[0011] In this technical context, the Applicant felt the need to produce a practical and ergonomic chef's jacket, adapting safely to the needs of the wearer.

1. Chef's jacket, comprising: - at least one first front panel (10) and a second front panel (20) which can be superimposed on each other; - a collar (2); - a plurality of female elements (11) arranged successively along the first front panel (10) and a plurality of respective male elements (21) arranged successively along the second front panel (20), or conversely, said female elements (11) being able to be removably coupled to the respective male elements (21) to fix all or part of the first front panel (10) to the second front panel (20);the first front panel (10) having a folding flap (15), defining at least a part of the collar (2), comprising one or more of said female elements (11), or male elements (11), to determine a closure or an opening of the collar (2), characterized in that it comprises at least one locking element (16) which can be removably coupled to the folding flap (15) so as to lock the folding flap (15) in a folded position (RI) defining a lapel (3) of the jacket (1); this locking element (16) is disposed on the first front panel (10) on the opposite side with respect to the succession of female elements (11), or male elements (11).

Jacket according to the preceding claim, wherein said locking element (16) disposed on the first front panel (10) is configured to mate with a respective coupling element (17) disposed on the foldable flap (15) in a portion defining at least a part of the collar (2) to lock the foldable flap (15) in the folded position (RI) defining the lapel (3) of the jacket (1).
3. Jacket according to the preceding claim, wherein the locking element (16) disposed on the first front panel (10) is a male element, or a female element, and the coupling element (17) disposed on the folding flap (15) is respectively a female element or a male element.
4. A jacket according to the preceding claim, wherein the coupling element (17) disposed on the folding flap (15) corresponds to one of said female or male elements (11) arranged in succession along the first front panel (10) and the locking element (16) is in the form of a male or female element.
5. Jacket according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the succession of female or male elements (11) along the first front panel (10) has a constant pitch and the respective succession of male or female elements (21) along the second front panel (20) has the same constant pitch.

Jacket according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein, in the folded position (RI) of the foldable flap (15), the lapel (3) defines a folding edge (4) and is defined: - a first distance (PI) corresponding to the distance between the most distal point of the foldable flap (15) relative to the folding edge (4) and the lower point of the folding edge (4), - a second distance (P2) corresponding to the distance between the female, or male, element (11) of the first front panel (10) coupled to the respective male, or female, element (21) of the second front panel (20) most proximal to the folding edge (4) and a lower edge (5) of the jacket (1); - a third distance (P3) corresponding to the distance between the female or male element (11) of the first front panel (10) coupled to the respective male or female element (21) of the second most proximal front panel (20) of said lower edge (5) of the jacket (1) and the lower edge (5);said first, second and third distances (PI, P2, P3) having predefined lengths.;

26. Jacket according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the female or male elements (11) arranged on the first front panel (10) are in the form of buttonholes or buttons, and the respective male or female elements (21) arranged on the second front panel (20) are buttons or buttonholes.

A jacket according to the preceding claim, wherein the buttonholes, or buttons, are arranged along a first succession (13) and along a second succession (14) on the first front panel (10), and wherein the respective buttons, or buttonholes, are arranged along a first succession (23) and along a second succession (24) along the second front panel (20), the buttonholes, or buttons, arranged along the first succession (13) on the first front panel (10) being configured to mate with the respective buttons, or buttonholes, arranged along the first succession (23) on the second front panel (20), the buttonholes, or buttons, arranged along the second succession (14) on the first front panel (10) being configured to mate with the buttons, or buttonholes,respective arranged along the second succession (24) on the second front panel (20).
28. Jacket according to the preceding claim and claim 2, wherein the coupling element (17) disposed on the folding flap (15) is the buttonhole, or button, disposed in the portion defining at least a part of the collar (2) along the first succession (13) on the first front panel (10).

Jacket according to the preceding claim, wherein the foldable flap (15) has an upper edge (18), defining at least a portion of the collar (2), and a free side edge (19), and wherein said coupling element (17) is disposed at a distance from the upper edge (18) equal to 1.0 cm and at a distance from the free side edge (19) equal to 1.0

Jacket according to any one of claims 1 to 25, wherein the female or male elements (11) arranged on the first front panel (10) are female or male elements of snap fasteners, and the respective male or female elements (21) arranged on the second front panel (20) are male or female elements of snap fasteners.

Jacket according to the preceding claim and claim 2, wherein the coupling element (17) disposed on the folding flap (15) is a hooking element (17A) connected to a free lateral edge (19) of the folding flap (15) and is configured to hook the locking element (16) disposed on the first front panel (10) to lock the folding flap (15) in the folded position (RI) defining the lapel (3) of the jacket (1).
34. Jacket according to the preceding claim, wherein the foldable flap (15) has an upper edge (18) and the fastening element (17A) is disposed on the free side edge (19) of the foldable flap (15) at a distance of said upper edge (18) equal to 1.5 cm.
35. Jacket according to claim 33, wherein the foldable flap (15) has an upper edge (18) and the fastening element (17A) is disposed on the free side edge (19) of the foldable flap (15) at a distance of said upper edge (18) equal to 2.0 cm.
