Description

Title of the invention: Cosmetic product case comprising an intermediate plate detachable by rotation Technical field of the invention

[0001] The present invention relates to the field of cases for cosmetic products, in particular flat cases containing a cream, a balm, a solid powder makeup roller or a wax. Prior art

[0002] There are a significant number of cosmetic product boxes on the market today that can contain all types of products with different textures for multiple uses.

[0003] In the particular field of cosmetic products for the face (lips, cheeks, eyes), such as creams, balms or even more specifically compacted powders in the form of solid pebbles, the usual boxes are often very flat and typically comprise a base and a cover which can be moved between an open position giving access to the product and a closed position hiding said product so as to protect it and make it inaccessible.

[0004] Some of these boxes more specifically comprise a base on which a completely removable cover is mounted, generally screwed, or hinged around a hinge secured to the base, and between which an intermediate plate receiving the cosmetic product is placed.

[0005] A major problem with these boxes lies on the one hand in the most complete recyclability possible of the various elements constituting them and on the other hand in the possibility of refilling the intermediate plate to avoid throwing away the box.

[0006] Current solutions are not entirely satisfactory, either because removing the makeup from its receptacle (cup) is complex, or because removing the intermediate plate, in the few cases where this is provided for from the design stage, is complex. Most often, the intermediate plate is clipped, sometimes articulated, but it remains difficult to grasp and remove to fill it with a new cup.

[0007] It follows from the above that current cases for cosmetic products in which it is possible to refill the intermediate plate are not optimized in terms of compactness, ergonomics of use, ease of manufacture and recycling of its components. Presentation of the invention

[0008] The present invention aims to remedy these drawbacks with a to- innovative, intuitive, secure and compact.

[0009] To this end, according to a first aspect, the present invention relates to a cosmetic product case comprising at least the following elements, extending successively along a longitudinal axis of rotation when they are assembled: - a lower base comprising at least one bottom and a first insert having a first circular wall erected axially opposite the bottom to form a first central housing suitable for receiving a cosmetic product, - a cover separable from the base or hinged relative to the latter and comprising an upper plate from which a peripheral skirt is erected axially towards the bottom, - an intermediate plate inserted between the base and the cover and comprising at least one second insert having a second circular wall erected axially in the direction of the bottom to form a second central housing, said second circular wall being adapted to be mounted in a removable and coaxial manner around the first circular wall of the first insert of the base, and a covering mounted on the second insert and having for this purpose a peripheral skirt erected axially in the direction of the bottom and a second central opening arranged opposite the second central housing, said covering being adapted to be connected to the second insert of the intermediate plate using mechanical connection means, - the cover can take at least: * a first position, called closing, in which said cover closes the intermediate plate so that the interior of the case is concealed, making the product inaccessible, * a second position, called the use position, in which said cover is released from the intermediate plate so that the interior of the case is visible, making the product accessible, and * a third position, called filling, in which, from the first position, the assembly composed of said cover and said intermediate plate is pivoted axially relative to the base in a first direction of rotation by a number of degrees such that it also moves in translation along said axis, moving away from said base so as to become completely detached from the latter.

[0010] The invention is implemented according to the embodiments and variants set out below, which are to be considered individually or in any technically effective combination.

[0011] Advantageously, the cover being of the detachable type: - in the first position, the cover is hooked around the covering of the intermediate plate, - in the second position, the cover is detached and axially moved away from said covering of the intermediate plate and of said base, and, - in the third position, the assembly composed of the cover and the intermediate plate is pivoted axially by approximately 45° relative to the base and separated axially from the latter.

[0012] Preferably, the first circular wall of the first insert of the base locally comprises at least two diametrically opposed inclined clearance ramps whose respective ascending slopes are oriented identically, and the second circular wall of the second insert of the intermediate plate locally comprises at least two diametrically opposed sliding planes adapted to rest progressively on said clearance ramps during the axial rotation of the assembly composed of the intermediate plate and the cover to pass from the first position to the third position, so as to axially push said assembly so that the movement of the assembly composed of the cover and the intermediate plate is of the helical type.

[0013] Advantageously, the clearance ramps have progressively inclined slopes, for example of the exponential type, so as to facilitate the separation of the base and the assembly composed of the cover and the intermediate plate.

[0014] According to a particular embodiment of the present invention, the sliding planes are provided on radial protrusions projecting internally from the second circular wall of the second insert of the intermediate plate.

[0015] According to a complementary aspect, the radial protuberances are inserted inside local grooves provided in the first circular wall of the first insert of the base to axially hold the assembly composed of the cover and the intermediate plate on said base at least in the first position.

[0016] According to a particularly interesting aspect of the present invention: - the second circular wall of the second insert of the intermediate plate comprises at least two diametrically opposed teeth oriented substantially axially towards the bottom of the base, - the first insert of the base comprises two diametrically opposed tabs arranged on the bottom, each tab being elastically deformable axially and carrying an axial protuberance directed away from the bottom of the base, - the teeth cooperating with the protuberances to form a mechanical resistance stop holding the assembly composed of the cover and the intermediate plate in the first position relative to the base, and - the teeth axially deforming the tabs as they pass over the protrusions during axial rotation of the assembly composed of the cover and the intermediate plate from the first position to the third position, and vice versa.

[0017] According to an additional characteristic, the cover takes a fourth position, said locking, in which, from the first position, said cover) and said intermediate plate are pivoted together axially relative to the base by approximately 45° to 90° in a second direction of rotation opposite to the first direction of rotation so that at least part of the connecting means move radially and come to bear against the inside of the skirt of the cover, preventing the latter from detaching from the intermediate plate and the base.

[0018] In particular, the connecting means comprise on the one hand at least two diametrically opposite through-slots formed in the thickness of the skirt of the covering of the intermediate plate and on the other hand at least two corresponding notches projecting from radially elastically deformable tabs belonging to the second circular wall of the second insert of the intermediate plate, said notches being permanently housed inside said through-slots and moving away against the inside of the skirt of the cover in the fourth position, after execution of the rotation in the second direction of rotation to pass from the first position to the third position, under the effect of a radial force exerted to deform said tabs.

[0019] In a complementary manner, the skirt of the cover has four internal grooves distributed regularly over a common circumference and in which the notches are housed in the first position to connect the cover to the intermediate plate and move apart in the fourth position to lock said cover relative to the base.

[0020] According to a preferred characteristic of the present invention, the base comprises a first set of four magnets whose poles cooperate magnetically with a second set of four magnets of the cover in order to hold the latter in the first position.

[0021] In particular, the intermediate plate comprises a pair of diametrically opposed magnets, the respective poles of each magnet of which are arranged, in the first position, opposite the opposite pole of a magnet opposite the first batch and of a magnet opposite the second batch.

[0022] Preferably, the general external contour of the base, the cover and the intermediate plate is substantially square, preferably with rounded edges of the “squircle” type.

[0023] Preferably, the general external contour of the first insert, the second insert, the covering and the cover is substantially square, preferably with rounded edges of the “squircle” type. Brief description of the figures

[0037] The present description is given without limitation, each characteristic of an embodiment being able to be combined with any other characteristic of any other embodiment.

[0038] It should be noted, from now on, that the figures are not necessarily to scale, without this hindering their understanding.

[0039] Figures 1 to 12 represent a case 1 in accordance with the present invention of a cosmetic product P, for example a solid roller of compacted makeup powder which can be contained in an intermediate rigid cup G acting as a receptacle.

[0040] This housing 1 mainly comprises three sub-assemblies extending successively along a longitudinal axis of rotation XX' when they are assembled, namely a base base 10 (also called lower base 10), a cover 20 movable relative to the base base 10 to close the housing 1 or give access to inside the base 10 of the latter, a mirror 25 fixed inside said cover 25 and an intermediate plate 30 making it possible to receive the product roller P or the cup G.

[0041] At least some of these elements are made of molded or 3D printed plastic, preferably bio-sourced and recyclable such as polyethylene. Other elements can be made of aluminum or zamac, preferably also from the circular economy for better recyclability and preservation of nature.

[0042] According to the present invention, the cover 20 can take at least a first position ([Fig.2]), called closing, in which said cover 20 closes the intermediate plate 30 so that the interior of the case 1 is concealed, making the product P / the cup G inaccessible, a second position, called use, in which said cover 20 is released from the intermediate plate 30 so that the interior of the case 1 is visible, making the product P / the cup G accessible, a third position, called filling, in which, from the first position, the assembly composed of said cover 20 and said intermediate plate 30 is pivoted axially relative to the base 10 in a first direction of rotation (for example the counterclockwise direction, see figures 10 to 12) by a number of degrees such that this assembly also moves in translation along said axis away from the base 10 so as to be completely detached from the latter, in order to be able to replace the makeup product.

[0043] The cover 20 can also take a fourth position, called locking, in which, from the first position, the assembly composed of said cover 20 and said intermediate plate 30 is pivoted axially relative to the base 10 in a second direction of rotation opposite to the first direction of rotation by a number of degrees such that this assembly can no longer detach axially from the base 10, which makes it possible on the one hand to block access to the product P / cup G but above all to secure the cover 20 in its closed position on the base in order to avoid any unforeseen and untimely opening of the latter.

[0044] Thus, the base 10 typically comprises a flat bottom plate 10a measuring a few tenths of a millimeter to a few millimeters in thickness, for example between approximately 0.5 mm and 3 mm. This bottom plate 10a is in the present case attached (glued) to a first insert 12, but it could be integrated into the first insert 12 and directly form its bottom.

[0045] This first insert 12 of the base 10 has a bottom 11a, a peripheral belt 13 and is covered by a first covering 14 (aesthetic hood) having a first peripheral skirt 14a erected axially in the direction of the bottom 11a and a first central opening 14b arranged opposite the first central housing 12b of the first insert 12. The shape (section perpendicular to the axis XX') of the first skirt 14a of the first covering 14 and of the peripheral wall 13 of the first insert 12 are identical, the internal dimensions of the first peripheral skirt 14a being very slightly greater than the external dimensions of the peripheral wall 13 so that the first skirt 14a surrounds said peripheral wall 13 before being fixed for example by gluing or clipping). In the present case, the peripheral wall 13 and the skirt 14a of the first covering 14 have, in cross section (i.e. perpendicular to the axis XX'), a square shape with rounded edges, also called a "squircle".

[0046] The first insert 12 firstly comprises a first internal circular wall 12a erected axially and directed away from the bottom 11a to form a first central housing 12b arranged opposite the first central opening 14b of the first covering 14 and adapted to receive the cosmetic product P or the cup G. It is on this circular wall 12a that the majority of the functionalities are implanted.

[0047] The intermediate plate 30, inserted between the base 10 and the cover 20 when the elements are assembled axially (at least in a first so-called closed position) comprises at least one second insert 32 having a second circular wall 32a erected axially in the direction of the bottom 11a to form a second central housing 32b coaxial with the first central housing 12b of the first insert 12 and with the first central opening 14b of the first covering 14. This second insert 32 also has a peripheral belt 33 having the same “squircle” shape as the peripheral belt 13 of the first insert 12 and as the first skirt 14a of the first covering 14.

[0048] This second circular wall 32a is adapted to be mounted in a removable and coaxial manner around the first circular wall 12a of the first insert 12 of the base 10 in certain of the positions mentioned above.

[0049] The intermediate plate 30 also comprises a second covering 34 (aesthetic cover) mounted on the second insert 32 and having for this purpose a second peripheral skirt 34a erected axially in the direction of the bottom 11a and a second central opening 34b arranged opposite the second central housing 32b, said second covering 34 being adapted to be connected to the second insert 32 of the intermediate plate 30 using mechanical connection means 40 described later.

[0050] The first circular wall 12a of the first insert 12 also locally comprises at least two diametrically opposed support portions 15 each provided with a horizontally inclined face 15a, the slope and direction of these two inclined faces 15a being identical.

[0051] The second circular wall 32a of the second insert 32 comprises two radially elastically deformable tabs 43 which can thus move apart and return to their original position when moving from one position to another and vice versa (see below). These tabs 43 are geometrically identical and diametrically opposed. Each tab 43 comprises a central portion of material surrounded by two axial slots 45 allowing its radial elasticity. Each tab 43 also carries a notch 42 of oblong shape projecting radially outwards. Finally, each tab 43 is provided internally, in the immediate vicinity of the two axial slots 45, with two upstream and downstream attack ramps 44 of opposite horizontal slopes but of the same inclination, these attack ramps 44 (in particular the upstream ramps) being intended to cooperate by rotary sliding with the horizontal inclined sides 15a of the first circular wall 12a of the first insert 12.

[0052] The first insert 12 of the base 10 also locally comprises at least two secondary walls 16 erected axially trapping the second circular wall 32a of the second insert 32 of the intermediate plate 30 against the first circular wall 12a of the first insert 12 in order to serve as a “guide track” during axial rotation from the first position to the third or fourth position, and vice versa.

[0053] These two secondary guide walls 16 are identical and diametrically opposed and arranged angularly upstream of the support portions 15, in the first direction of rotation (clockwise). These secondary guide walls 16 are designed to exert a centripetal pressure force on two radial protrusions 32c projecting internally from the second circular wall 32a of the second insert 32 of the intermediate plate 30 and comprising two sliding planes 35 inclined vertically with identical slope. These two sliding planes 35 are adapted to cooperate with two inclined clearance ramps 19 arranged diametrically opposite on the first circular wall 12a of the first insert 12 of the base 10 and whose respective ascending slopes are oriented identically.

[0054] The first circular wall 12a of the first insert 12 of the base 10 further comprises two local grooves 12c cooperating with the radial protuberances 32c of the second insert 32 to axially hold the latter on said first insert 12, in particular once the fourth locking position has been reached, when the secondary guide walls 16 press radially on said protuberances.

[0055] Each secondary guide wall 16 also has two upstream 16a and downstream 16b attack ramps (in the clockwise direction of rotation) with opposite slopes. These attack ramps serve to guide the assembly composed of the cover 20 and the intermediate plate 30 relative to the base 10 during axial rotation from the first position to the fourth position, and vice versa, in particular when each radially elastically deformable tab 43 passes against the corresponding secondary guide wall 16.

[0056] The first insert 12 of the base 10 further comprises two opposite pairs of radial ribs 18 intended to return the elastically deformable tabs 43 radially to their rest position during rotation from the third or fourth position to the first position of the assembly composed of the cover 20 and the intermediate plate 30. These pairs of three radial ribs 18 connect the first circular wall 12a and the peripheral belt 13 and are diametrically opposed and angularly offset relative to the support portions 15 and / or the secondary guide walls 16.

[0057] The first peripheral wall 12a of the first insert 12 of the base 10 also comprises two bridges of radially elastically deformable material 17 intended to exert a centripetal friction force on the cosmetic product P or the cup G in order to prevent its axial rotation when it is used with a brush or the finger. These two bridges of material 17 are diametrically opposed and angularly offset relative to the support portions 15 and / or to the secondary guide walls 16 and / or to the radial ribs 18 to avoid any harmful interaction of the respective functions of each of these means.

[0058] The second insert 32 of the intermediate plate 30 further comprises, near each tab 43, beyond one of the axial slots 45, a rear tooth 47 cooperating with a front stop 15b of the corresponding support portion 15 of the first insert 12 to block the axial rotation of the assembly composed of the cover 20 and the intermediate plate 30 relative to the base 10 once the fourth locking position has been reached, which indicates to the user that the cover 20 is well held and cannot be turned further.

[0059] The cover 20 has on its side an upper wall 22, which can take a flat shape as shown or a more or less pronounced dome, from which a third skirt 24a is erected axially in the direction of the bottom 11a. The cover 20 is entirely separable from the base 10 but it could be articulated relative to the latter around a hinge. This cover 20 is held around the second skirt 34a of the second covering 34 of the intermediate plate using a set 80 of four magnets 81 inserted in housings 82 provided for this purpose at the four corners of the cover 20 cooperating (from the point of view of their respective polarities) with a set 60 of four magnets 61 inserted in housings 62 provided for this purpose at the four corners of the first insert 12 of the base 10.The cover 20 can be removed (transition from the first closing position to the second position of use) by exerting sufficient axial traction force, or possibly even by tilting it.

[0060] The second insert 32 also comprises four housings 48 positioned in these corners which can receive two or four magnets 71 from a batch 70 of magnets which can cooperate with the magnets 71 and 81 from the batches 70 and 80 in order to improve the axial retention of the cover 20 on the base 10 in the first position.

[0061] As regards the mechanical connection means 40, the latter comprise on the one hand at least two diametrically opposed through slots 41 formed in the thickness of the second skirt 34a of the second covering 34 of the intermediate plate 30 and on the other hand at least two corresponding notches 42 projecting from the two radially elastically deformable tabs 43 belonging to the second circular wall 32a of the second insert 32 of the intermediate plate 30.

[0062] These prominent notches 42 are permanently housed inside the through slots 41 and move away against the inside 23 of the skirt 24a of the cover 20 after execution of the rotation in the clockwise direction to pass from the first position to the fourth position, under the effect of a radial force exerted by the inclined sides 15a on the attack ramps 44 to radially deform said tabs 43 in a centripetal manner. As can be seen in [Fig.5], the third skirt 24a of the cover 20 has internally for this purpose four grooves 24 distributed regularly on a common circumference and in which the notches 42 can be housed in the first position to connect the cover 20 to the intermediate plate 30 (by forming a mechanical clip, in particular in the hypothesis where the batches of magnets 60 and 80 are not present) and especially come to move apart radially in the fourth position in order to locally exert a thrust force against the wall 23 of said third skirt 24a when the tabs 43 move apart in order to lock the assembly composed of said cover 20 and said intermediate plate 30 relative to the base 10. The radial displacement of the notches 42 during the passage from the first position to the fourth position is between approximately a few tenths of a millimeter to a few millimeters, preferably between approximately 0.3 and 0.8 millimeters and advantageously approximately 0.5 millimeter. .

[0063] The rotation around the axis XX' to move from the first position to the fourth position is, in the end (when the tooth 47 rests against the stop 15b), approximately 90°, knowing that the deformation of the tabs 43 / the spacing of the notches 42 begins at approximately 45° of rotation.

[0064] Once the notches 42 are in the grooves 24, the assembly composed of the cover 20 and the intermediate plate 30 is in the locked position and can therefore no longer be detached from the base 10, except by performing the reverse rotation movement to return the tabs 43 to their initial position and release the notches 42 from the grooves 24 of the cover 20.

[0065] The first insert 12 is equipped with at least one pair of diametrically opposed bottom lugs 12d, preferably four distributed regularly on the same circumference, to support the cosmetic product P or a cup G closing it. These lugs 12d thus provide a space under the cosmetic product equivalent to their axial height. In the event that the cup G (or the cosmetic product P itself- same) is provided with four slots opposite said lugs 12d, the cup G (or the cosmetic product P) rests directly on the bottom of the first insert 12, which makes it possible to have a larger quantity of product because there is no longer the vacuum zone underneath. The cooperation of these slots with the lugs 12d can also serve as an indexing guide to position the cup G / product P in the central opening 12b of the first insert 12 and prevent axial rotation of said cup / product.

[0066] Finally, the bottom of the first insert 12 comprises, beyond the first circular wall 12a, two axially elastically deformable tabs 50 arranged diametrically opposite each other and each provided with an axial protuberance 52 and an upstream void 51. This space 51 and this protuberance 52 cooperate with a tooth 39 projecting axially under the second circular wall 32a of the second insert 32 and allows a slight blocking preventing too easy axial rotation of the assembly composed of the cover 20 in the counterclockwise direction H from the first position.

[0067] The transition from the first closed position to the third filling position therefore requires the user not only to exert a counterclockwise rotational movement (generally less natural than a clockwise movement) on the cover according to the arrow H, but above all, during this movement, to overcome a certain stop force and to pass the mechanical blocking ("click") created by the contact of the rear of the teeth 39 against the front of the axial protuberances 52. Thus, during their counterclockwise rotation (according to the arrow H), the teeth 39 first come out of the respective voids 51 then come to bear on the corresponding axial protuberances 52 (the teeth and the protuberances are each provided with sliding slopes), which firstly has the effect of moving the elastically deformable tabs 50 axially towards the bottom 11a.Once the teeth 39 have overlapped and then radially passed the protuberances 52, the tabs 50 rise axially by themselves and the counterclockwise rotation according to the arrow H can then continue, the cover 20 continuing to drive the intermediate plate 30 (second insert 32 and second covering 34) thanks to the cooperation of their respective shapes. Very shortly after (in terms of angular rotation of the cover 20 around the axis XX'), the two sliding planes 35 move simultaneously along the inclined clearance ramps 19 and axially upwards (arrow S of [Fig. 12]) in a substantially helical movement, which has the effect of lifting the assembly composed of the cover 20 and the intermediate plate 30 by a few millimeters to approximately 1 cm (substantially the height of the slope 19). It only takes less than 45° for this assembly to completely detach from the base 10, as illustrated in [Fig. 12].The user can then easily access the cosmetic product P or the cup G and can remove it to replace it with a new one.

[0068] Once the new cosmetic product P (or the cup P) is placed in the first housing central part 12b of the first insert 12, resting on the central part of the bottom 11a of the latter or on the radial ribs 18, the user replaces the assembly composed of the cover 20 and the intermediate plate 30 on the base 10, with an offset angle of approximately 45° (i.e. the third skirt 24a is axially offset by 45° with respect to the first skirt 14a), as in [Fig. 11], then she brings this assembly closer to the base 10 so that the two sliding planes 35 rest on the ramps 19 and move along the latter in a helical movement combining a rotation in the direction opposite to the arrow H, i.e. clockwise, and a translation in a direction opposite to the arrow S so that the second insert 32 can again hook onto the first insert 12.

[0069] To assist in this positioning, the two magnets 71 of the second insert 32 serve as a foolproof device with the four magnets 61 of the first insert 12 and induce a magnetic force of repulsion or attraction depending on whether the lower poles (north or south) of said magnets 71 are facing the same pole or an opposite pole of said magnets 61. After rotation at approximately 45° in the clockwise direction, the magnets 71 and 61 find themselves facing each other (if their respective poles are magnetically opposed) and the intermediate plate 30 (more precisely its second insert 32) is again attached to the baselO (more precisely its first insert 23) in the first closing position of [Fig.2].In this position, the intermediate plate is held on the base using on the one hand the magnets 71 and 61 and on the other hand the mechanical cooperation of the radial protuberances 32c the second circular wall 32a of the second insert 32 and the grooves 12c of the first circular wall of the first insert 12 which create a sort of axial “hook”.

[0070] It will be noted that it is mainly the cooperation of the substantially square shapes ("squircle") of the different elements, in particular the third skirt 24a of the cover and the second skirt 34 of the intermediate plate 30, which allows the axial rotation of this assembly relative to the base 10 in a direction F (clockwise) or in the opposite direction (anticlockwise) to pass respectively from the first position to the third position, and vice versa. These similar shapes fit into each other and create this drive allowing the rotation of the assembly composed of the cover and the intermediate plate 30 while contributing to the overall aesthetics of the housing 1.

[0071] In the event that the housing 1, in particular the assembly composed of the cover 20 and the intermediate plate 30, would have a round section and no longer a polygonal one, it would be necessary to provide small lugs of material on the outside of the second skirt 34a of the second covering 34 and corresponding slots inside the third skirt 24a of the cover 20 so that these two parts mesh like a drive shaft. Four lugs distributed at 90° to each other and thirty-six slots would allow for example an engagement every 10 degrees, which seems sufficient to serve as a de misleading so that the user avoids fumbling to reposition the cover 20 on the second covering 34 of the intermediate plate 30 when moving from the second position of use (cover completely removed) to the first closed position, and which would make it possible to provide sufficient rotational driving force to move from the first closed position to the locking and filling positions respectively, and vice versa.

[0072] It should be clearly understood that the detailed description of the subject of the Invention, given solely by way of illustration, does not constitute in any way a limitation, the technical equivalents also being included in the scope of the present invention.

[0073] Thus, the number, position, slopes (their inclination and length in particular) of the various functional elements such as the tabs 43, the notches 42, the through slots 41, the grooves 24, the inclined sides 15a, the attack ramps 44, the rear teeth 47, the front support stops 15a, the axial teeth 39, the axial protuberances 52, the sliding planes 35, the inclined clearance ramps 19, the attack ramps 16a and 16b, the radial ribs 18, the material bridges 17 or even the lugs 12d may be different.

[0074] Thus, the inclined clearance ramps 19 may have a non-linear slope, for example with a progressive inclination, in particular of the exponential type, so that the more the assembly composed of the cover 20 and the intermediate plate 30 is turned in the direction H of anti-clockwise rotation, the more it lifts and moves away axially from the base 10.

[0075] According to another alternative, the inclined release ramps 19 are substantially vertical so that the lifting movement is broken down into two, first a rotation in the counter-clockwise direction H so that the teeth 39 come out of the openings 51 then exceed the axial protuberances 52 of the tabs 50, then an axial movement to axially separate from the base 10 the assembly composed of the cover 20 and the intermediate plate 30.
