Description

Title of the invention: Fixing device for a mesh in a slab

[0001] The invention relates to the technical field of devices for fixing ducts and / or tubes, more particularly to fixing devices used to fix ducts and / or tubes in a concrete slab.

[0002] The invention also relates to a fastening system comprising several fastening devices connected to each other vertically and / or horizontally.

[0003] It is known in the prior art of fixing a sheath and / or a tube by using a device in the form of a snap-on means comprising at least two arms of elastically deformable material defining an annular shape provided with an opening intended to receive said sheath or tube on one side and an anchor pin in a wall or other means of retaining the fixing device on an opposite side.

[0004] Generally, the peg is hollow and opens between the branches in order to receive a means of fixing, most often a fixing screw.

[0005] Thus, prior to fixing said sheaths and / or tubes, the operator must carry out a step of fixing the fixing device by means of a screw, which makes the process of fixing said sheaths and / or tubes long and tedious, especially when many sheaths and / or tubes have to be fixed.

[0006] Moreover, such fastening devices require the use of too many fasteners such as screws or tools necessary for said fastening such as hammers or other necessary tools.

[0007] Moreover, these devices are not modular with each other and can hardly be aligned to facilitate their joining end to end in order to cover large surfaces.

[0008] Similarly, it is not possible to stack several layers of ducts and / or tubes on the same surface. Indeed, once fixed against a wall, the device occupies a surface on which no other fixing device can be positioned, making their use difficult.

[0009] Moreover, once fixed, prior art fixing devices are difficult to remove, which is necessary if the operator has to change the position of the device, for example following a positioning error.

[0010] The invention is therefore situated in this context and seeks to meet all of the aforementioned needs while resolving all of the aforementioned drawbacks.

[0011] Thus, the invention seeks to provide a device for fixing sheaths and / or tubes that are easy to use, modular, also able to cover a large area, reliable, and in addition inexpensive, in particular by reducing the number of parts needed and reducing the time for fixing said sheaths and / or tubes, all while being adaptable.

[0012] Indeed, the invention also makes it possible to adapt to all the needs of operators on site, whether in length or height of the positioning of said ducts and / or tubes or their diameters. Presentation of the invention

[0013] The invention relates to a fastening device that is easy to use, adaptable, modular, inexpensive and reliable.

[0014] To this end, a modular fastening device has been developed according to the invention, comprising a support having a first face and a second face, at least one first fastening means arranged on the first face of the support extending in a first direction, at least one second fastening means arranged on the second face of the support extending in a second direction opposite to the first direction, at least one first connecting means arranged on a free end of the support and at least one second connecting means arranged on the first face of the support extending in the first direction, said second face of the support comprising a complementary element of the second connecting means.

[0015] It is then understood, according to the invention, that the fixing device is modular in length with the presence of the first connecting means arranged on the free ends of the support in order to fix fixing devices to each other, but also in height with the second connecting means intended to be fixed with the complementary element arranged on the second face of the support.

[0016] Thus, it is easy for the operator to add and / or remove a fixing device according to the desired length or height, all without requiring a final fixing operation of said fixing device before the ducts and / or tubes are put in position.

[0017] Indeed, the second fixing means arranged opposite to the first fixing means is intended to be fixed, preferably to a trellis in a reversible manner in order to facilitate its positioning.

[0018] Similarly, it is understood that the first fixing means is different from the second connecting means and is therefore intended to receive said sheaths and / or tubes in order to form networks, for example of water or electricity.

[0019] Preferably, the support of the fastening device extends along a longitudinal direction of the fastening device according to the invention.

[0020] Furthermore, the fastening device according to the invention is more suitable for being arranged to against a mesh intended to be positioned in a slab, particularly a concrete one, in order to form water or electricity networks inside the concrete slab.

[0021] Preferably, the first fastening means comprises at least two arms made of elastically deformable material defining a U shape, said arms comprising on their free end at least one flap curved towards the center of the first fastening means.

[0022] It is thus understood that the sheaths and / or tubes are intended to be slid into the first means of fixing, more particularly between the two branches against the flaps in order to position and hold in position the sheaths and / or tubes.

[0023] Advantageously, the first fastening means can adapt to several diameters of ducts and / or tubes, while also holding said ducts and / or tubes in position thanks to the presence of the flaps. Indeed, the fact that the arms of the first fastening means are made of elastically deformable material allows them to adapt to different diameters of ducts and / or tubes.

[0024] Preferably, the arms of the first fastening means define a space intended to receive the sheaths and / or tubes which extend in a transverse direction of the fastening device.

[0025] Thus, it is understood that the support and the space of the branches of the first means of fixing extend along substantially perpendicular planes.

[0026] In a preferred embodiment, the second fastening means comprises at least two branches made of plastically deformable material and capable of being spread apart or brought together, each branch defining a half-opening, respectively intended to enclose a fastening element.

[0027] It is thus understood that the arms of the second fastening means extend in the second direction, opposite to the first, and define a clamp intended to grip the fastening element.

[0028] Preferably, the fixing element is a tube of a mesh intended to be arranged in a concrete slab.

[0029] In a particular embodiment, and in order to facilitate the spreading and bringing together operations, the arms of the second fastening means comprise at least one gripping element arranged on each of the free ends of the arms of said second fastening means.

[0030] In a particular embodiment, and in order to facilitate the use of the fastening device, the arms of the second fastening means include a base fixed to the second face of the support comprising a height greater than that of the fastening element.

[0031] In a particular embodiment, the arms of the second fastening means define a space in which a fastening element is intended to be fixed, said space extends along a longitudinal direction of the fastening device.

[0032] Thus, it is understood that the support and the space of the branches of the second means of fixation extend along substantially parallel planes.

[0033] In a particular embodiment, the arms of the second fastening means are arranged opposite each other.

[0034] In another embodiment, and in order to extend the contact surface between a fastening element and the arms of the second fastening means, the arms of the second fastening means are arranged next to each other.

[0035] In a preferred embodiment, the first connecting means comprises a male-type attachment means on one free end and a female-type attachment means on the other free end.

[0036] It is understood that the fastening device includes on each of its free ends a first means of connection in order to allow the different fastening devices to be connected together along the length.

[0037] Preferably, the female part of the first connecting means is in the form of a groove into which the male part of the first connecting means, in the form of a protruding element, is intended to slide inside.

[0038] More particularly, the female part of the first connecting means is in the form of a hollow cylinder in which a light is arranged into which the male cylindrical part slides.

[0039] In a preferred embodiment, the second connecting means comprises at least two rods, made of elastically deformable material, each provided on its free end with a shimming means.

[0040] It is understood that the rods extend in the same direction as the first fixing means and allow another fixing device to be fixed on a height of the fixing device in order to form tiers of fixing devices and consequently of sheaths and / or tubes.

[0041] Preferably, the shimming means are in the form of a wedge with a heel intended to clip against the edges of the retention element.

[0042] In a preferred embodiment, the second connecting means extends to a height greater than that of the first fixing means.

[0043] Preferably, the first means of fixing are spaced apart from each other according to a predetermined distance.

[0044] Thus, the sheaths and / or tubes are spaced according to a predetermined distance, namely the distance separating two first means of fixing.

[0045] In a particular embodiment, the predetermined distance is similar on the entire fastening system.

[0046] In another embodiment, the predetermined distance is different from one first means of fixing to another.

[0047] In a preferred embodiment, and in order to reduce production and operating costs, the entire fastening device is a single piece.

[0048] The invention also relates to a fastening system comprising at least two fastening devices according to the invention.

[0049] In a particular embodiment, the system comprises at least two fastening devices connected to each other by the first connecting means and / or by the second connecting means.

[0050] The invention also relates to a slab, preferably made of concrete, comprising at least one mesh and at least two fixing devices according to the invention.
