Abstract

W / O TYPE COMPOSITION COMPRISING POLAR AND NON-POLAR WAXES The present invention relates to a composition comprising: (a) a continuous fatty phase comprising (a-1) at least one oil, and (a-2-1-1) at least one non-polar wax having a melting point greater than or equal to 85°C, (a-2-1-2) at least one non-polar wax having a melting point less than 85°C, and (a-2-2) at least one polar wax;and (b) a plurality of dispersed aqueous phases comprising (b-1) water, wherein (1) the amount of the (a-2-1-1) non-polar wax(es) having a melting point of 85°C or higher is 6% to 17% by weight, 8% to 16% by weight and more preferably 10% to 15% by weight, relative to the total weight of the composition, and (2) the weight ratio of the amount of the (a-2-1-1) non-polar wax(es) having a melting point of 85°C or higher / the total amount of the (a-2-1-1) non-polar wax(es) having a melting point of 85°C or higher, of the (a-2-1-2) non-polar wax(es) having a melting point below 85°C, and of the (a-2-2) polar wax(es) is equal to or greater than 0.4 or more, preferably 0.5 or more and more preferably 0.6 or more. The composition according to the present invention can provide a comfortable feeling, good cosmetic effects and good applicability. Figure for abstract: none;

Claims

preferably polyolefin waxes and more preferably, polyethylene wax, microcrystalline wax, synthetic wax and a mixture thereof.

4. A composition according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the (a-2-2) polar wax is selected from polar ester waxes, preferably plant-derived polar ester waxes and more preferably, sunflower seed wax, jojoba ester, acacia decurrens flower wax and a mixture thereof.

5. Composition according to one of claims 1 to 4, in which the quantity of the (a-2-2) polar wax(es) in the composition is less than 15% by weight, preferably less than 12% by weight and more preferably less than 9% by weight, relative to the total weight of the composition.

6. Composition according to any one of claims 1 to 5, in which the (a) fatty phase further comprises (a-3) at least one indene resin, preferably chosen from hydrogenated styrene / methylstyrene / indene copolymers.

7. Composition according to one of claims 1 to 6, in which the (a) fatty phase further comprises (a-4) at least one film-forming polymer.

8. Composition according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the (b) aqueous phase further comprises (b-2) at least one hydrophilic thickener.

9. Composition according to one of claims 1 to 8, in which the composition is a cosmetic composition, preferably a makeup composition and more preferably, a lipstick.

10. Cosmetic process for making up a keratinous substance, comprising the step of: applying, to the keratinous substance, the composition according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
