Furthermore, Japanese Unexamined Utility Model Application, First Publication No. S57-154950, discloses a joint that holds two pipes crossing each other. Summary of the invention
[0003] In a conventional method of holding the two pipes, since the pipes come into direct contact with each other, it is necessary to suppress any collision between the pipes caused by vibration by wrapping a rubber member around an outer periphery of any one of the pipes or the like.
[0004] Therefore, the conventional holding method poses a problem in that the procedures involved in an assembly process become complicated.
[0005] The present disclosure has been established in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present disclosure is to provide a mounting member capable of holding mutually crossing pipes using a simple structure while suppressing any collision of the pipes, as well as an outdoor unit comprising such a mounting member.
[0006] According to one aspect of the present disclosure, there is provided a mounting member which holds a first pipe and a second pipe which extend to intersect each other, the mounting member comprising: a first part including a first holding portion which holds the first pipe; a second part including a second holding portion which holds the first pipe; and a hinge portion which connects the first part and the second part together so that they can rotate relative to each other about a rotation axis, the first part including a first wall portion disposed between the first pipe and the second pipe, and the second part including a second wall portion which interposes the second pipe between the second wall portion and the first wall portion.
[0007] According to one aspect of the present disclosure, there is provided an outdoor unit of a refrigerant cycle device comprising the mounting element described above, comprising: the first pipe in which a refrigerant flows; the second pipe branching off from the first pipe; and a nozzle element which closes an opening of the second pipe.
[0008] According to the present disclosure, it is possible to provide a mounting member capable of holding mutually crossing pipes using a simple structure while suppressing any collision of the pipes, as well as an outdoor unit comprising such a mounting member. The width direction is a left-right direction of the outdoor unit. The left-right direction is a left-right direction when the outdoor unit according to the following embodiment is viewed from the front (+X) side. That is, the side (+Y) in the direction of the Y-axis arrow in the left-right direction is the right side, and the side (-Y) opposite the side in the direction of the Y-axis arrow in the left-right direction is the left side. The side (+Z) in the direction of the Z-axis arrow in the vertical direction is an upper side, and the side (-Z) opposite the side in the direction of the Z-axis arrow in the vertical direction is the lower side.
[0017] [Fig.l] is a schematic representation showing a schematic configuration of a refrigerant cycle device 100 according to the embodiment. In the embodiment, the refrigerant cycle device 100 is an air conditioner. As shown in [Fig.l], the refrigerant cycle device 100 comprises an outdoor unit 10, an indoor unit 20, and a circulation path portion 18. The outdoor unit 10 is disposed outdoors. The indoor unit 20 is disposed indoors. The outdoor unit 10 and the indoor unit 20 are connected to each other by the circulation path portion 18 in which a refrigerant 19 circulates.
[0018] The refrigerant cycle device 100 is capable of regulating an air temperature in an indoor space by performing heat exchange between the refrigerant 19 flowing inside the circulation path portion 18 and the air in the indoor space where the indoor unit 20 is disposed. For example, the refrigerant 19 may be a fluorine-based refrigerant having a low global warming potential (GWP), a hydrocarbon-based refrigerant, or the like. For example, the refrigerant 19 may be any single refrigerant of R1234yf, R1234ze, R32, and R290, a mixed refrigerant of at least two of these refrigerants, or a mixed refrigerant of any one of these refrigerants and another refrigerant. Additionally, for example, refrigerant 19 may be a mixed refrigerant containing RI 132(E) or a mixed refrigerant containing RI 123.Further, for example, the refrigerant 19 may be mixed refrigerants such as R516A, R445A, R444A, R454C, R444B, R454A, R455A, R457A, R459B, R452B, R454B, R447B, R447A, R446A, and R459A. The refrigerants include a refrigerant having flammable or mildly flammable characteristics.
[0019] The outdoor unit 10 comprises a body 11, a compressor 12, a heat exchanger 13, a flow control valve 14, a blower fan 15, a four-way valve 16, a control unit 17 and a mounting member 30. The compressor 12, the heat exchanger 13, the flow control valve 14, the blower fan 15, the four-way valve 16 and the control unit 17 are housed inside the body IL
[0020] The compressor 12, the heat exchanger 13, the flow control valve 14 and the four-way valve 16 are located in a region inside the body 11 in the circulation path portion 18. The compressor 12, the heat exchanger 13, the flow control valve 14 and the four-way valve 16 are connected by a region of the circulation path portion 18 inside the body 11.
[0021] The four-way valve 16 is located in a region connected to a discharge side of the compressor 12 in the circulation path portion 18. The four-way valve 16 is capable of reversing the direction of the refrigerant 19 flowing inside the circulation path portion 18 by switching partial paths of the circulation path portion 18. In a case where a path connected by the four-way valve 16 is a path indicated by a solid line on the four-way valve 16 of [Fig. 1], the refrigerant 19 flows inside the circulation path portion 18 in a direction indicated by an arrow of the solid line of [Fig. 1]. On the other hand, in a case where the path connected by the four-way valve 16 is a path indicated by a broken line on the four-way valve 16 of [Fig.l], the refrigerant 19 flows inside the circulation path portion 18 in a direction indicated by an arrow of the broken line of [Fig.l].
[0022] The indoor unit 20 comprises a body 21, a heat exchanger 22 and a blower fan 23. The heat exchanger 22 and the blower fan 23 are housed inside the body 21. The indoor unit 20 is capable of performing a cooling operation for cooling the air in the indoor space where the indoor unit 20 is disposed and a heating operation for heating the air in the indoor space where the indoor unit 20 is disposed.
[0023] In a case where the indoor unit 20 performs the cooling operation, the refrigerant 19 flowing inside the circulation path portion 18 flows in the direction indicated by the arrow of the solid line in [Fig.l]. That is, in a case where the indoor unit 20 performs the cooling operation, the refrigerant 19 flowing inside the circulation path portion 18 passes through the compressor 12, the heat exchanger 13 of the outdoor unit 10, the flow control valve 14 and the heat exchanger 22 of the indoor unit 20 in that order and circulates to return to the compressor 12. In the cooling operation, the heat exchanger 13 inside the outdoor unit 10 operates as a condenser and the heat exchanger 22 inside the indoor unit 20 functions as an evaporator.
[0024] On the other hand, in a case where the indoor unit 20 performs the heating operation, the refrigerant 19 flowing inside the circulation path portion 18 flows in the direction indicated by the broken line of [Fig.l]. That is, in a case where the indoor unit 20 performs the heating operation, the refrigerant 19 flowing inside the circulation path portion 18 passes through the compressor 12, the heat exchanger 22 of the indoor unit 20, the flow control valve 14 and the heat exchanger 13 of the outdoor unit 10 in this order and circulates to return to the compressor 12. In the heating operation, the heat exchanger 13 inside the outdoor unit 10 functions as an evaporator and the heat exchanger 22 inside the indoor unit 20 functions as a condenser. Outdoor unit
[0025] [Fig. 2] is a perspective view of the outdoor unit 10 according to the present embodiment. Inside the body 11 of the outdoor unit 10, a fan chamber 10A in which the blower fan 15 and the like are arranged and a machine chamber 10B which accommodates the compressor 12, a pipe constituting the circulation path portion 18 and the like are provided. The machine chamber 10B is arranged on the right side (+Y) with respect to the fan chamber 10A. In [Fig. 2], among a plurality of panels constituting the body 11, a panel covering the machine chamber 10B from the front side is not shown.
[0026] Figures 3 and 4 are perspective views of a first pipe 18a and a second pipe 18b branching off from the first pipe 18a, which constitute the circulation path portion 18. [Fig. 3] shows a state in which the first pipe 18a and the second pipe 18b are held by the mounting member 30. [Fig. 4] is a view showing a procedure for fixing the mounting member 30.
[0027] As shown in [Fig. 3], the first pipe 18a extends in the vertical direction (Z-axis direction). The refrigerant 19 flows in the first pipe 18a. As shown in [Fig. 2], the first pipe 18a is connected to the compressor 12 at a lower end. The first pipe 18a and the second pipe 18b are exposed to the front side by removing the body panel 11 on the front side.
[0028] As shown in [Fig. 3], the second pipe 18b includes a vertical extension portion 18g which extends along the first pipe 18a in the vertical direction, and a first horizontal extension portion 18c and a second horizontal extension portion 18d which extend in the front-rear direction (X-axis direction). The vertical extension portion 18g is located on the rear (-X) side of the first pipe 18a. The first horizontal extension portion 18c extends from a lower end of the vertical extension part 18g to the front side (+X) and is connected to the first pipe 18a. The second horizontal extension part 18d extends from an upper end of the vertical extension part 18g to the front side (+X). The second horizontal extension part 18d passes through the right side (+Y) of the first pipe 18a. A front end of the second horizontal extension part 18d is located on the front side (+X) relative to the first pipe 18a. An opening part 18k is located at the front end of the second horizontal extension part 18d. In addition, a tip member 18e is attached to the opening part 18k. The tip member 18e closes the opening part 18k of the second pipe 18b.
[0029] The second pipe 18b is a charging plug for charging the circulation path portion 18 with the refrigerant. An operator (or a robot, the following applies regardless of the case) who performs the assembly process of the outdoor unit 10 removes the tip member 18e to open the opening portion 18k of the second pipe 18b and injects the refrigerant through the opening portion 18k. Therefore, the operator charges the circulation path portion 18 with the refrigerant. Further, after the charging work is completed, the tip member 18e is attached to the second pipe 18b and the opening portion 18k is closed. With the second pipe 18b according to the present embodiment, the second horizontal extension portion 18d extends in the front-rear direction, such that the opening portion 18k is directed toward the front side (+X).Accordingly, when the refrigerant charging work for the circulation path portion 18 is performed, the refrigerant can be injected into the opening portion 18k from the front side of the outdoor unit 10, and the feasibility of the charging work can be improved.
[0030] The first pipe 18a and the second horizontal extension portion 18d extend to cross each other. The first pipe 18a and the second pipe 18b are held by the mounting member 30. The mounting member 30 according to the present embodiment is a single member made of a rubber material.
[0031] Figures 5 and 6 are perspective views of the mounting member 30. [Fig. 5] is a view corresponding to [Fig. 3] and shows a state in which the mounting member 30 holds the first pipe 18a and the second pipe 18b. [Fig. 6] is a view corresponding to [Fig. 4] and shows a temporary state when the mounting member 30 is fixed. In the following description, the states illustrated in Figures 3 and 5 are referred to as the fixed state, and the states illustrated in Figures 4 and 6 are referred to as the preliminary state.
[0032] As shown in [Fig.6], the mounting element 30 comprises a first part 31, a second part 32 and a hinge portion 39. The first part 31 and the second part 32 are in the shape of a block. The hinge portion 39 connects the first part 31 and the second part 32 with each other. More particularly, the hinge portion 39 connects one side of the first part 31 extending in the front-rear direction and one side of the second part 32 extending in the front-rear direction. The hinge portion 39 is a thin-walled part along a virtual rotation axis J extending in the front-rear direction (X-axis direction). The hinge portion 39 connects the first part 31 and the second part 32 so that they can rotate relative to each other about the rotation axis J. The hinge portion 39 rotates the first part 31 and the second part 32 about the rotation axis J, such that the mounting member 30 changes from the preliminary state shown in [Fig. 6] to the fixed state shown in [Fig. 5].
[0033] In the following description, in a case where each part of the mounting member 30 is described, each part will be described using the up-down direction, the left-right direction, and the front-back direction, mainly on the basis of the arrangement of each part in the attached state. The posture of the mounting member 30 in the attached state according to the present embodiment is an example, and the posture of the mounting member 30 during use is not limited.
[0034] As shown in [Fig.6], a first holding portion 31a comprises an upper surface 31p, a lower surface 31q and an outer side surface 31r which connects the upper surface 31p and the lower surface 31q. In addition, the first holding portion 31a is provided with a first holding hole 31h and a first opening portion 31k. The first holding portion 31a is substantially C-shaped due to the first holding hole 31h and the first opening portion 31k.
[0035] The first holding hole 31h extends in the vertical direction (Z-axis direction) and penetrates the first holding portion 31a. The first holding hole 31h is open on the upper surface 31p and the lower surface 31q of the first holding portion 31a. The first holding hole 31h is circular when viewed in the vertical direction. The diameter of the first holding hole 31h is substantially equal to a pipe diameter of the first pipe 18a.
[0036] The first opening portion 31k is open radially outwardly of the first holding hole 31h from the first holding hole 31h. The first opening portion 31k is located along the entire length of the first holding portion 31a in the vertical direction. The first opening portion 31k according to the present embodiment is open on the rear side (-X). Therefore, the first opening portion 31k is open in the same direction as the extension direction of the rotation axis J of the hinge portion 39. The opening width of the first opening portion 31k is smaller than the pipe diameter of the first pipe 18a.
[0037] As shown in [Fig.4], the first holding portion 31a holds the first pipe 18a. The operator who performs the assembly process of the outdoor unit 10 inserts the first pipe 18a of the first opening part 31k into the first holding hole 31h to arrange the first pipe 18a inside the first holding hole 31h. Since the mounting member 30 according to the present embodiment is made of a rubber material, the operator elastically deforms the first holding part 31a and inserts the first pipe 18a into the first holding hole 31h while pushing and expanding the opening width of the first opening part 31k. In addition, since the diameter of the first holding hole 31h is substantially equal to the pipe diameter of the first pipe 18a, the mounting member 30 is held without sliding in a state where it is fixed to the first pipe 18a by a gripping force of the first holding part 31a.
[0038] As shown in [Fig. 6], the outer side surface 31r of the first holding portion 31a faces radially outward of the first pipe 18a. The outer side surface 31r includes four surfaces facing forward, backward, left, and right. Among the four surfaces, a surface adjacent to the hinge portion 39 is referred to as the first wall surface 3 If. Furthermore, in the first part 31, a wall portion between the first holding portion 31a and the first wall surface 3 If is referred to as the first wall portion 31c. The first wall surface 3 If faces the right side (+Y). In the fixed state shown in [Fig. 5], the first wall surface 3 If faces and contacts the second part 32.
[0039] As shown in [Fig. 5], the second part 32 comprises a second holding portion 32a and a second wall portion 32b. The second holding portion 32a and the second wall portion 32b are plate-shaped portions which are connected to each other by being arranged in a substantially L-shape when viewed in the front-rear direction (X-axis direction).
[0040] The second wall portion 32b is connected to the hinge portion 39. The second wall portion 32b extends in a radial direction of the rotation axis J. The second wall portion 32b is connected to the second holding portion 32a at an outer radial end portion of the rotation axis J. The second holding portion 32a extends in a direction orthogonal to the radial direction of the rotation axis J.
[0041] The second wall portion 32b includes a second wall surface 32f contiguous to the hinge portion 39. The second wall surface 32f according to the present embodiment faces toward the left side (-Y) in the fixed state shown in [Fig. 5]. Therefore, the second wall surface 32f faces in the same direction as an opening direction of a second opening portion 32k in the fixed state. The second wall surface 32f faces and contacts the first part 31 in the fixed state shown in [Fig. 5].
[0042] A recessed groove portion 32g extending in the front-rear direction (X-axis direction) is provided in the second wall surface 32f. The operator arranges the second pipe 18b along the first wall surface 3If in the preliminary state shown in [Fig. 4]. Furthermore, when changing from the preliminary state to the fixed state shown in [Fig. 3], the second pipe 18b is received inside the recessed groove portion 32g. As shown in [Fig. 3], the second pipe 18b is arranged in the recessed groove portion 32g of the mounting member 30 in the fixed state. In addition, the opening of the recessed groove portion 32g is covered by the first wall surface 3If. Accordingly, the second pipe 18b is held by the mounting member 30 while being interposed between the first wall surface 31f and a lower portion of the recessed groove portion 32g of the second wall surface 32f.In other words, the first wall portion 31c and the second wall portion 32b hold the second pipe 18b interposed between them. In addition, the first wall portion 31c is disposed between the first pipe 18a and the second pipe 18b.
[0043] As shown in [Fig.5], the second holding portion 32a comprises an upper surface 32p, a lower surface 32q, and an outer side surface 32r that connects the upper surface 32p and the lower surface 32q. The upper surface 32p faces the upper side in the fixed state, and the lower surface 32q faces the lower side in the fixed state. In addition, the second holding portion 32a is provided with a second holding hole 32h and the second opening portion 32k. The second holding portion 32a is substantially C-shaped due to the second holding hole 32h and the second opening portion 32k.
[0044] The second holding hole 32h penetrates the second holding portion 32a and is open on the upper surface 32p and the lower surface 32q of the second holding portion 32a. The second holding hole 32h is circular when viewed in the vertical direction. The diameter of the second holding hole 32h is substantially equal to the pipe diameter of the first pipe 18a.
[0045] The second opening portion 32k is open radially outwardly of the second holding hole 32h from the second holding hole 32h. The second opening portion 32k according to the present embodiment is open on the left side (-Y) in the fixed state. Therefore, the second opening portion 32k is open in a direction orthogonal to the extension direction of the rotation axis J of the hinge portion 39. The opening width of the second opening portion 32k is smaller than the pipe diameter of the first pipe 18a.
[0046] In the fixed state of the mounting member 30 illustrated in [Fig. 5], the second holding portion 32a holds the first pipe 18a. When changing from the preliminary state, illustrated in [Fig. 6], in which the first pipe 18a is held by the first holding part 31a, in the fixed state, shown in [Fig.5], the operator inserts the first pipe 18a into the second holding hole 32h from the second opening part 32k to arrange the first pipe 18a inside the second holding hole 32h. At this time, the operator elastically deforms the second holding part 32a and inserts the first pipe 18a into the second holding hole 32h while pushing and expanding the opening width of the second opening part 32k. According to the present embodiment, an opening direction of the second opening part 32k coincides with a rotation direction of the second part 32 when changing from the preliminary state to the fixed state. Therefore, the first pipe 18a can be smoothly inserted into the second holding hole 32h from the second opening part 32k by rotating the second part 32 at the time of transition from one state to the other.
[0047] In the fixed state illustrated in [Fig. 5], the lower surface 32q of the second holding portion 32a is in contact with the upper surface 31p of the first holding portion 31a. In addition, in the fixed state, the first holding hole 31h and the second holding hole 32h overlap when viewed in an axial direction of the first pipe 18a. Meanwhile, in the fixed state, the first opening portion 31k and the second opening portion 32k are open in directions orthogonal to each other when viewed in the axial direction of the first pipe 18a. Therefore, even when a force is applied to separate the mounting member 30 from the first pipe 18a, the first pipe 18a does not simultaneously pass through the first opening portion 31k and the second opening portion 32k, and detachment of the mounting member 30 from the first pipe 18a is prevented. Summary
[0048] As shown in [Fig. 3], the mounting member 30 according to the present embodiment serves to hold the first pipe 18a and the second pipe 18b which extend to cross each other. As shown in [Fig. 5], the mounting member 30 comprises the first part 31, the second part 32 and the hinge part 39. The first part 31 comprises the first holding part 31a which holds the first pipe 18a. The second part 32 comprises the second holding part 32a which holds the first pipe 18a. The hinge part 39 connects the first part 31 and the second part 32 together so that they can rotate relative to each other about one rotation axis J. The first part 31 comprises the first wall part 31c which is disposed between the first pipe 18a and the second pipe 18b. The second part 32 comprises the second wall part 32b which inserts the second pipe 18b between the second wall part 32b and the first wall part 31c.
[0049] According to the configuration described above, the mounting element 30 holds the first pipe 18a using the first part 31 and the second part 32. This allows the relative movement of the first part 31 and the second part 32 to be suppressed with respect to the first pipe 18a. Furthermore, according to the configuration described above, the second pipe 18b is interposed and held between the first wall portion 31c of the first part 31 and the second wall portion 32b of the second part 32. This allows the mounting member 30 to maintain a relative positional relationship between the first pipe 18a and the second pipe 18b, even in the case where the outdoor unit 10 is subjected to impact or vibration. Furthermore, according to the configuration described above, the first wall portion 31c, which is part of the first part 31, is interposed between the first pipe 18a and the second pipe 18b, and the direct contact between the first pipe 18a and the second pipe 18b is eliminated. This eliminates collision between the first pipe 18a and the second pipe 18b even when the outdoor unit 10 is subjected to impact or vibration.Accordingly, it is possible to eliminate the occurrence of noise caused by the collision between the first pipe 18a and the second pipe 18b and to prevent damage to the first pipe 18a and the second pipe 18b. In particular, the mounting member 30 according to the present embodiment does not hold a simple elongated body but a pipe (the first pipe 18a and the second pipe 18b) having a diameter of about 5 mm to 22 mm and a thickness of about 0.5 mm to 1.2 mm. In addition, the first pipe 18a and the second pipe 18b are made of copper, aluminum, or an alloy thereof for thermal conductivity reasons. Therefore, the first pipe 18a and the second pipe 18b are susceptible to damage in the event of an impact. In this case, various cases are conceivable, such as an impact on the first pipe 18a and the second pipe 18b, an impact applied due to vibration during operation of the compressor or the fan motor, an impact applied due to vibration during transportation and installation of the product, and the like. The mounting member 30 eliminates any impact applied between the first pipe 18a and the second pipe 18b by eliminating collision between the first pipe 18a and the second pipe 18b, so that it is possible to eliminate damage to the first pipe 18a and the second pipe 18b and to eliminate leakage of the fluid (in this embodiment, the refrigerant) flowing therein. The refrigerant could have an influence on global warming if it escapes into the atmosphere.Furthermore, when the refrigerant is flammable or slightly flammable, the refrigerant could promote combustion and cause a fire to spread if there is a combustible present at the refrigerant leakage location, requiring sufficient measures to remedy the refrigerant leakage. Furthermore, according to the configuration described above, the first part 31 and the second part 32 are connected to each other via the hinge portion 39. Therefore, it is not necessary to separately fix the first part 31 and the second part 32 to the ex unit. exterior 10, and the assembly process of the outdoor unit 10 can be simplified. Furthermore, the connection between the first part 31 and the second part 32 enables the assembly process of the first holding part 31a and the second holding part 32a to the first pipe 18a to be carried out sequentially and with one hand. Therefore, the assembly process of the outdoor unit 10 can be simplified.
[0050] In the mounting member 30 according to the present embodiment, the first holding portion 31a includes the first holding hole 31h through which the first pipe 18a passes, as well as the first opening portion 31k which is connected to the inside of the first holding hole 31h and which is open in the direction orthogonal to the direction in which the first pipe 18a passes through the first holding hole 31h. The second holding portion 32a includes the second holding hole 32h through which the first pipe 18a passes, as well as the second opening portion 32k which is connected to the inside of the second holding hole 32h and which is open in the direction orthogonal to the direction in which the first pipe 18a passes through the second holding hole 32h. The first opening portion 31k and the second opening portion 32k are open in different directions from each other.According to this configuration, the operator can insert the first pipe 18a through the first opening portion 31k and cause the first holding portion 31a to hold the first pipe 18a. Similarly, the operator can insert the first pipe 18a through the second opening portion 32k and cause the second holding portion 32a to hold the first pipe 18a. Furthermore, since the first opening portion 31k and the second opening portion 32k are open in different directions from each other, the first pipe 18a is less likely to pass through the first opening portion 31k and the second opening portion 32k simultaneously, and detachment of the mounting member 30 from the first pipe 18a can be prevented.
[0051] In the mounting member 30 according to the present embodiment, the second opening portion 32k is open in the direction orthogonal to the extension direction of the rotation axis J. According to this configuration, the opening direction of the second opening portion 32k is set in the direction orthogonal to the extension direction of the rotation axis J, such that the opening direction of the second opening portion 32k can coincide with the rotation direction of the second part 32 about the rotation axis J. Therefore, when changing from the preliminary state shown in [Fig. 4] to the fixed state shown in [Fig. 5], the first pipe 18a can smoothly pass through the second opening portion 32k. In other words, according to this configuration, the process of assembling the mounting member 30 to the first pipe 18a can be simplified.
[0052] In the mounting member 30 according to the present embodiment, the first opening portion 31k is open in the same direction as the extension direction of the rotation axis J. According to this configuration, the opening direction of the first opening portion 31k is set to the extension direction of the rotation axis J, so that in the process of passing the first pipe 18a through the first opening portion 31k, the second pipe 18b is less likely to hinder the process, and the process of assembling the mounting member 30 to the first pipe 18a can be simplified.
[0053] In the mounting member 30 according to the present embodiment, the opening widths of the first opening portion 31k and the second opening portion 32k are each smaller than the pipe diameter of the first pipe 18a. According to this configuration, the first pipe 18a is less likely to detach from the first holding portion 31a and the second holding portion 32a. Such an effect is an effect that can be achieved at least for the holding portion in a case where the opening width of the first opening portion 31k and / or the second opening portion 32k is smaller than the pipe diameter of the first pipe 18a. In particular, according to the present embodiment, the opening direction of the second opening portion 32k coincides with a direction of rotation of the second part 32 about the rotation axis J.Therefore, by reducing the opening width of the second opening portion 32k to make it difficult to detach the second holding portion 32a from the first pipe 18a, reverse rotation of the second part 32 around the hinge portion 39 can be eliminated. Therefore, according to the present embodiment, the reliability of holding the first pipe 18a and the second pipe 18b via the mounting member 30 can be improved.
[0054] In the mounting member 30 according to the present embodiment, the second wall portion 32b is provided with a recessed groove portion 32g that receives the second pipe 18b. According to this configuration, it is possible to stabilize the position of the second pipe 18b interposed between the first wall portion 31c and the second wall portion 32b, and it is possible to eliminate the load applied to the second pipe 18b due to vibration or impact. The recessed groove portion 32g may be located in the first wall portion 31c or superimposed recessed groove portions may be located in the first wall portion 31c and the second wall portion 32b. That is, the recessed groove portion 32g may be located in either or both of the first wall portion 31c and the second wall portion 32b.
[0055] The mounting member 30 according to the present embodiment is made of a rubber material. According to this configuration, the load applied to the first pipe 18a and the second pipe 18b can be eliminated by the elasticity of the rubber material, even in a case where the outdoor unit 10 undergoes an impact, vibration or the like. In addition, due to the clamping force of the rubber material, the first pipe 18a and the second pipe 18b can be held stable by the assembly 30.
[0056] The outdoor unit 10 according to the present embodiment is the outdoor unit 10 of the refrigerant cycle device 100 comprising the mounting member 30 described above, and comprises the first pipe 18a in which the refrigerant 19 flows, the second pipe 18b branching off from the first pipe 18a and the end cap member 18e which closes the opening of the second pipe 18b. According to this configuration, the first pipe 18a in which the refrigerant 19 flows and the second pipe 18b, which serves as a charging plug for charging the first pipe 18a with the refrigerant 19, can be held by the mounting member 30.

Furthermore, according to the embodiment described above, a configuration has been described in which the first holding part and the second holding part hold the refrigerant circulation pipe, and the refrigerant charging pipe is interposed between the first wall part and the second wall part. However, it is also possible to use a configuration in which the first holding part and the second holding part hold the refrigerant charging pipe, and the refrigerant circulation pipe is interposed between the first wall part and the second wall part. Furthermore, in the embodiment described above, a case has been described where the refrigerant cycle device provided with the mounting member is an air conditioner. However, the refrigerant cycle device provided with the mounting member 30 described above is not limited to the configuration described above and may be, for example, a heat pump water heater.
