AI Technical Summary
Existing seed distribution assemblies in seeders often fail to automatically isolate the housing from the hopper during maintenance or door opening, leading to accidental seed spillage due to operator oversight.
A distribution assembly with a shutter mechanism actuated by a selection member, where the shutter is locked in an access position unless manually moved to a closed position, ensuring the housing is isolated from the hopper only when the door is opened, using a locking device to prevent seed flow.
Ensures that the housing is automatically isolated from the hopper when the door is opened, preventing seed spillage by requiring the shutter to be fully closed before the door can be opened, thus maintaining operational efficiency and reducing accidental seed loss.

Abstract
Description
Title of the invention: Distribution assembly for a seeder and associated insulation method
[0001] The present invention relates to the field of distribution assemblies for a seeder.
[0002] The invention thus relates more generally to the field of single-seed sowing, which is also called precision sowing, i.e. sowing in rows of seeds one by one. Single-seed sowing finds its application in the cultivation of corn, beetroot, soybeans or the like.
[0003] A single-seed seeder is generally in the form of a beam-frame on which are fixed sowing elements which are most often between 4 and 12, or even more, thanks to a parallelogram. The spacing between these sowing elements varies according to the crops, preferably between 37.5 centimeters and 80 centimeters, but allows for the formation of very distinct rows. For this reason, it is common in this case to speak of row crops, as opposed to crops such as wheat where the spacing is much smaller.
[0004] In a known manner, a single-seed seeder distribution assembly operates generally in the manner set out below.
[0005] A two-part sealed housing comprises a perforated distribution disc preferably driven in rotation by a motor which forms a distribution member for a plurality of granular elements. The distribution disc separates the housing into two chambers in which the air pressures are different, a pressure difference which can be positive or negative is therefore created on either side of the perforated distribution disc. The housing is connected to a blower which makes it possible to manage the pressure difference according to the type of seed, the forward speed, and other parameters.
[0006] At the bottom of the perforated distribution disc, that is to say at the bottom of the housing, there is a reserve area for granular elements, for example seeds, which is most often supplied by a hopper. These seeds are in contact with the rotating perforated distribution disc, which, as it rotates, will draw the seeds one by one into its perforations.
[0007] The diameter and shape of the perforations of the distribution disc are made so as to be able to accommodate a single granular element, for example a seed, the granular element is held in the perforation by the pressure difference between the two sides of the distribution disc. The perforations are often bordered by special shapes which are, for example, raised and / or hollow and are arranged in the distribution disc so as to guide and / or direct the seeds towards the perforation. These areas around the perforations are commonly called agitators.
[0008] Once the seeds have been distributed into the perforations of the distribution disc, a so-called selection system makes it possible to eliminate the excess seeds to avoid duplicates, since it may happen that several seeds are lodged in a single perforation, which is not desirable. The selection can be carried out using teeth, brushes, or the like which are fixedly mounted and are located outside and / or inside the path of the seeds. As a result, the excess seeds fall back into the reserve area.
[0009] Once the seeds have been selected, they are transported to the last zone of the distribution which is generally located in the last quarter turn of the distribution disc, where the pressure difference is no longer present. As a result of this absence of pressure difference, the seed leaves the perforation and exits the distribution towards the ground. The ejection of the seed can be assisted by a wheel which makes it possible to cut the pressure difference and possibly to push the seed out of the perforation using spikes.
[0010] In certain situations, the movable door of the waterproof housing must be opened, for example to change the distribution disc and / or to carry out a cleaning and / or maintenance operation and / or emptying of the seeds and / or adjustments.
[0011] In such cases, it is desirable to be able to isolate the housing from the hopper containing the seeds in order to stop their arrival in the housing.
[0012] To do this, the arrival of seeds in the housing is carried out in the form of a pipe selectively opened or not by a shutter. This shutter can also open partially to affect the flow of seeds arriving in the housing.
[0013] When it is desirable to isolate the housing from the hopper, this inlet must be completely blocked by closing the shutter. The shutter is moved between its various positions by a lever operated by hand by the operator. The lever is mounted on the outside of the distribution housing. A display on the housing indicates the position of the lever.
[0014] Until now, the operator had to ensure that he had closed the seed inlet before opening the door of the box. Otherwise, the seeds will continue to flow into the box and will fall to the ground when the operator removes the distribution disc. However, it is not uncommon for the operator to forget to close the seed inlet, and the seeds sometimes fall to the ground by accident.
[0015] The present invention aims to overcome at least one of these drawbacks and aims to provide a solution making it possible to automatically isolate the housing from the hopper in certain conditions.
[0016] To this end, the invention relates to a distribution assembly for a seeder comprising at least:
[0017] - a waterproof housing comprising at least one fixed part and a movable door between an open position and a closed position,
[0018] - a distribution member for a plurality of granular elements arranged for distribute a plurality of granular elements in a discrete and singular manner,
[0019] the dispensing member being arranged inside the housing to separate the interior of the housing into a first chamber and a second chamber, which are distinct, the first chamber being configured to receive all or part of the plurality of granular elements at least in a reserve zone and the second chamber being closed by the door at least in its closed position,
[0020] the fixed part of the housing further comprises an inlet of granular elements opening into the first chamber associated with a shutter, said inlet 8 of granular elements being configured to be connected to conduction means connected to a hopper,
[0021] the shutter being actuable by a selection member to at least selectively place the shutter in a closed position of the arrival of granular elements in which the shutter closes the arrival of granular elements or in an access position of the arrival of granular elements in which the shutter does not close in whole or in part the arrival of granular elements,
[0022] in the closed position the door is at least locked in a locked state or unlocked in an unlocked state at least by a locking device,
[0023] the distribution assembly is characterized in that:
[0024] in the door closing position the locking device and the selection member are configured so that:
[0025] - as long as the shutter is in the access position or is not in the position closed, the door is held in the locked state by the locking device and
[0026] - actuation of the selection member to move the shutter from the position access to the closed position causes the locking device to be actuated so as to allow the door to move to the unlocked state or to cause the door to move into the unlocked state.
[0027] The invention also relates to a sowing element comprising at least one hopper arranged to contain a plurality of granular elements and being connected by the conduction means to the distribution assembly, characterized in that the distribution assembly is according to the invention.
[0028] The invention also relates to a seeder comprising at least one chassis on which is mounted at least one sowing element, characterized in that the at least one sowing element is according to the invention.
[0029] The invention also relates to a method for locking / unlocking a distribution assembly for a seeder comprising a plurality of granular elements at least in the reserve zone, characterized in that the distribution assembly is according to the invention and in that the method comprises:
[0030] - a locking step, during which in the closed position of the door, the shutter is arranged in the access position and the door is held in the locked state by the locking device and
[0031] - an isolation step, during which in the closed position of the door, the selection member is actuated to move the shutter from the access position to the closed position and causes the locking device to be actuated so as to allow the door to move to the unlocked state or to cause the door to move into the unlocked state.

[0044] [Fig. 12] [Fig. 12] represents a perspective view of the door and a dispensing member of the dispensing assembly of [Fig.l].
[0045] As illustrated in the figures, a distribution assembly for a seeder comprises at least:
[0046] - a sealed housing 1 comprising at least one fixed part 2 and a movable door 3 between an open position PON and a closed position POFF,
[0047] - a distribution member 4 of a plurality of granular elements arranged for distribute a plurality of granular elements in a discrete and singular manner,
[0048] the dispensing member 4 being arranged inside the housing 1 to separate the interior of the housing 1 into a first chamber 5 and a second chamber 6, which are distinct, the first chamber 5 being configured to receive all or part of the plurality of granular elements at least in a reserve zone 7 and the second chamber 6 being closed by the door 3 at least in its closing position POFF,
[0049] the fixed part 2 of the housing 1 further comprises an inlet 8 of granular elements opening into the first chamber 5 associated with a shutter 9, said inlet 8 of granular elements being configured to be connected to conduction means 10, 11 connected to a hopper (not shown),
[0050] the shutter 9 being actuable by a selection member 12 to at least selectively place the shutter 9 in a closed position PO of the inlet 8 of granular elements in which the shutter 9 closes the inlet 8 of granular elements or in at least one access position PA of the inlet 8 of granular elements in which the shutter 9 does not close in whole or in part the inlet 8 of granular elements,
[0051] in the closing position POFF the door 3 is at least locked in a locked state E1 or unlocked in an unlocked state E2 at least by a locking device 13.
[0052] According to the invention, the distribution assembly is characterized in that:
[0053] in the POFF closing position of the door 3 the locking device 13 and the selection member 12 are configured so that:
[0054] - as long as the shutter 9 is in the access position PA or is not in the position closed PO, door 3 is kept in the locked state El by the locking device- rusting 13 and
[0055] - the actuation of the selection member 12 to cause the shutter 9 to pass from the access position PA to the closed position PO causes the locking device 13 to be actuated so as to authorize the passage of the door 3 to the unlocked state E2 or to cause the passage of the door 3 into the unlocked state E2.
[0056] Advantageously, thanks to this configuration, the operator is only authorized to open the door 3 by moving it from the closed position POFF to the open position PON after the selection member 12 has actuated the shutter 9 so that the latter is in the closed position PO, in this latter position the shutter 9 closing the inlet 8 of granular elements. Consequently, under these conditions, the contents of the hopper are isolated from the first chamber 5 of the housing 1, which implies that in the event of opening the door 3 of the housing 1 no granular element will continue to arrive in the first chamber 5 of the housing 1 from the hopper by the conduction means 10, 11. In other words, the total closing of the inlet 8 by means of the shutter 9 is made obligatory if it is desired to open the door 3.
[0057] Indeed, the door 3 is kept closed in the closing position POFF, if the shutter 9 is in the access position PA allowing the granular elements to enter through the inlet 8 into the first chamber 5 of the housing 1, due to the locking of the latter by the locking device 13 which prevents the opening of the door 3, the latter thus being in the locked state E1. Furthermore, the door 3 can be opened in the opening position PON, if the shutter 9 is in the closed position PO preventing the granular elements from entering the first chamber 5 of the housing 1 through the inlet 8, due to the actuation of the locking device 13 by the selection member 12 which authorizes the unlocking of the locking device 13 or causes the unlocking of the locking device 13. Under these latter conditions, the passage of the door 3 from the locked state E1 to the unlocked state E2 is made possible or automatic.
[0058] Preferably, the locking device 13 comprises a first locking member 14 and a second locking member 15, in the closed position POFF, the door 3 is at least locked in the locked state E1 or unlocked in the unlocked state E2 at least by the first locking member 14, the second locking member 15 is movable between a locking position PV and an unlocking position PDV, and in the closed position POFF of the door 3 the second locking member 15 and the selection member 12 being configured to cooperate with each other so that:
[0059] - the second locking member 15 remains in the locking position PV as long as the shutter 9 is in the PA access position or is not in the position closed PO so as to prevent the unlocking of the first locking member 14 to maintain the door 3 in the locked state El and
[0060] - the actuation of the selection member 12 to make the shutter 9 pass into the closed position PO causes the second locking member 15 to move from the locking position PV to the unlocking position PDV so as to authorize the unlocking of the first locking member 14 and the passage of the door 3 from the locked state E1 to the unlocked state E2.
[0061] In this configuration, thanks to the first locking member 14, the door 3 can be locked in the locked state E1 or unlocked in the unlocked state E2 and pass from one state to the other. Thanks to the second locking member 15 which can interact with the selection member 12, the door 3 can be blocked in the locked state E1 provided that the second locking member 15 is in the locking position PV and the door 3 can be authorized to pass from the locked state E1 to the unlocked state E2 if the second locking member 15 is in the unlocking position PDV. If the selection member 12 places the shutter 9 in the access position PA, then the second locking member 15 is in the locking position PV, on the other hand if the selection member 12 places the shutter 9 in the closed position PO then the second locking member 15 is in the unlocking position PDV.
[0062] Preferably, in the at least one access position PA of the shutter 9 corresponding to at least one first position PI of the selection member 12, the selection member 12 is configured not to actuate the second locking member 15 so that the latter remains in the locking position PV.
[0063] Advantageously, in this configuration, in the first position(s) PI the selection member 12 and the second locking member 15 do not cooperate mechanically with each other. The second locking member 15 is in the locking position PV.
[0064] Preferably, in the closed position PO of the shutter 9 corresponding to a second position of the selection member 12, the selection member 12 is configured to actuate the second locking member 15 so that the latter is in the unlocking position PDV.
[0065] Advantageously, in this configuration, in the second position the selection member 12 and the second locking member 15 cooperate mechanically with each other. The second locking member 15 is in the unlocking position PDV.
[0066] Preferably, the selection member 12 comprises a lever 16 mounted movably on the fixed part 2 of the housing 1 at least selectively positionable in the at least one first position PI and the second position and being mechanically connected to the shutter 9 and preferably comprising gripping means 26 so as to manually actuate the lever 16.
[0067] Advantageously, this non-limiting example of selection member 12 is easy for the operator to handle.
[0068] Preferably, in the closed position POFF the door 3 covers an opening 17 of the fixed part 2, the door 3 being mounted screwable / unscrewable relative to said opening 17 by the first locking member 14 in the closed position POFF between the locked state E1 in which the door 3 is screwed and the unlocked state E2 in which the door 3 is unscrewed.
[0069] Advantageously, in this non-limiting example, if the door 3 is screwed onto the fixed part 2, the latter is in the locked state E1, and if the door 3 is unscrewed from the fixed part 2, the latter is in the unlocked state E2. In this unlocked state E2, the door 3 is no longer fixed to the fixed part 2 and can therefore be removed from the fixed part 2 so as to no longer cover the opening 17 and to be arranged in the open position PON.
[0070] Preferably, the second locking member 15 comprises a latch 18 pivotally mounted on the fixed part 2 of the housing 1 between the locking position PV and the unlocking position PDV and returned by return means 19 mounted on the fixed part 2 of the housing 1 and a projection 20 projecting from the external periphery of the door 3, the latch 18 being held against the projection 20 by the return means 19 in the locking position PV so as to prevent the rotation of the door 3 to maintain the door 3 in the locked state E1 and the latch 18 being at a distance from the projection 20 in the unlocking position PDV so as to allow the rotation of the door 3 to allow the passage of the door 3 to the unlocked state E2.
[0071] Advantageously, in this non-limiting example, if the latch 18 is against the projection 20, which corresponds to the locking position PV, then the door 3 cannot be rotated and therefore cannot be unscrewed and is thus blocked in the locked state E1. On the other hand, if the latch 18 is at a distance from the projection 20, which corresponds to the unlocking position PDV, the door 3 can be rotated and therefore be unscrewed and can thus pass into the unlocked position E2.
[0072] Preferably, the latch 18 comprises a portion 21 actuable by the lever 16 and when moving into the second position, the lever 16 is configured to actuate the actuable portion 21 and to exert a force counteracting the return force of the return means 19 and pivoting the latch 18 into the PDV unlocking position.
[0073] In this non-limiting example, thanks to the mechanical cooperation between the selection member 12 and the second locking member 15 which is in the form of the pivoting latch 18, when passing from the first position PI to the second position of the selection member 12, the passage from the locking position PV to the position PDV unlocking of the second locking member 15 can be caused via the actuable portion 21.
[0074] The invention also relates to a sowing element comprising at least one hopper arranged to contain a plurality of granular elements and being connected by the conduction means 10, 11 to the distribution assembly, characterized in that the distribution assembly is according to the invention and as described previously.
[0075] The invention also relates to a seed drill comprising at least one chassis on which is mounted at least one sowing element, characterized in that the at least one sowing element is according to the invention and as described previously.
[0076] The invention also relates to a method for locking / unlocking a distribution assembly for a seeder comprising a plurality of granular elements at least in the reserve zone 7, characterized in that the distribution assembly is according to any one of the claims of the invention and in that the method comprises:
[0077] - a locking step, during which in the closing position POFF of the door 3, the shutter 9 is arranged in the access position PA and the door 3 is held in the locked state E1 by the locking device 13 and
[0078] - an isolation step, during which in the POFF closing position of the door 3, the selection member 12 is actuated to move the shutter 9 from the access position PA to the closed position PO and causes the locking device 13 to be actuated so as to authorize the passage of the door 3 to the unlocked state E2 or to cause the passage of the door 3 into the unlocked state E2.
[0079] Advantageously, thanks to the method according to the invention, during the locking step, the inlet 8 is partially or totally opened by the shutter 9 (access position PA) and the door 3 is kept closed by the locking device 13. Even if the inlet 8 allows the entry of the granular elements into the first chamber 5 of the housing 1, the door 3 cannot be opened, consequently no granular elements can leave the housing 1.
[0080] During the isolation step, the inlet 8 is closed by the shutter 9 (closed position PO) and the door 3 can be opened. The inlet 8 no longer allows the entry of new granular elements into the first chamber 5 of the housing 1, the door 3 can be opened, consequently no granular elements coming directly from the hopper by the conduction means 10, 11 can leave the housing 1, even if the distribution member 4 is subsequently removed. Possibly only granular elements remaining in the reserve zone 7 can leave the housing 1 if the distribution member 4 is removed after the opening of the door 3. If necessary, these granular elements remaining in the reserve zone 7 can be emptied by a discharge chute (not shown) to prevent them from falling to the ground.
[0081] The housing 1 comprises the fixed part 2 and the door 3 which is movable relative to the fixed part 2 and allows the housing 1 to be opened to give access to the interior of the housing 1 or to be closed. The door 3 thus adopts either an open position PON or a closed position POFF. In the open position PON, the door 3 can, if necessary, be completely removed from the fixed part 2 or be connected to it while giving access to the interior of the housing 1. The door 3 is preferably cylindrical in shape and has a flat bottom.
[0082] The dispensing member 4 preferably usually comprises a perforated dispensing disc preferably driven in rotation by a motor. The dispensing disc separates the housing into two chambers, the first chamber 5 and the second chamber 6, in which the air pressures are preferably different. The first chamber 5 and the second chamber 6 preferably have a substantially cylindrical shape. The door 3 preferably receives the dispensing disc, but this example is not limiting.
[0083] The reserve zone 7 is located in the first chamber 5. It can contain a certain quantity of granular elements coming from the hopper. The reserve zone 7 is located at the bottom of the fixed part 2 of the housing 1.
[0084] The inlet 8 of granular elements is located in the fixed part 2 and opens onto the first chamber 5. Preferably, the inlet 8 consists of an opening.
[0085] The shutter 9 is provided to adopt the access position(s) PA in which the shutter 9 does not cover the inlet 8 or only partially covers the inlet 8 or the closed position PO in which the shutter 9 covers the inlet 8. In the access position(s) PA, the shutter 9 allows a flow of different granular elements to arrive via the inlet 8 in the first chamber 5. In the closed position PO, no granular element can arrive via the inlet 8 in the first chamber 5.
[0086] The conduction means 10, 11 have the function of connecting the hopper to the first chamber 5 of the housing 1 and thus open onto the inlet 8. The conduction means preferably comprise at least one conduit and preferably a lower conduit 10 and an upper conduit 11. The lower conduit 10 opens into the first chamber 5 via the inlet 8. The upper conduit 11 is designed to be connected to the hopper and to the lower conduit 10.
[0087] The hopper allows granular elements to be stored, for example seeds or inputs in granular form.
[0088] The selection member 12 makes it possible to control the flow of the granular elements through the inlet 8. In fact, the selection member 12 makes it possible to actuate the shutter 9 to move it into the access position(s) PA or into the closed position PO. The selection member 12 can itself adopt one or more first positions PI in which the access position(s) PA are selected or a second position in which the closed position PO is selected.
[0089] The selection member 12 preferably comprises the lever 16 connected to the shutter 9 by fixing means 22. This lever 16 is preferably mounted on the fixed part 2 by a sliding connection formed between a projecting stud 23 of the lever 16 and an elongated through opening 24 which is provided on the fixed part 2 and which is curved. The projecting stud 23 is slidably mounted in the through opening 24. The through opening 24 preferably comprises on its internal wall 25 indentations 25' materializing the different first positions PI and for example identified by displays. The lever 16 preferably comprises at its free end 16a gripping means 26 in the form of a handle to facilitate gripping. The shutter 9 preferably comprises a flat portion 29 at its free end 30 opposite the free end 16a of the lever 16. The flat portion 29 has dimensions allowing it to cover the inlet 8.The lever 16 can actuate the actuable portion 21 of the latch 18 when the selection member 12 is in the second position, otherwise it is at a distance from it.
[0090] The locking device 13 has the function of locking the door 3 in a locked state E1, in which the door 3 remains in the closed position POFF as long as the shutter 9 is not in the closed position PO. The locking device 13 also has the function of unlocking the door 3 in an unlocked state E2, in which the door 3 can be opened in the open position PON, provided that the shutter 9 is in the closed position PO. Preferably, the locking device 13 comprises a first locking member 14 and a second locking member 15. Thus, a double level of locking is advantageously obtained.
[0091] The position of the first locking member 14 is dependent on the position of the second locking member 15. Thus, if the second locking member 15 is in the locking position PV, the first locking member 14 locks the door 3 in the locked state EL. On the contrary, if the second locking member 15 is in the unlocking position PDV, the first locking member 14 allows the door 3 to be unlocked to the unlocked state E2.
[0092] The position of the second locking member 15 has the particularity of being dependent on the position of the shutter 9. Thus, if the shutter 9 is in the access position(s) PA, then the second locking member 15 is in the locking position PV. On the contrary, if the shutter 9 is in the closed position PO, then the second locking member 15 is in the unlocking position PDV. Preferably, the second locking member 15 can be actuated by the selection member 12 which is connected to the shutter 9. Thanks to this dependence, it is obligatory for the shutter 9 to be in the closed position PO, in other words for the selection 12 is in the second position, and therefore that the hopper and the housing 1 are isolated from each other, so that the door 3 can be opened in the opening position PON because under these conditions the unlocking of the first locking member 14 is possible.
[0093] The opening 17 preferably provides access to the interior of the first chamber 5 when the door 3 is removed. The opening 17 is preferably circular in shape.
[0094] The latch 18 is preferably mounted movably on the fixed part 2 by a rotation axis 27. It bears against the projection 20 in the locking position PV. It is at a distance from the projection 20 in the unlocking position PDV.
[0095] The return means 19 preferably comprise a compression spring 28. The compression spring 28 compresses the latch 18 against the projection 20 in the locking position PV.
[0096] The projection 20 is preferably a rib or a tooth.
[0097] The actuable portion 21 of the latch 18 is preferably a projecting portion of the type pawn or nipple.
[0098] Figures 1 and 2 illustrate a distribution assembly according to the invention comprising the housing 1 with the door 3 held closed in the closed position POFF on the fixed part 2 in the locked state E1 by the locking device 13 and showing the selection member 12 in the first position PL. The locking device 13 comprises the first locking member 14 and the second locking member 15. The selection member 12 is in the first position PI and therefore the second locking member 15 is in the locking position PV. As a result, as the second locking member 15 is in the locking position PV, the first locking member 14 locks the door 3 in the locked state E1. Indeed, the latch 18 is against the projection 20, which prevents any rotation of the door 3 and therefore its passage into the unlocked state E2.
[0099] [Fig. 3] partially illustrates the distribution assembly of figures 1 and 2 and shows that in the locking position PV of the second locking member 15, which comprises the latch 18, the latter is against the projection 20 which prevents any rotation of the door 3 and therefore its passage into the unlocked state E2. The door 3 is kept closed in the closing position POFF.
[0100] Figures 4 and 5 illustrate the distribution assembly of the previous figures and show that if the selection member 12 is in the first position PI, the lever 16 is at a distance from the actuable portion 21 of the latch 18 and does not actuate it.
[0101] [Fig.6] illustrates the distribution assembly of the previous figures without the door 3 and shows the selection member 12 in the first position PI so that the shutter 9 is in the access position PA. The inlet 8 of granular elements is located in the fixed part 2 and opens onto the first chamber 5. The inlet 8 consists of a opening. The shutter 9 is in the access position PA in which it only partially covers the inlet 8.
[0102] [Fig.7] illustrates the distribution assembly which differs from that of figures 1 and 2 by the position of the selection member 12 and the second locking member 15. The selection member 12 is in the second position P2 and therefore the second locking member 15 is in the unlocking position PDV. As a result, as the second locking member 15 is in the unlocking position PDV then the door 3, which is screwed onto the fixed part 2 and is in the locked state E1, can pass from the locked state E1 into the unlocked state E2. Indeed, the latch 18 is at a distance from the projection 20 which allows the rotation of the door 3 and therefore its passage into the unlocked state E2, in the example illustrated this rotation can be done in the counterclockwise direction.
[0103] [Fig.8] partially illustrates the distribution assembly of [Fig.7] and shows that if the selection member 12 is in the second position P2, the lever 16 is in contact with the actuable portion 21 of the latch 18 and actuates it.
[0104] [Fig.9] illustrates the distribution assembly which differs from that of [Fig.7] in that the door 3 is now in the unlocked state E2 and can therefore move from the closed position POFF in which it is located to the open position PON. Indeed, the door 3 is unscrewed from the fixed part 2 in the unlocked state E2 but is no longer fixed to the fixed part 2 and can therefore be removed from the fixed part 2 so as to no longer cover the opening 17 and to be arranged in the open position PON.
[0105] [Fig. 10] illustrates the distribution assembly which differs from that of [Fig. 9] in that the door 3 is removed from the fixed part 2 and no longer covers the opening 17. Furthermore, it can be seen that since the selection member 12 is in the second position P2, the shutter 9 is in the closed position PO in which it completely covers the inlet 8 by its flat portion 29.
[0106] [Fig. 11] illustrates a part of the selection member 12, namely the lever 16, and the shutter 9. The lever 16 is connected to the shutter 9 by the fixing means 22. The lever 16 comprises at its free end 16a the gripping means 26. The shutter 9 comprises the flat portion 29 at its free end 30 opposite the free end 16a of the lever 16.
[0107] [Fig. 12] illustrates the gate 3 and the dispensing member 4 of the dispensing assembly. The dispensing member 4 is in the form of the perforated dispensing disc. The gate 3 receives the dispensing disc which forms the second chamber 6. The gate 3 is cylindrical in shape.
[0108] Of course, the invention is not limited to the embodiments described and shown in the attached drawings. Modifications remain possible, in particular of the point of view of the constitution of the various elements or by substitution of technical equivalents, without departing from the scope of protection of the invention.
