleat 28 into the groove 33 when the pin 32 is lowered into the second orifice 22.

[0083] For example, the second longitudinal end 32b is shaped like a truncated cone. The groove 33 is here formed above the truncated cone.

[0084] Preferably, the first locking member 20 and / or the shell 13 comprises a stop to limit the insertion of the pin 32 into the second orifice 22. For example, the pin 32 has a shoulder 34 coming to bear against a flange 35 of the shell 13 locally raising the first flat zone 16 (the flange being arranged coaxially with the second orifice 22).

[0085] The pin 32 can, on the other hand, completely exit the second orifice 22 when it is in its inactive position.

[0086] The lock 30 also comprises an attachment 36 of the lock 30 to the shell 13.

[0087] The shell 13 here comprises a third orifice 29 extending along an axis E. The second orifice 29 opens into a recess 37 provided on one of the sides of the shell 13. The third orifice 29 also opens onto the second flat zone 15. In this way, the second orifice 22 and the third orifice 29 extend on either side of the receiving housing 14. In the present case, the axis E is parallel to the axis C.

[0088] The attachment 36 comprises for example a shaft 38 extending into the third orifice 29.

[0089] The shaft 38 is preferably shaped to be mounted movably in the third orifice 29 between a high position and a low position. For example, the shaft 38 is mounted movably between its two positions by a translational movement and preferably a translational movement along the axis E.

[0090] The shaft 38 preferably extends longitudinally along the axis E.

[0091] The second longitudinal end 38b of the shaft comprises a flange 39 which abuts against a wall 40 of the recess 37 to limit the travel of the shaft 38. in the third orifice 29. The wall / flange cooperation defines the high position of the shaft 38.

[0092] Preferably, the fastener 36 also comprises a spring 41 fixed to a first end of the shaft 38 and to a second end to the shell 13. The spring 41 thus forms here an elastically deformable zone of the first locking member 20.

[0093] More precisely, the spring 41 is fixed to the second longitudinal end 38b of the shaft 38 on the one hand and to the wall 40 of the recess 37 on the other hand.

[0094] The spring 41 is shaped so as to move the second longitudinal end 38b of the shaft 38 away from the wall 40 of the recess 37. The equilibrium position of the spring 41 thus defines the low position of the shaft 38.

[0095] The lock 30 further comprises an arm 42 which is here articulated at a first end to the attachment 36 and at a second end to the cooperation element 31. More precisely here the arm 42 is articulated at its first end on the shaft 38 (and in particular on the first longitudinal end 38a of the shaft 38) and at its second end to the pin 32 (and in particular on the first longitudinal end 32a of the pin 32). For example, each of the ends of the arm 42 is shaped as a yoke whose arms are mounted on an articulation axis passing through either the shaft 38 or the pin 32.

[0096] In particular, the arm 42 is articulated along an axis F on the attachment 36 and along an axis G on the cooperation element 31. The axes F and G are preferably parallel to each other. The axis F is preferably parallel to the axis A and / or preferably orthogonal to the axis E. The axis G is preferably parallel to the axis A and / or preferably orthogonal to the axis C.

[0097] Preferably, the shell 13 is provided with a flange 43 locally raising the second flat zone 15, the flange 43 extending coaxially with the third orifice 29. A groove 44 is provided on the upper face of the flange 43, the groove 44 having a shape corresponding to that of the yoke forming the first end of the arm 42.

[0098] In this way, the groove 44 makes it possible to guide the rotational movement of the arm 42 relative to the shell 13 around the axis F at least when the shaft 38 is in its low position.

[0099] It is further noted that the cooperation between the groove 44 and the yoke also makes it possible to define a stop for the shaft 38, thus preventing the shaft 38 from sinking into the shell 13. This stop also defines the low position of the shaft 38.

[0100] The arm 42 is also shaped to wedge the device 2 against the shell 13.

[0101] Preferably, the arm 42 comprises a flat portion 45 coming to bear against a flat 46 of the device 2.

[0102] This promotes the proper maintenance of the device 2 due to the plane / plane contact between the arm 42 and the device 2.

[0103] In use, the user lifts the lock 30 and arranges the apparatus 2 so that it extends into the receiving housing 14.

[0104] The user then lowers the lock 30 until the flat portion 45 rests on the flat 46 of the device 2. We can thus understand the advantage of the attachment 36 sliding in the shell 13 thanks to the spring 41: the lock 30 can in fact adapt to the different possible diameters of devices 2 present on the market.

[0105] Then the user presses the latch 24 inside the first orifice 21 until the first longitudinal end 24a is in abutment on the bottom 23 before pressing on the pin 32 to push it into the second orifice 22 until the shoulder 34 is in contact with the flange 35 (in fact, the latch 24 having been pressed, the cleat 28 extends out of the second orifice 22 and does not hinder the movement of the pin 32 in the second orifice 22). The pin 32 is still in its inactive position.

[0106] The user then releases the latch 24 while maintaining the pressure exerted on the pin 32: the latch 24 returns to its original position (corresponding to the equilibrium position of the spring 25) which causes the insertion of the catch 28 into the groove 33. The pin 32 is then in its active position. The user can therefore release the pin 32.

[0107] The device 2 is thus held in the holding device 10 by being pressed between the arm 42 and the receiving housing 14, the lock 30 being blocked in the shell 13 because the pin 32 is in the active position.

[0108] It can therefore be seen that it is simple and quick to fix the device 2 to the shell 13.

[0109] Advantageously, the spring 41 tends to return the shaft 38 to its low position and therefore to press the arm 42 towards the receiving housing 14: this limits the risk that the device 2 may accidentally come out of the holding device 10.

[0110] To separate the device 2 and the shell 13, the user pushes the latch 24 again into the first orifice 21. The catch 28 is then removed from the groove 33. Under the action of the spring 41, the pin 32 rises in the second orifice 22 which moves it away from the second opening 27.

[0111] The pin 32 is thus in its inactive position and the arm 42 can then be lifted to detach the device 2 from the shell 13. The user can thus release the pin 32.

[0112] With reference to [Fig.5], the second embodiment is identical to the first embodiment except at the level of the latch 24.

[0113] In the second embodiment, the latch 24 thus comprises a handle 50 for manipulating a cleat 28.

[0114] The handle 50 is mounted to move relative to the shell 13 between a retracted position and an extended position. The handle 50 is, for example, mounted to move in translation between its two positions. For example, a groove 51 is provided on the first flat zone 16 to allow the handle 50 to slide along this groove 51. Optionally, the groove extends parallel to the axis Z and / or to the axis A.

[0115] The handle 50 is fixed to the cleat 28 for example by a screw or any other fixing means. Alternatively, the handle 50 and the cleat 28 are in one piece.

[0116] The cleat 28 is thus also mounted to move in translation parallel to the axis Z and / or to the axis A relative to the shell 13. For example, the cleat 28 slides inside the first orifice 21.

[0117] The cleat 28 has a first longitudinal end 28a provided with at least one stud 52 intended to be inserted into the groove 33 of the pin 32 (as in the first embodiment).

[0118] The spring 25 of the latch 24 is fixed at one end to the second longitudinal end 28b of the cleat 28 and at its other end to a bottom 23 of the first orifice 21. In the second embodiment, the spring 25 is arranged on the same side of the shell 13 as the part of the latch 24 manipulated by the user (here the handle 50) whereas in the first embodiment the spring 25 was arranged on the opposite side of the shell 13 where the part of the latch 24 manipulated by the user was located (here the second longitudinal end 24b of the latch 24).

[0119] When the user wishes to place the pin 32 in its active position, he pulls the handle 50 to force the cleat 28 to move back towards the bottom 23. The stud 52 is thus offset from the second orifice 22. The user can then push the pin 32 into the second orifice 22 until the shoulder 34 is in contact with the flange 35.

[0120] The user can then release the pressure exerted on the handle 50 while still pressing the pin 32: under the action of the spring 25, the catch 28 returns to its original position and thus sinks into the groove 33 blocking the pin 32 in the second orifice 22. The pin 32 is then in its active position.

[0121] When the user wishes to return the pin 32 to its inactive position, he pulls the handle 50 again to force the catch 28 to disengage from the groove 33. Under the action of the spring 41, the pin 32 rises in the second orifice 22 outside the field of action of the catch 28. The pin 22 is then in its inactive position.

[0122] The user then releases the pressure exerted on the handle 50: under the action of the spring 25, the cleat 28 returns to its original position.

[0123] Apart from what has been indicated above, everything that has been said for the first mode of realization is also applicable here.

[0124] With reference to [Fig.6], the second embodiment is identical to the first embodiment except at the level of the latch 24, the cooperation element 31 and the fastener 36.

[0125] The attachment 36 is here a simple terminal secured to the shell 13 (and optionally in one piece with the shell 13) on which the arm 42 is articulated.

[0126] The cooperation element 31 is here shaped as a tab 60 which snaps into a latch 24 shaped as a housing provided in the shell 13. The tab 60 is not articulated on the arm 42 as in the other embodiments but is in one piece with said arm 42.

[0127] In the present case, the tab 60 is shaped so as to have at least a first return 61 extending the arm 42, followed by a first flat portion 62, followed by a second return 63, followed by a second flat portion 64 followed by a third return 65.

[0128] The first planar portion 62 is preferably orthogonal or inclined relative to the arm 42.

[0129] The second planar portion 64 is preferably inclined relative to the first planar portion 62. The second planar portion 64 is thus inclined so as to extend in the opposite direction of the arm 42.

[0130] The tab 60 is thus generally shaped like a V.

[0131] The tab 60 is of course flexible to ensure snapping into the latch. tab 60 thus forms an elastically deformable zone of the first locking member 20.

[0132] Preferably, the second flat portion 64 is provided with a lug 66. The lug 66 is for example shaped so as to extend transversely over the second flat portion 64, optionally over the entire width of the second flat portion 64.

[0133] The latch 24 opens into a recess provided on one of the sides of the shell 13. The latch 24 also opens onto the second flat zone 16.

[0134] When the user wishes to place the cooperation element 31 in its active position, he thus presses on the tab 60 by pushing it into the latch 24 until the free end of the cooperation element 31 (here the third return 66) rests on the second flat zone 16. In this position the lug 66 is then in abutment against a wall 67 of the recess, wall 67 arranged under the second flat face 16.

[0135] The tab 60 thus pinches a thickness of the shell 13 delimited above by the second flat zone 16 and below by the wall 67. This also further separates the two flat portions 62, 64 of the tab 60.

[0136] This helps to maintain the cooperation element 31 in its active position.

[0137] It is also noted that the first flat portion 62 is then pressed against a lateral flank 68 of the latch 24. This also further separates the two flat portions 62, 64 of the tab 60.

[0138] This helps to maintain the cooperation element 31 in its active position.

[0139] To return to the inactive position of the cooperation element 31, the user exerts an effort to bring the two flat portions 62, 64 of the tab 60 together in order to be able to extract it from the latch 24.

[0140] Apart from what has been stated above, everything said for the first embodiment is also applicable here.

[0141] With reference to Figures 7 to 11, a second locking member 100 of the holding device 10 will now be described in connection with the first embodiment. This application is of course not limiting and the second locking member 100 described below is also applicable to the second embodiment or to the third embodiment.

[0142] The second locking member 100 firstly comprises a connecting portion 101 to the shell 13.

[0143] The connecting portion 101 here comprises a hollow box 102 having a trunk 103 extending longitudinally along an axis H and a base 104 extending the trunk at the lower end. The base extends longitudinally along an axis I which is here orthogonal to the axis H. The trunk 103 and the base 104 are preferably made of a single piece.

[0144] The shell 13 comprises a fourth orifice 105 which extends longitudinally along an axis J. The axis J is here parallel to the axis E. The fourth orifice 105 extends so as to open at its two ends outside the shell 13. More precisely here, the fourth orifice 105 extends so as to open onto the curved lower face 13a of the shell 13 on the one hand and into the receiving housing 14 on the other hand. The fourth orifice 105 is preferably centered in the shell 13. The fourth orifice 105 extends here orthogonally to the axis A.

[0145] The trunk 103 is therefore arranged in the shell 13 so as to extend into the fourth orifice 105. The trunk is thus arranged so that the axes H and J then coincide (i.e. the trunk 103 and the fourth orifice 105 extend coaxially with each other).

[0146] The trunk 103 is mounted to move in the shell 13 between a working position where it allows the second locking member 100 to be secured to the shell 13 and a rest position where it allows the second locking member 100 to be detached from the shell 13.

[0147] In this way, the second locking member 100 is completely removable from the shell 13, which facilitates its cleaning between two operations.

[0148] For example, the trunk 103 is mounted to be mobile in translation and / or in rotation in the fourth orifice 105 and preferably mobile in rotation and / or in translation relative to the axis J.

[0149] More precisely here, the trunk 103 is first mounted to be mobile in translation along the axis J until it reaches its rest position. The trunk 103 is then mounted to be mobile in rotation and translation (according to a helical movement) relative to the axis J between its rest position and its working position.

[0150] Preferably, the trunk 103 and / or the shell 13 comprise means for guiding the trunk 103 in the shell 13.

[0151] Optionally, the guide means comprise a guide pin 106 carried by the trunk 103 and fixed to said trunk 103. The pin 106 extends here transversely in the trunk 103. The pin 106 extends here radially along an axis K, i.e. orthogonally to the axis H. The pin 106 extends here at the upper end of the trunk 103. The pin 106 is also shaped so as to extend radially outside the trunk 103 on either side thereof. The pin 106 thus protrudes at its two ends from the trunk 103.

[0152] Correspondingly, the guide means comprise grooves 107 extending in the fourth orifice 105 along the axis J, each groove 107 slidably receiving one of the ends of the pin 106. Each groove 107 extends in the fourth orifice 105 from the curved lower face 13a to a helix pitch 108 formed by a first internal shoulder of the fourth orifice 105 (first shoulder forming part of the guide means). The upper end of each groove 107 thus defines the rest position of the trunk 103. The helix pitch 108 extends, for example, over a quarter turn of the fourth orifice 105.

[0153] Each helix pitch 108 thus extends between one of the upper ends of the grooves 107 and ends in a housing 109. Each housing 109 is thus shaped to receive one of the ends of the pin 106 when the trunk 103 is in the working position. The housings 109 thus define the working position of the trunk 103.

[0154] Preferably, the guide means also comprise an additional stop between the trunk 103 and the shell 13 defining the working position of the trunk 103. For example, the trunk 103 comprises an external collar 110 which comes into abutment against a second shoulder 111 formed in the fourth orifice 105.

[0155] In use, the trunk 103 will first slide along the fourth orifice 105 (by cooperation between the pin 106 and the grooves 107) then perform a helical movement (by cooperation between the pin 106 and the screw threads 108) until the pin 106 is fitted into the housings 109. In this position, the trunk 103 can no longer descend along the fourth orifice 105, thus temporarily securing the shell 13 to the trunk 103.

[0156] To separate the trunk 103 from the shell 13, it is sufficient to exert a force on the rotating trunk 103 to cause the pin 106 to come out of the housings 109v and thus lower the pin 106 to the grooves 107. By translation, the trunk 103 can then be pulled entirely towards the outside of the shell 13.

[0157] Preferably, the trunk 103 and / or the fourth orifice 105 are shaped so that at least a portion of the upper end of the trunk 103 bears against the device 2 when the trunk 103 is in the working position.

[0158] This makes it possible to limit the risk of the pin 106 accidentally coming out of the housings 109 during use of the device 2.

[0159] Preferably, the trunk 103 and / or the fourth orifice 105 are shaped to match the shape of the area of the device 2 bearing against the trunk 103 when it is in its high position. For example, the upper end of the fourth orifice 105 is in the shape of a truncated cone and / or the upper end of the trunk 103 is in the shape of a truncated cone when the device 2 has a V-shaped lower face in contact with the fourth orifice 105 and / or the trunk 103.

[0160] The connecting portion 101 also comprises a shaft 112 which is arranged in the box 102 and more particularly in the trunk 103. The shaft 112 extends longitudinally in a direction which is preferably coincident with the axis H. The shaft 112 and the trunk 103 thus extend coaxially with each other.

[0161] The shaft 112 is mounted to be movable in the trunk 103 between a low position and a high position. The shaft 112 is for example mounted to be movable in translation between its low position and its high position and preferably movable in translation along the axis H.

[0162] The shaft 112 and the trunk 103 are provided with means for their temporary securing when the shaft 112 is in its high position.

[0163] For example, the means for their temporary securing comprise male and female members which are carried respectively one by the shaft 112 and the other by the trunk 103 and which are optionally carried one by the upper end of the shaft 112 and the other by the upper end of the trunk 103.

[0164] The male organ is for example here formed directly by the aforementioned pin 106.

[0165] The female member is for example a groove 113 formed in an upper end of a head 114 of the shaft 112 (forming the upper end of the shaft) capable of receiving the pin 106 forming here the male member. The groove 113 therefore extends here transversely in the shaft 112. The groove 113 therefore extends here radially or orthogonally to the axis H.

[0166] The lower end of the head 114 is shaped to come into abutment against an internal shoulder 115 of the trunk 103. This head / shoulder cooperation makes it possible to define the lower position of the shaft 112.

[0167] Preferably, the connecting portion 101 also comprises a first spring 116 a first end of which is connected to the shaft 112 and therefore a second end is connected to the trunk 103. More precisely here, the first end of the first spring 116 is connected to the head 114 (for example to the lower end of the head 114) and the second end of the first spring 116 is connected to the internal shoulder 115. The first spring 116 is thus configured to push the shaft 112 towards its high position.

[0168] The lower end of the shaft 112 is pierced with an orifice 117. The orifice 117 extends transversely in the shaft 112 so as to open at its two ends outside the shaft 112. The orifice 117 extends radially in the shaft 112, i.e. orthogonally to the axis H.

[0169] Correspondingly, the base 102 is pierced with an orifice 118 arranged opposite the orifice 117. The orifice 118 extends transversely in the base 102 so as to open at its two ends outside the base 102. The orifice 118 extends radially in the base 102, i.e. orthogonally to the axis H. The orifice 118 is configured to allow the shaft 112 to slide in the trunk 103 between its high position and its low position. For this purpose, the orifice 118 is of oblong section, the oblong section here extending vertically. The high and low ends of the oblong section thus define the high and low positions of the shaft 112.

[0170] The base 102 is furthermore pierced with a second orifice 119. The orifice 119 extends transversely in the base 102 so as to open at its two ends outside the base 102. The orifice 119 extends radially in the base 102, i.e. orthogonally to the axis H. The two orifices 118, 119 of the base 102 thus extend parallel to each other.

[0171] The second locking member 100 also comprises a handling portion.

[0172] The handling portion here comprises a handle 120 having a proximal end capable of being handled by the user and extended at its distal end by a yoke 122. The yoke 122 and the handle 120 are preferably in one piece.

[0173] The yoke 122 is articulated on the base 102 by means of a hinge pin 123 passing through the orifice 119. In a manner known per se, the yoke 122 has two branches 124, each branch 124 being pivotally mounted on the hinge pin 123 on either side of the base 102.

[0174] In particular, each branch 124 is extended by a finger 125 forming the free end of the branch 124 (the finger 125 being in one piece with the branch 124).

[0175] Each finger 125 cooperates here with the same articulation axis 126 arranged in the orifice 118 of the base 102 and the orifice 117 opposite the shaft 112. The two articulation axes 123, 126 extend here parallel to each other.

[0176] The second locking member 100 further comprises a lock 130 arranged between the connecting portion 101 on the one hand and the handling portion on the other hand.

[0177] The lock 100 firstly comprises an elastically deformable element such as, for example, a spring washer 131. The washer 131 is pierced by an orifice through which the trunk 103 (and therefore the shaft 112) extends. The orifice preferably pierces the washer 131 in its center so that the washer 131 is coaxial with the shaft 112 and the trunk 103. The orifice is of dimensions greater than the diameter of the trunk.

[0178] The washer 131 is intended to press against the double arch formed by the cradle 12.

[0179] Preferably, the washer 131 is a conical washer. The washer 131 is also arranged so that its upper face (i.e. the one intended to come into contact with the cradle 12) is that of the widest section.

[0180] This makes it possible to increase the exchange surfaces between the washer 131 and the cradle 12 when the washer 131 is pressing against the cradle 12.

[0181] The lower face of the washer 131 is extended on either side of the lower face by two tabs 132 each secured to the articulation axis 126. Each of the tabs 132 is thus pierced with an orifice whose section is similar to that of the articulation axis 126. The two tabs 132 here extend parallel to each other.

[0182] It is therefore understood that the legs 132 externally surround on either side the trunk 103 which itself surrounds the tree 112.

[0183] The articulation axis 126 is of such a length that it protrudes not only from the shaft 112 and the trunk 103 but also from the legs 132. It is noted that the articulation axis 126 is integral with the shaft 112.

[0184] The fingers 125 themselves externally surround the base 102 as well as the two tabs 132 on either side of the base 102 and the tabs 132. The fingers 125 thus extend between the washer 131 and the articulation axis 126.

[0185] The second locking member 100 is shaped so that the fingers 125 can cooperate with the free ends of the articulation axis 126 to lower the articulation axis 126 to the bottom stop of the orifice 128 when the handle 120 is raised.

[0186] In use, to secure the second locking member 100 to the shell 13, the user inserts the connecting portion 101 into the fourth orifice 105 (the shaft 112 is then in the high position so that it is secured to the box 101 by the groove 113 / pin 106 cooperation). The user then performs a helical movement with the handle 120 which brings the pin 106 into the housings 19 thus fixing the second locking member 100 in the shell 13.

[0187] In the lowered position of the handle 120, which is the equilibrium position of the second locking member 100, the shaft 112 is in its high position and the washer 131 is crushed against the cradle 12 temporarily securing the shell 13 and the cradle 12.

[0188] To move the shell 13 relative to the cradle 13 around the Z axis to a targeted relative position, the user raises the handle 120: under the pivoting of the handle 120, the fingers 125 press the articulation axis 126 which lowers, causing the shaft 112 to move from its high position to its low position. This then causes a downward translation of the washer 131 (because it is linked to the articulation axis 126). The washer 131 is thus offset from the cradle 12 so that the shell 13 can be moved relative to the cradle 12 by means of the handle 120.

[0189] Once the target position is reached, the user releases the handle 120: under the action of the first spring 116, the shaft 112 naturally returns to its high position. The corresponding sliding of the articulation axis 126 also causes the washer 131 to slide upwards, which then returns to be crushed against the cradle 12. The shell 13 and the cradle 12 are thus once again secured to each other.

[0190] Advantageously, the equilibrium position of the second locking member 130 corresponds to the state of connection of the cradle 12 and the shell 13, which is more secure.

[0191] Of course, the invention is not limited to the embodiments described and variations can be made without departing from the scope of the invention.

[0192] Thus the cooperation between the cooperation element and the latch may be different from what has been indicated. It may be, for example, the latch which will include the groove and the cooperation element the cleat.

[0193] The end of the latch on which the user presses may also be hollow and / or textured.

[0194] The holding device may include an additional part to hold the pin in position in the housings of the second locking member while the device is in use.

[0195] The locking member intended to secure the control device to the shell in service may be a prior art fixing system (for example a butterfly screw).
