Claims

1. Demands A motor vehicle seat having a seat and a backrest, the seat comprising: - a peripheral frame (2), capable of supporting the presence of a person on the seat and configured to allow the seat to be anchored in a motor vehicle, and - a textile cover (6), which directly covers the peripheral frame, the seat being without a shell and cushion or mattress, - the textile cover (6) being attached to the peripheral frame (2) solely by means of complementary non-point fixing elements (9, 7), integrated respectively into the peripheral frame and the textile cover, characterized in that: - the additional non-point fixing elements include one or more hook rods (9, 92, 94), provided on the peripheral frame (4) and, for each of said hook rods, a strip (7), called a fixing strip, sewn, welded or stapled along an edge (622, 626) of the textile cover, each of said fixing strips being provided with a groove (74) bordered by an elastic lip (76), which groove is configured to receive said hook rod by clipping, - the peripheral frame comprises a first frame (8) called the seat frame, which corresponds to the seat and which includes a front transverse bar (80) and two substantially parallel lateral bars (82), called the lateral seat bars, - the peripheral frame includes a second frame (10) called the backrest frame, which corresponds to the back of the seat and which includes an upper crossbar (120) and two other substantially parallel lateral bars (102), called the backrest side bars; - the textile cover (6) comprises a first portion (62), called the seat portion, which covers the seat frame (8) of the peripheral frame, and a second portion (64), called the backrest portion, which covers the backrest frame (10) of the peripheral frame, - the backrest portion (64) of the textile cover has a front face (642), a back face (644), a closed upper end (646) and an open lower end (648), as well as a side opening (650) provided with a zip and slider (652); - the seat portion (62) is generally rectangular and has a rear transverse edge (622), two side edges (626) and a front transverse edge (624), the lower end of the front face (642) of the backrest portion of the cover being sewn onto the seat portion (62) of the cover near the rear transverse edge (622) of said seat portion, - the peripheral frame (2) has three attachment rods (9), namely two side attachment rods (94) extending in a longitudinal direction under the seat frame (8) of the frame on each side of the seat, and a rear transverse attachment rod (92) extending in a transverse direction under the seat frame (8) at the rear of the seat;- the lateral edges (626) of the seating portion of the textile cover each incorporate a fixing strip (7) configured to receive by clipping one of said lateral attachment rods (94), and the rear transverse edge (622) of the seating portion of the textile cover incorporates a fixing strip (7) configured to receive by clipping said rear transverse attachment rod (92).

Motor vehicle seat according to claim 1, wherein the backrest frame (10) of the frame comprises, in the upward extension of the backrest side bars (102), two converging side bars (122), called headrest side bars, which, together with the upper crossbar (120), delimit a headrest integrated into the backrest.

3. Motor vehicle seat according to any one of claims 1 to 2, wherein the seating portion (62) of the cover has a front flap (628) along its front transverse edge (624), which front flap (628) wraps around a front end of the seating frame (8) of the peripheral frame.

A motor vehicle seat according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the seat and backrest frames (8, 10) of the peripheral frame (2) are essentially made of rigid, straight or bent tube sections (14, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20), two successive tube sections among said rigid tube sections being rigidly joined together by welding, and wherein the

6. Tube sections (14, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20) of the peripheral reinforcement are at least partially covered with noise-dampening sleeves. Motor vehicle seat according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the seat further comprises a headrest (50) arranged in the upper part of the peripheral frame covered with the textile cover, which headrest comprises a cushion (52), a flexible upper tab (54) by which it is attached to the textile cover, said tab being sewn on one side to an upper edge of said cushion and on the other side to the upper end (646) of the textile cover, and an elastic strap (56) which extends from one lateral edge of the cushion to the other encircling the peripheral frame covered with the textile cover. A motor vehicle seat according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the peripheral frame (2) comprises a lower part which, when the seat is installed in a vehicle, connects to a vehicle floor, this lower part comprising: - on each side of the seat, a slide and rail assembly (44) comprising a rail (444) adapted to be fixed to a vehicle floor, and a slide (442) configured to fit onto said rail and slide along it for the purpose of adjusting the seat position in the vehicle along a longitudinal direction, - locking means for locking each of the slides (442) in the rail (444) to which it is associated, and unlocking means for releasing said locking means and allowing the slides to slide relative to the rails, - a front base (40), comprising a front lower cross member (402) and two front side uprights (404), each of said front side uprights having an upper end fixed on the peripheral frame of the seat and a lower end fixed on the front lower cross member, the front lower cross member (402) being fixed to the slides (442) by its ends, - a rear base (42) comprising a rear lower cross member (422) and two rear side uprights (424), each of said rear side uprights having an upper end fixed on the peripheral frame of the seat and a lower end fixed on the rear lower cross member, the rear lower cross member (422) being fixed to the slides (442) by its ends.

7. Motor vehicle characterized in that it is equipped with at least one seat according to any one of claims 1 to 6.

8. A method for manufacturing a seat according to claim 3, characterized in that it comprises: - the supply of the peripheral reinforcement (2); - the supply of the textile cover (6), - the fitting of the textile cover onto the frame, a step consisting of threading the backrest portion (64) of the textile cover onto the backrest frame (10) of the peripheral frame, pulling the seat portion (62) of the cover forward until the front crossbar (80) of the peripheral frame is inserted inside the front flap (628) of the seat portion of the textile cover, pulling the seat portion (62) of the cover backward until the fixing rod (7) of the rear cross edge (622) of the seat portion of the cover is clipped onto the rear cross hook rod (92) of the frame, clipping each of the fixing rods (7) of the side edges (626) of the seat portion of the cover onto the corresponding side cross hook rod (94) of the frame, closing the zipper and slider (652) of the backrest portion of the cover.
