AI Technical Summary
Existing construction elements composed of mixed materials like concrete and metal lack sufficient cohesion, particularly in applications such as floors, leading to potential structural weaknesses and reduced resistance.
A connector with a unique bowl-shaped design is used, featuring attachment and reinforcement portions that extend into the concrete body in different planes, enhancing cohesion by integrating with both the beam and the concrete slab.
The connector significantly improves the structural cohesion and resistance of construction elements, particularly floors, by ensuring better adhesion between metal beams and concrete, thereby reinforcing the overall structure.

Abstract
Description
Title of the invention: Connector for construction element, associated assembly, construction element and method
[0001] The invention relates to a connector for a construction element.
[0002] The invention also relates to an assembly of a beam and such a connector.
[0003] The invention also relates to a construction element comprising such a connector.
[0004] The invention also relates to a method of mounting such a construction element.
[0005] BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0006] In the construction industry, it is known to use so-called "mixed" construction elements because they are made of two different materials. These construction elements are used, for example, in the construction of buildings, houses, parking lots, bridges, etc.
[0007] Generally, mixed construction elements are composed of concrete on the one hand and metal on the other. Usually, metal elements are thus embedded partly or completely in a concrete body to form the construction element.
[0008] When this is a floor, it thus comprises metal beams aligned parallel to each other and covered with a concrete compression slab.
[0009] It turns out that to improve the cohesion of the floor, dowels can be used to connect the joists to the compression slab. The dowels are usually welded to the joists so that they extend vertically into the compression slab when the latter is poured over the joists.
[0010] SUBJECT OF THE INVENTION
[0011] The invention aims in particular to propose a new connector for a construction element which makes it possible to reinforce the cohesion within the construction element. Summary of the invention
[0012] For this purpose, according to the invention, a connector for a construction element is provided, the connector comprising at least: - a portion of attachment to, in service, a construction element, and - a reinforcement portion which extends the attachment portion and which is intended to extending in a concrete body of the construction element, the reinforcement portion extending at least partly in a plane different from the plane in which the attachment portion extends at least partly.
[0013] Thus, the connector has a particular shape which differentiates it from the connectors purely rectilinear of the prior art. In particular, the connector thus draws a bowl.
[0014] The inventor was able to observe and verify that this particular shape ensured very good cohesion within the construction element.
[0015] Optionally, the connector comprises at least one rim extending the first reinforcement portion.
[0016] Optionally, the attachment portion extends parallel to the first reinforcement portion.
[0017] Optionally, the connector comprises a second reinforcing portion which extends the attachment portion, the second portion being intended to extend into a concrete body of the construction element, the second reinforcing portion extending at least partly in a plane different from the plane in which the attachment portion extends at least partly.
[0018] Optionally, the second reinforcement portion extends in alignment with the first reinforcement portion.
[0019] Optionally the connector is shaped like a bowl.
[0020] Optionally the connector is metal based.
[0021] Optionally the connector is formed from a wire, a bar or a rod.
[0022] The invention also relates to an assembly of at least one beam and a connector as mentioned above.
[0023] Optionally, the beam comprises an orifice passing right through it, the connector being arranged in said orifice.
[0024] Optionally the connector is fixed to the beam.
[0025] The invention also relates to a construction element comprising at least: - A network of beams, - A network of connectors, at least one of the connectors being a connector as mentioned above, - A compression slab covering an upper part of at least one of the beams and at least one of the connectors.
[0026] The invention also relates to a construction element as mentioned above, the construction element being a floor.
[0027] The invention also relates to a method of assembling a construction element as mentioned above, comprising at least the steps of: - Arranging the network of beams, - Arranging the network of connectors, - Pouring the compression slab onto the network of beams and connectors.
[0028] Other characteristics and advantages of the invention will emerge on reading the following description of particular and non-limiting embodiments of the invention. Brief description of the drawings

[0036] With reference to Figures 1a to 2, a method of mounting a construction element according to a first particular embodiment of the invention will now be described.
[0037] In the illustrated example, the construction element is a mixed construction element and more particularly a mixed concrete-metal construction element. The construction element thus comprises at least one concrete component and at least one metal component.
[0038] In the illustrated example, the construction element is a floor 1 comprising at least one compression slab 3 (the concrete component) and a plurality of beams 2 (the metal component).
[0039] For the purposes of the present application, beam 2 means any elongated member supporting the compression slab. A beam 2 within the meaning of the invention may thus be a beam of more or less significant dimensions, a frame, etc. A beam 2 within the meaning of the invention may be exclusively made of metal or be made of a mixture of materials, for example metal-concrete. A beam 2 within the meaning of the invention extends longitudinally along a given axis, its cross-section (along a cutting plane normal to said given axis) being able to have any shape.
[0040] With reference to [Fig. 1a], during a first step, a network of beams 2 is laid, for example, on a building (building or house) under construction. This application is of course not limiting and the network of beams can be laid on another type of construction (parking lot, bridge, etc.).
[0041] The different beams 2 are arranged so as to extend parallel to each other and to a common axis X. The different beams 2 thus extend longitudinally parallel to said axis X. The different beams 2 extend rectilinearly parallel to said axis X.
[0042] The different beams 2 are here identical to each other so that the following description of one of the beams 2 is also applicable to the other beams 2.
[0043] The beam 2 preferably has at least one lower flange 5 from which at least one web 4 extends. The lower flange 5 is the one resting on the building under construction.
[0044] The beam 2 here has an I-shaped section (with a section plane normal to the X axis). In this case, the beam 2 therefore has the lower flange 5, the web 4 and an upper flange 6 overhanging the web 4 - and therefore the lower flange 5. The two flanges 5, 6 here extend parallel to each other and the web 4 extends perpendicular to the two flanges 5, 6.
[0045] When the beam 2 is in place on the building under construction, the two flanges 5, 6 extend horizontally and the web 4 vertically.
[0046] The beam 2 is formed here by a profile. The beam 2 is thus formed from a single element.
[0047] The beam 2 is here exclusively made of metal. The beam 2 is for example made of steel.
[0048] Furthermore, a formwork system 7 is then arranged in the network of beams 2.
[0049] The formwork system 7 firstly comprises a framework comprising framework members 8 which are arranged between the beams 2. For example, the framework comprises at least one framework member 8 arranged between two successive beams 2 and this for each pair of two successive beams 2. Preferably, the framework comprises several framework members 8 arranged between two same successive beams 2 and spaced from each other along the axis X, and this for each pair of two successive beams 2. Preferably, for a pair of two successive beams 2 considered, the beams 2 are arranged at regular intervals along the axis X.
[0050] Optionally, the frame members 8 extend parallel to each other. Optionally, the frame members 8 extend parallel to a common Y axis which is orthogonal to the X axis. The frame members 8 therefore extend orthogonally to the successive beams 2 which they connect.
[0051] The various frame members 8 are arranged so as to extend parallel to each other and the Y axis. The various frame members 8 thus extend longitudinally parallel to said Y axis. The various frame members 8 extend rectilinearly parallel to said Y axis.
[0052] Preferably, at least one structural member 8 is arranged so as to bear laterally against a web 4 of a first beam 2 on the one hand and laterally against a web 4 of a second beam 2 on the other hand, the second beam 2 therefore being adjacent to the first beam 2.
[0053] Thus arranged between two successive beams 2, at least one structural member 8 extends horizontally.
[0054] At least one structural member 8 is for example made of or based on wood and / or made of or based on metal and / or made of or based on concrete and / or made of or based on any other material. For example at least one structural member 8 is a wooden beam such as a wooden joist.
[0055] The formwork system 7 further comprises formwork pieces 9 which are also arranged between the beams 2.
[0056] For example, the formwork pieces 9 are arranged only once the framework has been placed between the beams 2.
[0057] The different formwork pieces 9 are for example all identical to each other so that the description of one of the formwork pieces 9 is also applicable to the other formwork pieces 9.
[0058] The formwork part 9 is for example shaped into a panel. The formwork part 9 thus has a thickness much less than its two other dimensions.
[0059] The formwork part 9 can have a diverse shape and for example have two main rectangular or square faces.
[0060] When the formwork piece 9 is in place in the network of beams 2, its two main faces extend horizontally. Its lower main face is turned towards the lower flange 5 of the associated beams 2 and its upper main face towards the upper flange 6 of the associated beams 2.
[0061] The formwork part 9 is for example made of or based on wood and / or made of or based on metal and / or made of or based on concrete and / or made of or based on any other material.
[0062] Optionally, the formwork part 9 is made of plywood.
[0063] Preferably, at least the upper main face of the formwork part 9 (i.e. the one intended to be covered with concrete) is protected by a coating. This coating prevents the concrete from setting on said face. For example, said face is covered with a layer of paint, varnish, a plastic deposit, etc. For example, said face is filmed and, for example, filmed with Bakelite (registered trademark).
[0064] Furthermore, the formwork pieces 9 are shaped so that a plurality of formwork pieces 9 is arranged between two successive beams 2, and this for each pair of two successive beams 2. All of the upper main faces of the plurality of formwork pieces 9 thus arranged form a formwork plane between

[0077] each pair of two successive beams 2. The formwork pieces 9 are arranged so that said formwork plane extends horizontally. Preferably, the formwork pieces 9 are arranged so that said formwork plane is continuous. Thus, to fill the distance along the Y axis separating two successive beams 2, at least two formwork pieces 9 extend successively one after the other along the Y axis between said beams 2. This facilitates the arrangement of the different formwork pieces 9 between said beams 2. Arranged as follows: - a first formwork piece 9 is in lateral support against a web 4 of a first beam 2 on the one hand and in lateral support against a second formwork piece 9 on the other hand, - said second formwork piece 9 is itself in lateral support against the first formwork piece 9 on the one hand and the web 4 of a second beam 2 on the other hand, the second beam 2 being adjacent to the first beam 2. The formwork system 7 thus ensures the creation of a formwork plane which covers the space between two successive beams 2. This limits potential concrete flow towards the lower flanges 5 of the beams 2 when the compression slab 3 is poured. Preferably, fixing components of the formwork system 7 are then arranged on the beam network 2. Such fastening components are preferably removable. For example, the fixing components comprise at least one shim and preferably at least a first series of shims 10 and preferably at least two series of shims 11. The first series of wedges 10 thus comprises wedges 10 arranged between the beams 2 and the formwork pieces 9. In the present case, said wedges 10 are arranged between the upper main faces of the formwork pieces 9 on the one hand and the upper flanges 6 of the beams 2 on the other hand. In this case, at least one wedge 10 extends so as to touch the main face of one of the formwork pieces 9 on the one hand and the upper flange of an associated beam 2 on the other hand. This ensures the stabilization of the formwork system 7 and in particular of the formwork plane thus created. At least one of the wedges of the first series of wedges 10 is for example made of or based on wood and / or made of or based on metal and / or made of or based on concrete and / or made of or based on any other material.
[0078] At least one wedge of the first series of wedges 10 is for example made of concrete. Preferably, the concrete of said wedge 10 is identical to the concrete of the future compression slab 3 intended to be poured onto the network of beams 2.
[0079] At least one of the shims of the first series of shims 10 is for example shaped into a simple block and for example a parallelepiped block.
[0080] The block extends for example longitudinally along a Z axis which is orthogonal to the X axis and to the Y axis.
[0081] Preferably, at least one of the wedges of the first series of wedges 10 extends laterally (along the Y axis) so as not to protrude or to protrude slightly from the associated beam 2 and in particular from the sole(s) 5, 6 of said beam.
[0082] Furthermore, the second series of wedges 11 comprises wedges arranged between the beams 2 and the structural members 8. In the present case, said wedges 11 are arranged between the lower main faces of the structural members 8 and the lower flanges 5 of the beams 3. In this case, at least one wedge 11 extends so as to touch on the one hand a structural member 8 and on the other hand the lower flange 5 of an associated beam 2.
[0083] This makes it possible to ensure the stabilization of the formwork system 7 and in particular of the formwork plane thus created.
[0084] At least one of the wedges of the second series of wedges 11 is for example made of or based on wood and / or made of or based on metal and / or made of or based on concrete and / or made of or based on any other material. At least one wedge of the second series of wedges 11 is for example made of wood.
[0085] At least one of the wedges of the second series of wedges 11 is shaped to have an inclined plane.
[0086] This facilitates its insertion between the lower flange 5 of the beam 2 and the associated structural member 8. For this purpose, it is possible, for example, to use a hammer or a sledgehammer to correctly drive the wedge 11 between the beam 2 and the associated structural member 8.
[0087] In this way, the formwork pieces 9 and the framework 8 are very well wedged in the network of beams 2. In particular, for each pair of two successive beams 2, the formwork pieces 9 and the framework members 8 associated with said beams 2 are clamped laterally between the two webs 4 of said beams 2 (directly) and in height between the upper 5 and lower 6 flanges of said beams 2 (by means of the wedges).
[0088] This ensures very good stability of the formwork system 7 and therefore of the formwork plane thus created.
[0089] In this way, the risk of concrete flowing under the formwork pieces 7 is limited when of the casting of the compression slab 3.
[0090] To recap, during the first step we optionally arrange successively: - the beam network 2, - the frame, - formwork parts 7, - the first series of 10 wedges, - the second series of wedges 11.
[0091] With reference to [Fig. 1b], at least one and preferably a plurality of connectors 12 is then arranged. At least one connector 12 is associated with a single beam 2.
[0092] Preferably, at least one beam 2 is associated with several connectors 12. Preferably, along the same beam 2 (considering the X axis), the connectors 12 associated with said beam 2 are arranged at regular intervals along said beam 2.
[0093] For example, on two successive beams 2, the connectors 12 are offset from one beam 2 to another and therefore do not extend in line with each other (along the Y axis).
[0094] In the present case, to associate the connectors 12 with the beams 2, the beams 2 have an orifice through which at least one connector 12 extends. For example, the beams 2 are drilled and then at least one connector 12 is arranged in the drilling. Preferably, at least one orifice is crossed by only one connector 12.
[0095] The orifice here passes right through the web of the beam 2.
[0096] The orifice thus extends through the beam parallel to the Y axis.
[0097] The orifice extends through the beam 2 so as to open at each of its ends outside the beam 2.
[0098] The different connectors 12 are here all identical to each other. The following description of one of the connectors 12 is therefore also applicable to the other connectors 12.
[0099] As more visible in [Fig.2], the connector 12 comprises an attachment portion 21. Said attachment portion 21 extends longitudinally in a first direction L. Said attachment portion 21 extends here rectilinearly in the first direction L.
[0100] Said attachment portion 21 is extended at its first end by a first reinforcing portion 22 and at its second end by a second reinforcing portion 23. Preferably, said reinforcing portions 22, 23 are identical. Said reinforcing portions 22, 23 extend longitudinally in the same second direction M. Said portions here extend rectilinearly in said second direction M. The reinforcing portions 22, 23 therefore extend in the extension of one another in being spaced by a distance at least equal to the length (in the direction L) of the attachment portion.
[0101] Preferably, the connector 12 is shaped so that the second direction M is parallel to the first direction L. The attachment portion 21 is thus parallel to the reinforcement portions 22, 23.
[0102] The connector 12 is however shaped so that the second direction M is not confused with the first direction L. The attachment portion 21 is thus parallel to the reinforcement portions 22, 23 but extends at least in a plane different from the plane in which the reinforcement portions 22, 23 extend.
[0103] Furthermore, the connector 12 comprises a first connection portion 24 of the attachment portion 21 to the first reinforcement portion 22 and the connector 12 comprises a second connection portion 25 of the attachment portion 21 to the second reinforcement portion 23. Preferably, said connection portions 24, 25 are identical.
[0104] The connector 12 thus proves to be symmetrical along a central symmetry plane with a normal to the first direction L.
[0105] The first connecting portion 24 comprises a first end fixed to the first end of the attachment portion 21 and a second end fixed to a first end of the first reinforcing portion 22 (the second end of the first reinforcing portion being free). The first connecting portion 24 extends longitudinally in a third direction N. Said portion 24 here extends rectilinearly in said direction N. Preferably, the connector 12 is shaped so that the third direction N is orthogonal or inclined with respect to the first direction L and / or the second direction M. In the present case, the connector 12 is shaped so that the third direction N is inclined with respect to the first direction L and the second direction M. Preferably, the connection of the first connecting portion 24 with the attachment portion 21 is curved.Preferably, the connection of the first connection portion 24 with the first reinforcement portion 22 is curved.
[0106] The second connecting portion 25 comprises a first end fixed to the second end of the attachment portion and a second end fixed to a first end of the second reinforcing portion 23 (the second end of the second reinforcing portion 23 being free). The first connecting portion 25 extends longitudinally in a fourth direction O. Said portion here extends rectilinearly in said direction O. Preferably, the connector 12 is shaped so that the fourth direction O is orthogonal or inclined with respect to the first direction L and / or the second direction M. In the present case, the connector 12 is shaped so that the fourth direction O is inclined with respect to of the first direction L and of the second direction M. Preferably, the connection of the second connection portion 25 with the attachment portion 21 on the one hand. Preferably, the connection of the second connection portion 25 with the second reinforcement portion 23 is curved.
[0107] The connector 12 is furthermore shaped so that the two connection portions 24, 25 extend towards the outside of the connector 12 in opposite directions from each other.
[0108] The connector 12 is furthermore shaped so that the two connection portions 24, 25 both extend towards the upper part of a beam 2 associated with said connector 12 when the connector 12 is in place on the beam 2.
[0109] Thus shaped, the connector 12 does not have an acute angle.
[0110] Thus shaped, the connector 12 has a bowl shape.
[0111] Thus shaped, the reinforcement portions 22, 23 extend above the attachment portion 21 - when the connector 12 is in place on the beam 2.
[0112] Preferably, the connector 12 is a single piece. The different portions described are therefore made in one piece and are therefore not detachable from each other.
[0113] More preferably, the connector 12 is a profile. The connector 12 has a cross-section of any shape and for example of circular, rectangular, square, oval section, etc.
[0114] For example, the connector 12 is a wire, bar, or rod. The rod, bar, or rod is deformed to conform the connector 12 as described above.
[0115] Preferably, the connector 12 is made of or based on metal. For example, the connector 12 is made of steel.
[0116] The connector 12 is for example an armature such as those used in armature networks, and for example welded meshes.
[0117] When the connector 12 is in place in the beam network 2, the connector 12 is arranged so that the reinforcement portions 22, 23 and / or the attachment portion 21 (in this case the three aforementioned portions) extend longitudinally parallel to the axis X.
[0118] When the connector 12 is in place in the network of beams 2, the connector 12 is arranged so that the reinforcement portions 22, 23 and / or the attachment portion 21 (in this case the three aforementioned portions) extend parallel to at least one (and in this case both) flanges of the associated beam 2.
[0119] When the connector 12 is in place in the beam network 2, the connector 12 is arranged so that the reinforcement portions 22, 23 and / or the attachment portion 21 (in this case the three aforementioned portions) extend horizontally.
[0120] It is therefore understood that at least one connector 12 thus extends transversely to the associated beam 2. In particular, the beam 2 extends longitudinally along a given axis P and the connector 12 extends longitudinally along a given direction L which is inclined or orthogonal to said given axis P and preferably orthogonal to said given axis P.
[0121] Preferably, the connector 12 is arranged closer to the upper part of the associated beam 2 (i.e. its part closest to the compression slab 3) than to the lower part of the beam 2. Optionally, the connector 12 is arranged closer to the upper flange 6 than to the lower flange 5 of the associated beam 2.
[0122] For example, the connector 12 is arranged in the upper third of the associated beam 2 (along the Z axis).
[0123] It is therefore understood that the drilling of the beams 2 is carried out here so as to be able to arrange the connectors 12 as described above.
[0124] It is further understood that the formwork system 7 is such that it allows the connectors 12 to be associated with the different beams 2. In particular the cumulative height (along the Z axis) of a formwork part 9 and of a structural member 8 is less than the height of the associated beam 2.
[0125] The formwork system 7, if it rests on a lower end of the beam 2, therefore does not extend to the upper end of the beam 2.
[0126] According to a first variant, the connectors 12 simply pass through the beams 2 without being fixed thereto.
[0127] According to a second variant, the connectors 12 pass through the beams 2 and are then fixed to said beams 2. For example, the connectors 12 are welded to the beams 2, glued to the beams 2, screwed to the beams 2, etc.
[0128] The first variant will be preferred, as it will avoid the need for additional tools.
[0129] Preferably, the connectors 12 are arranged so that at least one connector 12 is centered (along the Y axis) on the associated beam 2. Thus the same distance (along the Y axis) of the attachment portion 32 protrudes on each side of the web 4 of the associated beam 0.
[0130] During the second step, a network of junctions 13 is also arranged on the network of beams 2, preferably but not necessarily after having arranged the connectors 12.
[0131] This makes it possible to greatly improve the cohesion between the concrete of the compression slab 3 and the metal of the beams 2. The network of junctions 13 is made of or based on metal. For example, the network of junctions 13 is made of steel.
[0132] The network of junctions 13 is formed of rods or bars.
[0133] At least one junction 13 is thus elongated.
[0134] At least one junction 13 is rectilinear.
[0135] At least one junction 13 is arranged here so as to extend longitudinally in service parallel to the axis X. More precisely at least one junction 13 is associated with one of the sides of one of the beams 2 so as to extend along said side.
[0136] Preferably, at least one junction 13 is arranged so as to rest on at least part of the connectors 12 associated with a given beam 2.
[0137] At least one junction 13 is preferably arranged so as to rest the attachment portions 21 of the associated connectors.
[0138] This is advantageously possible thanks to the cup-shaped shape of the connectors.
[0139] For example, at least one junction 13 is arranged so as to rest on the attachment portion 21 at the border with one of the associated connection portions.
[0140] Preferably, at least one beam is associated with at least one first junction 13 arranged along a first of its sides, on the attachment portions 21 of the different connectors 12 associated with said beam 2 and is associated with at least one second junction 13 arranged along the second of the sides of said beam 2, on the same attachment portions 21 of said different connectors 12. The two junctions 13 are thus parallel to each other.
[0141] According to a first variant, the junction network 13 and the connectors 12 are not fixed to each other.
[0142] According to a second variant, the connectors 12 and the network of junctions 13 are connected to each other. For example, the connectors 12 are welded to the network of junctions 13, glued to the network of junctions 13, screwed to the network of junctions 13, etc.
[0143] At least one of the junctions 13 has a cross-section (of section plane normal to the longitudinal axis of said junction) whose largest dimension is smaller than that of the cross-section of at least one of the associated connectors 12. The junction 13 is thus thinner than the associated connector 12.
[0144] During the second step, a network of reinforcements is also arranged on the network of beams 2, preferably but not necessarily after having arranged the connectors 12 and / or preferably but not necessarily after having arranged the network of junctions 13.
[0145] The reinforcement network is made of or based on metal. For example, the reinforcement network is made of steel.
[0146] The reinforcement network is formed of rods or bars.
[0147] The reinforcement network comprises a first series of reinforcements 14 which are arranged parallel to each other and a second series of frames 15 which are arranged parallel to each other but orthogonally to the first series 14. The first series 14 is preferably fixed to the second series 15 for example by welding.
[0148] The reinforcement network is for example a welded mesh.
[0149] The frames forming the first series 14 can all be identical to each other.
[0150] The frames forming the second series 15 can all be identical to each other.
[0151] At least one connector 12 may be identical to at least one armature of the first series 14 and / or to one armature of the second series 15.
[0152] It is noted that the reinforcing portions of the different connectors 12 are then in contact with the network of reinforcements.
[0153] This is made possible thanks to the bowl shape of the connectors 12 and their positioning in the upper position of the beams 2.
[0154] According to a first variant, the network of reinforcements and the connectors 12 are not fixed to each other.
[0155] According to a second variant, the connectors 12 and the reinforcement network are connected to each other. For example, the connectors 12 are welded to the reinforcement network, glued to the reinforcement network, screwed to the reinforcement network, etc.
[0156] To recap, optionally, during the second step we successively arrange: - the connectors 12, by passing the connectors 12 through the holes in the beams 2, - the junction network 13, - the reinforcement network.
[0157] During a third step, as illustrated in [Fig. 1e], concrete is then poured onto the assembly already described in order to create the compression slab 3.
[0158] It is therefore understood that because the formwork system 7 does not extend to the upper part of the beams 2, said upper part of the beams 2 (comprising at least the upper end of the beam 2 as well as a portion of the beam crossed by the associated connector 12) is found embedded in the concrete of the compression slab 3 at the same time as the connectors 12.
[0159] This makes it possible to greatly improve the cohesion between the concrete of the compression slab 3 and the metal of the beams 2.
[0160] This makes it possible in particular to reinforce the resistance of the floor 1 finally constructed.
[0161] On the other hand, the lower part of the beams 2 is not embedded in the concrete due to the fact that the formwork system 7 rests on the lower part of the beams 2.
[0162] During the fourth step illustrated in [Fig.ld], once the concrete of the compression slab 3 has set, the second series of wedges 11 is removed.
[0163] The second series of shims 11 can thus be reused when assembling another construction element.
[0164] Then the frame is removed and preferably also the formwork pieces 9.
[0165] The removal of the formwork pieces 9 is facilitated by its coating which prevents the taking of concrete on their upper main faces.
[0166] In the present case, the formwork system 7 described is fully recovered. The formwork system 7 can thus be reused when assembling another construction element.
[0167] It is understood that the first series of shims 10 cannot be removed since they are caught in the concrete of the compression slab 3.
[0168] This gives the targeted floor 1.
[0169] Advantageously, this floor 1 is obtained in a relatively simple and rapid manner.
[0170] Furthermore, the obtained floor 1 has very good structural properties.
[0171] Indeed, the connectors 12 make it possible to ensure better cohesion between the concrete of the compression slab 3 and the metal of the beams 2.
[0172] Advantageously, the floor 1 thus obtained has better fire resistance. In fact, the beams 2 are here partially encased in concrete.
[0173] Of course, the connector may have a shape other than that indicated.
[0174] With reference to [Fig. 3], the connector 12 according to the second embodiment is identical to the connector 12 according to the first embodiment except at its free ends.
[0175] Everything that has been said for the first embodiment is therefore also applicable here.
[0176] Furthermore, at least one and preferably both reinforcement portions 22, 23 are each extended by a rim.
[0177] Thus the first reinforcement portion 22 is extended at its second end (opposite to that fixed to the first connection portion 24) by a first rim 26 and the second reinforcement portion 23 is extended at its second end (opposite to that fixed to the second connection portion 25) by a second rim 27.
[0178] The first rim 26 extends longitudinally in a fifth direction A. Said rim 26 extends here rectilinearly in said direction A. Preferably, the connector 12 is shaped so that the fifth direction A is orthogonal or inclined with respect to the first direction L and / or the second direction M. In the present case, the connector 12 is shaped so that the fifth direction A is inclined with respect to the first direction L and the second direction M. Preferably, the connection of the first rim 26 with the first reinforcing portion 22 is curved. Preferably, the first rim 26 extends from the first reinforcement portion 22 towards the outside of the connector 12. Preferably, the first rim 26 extends from the first reinforcement portion 22 towards the attachment portion 21 (towards the lower part of the beam 2 when the connector 12 is in place on the beam 2).
[0179] Furthermore, the second rim 27 extends longitudinally in a sixth direction B. Said rim 27 here extends rectilinearly in said direction B. Preferably, the connector 12 is shaped so that the sixth direction B is orthogonal or inclined with respect to the first direction L and / or the third direction N. In the present case, the connector 12 is shaped so that the sixth direction B is inclined with respect to the first direction L and the third direction N. Preferably, the connection of the second rim 27 with the second reinforcing portion 23 is curved. Preferably, the second rim 27 extends from the second reinforcement portion 23 towards the outside of the connector 12. Preferably, the second rim 27 extends from the second reinforcement portion 23 towards the first direction L (towards the lower part of the beam 2 when the connector 12 is in place on the beam 2).
[0180] In this way, the connector 12 is still shaped like a bowl but with descending edges.
[0181] Preferably, the slope of the edges 26, 27 with respect to the second direction M and the third direction N respectively is of the same value (the two edges 26, 27 however extending in opposite directions).
[0182] The connector 12 remains symmetrical here (according to a central symmetry passing through a plane of symmetry of normal to the first direction L).
[0183] Preferably the edges 26, 27 are fixed to the reinforcing portions 22, 23. More preferably the edges 26, 27 are in one piece with the other portions.
[0184] The connector 12 is therefore here again a wire, a bar, a rod, ... which has been deformed.
[0185] The connector 12 is therefore again made of metal or metal.
[0186] The connector 12 can be arranged here in the beam as in the first embodiment of realization.
[0187] The connector 12 does not have an acute angle.
[0188] Of course, the invention is not limited to the embodiments described but encompasses any variant falling within the scope of the invention as defined by the claims.
[0189] In particular, although here the construction element is a floor, the construction element could be different and be for example a beam, a terrace, a lintel, etc.
[0190] Although here the beam has an I-shaped cross-section, the cross-section may be different and may be, for example, H-shaped, T-shaped, U-shaped, inverted T-shaped, etc. The beam may thus have an I-shaped cross-section or may have any other profile shape: IPN, HEA and others.
[0191] Although here the beams are arranged at regular intervals along the X axis, the beams may not be arranged at regular intervals. The center distances may thus change and be non-constant.
[0192] Although here the connectors pass through the beams, the connectors may be arranged differently with respect to the beams and, for example, be fixed to the beam (by welding, screwing, gluing, etc.) without passing through it. For example, the connectors may be fixed to a flange of the beam (lower and / or upper) or fixed to a web of the beam.
[0193] The connector may have a different shape than that indicated. For example, the connector may have a single attachment portion extended by a single reinforcement portion at a first end of the attachment portion. The second end of the attachment portion will then serve as a fixing to the beam. For example, the second attachment end may be welded to the web of the beam in question. Optionally, an identical connector may be fixed on the other side of the web of the beam. This may result in a beam + connector assembly of the same shape as with a single connector passing through the beam, the two connectors extending on either side of the web of the beam without, however, passing through said web.
[0194] Of course, the order of the different stages and phases of manufacturing the floor may be different from that indicated. For example, at least one connector may be secured to at least one beam before the latter is arranged on a building under construction or once the beam is already in place on the building under construction but before the installation of the frame and / or the formwork system and / or the fixing components. The reinforcement network may, for example, be arranged before the connectors on the beam network.
