Abstract
Description
Title of the invention: Palletizable packaging for storing bottles at an angle Technical field
[0001] The invention falls within the field of storing bottles in palletizable packaging.
[0002] The invention relates more particularly to the storage of bottles at an angle in a parallelepiped-shaped cardboard box in order to save space and optimize palletizing operations.
[0003] PRIOR ART AND DISADVANTAGES OF PRIOR ART
[0004] There are systems for wedging bottles at an angle, in particular glass bottles, making it possible to ensure that the bottles are held at an angle in a parallelepiped-shaped box. These include in particular the systems described in publications FR3104145 and FR3016348.
[0005] However, these systems involve the design of complex wedging parts to manufacture and requiring a specific positioning operation on the part of the operator, extending the duration of packaging operations.
[0006] Although the system described in publication EP2456678 is simpler in its design, the secure holding of the bottles in position in the packaging, and in particular their longitudinal holding, is not sufficiently ensured.
[0007] OBJECTIVE OF THE INVENTION
[0008] The invention therefore aims to propose an optimized palletizable packaging for storing bottles at an angle which is simple in design, which requires minimal assembly operations and whose manufacturing process is inexpensive.
[0009] The invention also relates to packaging which ensures that the bottles are held securely in the carton during palletizing and transport handling.
[0010] The invention further relates to packaging ensuring the storage of a large number of bottles while fulfilling the objectives defined above. Presentation of the invention

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0014] It is first of all specified that in the figures, the same references designate the same elements regardless of the figure in which they appear and regardless of the form of representation of these elements. Similarly, if elements are not specifically referenced in one of the figures, their references can be easily found by referring to another figure.
[0015] It is also specified that the figures essentially represent an embodiment of the subject of the invention but that there may be other embodiments which meet the definition of the invention.
[0016] The invention relates to a palletizable packaging for storing bottles at an angle which is produced in a single side.
[0017] Without limitation, the invention is described through three embodiments. The first two embodiments of figures 1 to 6 and 7 to 13 respectively relate to a configuration in which the packaging comprises a single level of bottles, and the third embodiment of figures 14 to 21 relates to a configuration in which the packaging comprises a lower level and an upper level of bottles, while still being made from a single sidewall.
[0018] With reference to Figures 1 to 6, the packaging of the first embodiment of the invention comprises a rectangular bottom wall 2a ([Fig.2]) made of four panels 2a1, 2a2, 2a3, 2a4 defining by their assembly and as known to those skilled in the art the said bottom wall 2a. The bottom wall 2a defines, along its length, the longitudinal axis XX' of the packaging 1a.
[0019] The packaging 1a further comprises a perimeter wall 3a comprising two parallel longitudinal walls 4a each connected to the bottom wall 2a by a fold line 5a, and two parallel side walls 6a, each connected to the bottom wall 2a by a fold line 7a. The bottom wall 2a and the perimeter wall 3a are intended to accommodate a level of six bottles 8 ([Fig.3]) oriented head to tail, defining two rows 9a; 10a of bottles, the axes XI, XI' of the bottles 8 being both parallel to each other, arranged in a plane parallel to the bottom wall 2a, and inclined relative to the longitudinal axis XX' of the packaging 1a. This is what defines their positioning at an angle in the packaging.
[0020] According to the invention, the packaging 1a comprises two covering walls 11a, 12a, each of which is intended to at least partially cover a row of bottles 9a, 10a. Each covering wall 11a, 12a comprises a main body 13a, 14a connected to a free edge for holding the bottles 15a, 16a which will be described in more detail later.
[0021] Each covering wall 11a, 12a is connected by a fold line 17a, 18a to the upper edge of an associated side wall 6a.
[0022] In the position of use (figures 4 and 5), each covering wall 11a, 12a extends from the side wall 6a to which it is attached, to the free edge for holding the bottles 15a, 16a which is connected to the main body 13a, 14a of the associated covering wall 11a, 12a by a transverse fold line 19a, 20a.
[0023] Each free edge for holding the bottles 15a, 16a comprises means for holding the bottles 8 in position in the packaging 1a. More precisely, each free edge for holding the bottles 15a, 16a comprises three longitudinal bottle holding tabs 21a, 22a extending longitudinally from the main body 13a, 14a of the associated covering wall 11a, 12a. As will be described later with reference to the packaging assembly operations, each longitudinal bottle holding tab 21a, 22a is intended to come into contact with the upper end of a bottle in the opposite row, holding this bottle in place relative to the longitudinal axis XX' of the packaging 1a.
[0024] In addition, two longitudinal bottle holding tabs 21a, 22a have two opposite lateral wedging tabs 27a, 28a which are each connected to the longitudinal bottle holding tab 21a, 22a by a longitudinal fold line 29a, 30a, and which are intended to come into contact against respectively the shoulder and the ring of two adjacent bottles 8 arranged in two rows of opposite bottles 9a, 9b. The third longitudinal bottle holding tab 21a, 22a is located in the extension of a longitudinal edge of the main body 13a, 14a of the associated covering wall 11a, 12a and only has one opposite wedging tab 27a, 28a directed on the side opposite said longitudinal edge of the main body 13a, 14a.
[0025] As illustrated in [Fig.4], the opposite lateral wedging tabs 27a, 28a extend, in the position of use when the associated covering wall 11a, 12a is in the covering position, longitudinally between the shoulder of a bottle 8 of the row of bottles 9a, 10a covered by said covering wall 11a, 12a, and the ring of a bottle 8 of the opposite row 9a, 10a, the upper end of this ring being held in place relative to the longitudinal axis XX' by the longitudinal holding tab 21a, 22a to which two tabs are connected opposite side wedging tabs 27a, 28a. The opposite side wedging tabs 27a, 28a and the longitudinal bottle holding tabs 21a, 22a thus make it possible to hold each upper end of a bottle 8 in position along the longitudinal axis XX' of the packaging 1a, but also relative to the two adjacent bottles 8 of the opposite row 9a, 10a in contact with this first bottle. The upper ends and the shoulders of the bottles 8 are thus held in a secure position relative to each other.
[0026] According to the invention, preference is given to the longitudinal holding tabs 21a, 22a for the bottles which, by holding the ends of the bottles 8 in place relative to the longitudinal axis XX', also make it possible to avoid excessive contact between the ends of each bottle 8 and the shoulders of the bottles in the opposite row. However, the presence of the opposite lateral wedging tabs 27a, 28a makes it possible to completely ensure the absence of direct contact between the ends of each bottle 8 in a row 9a, 10a and the shoulders of the bottles in the opposite row 9a, 10a.
[0027] The packaging 1a of the invention further comprises tabs for lateral retention of the body of two adjacent bottles 23a, 24a. Each tab for lateral retention of the body of two adjacent bottles 23a, 24a extends from the main body 13a, 14a of a covering wall 11a, 12a, being connected to this main body 13a, 14a by an inclined fold line 25a, 26a relative to the longitudinal axis X, X' of the packaging 1a and parallel to the axis XI, XL of the bottles ([Fig. 1]).
[0028] Each lateral holding tab 23a, 24a is pivotally mounted around the inclined fold line 25a, 26a from an inactive position in which the tab 23a, 24a fits into a slot provided in the main body 13a, 14a of the covering wall 11a, 12a, to its active holding position. More particularly, the same slot provided in the main body 13a, 14a of a covering wall 11a, 12a has two adjacent lateral holding tabs 23a, 24a which are pivotally mounted around two fold lines 25a, 26a forming two opposite edges of said slot. Thus the two adjacent lateral holding tabs 23a, 24a of the same slot pivot in an opposite direction to their respective position for laterally holding the body of two adjacent bottles 8.
[0029] As visible in Figures 1 and 2, the light receiving two lateral holding tabs of the body of two adjacent bottles 23a, 24a is of a dimension greater than the dimension of the two tabs 23a, 24a. This part of the light which does not receive the two lateral holding tabs of the body of two adjacent bottles 23a, 24a has an aesthetic appearance allowing, as illustrated in [Fig. 5], to confer a pleasant visualization of a part of the bottle 8 arranged between the two lateral holding tabs arranged in the same light.
[0030] When, as illustrated in Figures 1 to 6, each row of bottles 8 comprises three bottles 8, and the two covering walls 11a, 12a each comprise a single light provided with the two tabs for lateral retention of the body of two adjacent bottles which are arranged, in the position of use, on either side of the central bottle of a row, thus avoiding direct contact between the body of the three adjacent bottles.
[0031] Considering as a whole the longitudinal holding tabs of the bottles 21a, 22a, the opposite lateral wedging tabs 27a, 28a and the lateral holding tabs of the body of two adjacent bottles 23a, 24a, the bottles of the packaging of the invention are thus completely held in the slanted position in a secure manner both at the level of the body of the bottles and their upper part (upper end and ring / neck / shoulder) but also as much laterally (opposite lateral wedging tabs 27a, 28a and lateral holding tabs of the body of two adjacent bottles 23a, 24a) as longitudinally (the longitudinal holding tabs of the bottles 21a, 22a).
[0032] Notwithstanding, the invention relates mainly to the presence of means for holding the bottles in position which are arranged at the level of the foldable free edge of the covering walls, and more preferably to the presence of the longitudinal holding tabs 21a, 22a for holding the bottles in place relative to the longitudinal axis XX' of the ends of the bottles 8, which allow, by holding them in place relative to the longitudinal axis XX' of the ends of the bottles 8, also to ensure a certain lateral holding of the bottles. The holding is of course improved by the presence of the opposite lateral wedging tabs 27a, 28a and the lateral holding tabs of the body of two adjacent bottles 23a, 24a.
[0033] With reference to Figures 5 and 6, the packaging 1a comprises two upper closing walls 33a which, in the closed position, completely cover the level of bottles 8. Each closing wall 33a is connected by a longitudinal fold line 34a to a longitudinal wall 4a of the perimeter wall 3a. This closing configuration is well known to those skilled in the art.
[0034] The operations for assembling the packaging 1a are described below.
[0035] From the side shown in [Fig.l], the four sides 2al, 2a2, 2a3, 2a4 are assembled to form the bottom 2a which concomitantly leads to mounting the perimeter wall 3a around the bottom 2a. The assembly is held by means known to those skilled in the art, for example a tab 38 ([Fig.l]) which is inserted into a coinciding light not shown in the figures and formed in the opposite longitudinal wall 4a.
[0036] Once the base 2a and the perimeter wall 3a are mounted, the 6 bottles are installed on the base ([Fig.3]) being oriented head to tail and defining two rows 9a, 10a of bottles, the axes X1, X1' of the bottles 8 being both parallel to each other, arranged in a plane parallel to the bottom wall 2a and inclined relative to the longitudinal axis XX' of the packaging 1a.
[0037] With reference to figures 3 and 4, prior to the installation of the covering walls 11a, 12a, the lateral holding tabs of the body of two adjacent bottles 23a, 24a are pivoted relative to the associated folding lines 25a, 26a substantially perpendicular to the main body 13a, 14a of the covering walls 11a, 12a.
[0038] With reference to [Fig.4], a first covering wall 12a is pivoted around the folding line 18a until it rests on the corresponding row of bottles 9a. Concomitantly, the lateral holding tabs of the body of two adjacent bottles 23a, 24a are positioned between two bodies of adjacent bottles 8. At the same time, the free edge 16a for holding the bottles is pivoted relative to the folding line 20a into its active holding position substantially perpendicular to the bottom wall 2a. During this pivoting, the longitudinal bottle holding tabs 22a are positioned against the ends of the bottles 8 in the opposite row 10a.
[0040] As for the wedging tabs 28a, it is possible, prior to pivoting the free edge holding the bottles 16a, to pivot them around the associated folding line 30a to ensure their positioning between the shoulder and the ring of two adjacent bottles 8 of two rows of opposite bottles.
[0041] However, according to the invention, the wedging tabs 27a, 28a are shaped so as to be able, without pivoting about their associated folding line 29a, 30a prior to pivoting the free edge for holding the bottles 15a, 16a, to position themselves between the shoulder and the ring of two adjacent bottles 8 of two rows of opposite bottles. To do this and with reference to Figures 1 and 2, the upper edge of each wedging tab 27a, 28a joins the lateral edge of the associated longitudinal holding tab 21a, 22a, forming, with this lateral edge of the associated longitudinal holding tab 21a, 22a, a continuous curved edge 45a, 46a, without a breaking angle. Thus, the opposite lateral wedging tabs 27a, 28a position themselves between the shoulder and the ring of two adjacent bottles 8 of two rows of opposite bottles without performing any additional operation other than that of bringing the free edge holding the bottles 15a, 16a into pivoting relative to the folding line 19a, 20a into its active holding position substantially perpendicular to the bottom wall 2a.
[0042] The same procedure is used for the second covering wall 11a which is brought into overlap on the second row of bottles 10a.
[0043] With reference to [Fig.6], the two upper closing walls 33a are finally brought into pivoting around the associated folding lines 34a and means known to those skilled in the art ensure the closing of the packaging.
[0044] With reference to Figures 7 to 13, the packaging of the second embodiment of the invention has a large number of elements in common with the first embodiment. These common elements will not be repeated in detail below, the description relating to the first embodiment applying with regard to the four sides 2bl, 2b2, 2b3, 2b4, the bottom wall 2b, the perimeter wall 3b, the parallel longitudinal walls 4b, the fold lines 5b, 7b, the rows 9b, 10b of bottles, the two covering walls 11b, 12b, the main bodies 13b, 14b and the free edges for holding the bottles 15b, 16b of the covering walls 11b, 12b, the associated fold lines 17b, 18b, 19b, 20b, the longitudinal bottle holding tabs 21b, 22b, the associated fold lines 29b, 30b and their continuous curved edge 45b, 46b, the opposite lateral wedging tabs 27b, 28b, the lateral holding tabs of the body of two adjacent bottles 23b, 24b and the associated inclined folding lines 25b, 26b.
[0045] With reference to figures 7, 8 and 9, what characterizes the second embodiment is the presence of a double bottom wall 35b which is connected by a longitudinal fold line 36b to a connecting wall 31b itself connected by a longitudinal fold line 32b to a longitudinal wall 4b of the perimeter wall 3b.
[0046] As illustrated in [Fig.9], in the position of use, said connecting wall 31b is positioned against the inner face of the associated longitudinal wall 4b by folding effect around the two longitudinal folding lines 32b, 36b. The height of the connecting wall 31b being substantially equal to the height of the longitudinal wall 4b, the double bottom wall 35b then rests against the bottom wall 2b.
[0047] The double bottom wall 35b has a dimension substantially equal to the bottom wall 2b and also has two rows of oblong recesses 37b inclined relative to the longitudinal axis X,X' of the packaging 1b, this inclination corresponding to the axis X1X1' of the bottles 8. Each oblong recess 37b corresponds to the position of a bottle 8 in the packaging and consequently, in this exemplary embodiment, the double bottom wall 35b comprises 6 oblong recesses. Each oblong recess 37b is intended to support the body of a bottle 8 while ensuring that it is held in position against the double bottom wall 35b and increasing the secure holding of the bottles 8 in the packaging 1b.
[0048] In this second embodiment, the packaging 1b further comprises an upper closing wall 33b connected by a longitudinal fold line 34b to the longitudinal wall 4b of the perimeter wall 3b which is opposite to that which is connected to the double bottom wall 35b. The upper closing wall 33b has a dimension substantially equal to the bottom wall 2b and the double bottom wall 35b. The upper closing wall 33b is connected by a fold line 39b to a sealing wall 41b intended, by means known to those skilled in the art, to seal the closure of the packaging 1b.
[0049] The assembly operations of the packaging 1b are identical to those described with reference to the packaging 1b, except that after having assembled the base 2b and the perimeter wall 3b, the double-bottom wall 35b is brought against the base wall 2b. The six bottles 8 are then positioned at an angle on the double-bottom wall 35b ([Fig. 10]). The covering walls 11b, 12b are then positioned in the same way as for the packaging 1a of the first embodiment. With reference to [Fig. 13], the closure of the packaging 1b is carried out by bringing the upper closing wall 33b onto the two covering walls 11b, 12b and by inserting the sealing wall 40b between the internal face of the opposite longitudinal wall 4b and the connecting wall 31b of the double-bottom wall 35b. The sealing means comprise tabs 42b, the insertion of which into coinciding slots makes it possible to seal the closure of the packaging 1b.
[0050] The third embodiment illustrated in Figures 13 to 20 ensures the packaging of two tiers of bottles, at a rate of six bottles per tier. To do this, the double-bottom wall 35b of the second embodiment is replaced by two covering walls 11c', 12c' identical to those previously described for the first two embodiments and which ensure that the lower tier of bottles 8 is held in position. The packaging 1a further comprises two other covering walls 11a, 11b, 12a, 12b designed like the covering walls 11a, 11b; 12a, 12b of the first and second embodiments, and which ensure that the bottles 8 of the upper tier are held in position.
[0051] The third embodiment comprises a certain number of elements common to the first and second embodiments which will not be repeated in detail in the description which follows. This is the case of the four sides 2cl, 2c2, 2c3, 2c4, the bottom wall 2c, the perimeter wall 3b, the parallel longitudinal walls 4c, the fold lines 5c, 7c, the rows 9c, 10c of bottles which will apply for the two levels of bottles 8, the two covering walls 11c, 12c of the upper level, the main bodies 13c, 14c and the free edges for holding the bottles 15c, 16c of these covering walls 11c, 12c, the associated fold lines 17c, 18c, 19c, 20c, the longitudinal bottle holding tabs 21c, 22c, the associated fold lines 29c, 30c and their continuous curved edge 45c, 46c, the opposite lateral wedging tabs 27c, 28c, lateral holding tabs of the body of two adjacent bottles 23c, 24c and associated inclined folding lines 25c, 26c. always relative to the two covering walls 1 le, 12c of the upper level of bottles.
[0052] According to the third embodiment, the bottom wall 2c and the perimeter wall 3c are intended to provide housing for two tiers of six bottles 8 oriented head to tail by defining, for each tier, two rows of bottles 9'c; 10'c, the axes XI,XI' of the bottles 8 being both parallel to each other, arranged in a plane parallel to the bottom wall 2c, and inclined relative to the longitudinal axis XX' of the packaging 1c.
[0053] The packaging 1c comprises two covering walls of the lower stage 11'e, 12'c which are each connected by a longitudinal fold line 17'c, 18'c to a connecting wall 31c itself connected by a longitudinal fold line 32c to a longitudinal wall 4c of the perimeter wall 3c. Unlike the configuration of the second embodiment, the height of the connecting wall 31c is less than the height of the longitudinal walls 4c. More precisely, the height of the connecting wall 31c corresponds to approximately half the height of the longitudinal walls 4c so that, in the position of use, the two covering walls of the lower stage 11'e, 12'c are substantially parallel to the bottom wall 2c while resting on the bottles 8 of the lower stage. In this position of use, the connecting wall 31c comes against the inner face of the longitudinal wall 4c to which it is connected, the two covering walls of the lower stage 11c, 12c thus forming the bottom wall of the upper stage of bottles 8.
[0054] The two covering walls of the lower stage 11'e, 12'c are identical to the covering walls 11a, 12a; 11b, 12b of the first and second embodiments with regard to the main bodies 13'c, 14'c, the free bottle-holding edges 15'c, 16'c, the three longitudinal bottle-holding tabs 21'c, 22'c, and the opposite lateral wedging tabs 27'c, 28'c associated with each longitudinal bottle-holding tab 21'c, 22'c. Reference is thus made, for these elements, to the description given with reference to the first embodiment. As for the first and second embodiments, in the use position, the longitudinal bottle-holding tabs 21'c, 22'c extend longitudinally in the packaging.Although the two covering walls of the lower floor 11'e, 12'c are not directly connected to the side walls 6c, they extend, in the position of use, from these side walls 6c towards the opposite side wall 6c.
[0055] The two covering walls of the lower stage 11c, 12c comprise tabs for lateral retention of the body of two adjacent bottles 23c, 24c, the arrangement of which differs substantially from those of the first and second embodiments as well as from those of the covering walls of the upper stage 11c, 12c. For this purpose, each main body 13'c, 14'c of the covering wall of the associated lower stage 11'c, 12' comprises two tabs for lateral retention of the body of two adjacent bottles 23'c, 24'c, each being arranged in a single light and pivotally mounted around an associated folding line 25c', 26c'. The dimension of each light corresponds to the dimension of the associated lateral retention tab 23'c, 24'c. Furthermore, considering the two lights of the same main body 13'c, 14'c, the respective folding lines 25c', 26c' are located on the side of the center of the main body 13'c, 14'c, opposite its longitudinal edges. Thus, and as illustrated in particular in [Fig.18], when the two lateral holding tabs of the body of two adjacent bottles 23'c, 24'c of a covering wall 11'c, 12'c are in the position of use, after pivoting around their respective folding lines 25c', 26c', the lateral holding tabs of the body of two adjacent bottles 23'c, 24'c are arranged on either side of the central bottle of the row of bottles considered 9'c, 10'c.
[0056] Furthermore, each covering wall of the lower stage 11'c, 12'c comprises a second transverse folding line 43'c, 44'c which is parallel to the first transverse folding line 19'c, 20'c and coincides with the edge of the slots of the lateral holding tabs of the body of two adjacent bottles 23'c, 24'c which is located closest to the associated free edge holding the bottles 15'c, 16'c. This second transverse folding line 43'c, 44'c participates in the folding of the free edge holding the bottles 15'c, 16'c relative to the main body 13'c, 14'c of the associated covering wall 11'c, 12'c. This second folding line advantageously ensures easy positioning of the free edge holding the bottles 15'c, 16'c towards its position of use as will be described later.
[0057] As for the two covering walls of the upper floor 11c, 12c, these are designed like the covering walls 11a, 12a; 11b, 12b of the first and second embodiments, each being connected by a lateral fold line 17c, 18c to a corresponding lateral wall 6c of the perimeter wall 3c.
[0058] Finally, the upper closing wall 33c is identical to that of the second embodiment, including with regard to the sealing wall 41c connected to the closing wall 33c by a fold line 39b and also the sealing tabs 42c.
[0059] The assembly operations of the packaging of the third embodiment are described below.
[0060] From the side shown in [Fig. 14], the four sides 2cl, 2c2, 2c3, 2c4 are assembled to form the bottom 2c which concomitantly leads to mounting the perimeter wall 3c around the bottom 2c. The assembly is held by means known to those skilled in the art.
[0061] Once the bottom 2c and the perimeter wall 3c are mounted, the six bottles defining the lower level of bottles are installed on the bottom ([Fig. 16]) being oriented head to tail and defining two rows 9'c, 10'c of bottles, the axes XI,XI' of the bottles 8 being both parallel to each other, arranged in a plane parallel to the bottom wall 2c and inclined relative to the longitudinal axis XX' of the packaging 1c.
[0062] Prior to the installation of the covering walls 11'c, 12'c, the lateral holding tabs of the body of two adjacent bottles 23'c, 24'c are brought into pivoting relative to the associated folding lines 25'c, 26'c substantially perpendicular to the main body 13'c, 14'c of the covering walls of the upper stage 11'c, 12'c.
[0063] With reference to [Fig. 17], the covering walls 11'c, 12'c are brought onto the bottles 8 of the lower tier by folding the folding lines 18'c, 32b, the connecting wall 31c coming against the inner face of the longitudinal wall 4c to which it is connected via the connecting wall 31c. The two covering walls of the lower tier 11'c, 12'c thus form the bottom wall of the upper tier of bottles 8. Concomitantly, the lateral holding tabs of the body of two adjacent bottles 23'c, 24'c are positioned between two bodies of adjacent bottles 8.
[0064] At the same time, the free edges for holding the bottles 15'c, 16'c are pivoted relative to the first 19'c, 20'c and second 43'c, 44'c associated folding lines. The second folding lines 43'c, 44'c allow for additional clearance to position the free edges for holding the bottles 15'c, 16'c ([Fig. 17]). The free edges for holding the bottles 15'c, 16'c are thus, in their active holding position, substantially perpendicular to the bottom wall 2c. During this pivoting, the longitudinal holding tabs for the bottles 21'c, 22'c are positioned against the ends of the bottles 8 of the opposite row 9'c, 10'c.
[0065] As for the wedging tabs 27'c, 28'c, it is possible, prior to pivoting the free edge holding the bottles 15'c, 16'c, to pivot them around the associated folding line 29'c, 30'c to ensure their positioning on the shoulder and the ring of two adjacent bottles 8 of the two rows of opposite bottles.
[0066] The two covering walls of the lower stage 1 l'e, 12'c being thus in place forming the bottom wall of the upper stage of bottles 8, the six bottles of the upper stage are installed on said covering walls of the lower stage 1 l'e, 12'c. The procedure is then carried out as for the first and second embodiments to bring the two covering walls of the upper stage 1 le, 12c onto the upper stage of bottles 8.
[0067] The closure of the packaging is carried out, as for the second embodiment, by bringing the upper closing wall 33c onto the two walls of covering the upper floor 1 le, 12c and inserting the sealing wall 40b against the connecting wall 31c of the covering walls of the lower floor 1 l'c, 12'c.
